Referring to fig. 1, the present invention further provides an embodiment of a film dispensing method, including the steps of:
s10, acquiring identity identification information of the dental model;
s20, acquiring membrane parameters configured for the dental model according to the identity information;
s30, configuring corresponding diaphragms for the dental models in a diaphragm configuration device according to the diaphragm parameters;
s40, obtaining the parameters of the residual membrane in the membrane preparing device or the parameters of the membrane taken out;
s50, when the residual membrane parameters or the taken membrane parameters reach the corresponding preset threshold values, sending a feeding instruction to supplement the membrane to the membrane preparing device.

Preferably, the supplementary diaphragm in the film dispensing device comprises: obtaining membrane parameters needing to be added according to the rest membranes in the membrane preparation device; searching the position where the membrane is placed in the membrane matching device according to the membrane parameters; and adding the diaphragms corresponding to the parameters according to the position information.
The specific membrane preparation method and the detection method can be applied to a membrane preparation system, and the specific embodiments are already described in the above system examples, and are not described herein again.
According to the film distribution method and system provided by the invention, the residual quantity of the film with different parameters in the film distribution device is detected by detecting the residual quantity or the taken-out quantity of the film, the film is communicated with the data processing center according to the residual quantity, a reminding alarm is sent, and the film is fed so as to meet the requirement of automatic production.

Claims (8)

1. A method of dispensing a film, comprising:
acquiring identity identification information of the dental model;
acquiring membrane parameters configured for the dental model according to the identity information;
configuring a corresponding diaphragm for the dental model in a diaphragm configuration device according to the diaphragm parameters;
obtaining the parameters of the residual membrane in the membrane preparation device or the parameters of the membrane taken out;
when the parameters of the residual membranes or the parameters of the taken membranes reach the corresponding preset threshold values, sending a loading instruction to supplement the membranes in the membrane preparation device;
wherein obtaining the parameters of the extracted diaphragm comprises:
and acquiring a digital display pressure value of the pickup device in the process from the pickup of the membrane to the release of the membrane, and when the digital display pressure value is changed within a preset pressure range, taking out the membrane from the membrane preparation device, and updating the number of the residual membranes in the membrane preparation device.
2. The film dispensing method of claim 1, wherein the supplementing of the film sheet in the film dispensing device comprises:
obtaining membrane parameters needing to be added according to the rest membranes in the membrane preparation device;
searching the position where the membrane is placed in the membrane matching device according to the membrane parameters;
and adding the diaphragms corresponding to the parameters according to the position information.

A membrane dispensing system capable of performing the membrane dispensing method of any one of claims 1-2, comprising: the film matching device comprises a data processing center, a control device, a film matching device, a film picking device and an information identification device; the processing center is in communication connection with the film distribution device, the film picking device and the information identification device through the control device respectively;
the control device controls the information recognition device to obtain an identification image of the dental model, and the identification image is analyzed to obtain identity identification information of the dental model; retrieving diaphragm parameters corresponding to the dental model in the data processing center according to the identity information; the control device controls the membrane picking device to pick out the membrane configured for the dental model at the position corresponding to the membrane matching device according to the membrane parameters; after the control device receives that the diaphragm in the film preparation device is taken out, counting the parameters of the residual diaphragm in the film preparation device at present, or when the parameters of the taken-out diaphragm reach the corresponding preset threshold value, the control device sends feeding reminding information to supplement the diaphragm in the film preparation device.

The film dispensing system of claim 3, further comprising a plurality of membrane holding mechanisms in the film dispensing apparatus, and a pressure sensor is disposed at the bottom of each membrane holding mechanism, the plurality of pressure sensors being communicatively connected to the control apparatus;
the control device acquires the sensing pressure value of the pressure sensor, and when the sensing pressure parameter reaches a preset sensing pressure value, the control device sends the feeding reminding information to update the number of the residual diaphragms in the diaphragm matching device.
5. The film distribution system of claim 3, further comprising a digital display pressure gauge in communication with the control device; the control device controls the pickup device to pick up the diaphragm in the diaphragm preparation device and place the diaphragm at a set release station, and digital display pressure values of a vacuum driving assembly of the pickup device from the pickup to the release process are obtained through the digital display pressure gauge, when the digital display pressure values change within a preset pressure range, the diaphragm is taken out of the diaphragm preparation device, and the number of the remaining diaphragms in the diaphragm preparation device is updated.

The film dispensing system of claim 3, further comprising a plurality of film containing mechanisms in the film dispensing device, and a correlation sensor arranged at a preset position of a film taking-out end of each film containing mechanism, wherein the correlation sensor comprises a transmitting end and a receiving end, and is in communication connection with the control device; when the control device detects that the sending parameter signal and the receiving parameter signal of the correlation sensor are inconsistent when the membrane is picked up, the membrane is taken out of the membrane preparation device, and the number of the membranes remained in the membrane preparation device is updated.
7. The film dispensing system of claim 3 further comprising an image detection device disposed at the placement station from which the film sheet is removed, the image detection device being in communication with the control device; the control device controls the image detection device to detect the information identification on the membrane at the placement station, counts the number of the taken membranes according to the information identification, and updates the number of the membranes remaining in the membrane preparation device.
8. A membrane dispensing system in accordance with any one of claims 3-7 further comprising a loading means; the feeding device is in communication connection with the control device;
the control device acquires membrane parameters and the number of membranes to be added according to the remaining membranes in the membrane preparation device;
a membrane containing mechanism for searching a membrane in the membrane preparation device according to the membrane parameters; and further adding the membranes meeting the set quantity in the membrane containing mechanism according to the quantity of the residual membranes.
