The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
First, the noun terms to which one or more embodiments of the present invention relate are explained.
A reference server: the time difference is determined by a server used for determining the time difference with the local time of the terminal, and the time of the reference server is taken as the reference standard time; the reference server can be a time server or a server for storage, and the type of the reference server is not particularly limited in the application and can be selected according to actual requirements.
A terminal: the term is used in a broad sense to refer to a generic term for all input and output devices, such as a keyboard, a mouse, a camera, a microphone, a screen, a printer, and the like; the present application specifically refers to a playing terminal having a video playing function, such as a television, a mobile phone, and the like.

In the present application, a video synchronous playing method and apparatus, a computing device and a computer readable storage medium are provided, which are described in detail in the following embodiments one by one.
Example one
The present embodiment provides a video synchronous playing method for a terminal, and referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of the video synchronous playing method provided by the present embodiment, which includes steps S101 to S103.
S101, acquiring standard playing time of a video to be played relative to a reference server.
The video synchronous playing scheme provided by the application is applied to the terminal, and the terminal is a general term of all input and output devices in a broad sense, such as a keyboard, a mouse, a camera, a microphone, a screen, a printer and the like; in the present application, the "terminal" specifically refers to a playing terminal having a function of playing video, such as a television, a mobile phone, and the like.
In the case that a terminal actually plays a video, the time for accessing the playing system by different terminals is completely random, and a time error also exists in the local time corresponding to different terminals, so that in order to ensure that synchronous playing can be achieved between different terminals randomly accessed in the playing process, a reference server serving as a reference for playing time needs to be determined for different terminals.
The reference server in the present application refers to a server for determining a time difference with a local time of a terminal, and takes a time of the reference server as a reference standard time; the reference server can be a time server or a server for storage, and the type and function of the reference server are not particularly limited in the application and can be selected according to actual requirements.
For example, fig. 2a and fig. 2b are schematic diagrams illustrating a scene of a connection mode between different terminals and a reference server in a video synchronization playing method provided by the present invention, where the terminals 1 to 5 are respectively connected to a storage server through a network, the storage server is used as the reference server, and a video playing time relative to the storage server is used as a standard playing time; in fig. 2b, a terminal 1 and a terminal 2 are connected to a storage server 1 through a network for obtaining a video to be played, terminals 3 to 5 are connected to the storage server 2 through a network for obtaining a video to be played, and the terminals 1 to 5 are connected to an independent time server through a network, where the time server is a reference server for determining a standard playing time of the video to be played. Fig. 2a and 2b provided in the present application are only schematic schemes in which different terminals are connected to a reference server through a network, and in practical applications, the reference server may be selected according to specific situations of the technical schemes.
Further, under the condition that the terminal randomly accesses to the playing system of the video to be played, the standard playing time of the video to be played relative to the reference server is obtained.
S102, determining the time difference between the local and the reference server, and determining the local actual playing time of the video to be played according to the standard playing time of the video to be played and the time difference.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic view illustrating a scenario in which different terminals determine time differences with a reference server in the present application, and fig. 3 illustrates two different terminals as an example, where the time of the reference server is t0, the local time of the terminal 1 is t1, and the local time of the terminal 2 is t2, then the time difference Δ t1 between the terminal 1 and the reference server is t1-t0, and the time difference Δ t2 between the terminal 2 and the reference server is t2-t 0.
Specifically, the playing time of the video to be played relative to the reference server is used as a standard playing time, and after the time difference between the terminal and the reference server is determined, the local actual playing time of the video to be played is calculated according to the standard playing time and the time difference.
