regularly or irregularly collecting and verifying voiceprint information of the legal service provider, comparing the voiceprint information with stored voiceprint sample information, and repeating the step if the information is consistent (or within an error allowable range); and if the information is inconsistent, sending out prompt information of abnormal information.

the reservation information judging module is used for judging whether the reservation information passes, and if so, receiving a verification request of the identity information related to each party of the remote legal service; if not, rejecting the reservation request;
the identity information verification module is used for verifying whether the identity information related to each party of the remote legal service passes the authorization authentication of the authoritative CA center of the third party or not, and receiving a judgment request of the equipment positioning information used by the legal service provider if the identity information related to each party of the remote legal service passes the authorization authentication of the authoritative CA center of the third party; if not, rejecting the reservation request;
the equipment positioning information judging module is used for judging whether the positioning information of the equipment used by the legal server is consistent with the registered positioning information stored in the system or not, and if so, receiving a remote legal service meeting request; if not, rejecting the reservation request;
the remote legal service meeting module is used for connecting and displaying video and audio information of legal servers and legal service objects;
the system comprises a legal server information acquisition module, a legal server information acquisition module and a legal server information storage module, wherein the legal server information acquisition module is used for acquiring and storing related sample information of a legal server;
the legal server information checking module is used for regularly or irregularly acquiring and verifying the related information of the legal server, comparing the related information with the stored related sample information, and if the information is consistent, not sending prompt information of abnormal information; if the information is inconsistent, sending out prompt information of abnormal information;
and the alarm module is used for sending alarm information after receiving the prompt information of the abnormal information.
2. The lawyer remote legal service system based on digital certificate authentication as claimed in claim 1, wherein, the remote legal service reservation module comprises:
the first lawyer card identity information verification submodule is used for verifying whether the received lawyer card identity information is authorized and authenticated by a third party authoritative CA center, and if so, receiving a reservation request; if not, rejecting the reservation request;
the information display sub-module of the detention department is used for displaying the information of the optional detention department;
the system comprises a custody department information selection submodule, a custody department information selection submodule and a legal service object information selection submodule, wherein the custody department information selection submodule is used for inputting selection information of a custody department matched with legal service object information;
the legal service time selection submodule is used for inputting required remote legal service time information;
the legal service time judging submodule is used for judging whether the received remote legal service time information is idle time or not, and if so, the legal service time judging submodule passes through a reservation request; if not, ending, inputting again or waiting;
the overtime alarm submodule is used for judging whether the waiting time information in the waiting state is in a specified time range or not, and if so, not sending alarm information; if not, alarm information is sent out.

the second lawyer card identity information verification submodule is used for verifying the lawyer card identity information authorized and authenticated by the authority CA center of the third party;
the law firm identity information verification submodule is used for verifying the law firm identity information authorized and authenticated by the third-party authoritative CA center;
the legal service object entrusted identity information verification submodule is used for verifying the legal service object entrusted identity information authorized and authenticated by the third-party authoritative CA center;
and the identity information verification sub-module of the detention authority is used for verifying the identity information of the detention authority authorized and authenticated by the authority CA center of the third party.
4. The lawyer remote legal service system based on digital certificate authentication as claimed in claim 3, wherein, the legal service person information collecting module comprises:
the face information acquisition submodule is used for acquiring and storing face sample information of a legal server;
and the voiceprint information acquisition submodule is used for acquiring and storing voiceprint sample information of the legal server.

s3, verifying whether the identity information related to each party of the remote legal service passes the authorization and the authentication of the authority CA center of the third party, if so, entering the step S4; if not, rejecting the reservation request;
s4, judging whether the location information of the equipment used by the legal server is consistent with the location information registered and stored in the system, if so, entering the step S5; if not, rejecting the reservation request;
s5, connecting and displaying video and audio information of legal service providers and legal service objects;
s6, collecting and storing related sample information of legal service providers;
s7, collecting and verifying the related information of the legal service provider regularly or irregularly, comparing the related information with the stored related sample information, and repeating the step S7 if the related information is consistent; if the information is not consistent, the process goes to step S8;
and S8, sending alarm information after receiving the prompt information of the information abnormity.

s11, verifying whether the received lawyer identity information passes through the authorization and the authentication of the authority CA center of the third party, if so, receiving a reservation request, and entering the step S12; if not, rejecting the reservation request;
s12, displaying information of optional detention departments;
s13, inputting the selection information of the detention authority matched with the legal service object information;
s14, inputting required remote legal service time information;
s15, judging whether the received remote legal service time information is idle time, and if so, passing a reservation request; if not, the state is changed to an ending, re-inputting or waiting state;
s16, judging whether the waiting time information in the waiting state is in the specified time range, if yes, repeating the step S16; if not, alarm information is sent out.

verifying lawyer card identity information authorized and authenticated by a third-party authoritative CA center;
