Claims (10)

1. A method for generating dynamic tariffs is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a user identifier of a user;
acquiring a specific tariff code and a dynamic tariff code associated with the user identifier according to the user identifier;
determining a specific tariff rule according to the specific tariff code;
determining a target dynamic attribute according to the dynamic tariff code; wherein the specific tariff code is used to represent a code of a tariff package ordered by the user; determining the price package ordered by the user according to the specific price code so as to obtain a price rule of the price package; wherein, the specific tariff rule represents the tariff rule of the tariff package represented by the specific tariff code; determining a dynamic attribute associated with a tariff component of the ordered tariff package according to the dynamic tariff code, wherein the dynamic attribute represents a changed user attribute, and the target dynamic attribute represents a dynamic attribute associated with the tariff component;
determining at least one target dynamic tariff rule matched with the target dynamic attribute according to the dynamic parameters of the target dynamic attribute, wherein the dynamic parameters comprise the attribute type and the attribute value of the target dynamic attribute;
and generating a dynamic tariff result according to the specific tariff rule and the at least one target dynamic tariff rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to obtaining the user identification of the user, the method further comprises:
creating a dynamic attribute table, wherein the dynamic attribute table is used for recording and storing dynamic attribute information of a user, the dynamic attribute information comprises dynamic parameters of dynamic attributes, and the dynamic attribute table is associated with a user identifier;
creating a dynamic tariff rule configuration table, wherein the dynamic tariff rule configuration table is associated with tariff codes, and the tariff codes comprise specific tariff codes and dynamic tariff codes.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the determining at least one target dynamic tariff rule matching the target dynamic property based on the dynamic parameter of the target dynamic property comprises:
determining a dynamic tariff rule associated with the specific tariff code and the dynamic tariff code according to the dynamic tariff rule configuration table;
and determining at least one target dynamic charging rule according to the dynamic parameters of the target dynamic attributes and the dynamic charging rules.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein before determining at least one target dynamic tariff rule matching the target dynamic property based on the dynamic parameters of the target dynamic property, the method further comprises:
acquiring a dynamic attribute table associated with the user identifier according to the user identifier;
and acquiring the dynamic attribute information of the user corresponding to the user identification according to the dynamic attribute table.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein prior to determining a particular tariff rule based on the particular tariff code, the method further comprises:
and acquiring a dynamic tariff rule configuration table.
6. The method according to claim 4, wherein after obtaining the dynamic attribute information of the user corresponding to the user identifier according to the dynamic attribute table, before determining at least one target dynamic charging rule matching the target dynamic attribute according to the dynamic parameter of the target dynamic attribute, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the dynamic parameters of the target dynamic attributes.
7. The method according to any of claims 1 to 6, wherein generating a dynamic tariff result based on the specific tariff rule and the target dynamic tariff rule comprises:
generating at least one target dynamic tariff result according to the dynamic parameters of the target dynamic attributes and the at least one target dynamic tariff rule;
and generating a dynamic tariff result according to the specific tariff rule and at least one target dynamic tariff result.
8. An apparatus for generating a dynamic tariff, comprising:
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain a user identifier of a user;
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring a specific tariff code and a dynamic tariff code associated with the user identifier according to the user identifier;
a first determining unit, configured to determine a specific tariff rule according to the specific tariff code;
the second determining unit is used for determining a target dynamic attribute according to the dynamic tariff code; wherein the specific tariff code is used to represent a code of a tariff package ordered by the user; determining the price package ordered by the user according to the specific price code so as to obtain a price rule of the price package; wherein, the specific tariff rule represents the tariff rule of the tariff package represented by the specific tariff code; determining a dynamic attribute associated with a tariff component of the ordered tariff package according to the dynamic tariff code, wherein the dynamic attribute represents a changed user attribute, and the target dynamic attribute represents a dynamic attribute associated with the tariff component;
a third determining unit, configured to determine, according to a dynamic parameter of the target dynamic attribute, at least one target dynamic tariff rule that matches the target dynamic attribute, where the dynamic parameter includes an attribute type and an attribute value of the target dynamic attribute;
and the generating unit is used for generating a dynamic tariff result according to the specific tariff rule and the at least one target dynamic tariff rule.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the first creating unit is used for creating a dynamic attribute table, the dynamic attribute table is used for recording and storing dynamic attribute information of a user, the dynamic attribute information comprises dynamic parameters of dynamic attributes, and the dynamic attribute table is associated with a user identifier;
and the second establishing unit is used for establishing a dynamic tariff rule configuration table, the dynamic tariff rule configuration table is associated with tariff codes, and the tariff codes comprise specific tariff codes and dynamic tariff codes.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the third determining unit further comprises:
a first determining module, configured to determine a dynamic tariff rule associated with the specific tariff code and the dynamic tariff code according to the dynamic tariff rule configuration table;
and the second determining module is used for determining at least one target dynamic charging rule according to the dynamic parameters of the target dynamic attributes and the dynamic charging rules.