For example, if the reference server time is 8:55:00, the local time of terminal 1 is 8:55:03, the local time of terminal 2 is 8:54:58, and the local time of terminal 3 is 8:55:05, the time differences determined according to (local time — reference server time) are: +3s, -2s and +5s, and then determining the local actual playing time from the terminal 1 to the terminal 3 according to the time difference and the standard playing time of the video to be played, see table 1 below, where table 1 shows the relationship between the standard playing time and the actual playing time of the video to be played at different terminals.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002662248490000091
As can be seen from the above table, taking the example that the video to be played is divided into 5 video segments to be played, and each video segment is only played at the beginning of the playing time, where each video segment has a standard playing time relative to the reference server, and the time differences between the terminals 1 and 3 respectively relative to the reference server have been determined according to the foregoing contents, then each terminal determines the local actual playing time of the terminal according to the time differences and the standard playing time of each video segment of the video to be played. Further, the standard playing time of the video slice of the video to be played may be a time point at which playing starts, or may be a range of playing times. For example, "video clip 1, 9:00:00-9:05: 15", when the standard playing time is a time range, the determined local actual playing time of the terminal is also the corresponding time range. The present application does not specifically limit the standard playing time of the video clip as the time point for starting playing or the video clip playing time range.
Further, in the video synchronous playing method provided by the present application, determining a time difference between a local server and the reference server includes:
accessing the reference server and sending a time synchronization request to the reference server;
receiving time tick request feedback of the reference server and recording the received local time t4, wherein the time tick request feedback comprises the local time t1 when the terminal sends a time tick request, the time t2 when the reference server receives the time tick request, and the time t3 when the reference server issues the time tick request feedback;
determining time differences of pairs local to the reference server from the t1, t2, t3, and t 4.
In the method, the terminal sends the time setting request to the reference server to determine the time difference between the local terminal and the reference server, so that the time setting time difference of the terminal relative to the reference server can be determined quickly and accurately.
Further, in the present application, an average value of two time differences t2-t1 and t4-t3 may be used as the time difference, and the time difference may also be calculated based on a time difference calculation algorithm used in the prior art.
S103, acquiring a corresponding video clip from the storage address of the video to be played according to the local current time and the local actual playing time, and playing.
Specifically, referring to the content in table 1, for example, if the current time of the terminal 1 is 9:20:00, it may be determined that the video segment 3 of the video to be played should be played according to the local actual playing time of the terminal 1, and then the terminal 1 acquires the corresponding video segment 3 from the storage address of the video to be played and plays the video.
Further, because the time when different terminals access the system for playing video to be played has randomness, the following two situations can be distinguished: when the terminal is accessed, the video to be played does not start to be played; or when the terminal is accessed, the video to be played is played for a period of time.
Further, in the video synchronous playing method provided by the present application, acquiring and playing the corresponding video segment from the storage address of the video to be played according to the local current time and the local actual playing time includes:
comparing the local current time with the local actual playing time to determine a video clip of the video to be played corresponding to the local current time;
and acquiring the corresponding video clip from the storage address of the video to be played and playing the video clip.
Further, acquiring a corresponding video segment from the storage address of the video to be played according to the local current time and the local actual playing time and playing the video segment comprises:
comparing the local current time with the starting playing time in the local actual playing time;
under the condition that the local current time is earlier than the playing start time, acquiring a first video clip of the video to be played from the storage address of the video to be played as an initial playing video clip and playing at the playing start time in the local actual playing time;
and under the condition that the local current time is later than the playing starting time, determining the video clip of the video to be played corresponding to the local current time, and acquiring the corresponding video clip from the storage address of the video to be played and playing the video clip.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4a, fig. 4a is a scene schematic diagram illustrating a situation that a local current time is earlier than a play start time in the local actual play time, specifically: the actual playing time of the video to be played at the terminal A is 9:00-10:00, wherein 9:00 is the starting playing time in the local actual playing time, and the video to be played is divided into 5 video segments which are marked as P1-P5; the local current time of the terminal A is 8:55, which is earlier than the playing start time 9:00 in the local actual playing time, the terminal A acquires the first video clip from the storage address of the video to be played as the starting playing video clip, waits for 9:00, and starts to play the first video clip P1 of the video to be played from 9: 00.
Referring to fig. 4b, fig. 4b is a scene schematic diagram illustrating a situation that the current time at the local is later than the actual start playing time at the local, specifically: the actual playing time of the video to be played at the terminal B is 9:00-10:00, wherein 9:00 is the starting playing time in the local actual playing time, and the video to be played is divided into 5 video segments which are marked as P1-P5; the local current time of the terminal B is 9:13, and is later than the playing start time 9:00 in the local actual playing time, the terminal B determines the video clip corresponding to the local current time 9:13, which can be seen as a second video clip P2 in the figure, and the terminal B acquires the P2 from the storage address of the video to be played and starts playing from the current time 9: 13.
