The embodiment of the disclosure provides a method for realizing timely response to the matching requirement change of a service by a USIM through strengthening USAT application matching management. The concept definitions of change types, change effective settings and the like are provided, the data objects are expanded according to the concept definitions, new active instructions are additionally added, the function, structure and parameter definitions of the active instructions are defined, and the requirements of interaction processes and rules of the USIM and the terminal are stipulated after the USIM strengthens USAT application matching dynamic management. The USAT application matching function flexibility setting is realized, the dynamic property, the flexibility and the real-time property of the USIM function are improved, the management capability of the relation between the USIM and the terminal is improved, and a necessary premise is opened for realizing more management functions.

Further, the USAT application matching change requirement includes: matching the types of requirements for change to the USAT application;
the types of requirements for changing the USAT application matching include: enabling of USAT application matching, de-enabling of USAT application matching, and adjusting of matching range of USAT application matching.
The type of requirement to change the USAT application match is generated by the authority according to the business policy and provided to the USIM. The USIM presets a terminal range allowed to be used, performs matching verification before an authentication command, namely initiates a USAT session, obtains the IMEI or IMEISV through a provision Local Information command, checks whether the IMEI or IMEISV is in a terminal list allowed to be used, and does not perform authentication on terminals which are not in the list. The USIM may record the result of each matching verification, such as whether the verification is passed, the IMEI or IMEISV that failed the verification, and the like, as necessary, and store the result in the corresponding file EF.

And when the USIM can not obtain the change effective setting, the subsequent command does not contain the change effective setting content.
Further, the USAT application matching change requirement includes: matching the types of requirements for change to the USAT application;
the obtaining of the effective setting condition of the current change comprises:
when the type is the activation of the USAT application matching, the effective setting of the change is real-time effective;
when the type is the elimination of the USAT application matching, if the matching verification result is that the current terminal matching verification fails, the validation setting of the change is real-time validation; if the matching verification result is that the matching verification of the current terminal passes, setting the effect of the change to be delayed to be effective;
when the type is that the matching range of the USAT application matching is expanded, if the matching verification result is that the current terminal matching verification fails, the validation setting of the change is real-time validation; if the matching verification result is that the matching verification of the current terminal passes, setting the effect of the change to be delayed to be effective;
when the type is that the matching range of the USAT application matching is reduced, if the matching verification result is that the current terminal matching verification fails, setting the effect of the change to be delayed to be effective; and if the matching verification result is that the matching verification of the current terminal passes, setting the effect of the change to be in effect in real time.
And judging the effective setting of the change according to the matching verification result of the current terminal and the acquired type of the requirement for changing the USAT application matching, putting the effective setting of the change into a first command, so that the terminal performs matching verification with the USIM according to the command requirement, and completing USAT application matching management.
The embodiment of the disclosure mainly aims at the requirement of the USAT application matching setting change generated in the service evolution process, realizes the timely response to the change requirement by reinforcing the management of the USIM to the function, and improves the dynamic property and the flexibility of the function.
In order to describe the technical solution of the present disclosure more clearly and completely, a third embodiment of the present disclosure provides a USAT application matching management method, as shown in fig. 3, including:

Fig. 6 is a universal subscriber identity module USIM application toolkit USAT application matching management system provided in a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure, which includes the terminal 1 described above, and the USIM2 described above.
The terminal in the embodiment of the present disclosure is used to implement the USAT application matching management method in the first method embodiment, and the USIM is used to implement the USAT application matching management method in the second method embodiment, so that description is simple, and reference may be specifically made to the related description in the first method embodiment and the related description in the second method embodiment, and details are not repeated here.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein applying the USAT matching altered requirements comprises: matching the types of requirements for change to the USAT application;
the types of requirements for changing the USAT application matching include: enabling of USAT application matching, de-enabling of USAT application matching, and adjusting of matching range of USAT application matching.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the requirement for the USAT application matching change according to the first command comprises:
obtaining a requirement for the change in the first command, wherein the requirement comprises the type of the requirement for changing the USAT application matching;
the performing initialization operation between the machine and the card according to the requirement of the USAT application matching change to enable the USIM to perform matching verification on the terminal when the USIM performs initialization operation between the machine and the card, including:
acquiring the situation of changing the USAT application matching according to the type of the requirement for changing the USAT application matching;
judging whether the first command contains change effective setting;
if the first command does not contain change effective setting, the change is judged to be effective in real time, and the terminal carries out initialization operation between the machine and the card according to the situation that the USIM carries out change by matching the USAT application, so that the USIM carries out matching verification on the terminal according to the situation that the USIM carries out change by matching the USAT application when the terminal carries out initialization operation between the machine and the card;
if the first command contains change effective setting, continuously judging whether the change effective setting is effective in real time or delayed;
if the change validation setting is real-time validation, the terminal performs machine-card initialization operation according to the USAT application matching change condition, so that the USIM performs matching verification on the terminal according to the USAT application matching change condition when performing machine-card initialization operation on the terminal;
and if the change validation setting is delayed to be validated, the terminal performs initialization operation between the machine and the card according to the condition that the USAT application is matched for changing under a preset condition, so that the USIM performs matching verification on the terminal according to the condition that the USAT application is matched for changing when the initialization operation between the machine and the card is performed on the terminal.

if not, inquiring a basic file for storing the matching verification result to obtain the matching verification result of the current terminal;
judging whether the effective setting condition of the current change can be obtained or not by combining the matching verification result of the current terminal and the requirement of the USAT application matching change acquired by the terminal;
if yes, adding a change effective setting when generating the first command;
wherein the change validation setting comprises real-time validation and delayed validation.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein applying the USAT matching altered requirements comprises: matching the types of requirements for change to the USAT application;
the obtaining of the effective setting condition of the current change comprises:
when the type is the activation of the USAT application matching, the effective setting of the change is real-time effective;
when the type is the elimination of the USAT application matching, if the matching verification result is that the current terminal matching verification fails, the validation setting of the change is real-time validation; if the matching verification result is that the matching verification of the current terminal passes, setting the effect of the change to be delayed to be effective;
