Claims (10)

1. An analysis system capable of simultaneously detecting a plurality of sets of mixed signals,
comprises a mixed signal logic analyzer device (101) and a signal detection device (102);
the mixed signal logic analyzer device (101) and the signal detection device (102) complete information connection, so that the signal detection device (102) can receive a trigger result, and after the trigger result and a detection rule are compared with each other, a detection report file is generated to allow a detector to judge whether the circuit board to be detected is abnormal; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the mixed signal logic analyzer device (101) comprises a signal processing module (1011) for simultaneously processing input signals of 8-16 channels; the signal processing module (1011) is connected with a signal input channel (1012), is electrically connected with a plurality of channels through the signal input channel (1012) at the same time, and receives mixed signals from each channel; the signal processing module (1011) transmits the signal triggering information to the signal detection device (102) through the connected information transmission module (1015); a comparator module (1013) is connected between the signal processing module (1011) and the signal input channel (1012), and the high potential and the low potential of the digital signal are judged through the arranged comparator module (1013), and a digital waveform is formed between the high potential and the low potential;
the signal detection device (102) comprises an operation module (1021) for operation, and the function of the operation module (1021) comprises the steps of preparing logic operation, temporarily storing an operation result and storing an execution instruction position; the operation module (1021) is connected with a signal detection module (1022), a detection report module (1023) and a detection database (1024);
the signal detection module (1022) establishes a detection rule table, so that the signal detection module (1022) compares the trigger information of each signal according to the signal detection rule of the detection rule table and generates a signal comparison result;
the detection report module (1023) stores the signal comparison result as a detection report file for an operator to file and forward the detection report file, and judges whether the circuit board to be detected is abnormal;
the detection database (1024) stores signal detection rules and detection rule tables of various circuit boards, the detection rule tables correspond to the signal detection rules, and the detection rule tables comprise timing detection columns, level value detection columns and other detection item columns, and are established and modified according to requirements.
2. The analysis system of claim 1, wherein the analysis system is capable of detecting a plurality of sets of mixed signals simultaneously,
the shunt path connected with the signal processing module (1011) and the signal input channel (1012) comprises an analog signal path and a digital signal path;
the analog signal path converts an analog signal into a digital signal by using an analog signal conversion module (1014) arranged on the analog signal path;
the comparator module (1013) is arranged on a digital signal path;
and the digital signal path transmits the analog signal trigger information and the digital signal trigger information to the signal detection device (102) through the provided information transmission module (1015).
3. The analysis system for simultaneously detecting multiple sets of mixed signals according to claim 2, wherein the analog signal conversion module (1014) is an analog-to-digital converter.
4. The analysis system according to claim 1, wherein the computing module (1021) comprises a central processing unit or a microcontroller.
5. The analysis system of claim 1, wherein the analysis system is capable of detecting a plurality of sets of mixed signals simultaneously,
the signal detection module (1022) performs sequence detection and level value detection; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the timing detection means detecting whether the phase value of the mixed signal meets the signal detection rule;
the level value detection means whether the logic state and level value of the mixed signal meet the signal detection rule.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the signal detection device (102) comprises an input module electrically connected to the computing module (1021).
7. The analysis system of claim 1, wherein the analysis system is capable of detecting a plurality of sets of mixed signals simultaneously,
the input signal of detecting the rule table adopts rule and signal detection rule, wherein, the signal is taken the rule and is contained:
detecting a digital signal, wherein the digital signal is in logic states 0 and 1, and the setting value is in the logic state;
the analog signal is detected, the analog level setting value is set by adopting a level value or a level amplitude percentage, wherein the level value setting is mainly applied to the working level of the signal to be detected, each channel is different and is set according to the actual level, the level amplitude percentage is applied to the detection voltage, the height value between the level amplitudes is specified by the amplitude percentage, and the detection time sequence phase is used in the process of long level rising and falling time.

The analysis system for detecting multiple sets of mixed signals simultaneously as claimed in claim 1, wherein a multi-channel switch board is connected to the mixed signal logic analysis apparatus (101) to complete information connection, and the mixed signal logic analysis apparatus (101) can collect mixed signals of multiple channels through the multi-channel switch board.
9. The analysis system of claim 1, wherein the analysis system is capable of detecting a plurality of sets of mixed signals simultaneously,
the mixed signal logic analyzing device (101) further comprises a data buffer module;
the data buffer module is connected with the signal processing module (1011) to complete information connection, the data buffer module is used to buffer and store signal data, and the data buffer module is used to buffer and store data to adjust the flow rate of the data stream transmitted through the information transmission module (1015) in the process of increasing the instantaneous amount of the data stream of the input electronic signal, and the data buffer module is used to store the signal data safely in the data buffer module in the process of increasing the continuous amount of the data stream of the input electronic signal, and then the data transmission module (1015) is used to transmit the flow rate; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the data buffer module is a dynamic random access memory.
10. An analysis method for simultaneously detecting multiple sets of mixed signals according to claim 2, comprising the steps of:
1) a step (21) of setting a detection rule table, wherein a detection person can operate a signal detection device (102) according to a detection specification given by a circuit board (20) to be detected, and newly establish the detection rule table, and input a signal access rule and a signal detection rule in the detection rule table;
2) a step (22) of loading a detection rule table, wherein after a detection person electrically connects the mixed signal logic analysis device (101) to a circuit board (20) to be detected, and after the signal detection device (102) reads the set detection rule table, the signal detection device (102) transmits a signal access rule to the mixed signal logic analysis device (101);
3) after the mixed signal logic analysis device (101) is electrically connected with the signal detection device (102), a detection person can execute a power-on program on the circuit board (20) to be detected, so that the mixed signal logic analysis device (101) can receive a mixed signal of the circuit board (20) to be detected based on a signal access rule, an input channel (1012) of the mixed signal logic analysis device (101) can receive the mixed signal, and the mixed signal can be further divided into an analog signal path and a digital signal path, so that the mixed signal logic analysis device (101) can respectively process signals of different paths;
4) after the mixed signal is shunted to the analog signal path, the analog signal conversion module (1014) collects the mixed signal through the analog signal path and converts the analog signal part of the mixed signal into a first digital signal, wherein the analog signal is converted into the digital signal, the signal processing module (1011) receives the first digital signal, the signal processing module (1011) triggers the first digital signal based on the signal access rule and generates analog signal triggering information according to the triggering result; after the mixed signal is shunted to the digital signal path, the comparator module (1013) collects the mixed signal, and the digital signal component of the mixed signal is processed through the comparator module (1013), wherein the comparator module (1013) processes based on a preset trigger level and a trigger condition and generates a second digital signal according to the processing result, and after the signal processing module (1011) receives the second digital signal, the signal processing module (1011) performs a trigger operation on the second digital signal and performs a trigger operation on the second digital signal based on a signal access rule to generate digital signal trigger information;
wherein, the signal processing module (1011) obtains the analog signal trigger information and the digital signal trigger information after a signal acquisition period is finished, and transmits each trigger information to the signal detection device (102), so that the signal detection device (102) can compare the detection rules of the analog signal trigger information and the digital signal trigger information after acquiring the analog signal trigger information and the digital signal trigger information;