According to the video synchronous playing method, the video clip of the video to be played corresponding to the local current time is determined by comparing the local current time with the local actual playing time, the playing clip of the video to be played corresponding to the local current time of the terminal can be rapidly and accurately determined for different terminals in a complex video playing system, and the different terminals are all based on the local actual playing time of the video to be played determined by the reference server, so that the synchronous playing of the video to be played by the different terminals accessed at any time can be realized.
Further, in the video synchronous playing method provided by the application, the video to be played is stored in a plurality of service nodes in a fragment form in a distributed manner, and the video to be played includes an index file and a video clip file;
the video synchronous playing method further comprises the following steps:
determining an optimal service node in the plurality of service nodes based on the connection speed, and downloading the index file of the video to be played from the optimal service node; and downloading the video clip file according to the index file and decoding.
According to the method and the device, the optimal service node is selected according to the connection speed to be used for downloading the video clip to be played, the video clip of the video to be played can be obtained at the highest speed, and the user experience is improved.
In this embodiment, a video synchronous playing method is provided through the above steps S101 to S103, a time difference between a local area and a reference server is determined by obtaining a standard playing time relative to the reference server, a local actual playing time of a video to be played is determined according to the standard playing time of the video to be played and the time difference, and actual playing times relative to the reference server can be determined for different playing terminals through the above steps, so that a basis is provided for different terminals to synchronously play the video; according to the method and the device, the corresponding video clips are obtained from the storage addresses of the videos to be played and played according to the local current time and the local actual playing time, so that the video clips played by different terminals are all the video clips corresponding to the standard playing time of the reference server, and synchronous playing of the different terminals is achieved.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a video synchronous playing method for a terminal, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a flowchart of the video synchronous playing method provided by the present embodiment, which includes steps S501 to S504.
S501, acquiring standard playing time of the video to be played relative to a reference server.
S502, determining the time difference between the local and the reference server, and determining the local actual playing time of the video to be played according to the standard playing time of the video to be played and the time difference.
S503, acquiring a corresponding video clip from the storage address of the video to be played according to the local current time and the local actual playing time, and playing.
Since the specific contents included in steps S501 to S503 have already been described in detail in the foregoing, detailed description is omitted in this embodiment.
S504, monitoring the playing position of the video to be played in a preset monitoring period in the playing process of the video to be played.
Specifically, in order to ensure that each terminal plays synchronously in the process of playing the video to be played, the terminal monitors the playing position of the video to be played according to a preset monitoring period. The monitoring period may be set according to actual conditions of each terminal, for example, the monitoring period is 10s, 30s, 1min, and the like, which is not limited in the present application.
Further, in the video synchronous playing method provided by the application, the monitoring period is less than or equal to a preset error threshold;
monitoring the playing position of the video to be played in a preset monitoring period in the playing process of the video to be played, and the monitoring method comprises the following steps:
determining an expected playing position of the video to be played at the monitoring point of the monitoring period according to the local actual playing time, and acquiring the current playing position of the video to be played;
and under the condition that the difference value between the expected playing position and the current playing position of the video to be played exceeds the error threshold value, adjusting the playing of the video to be played.
For example, the foregoing playing of the terminal a is described as an example, the video to be played is played at a normal playing speed of 60 frames per second, and with a preset check period of 2s and a preset error threshold of 3s, in the process of playing the video to be played, the terminal a determines an expected playing position at the monitoring point every 2s according to the local actual playing time, acquires the current playing position of the terminal at the detection point, compares the expected playing position with the current playing position, and adjusts the playing of the video to be played if a difference between the two positions exceeds the error threshold. For example, if the expected playing position is the 4 th frame of the second video segment, the current playing position is the 64 th frame of the second video segment, the difference between the two is 60 frames, the corresponding time difference is 1s, and the difference is within the preset error threshold of 3s, no adjustment is needed; if the expected playing position is the 20 th frame of the second video segment, the current playing position is the 260 th frame of the second video segment, the difference value between the expected playing position and the current playing position is 240 frames, and the corresponding time difference value is 4s, if the difference value exceeds the preset error threshold value and is 3s, the playing of the video to be played needs to be adjusted.
Further, in the video synchronous playing method provided by the present application, when the difference exceeds the error threshold, adjusting the playing of the video to be played includes:
under the condition that the current playing position of the video to be played is faster than the expected playing position, pausing playing the video to be played or slowing down playing the video to be played;
and under the condition that the current playing position of the video to be played is slower than the expected playing position, acquiring a video clip corresponding to the expected playing position and playing the video clip, or accelerating to play the video to be played.
As shown in fig. 6a, fig. 6a shows a scene schematic diagram of an expected playing position (point E) and a current playing position (point C) corresponding to a monitoring point M1 in a monitoring period in the video synchronous playing method provided by the present application. When the current playing position (point C) corresponding to the monitoring point M1 is faster than the corresponding expected playing position (point E), and the difference between the two positions exceeds the preset error threshold, the terminal a needs to adjust the playing of the video to be played.
Specifically, if the terminal a plays the video to be played at a playing speed of 60 frames per second, the preset check period is 2s, and the preset error threshold is 3 s. The expected playing position is the 20 th frame of the third video segment (P3), the current playing position is the 260 th frame of P3, the difference between the two frames is 240 frames, the corresponding time difference is 4s, the difference exceeds the preset error threshold value and is 3s, and the current playing position of the video to be played is faster than the expected playing position, and the following two ways can be adopted for adjustment:
(1) stopping playing at the current playing position, specifically: stopping playing, determining a corresponding first time difference between the current playing position and the expected playing position according to the playing speed, resuming playing after waiting for the first time difference, namely, the terminal A stops playing at the current playing position, and resumes playing after waiting for 4 s;
(2) the speed reduction playing of the video to be played specifically comprises the following steps: and calculating a playing error according to the current playing position and the expected playing position, calculating a first playing speed according to the playing error, and carrying out speed reduction playing according to the first playing speed.
In another case, fig. 6b shows a scene schematic diagram of an expected playing position (point E) and a current playing position (point C) corresponding to a monitoring point M2 in a monitoring period in the video synchronous playing method provided by the present application: when the current playing position (point C) corresponding to the monitoring point M2 is slower than the expected playing position (point E) and the difference between the two exceeds the preset error threshold, the terminal a needs to adjust the playing of the video to be played.
Specifically, the terminal a plays the video to be played at a normal play speed of 60 frames per second, with a preset check period of 2s and a preset error threshold of 3 s. The expected playing position is the 420 th frame of the fifth video segment (P5), the current playing position is the 120 th frame of P5, the difference between the two frames is 300 frames, the corresponding time difference is 5s, the difference exceeds the preset error threshold value and is 3s, and the current playing position of the video to be played is slower than the expected playing position, the following two ways can be adopted for adjustment:
(1) acquiring and playing the video clip corresponding to the expected playing position, specifically: the terminal A acquires a video clip corresponding to the 420 th frame of a second video clip at an expected playing position, namely acquires the second video clip and starts playing from the 420 th frame;
(2) the accelerated playing of the video to be played specifically comprises: and calculating a playing error according to the current playing position and the expected playing position, calculating a second playing speed according to the playing error, and carrying out accelerated playing according to the second playing speed.
Specifically, the video to be played may be played in a decelerating or accelerating manner according to a conventional means in the art, and the decelerating or accelerating manner of playing the video to be played is not particularly limited in the present application.
Further, under the condition that the current playing position of the video to be played is slower than the expected playing position, acquiring a video clip corresponding to the expected playing position, including:
searching whether a video clip corresponding to the expected playing position is included in the downloaded video clips;
if not, stopping the currently downloaded video clip and downloading the video clip corresponding to the expected playing position from the storage address of the video to be played.
According to the foregoing, the terminal starts downloading the video to be played after establishing connection with the optimal service node, so that when the current playing position of the monitoring point in the preset monitoring period is slower than the expected playing position, for example, the current playing position is the 300 th frame of the second video segment, and the expected playing position corresponds to the 350 th frame of the fourth video segment, the terminal first searches whether the fourth video segment has been downloaded in the local already downloaded video segments, and if the terminal does not download the fourth video segment but is downloading the third video segment, the terminal stops downloading the current third video segment, and directly downloads the fourth video segment corresponding to the expected playing position.
Through the operation, the video clip corresponding to the expected playing position can be obtained in time, and the downloading of the video clip which is not needed to be played is cancelled, so that the downloading time and the flow resource are saved, and the occupation of the local storage space of the terminal is reduced.
Further, in the video synchronous playing method provided by the present application, the method further includes:
pre-calculating the expected downloading time of the video clip corresponding to the expected playing position according to the current downloading speed;
and under the condition that the end point of the expected downloading time exceeds the expected playing position, determining an optimal downloaded video clip according to the expected downloading time, and determining an updated expected playing position according to the optimal downloaded video clip.
For example, still taking the aforementioned terminal expected playing position as the 350 th frame of the fourth video segment as an example, before the terminal downloads the fourth video segment, the expected downloading time for downloading the fourth video segment is pre-calculated according to the current downloading speed of the terminal, and it is determined whether the actual playing time corresponding to the 350 th frame of the fourth video segment has been exceeded after the downloading is completed according to the expected downloading time, for example, the current time is 9:30:00, the expected downloading time is 4s (the corresponding downloading completion time is 9:30:04), and the actual playing time corresponding to the 350 th frame of the fourth video segment is 9:30:02, it can be seen that if the downloading of the fourth video segment according to the current downloading speed has been completed and has exceeded the actual playing time corresponding to the expected playing position. In this case, the terminal determines the optimal download segment according to the download completion time corresponding to the expected download time being 9:30:04, that is, the download completion time 9:30:04, if the corresponding play position is in the fourth video segment, the fourth video segment is the optimal download segment, and determines the updated expected play position according to the download completion time 9:30:04, that is, the play position corresponding to 9:30: 04; in another case, if the playing position corresponding to the download completion time 9:30:04 is the fifth video segment, the terminal takes the fifth video segment as the best download video segment, and downloads the expected playing position corresponding to the download completion time corresponding to the fifth video segment according to the current download speed.
According to the method and the device, the optimal download segment can be selected according to the download speed and the corresponding expected play position is determined, the actual play time of the expected play position can be obtained at the moment when the download is completed, the play position corresponding to the actual play time of the video to be played is more accurate, and the terminals can play synchronously.
Further, the video synchronous playing method provided by the present application further includes:
under the condition that the time for monitoring and adjusting the playing position of the video to be played at the monitoring point of the current monitoring period exceeds the monitoring period;
and for the next monitoring period, determining an expected playing position corresponding to the monitoring point of the next monitoring period by adopting a preset control algorithm based on the difference between the monitoring and adjusting time of the current monitoring period and the monitoring period.
Specifically, for example, the preset monitoring period of the terminal is 5s, and since the difference between the current playing position and the expected playing position of the monitoring point in the current monitoring period exceeds the preset error threshold, the terminal adjusts the playing position in the current monitoring period, and when the total time consumed from the starting time of the monitoring action to the end of adjusting the playing position in the current monitoring period is 6s, the preset monitoring period is exceeded by 5s, so the expected playing position of the monitoring point in the next monitoring period is re-determined according to the preset control algorithm based on the error of the time exceeding.
Specifically, the control algorithm in the present application may employ PID (Proportional-Derivative-Integral) control.
Through the steps, in the process of playing the video, if the situation that the playing adjustment behavior is more complex and the situation exceeds the preset monitoring period occurs, in order to reduce the influence of the subsequent monitoring behavior of the video to be played, the error behavior can be effectively controlled by adopting a control algorithm, and the error of synchronous playing is reduced.
The present application provides a video synchronous playing method through the foregoing steps S501 to S504, where a terminal only sends a time synchronization request to a reference server at a time of accessing playing, and each terminal monitors a playing position of a video to be played and performs self-adjustment in a playing process, so that it is possible to ensure that each terminal plays synchronously, and the server does not need to adjust the playing, so that the cost is low, the stability is good, and the extensibility is strong.
