Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present application better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The inventor of the application finds that currently, when a user withdraws money at a cash dispenser, the user is restricted by the withdrawal limit on the same day. When the withdrawal amount of the user exceeds the withdrawal limit on the day, the user cannot use the target account to withdraw money on the cash dispenser, and only can choose to submit the personal identification certificate to a bank counter for manual withdrawal or exchange other bank cards for transaction. However, when a bank worker regularly clears and adds money to the cash dispenser, the cash dispenser has cash left therein.
In order to solve the above problem, in the embodiment of the present application, after a first withdrawal amount input by a user on a cash machine is obtained and a first withdrawal transaction is performed on a target account according to the first withdrawal amount, the cash machine counts a total withdrawal amount of the target account on the cash machine on the same day, and if the withdrawal amount of the target account on the same day reaches an account daily withdrawal upper limit corresponding to the cash machine, it is determined that the user may have a demand for withdrawal exceeding a limit amount. At this time, first prompt information is output to prompt the user to have the permission to continue withdrawing money. By the method, even if the withdrawal amount of the target account on the cash dispenser on the same day reaches the withdrawal upper limit of the account corresponding to the cash dispenser on the same day, the user can continue to withdraw cash on the cash dispenser by using the target account without replacing the withdrawal account or withdrawing cash in other manners.
Various non-limiting embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Exemplary method
Referring to fig. 1, the drawing is a schematic flowchart of a data processing method based on a withdrawal transaction according to an embodiment of the present application.
The method shown in fig. 1 may be executed by a controller or a processor having a data processing function, or may be executed by a device including the controller or the processor, such as an Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) Machine.
In the present embodiment, the method shown in FIG. 1 can be implemented, for example, by the following steps S101-S103.
S101: a first withdrawal amount input by a user on a cash machine is obtained.
In this embodiment, when a user performs a withdrawal operation on a cash dispenser, the cash dispenser needs to first obtain a first withdrawal amount input by the user.
S102: and executing a first withdrawal transaction on the target account according to the first withdrawal amount.
In this embodiment, a cash dispenser determines a first withdrawal amount input by a user after obtaining the first withdrawal amount, and if the first withdrawal amount input by the user does not exceed an account single-time withdrawal upper limit corresponding to the cash dispenser and an accumulated withdrawal amount of a current account on the cash dispenser on the same day does not reach an account daily withdrawal upper limit corresponding to the cash dispenser, the cash dispenser executes a first withdrawal transaction on a target account according to the first withdrawal amount input by the user. The upper limit of single-time withdrawal of the account is the highest withdrawal amount of one account in one-time withdrawal operation of a cash dispenser, the upper limit of daily withdrawal of the account is the highest withdrawal amount accumulated by one account in the cash dispenser within a natural day. For example, if the upper limit of single withdrawal of an account corresponding to a cash dispenser is 5000 yuan and the upper limit of daily withdrawal of the account is 20000 yuan, the first withdrawal transaction can be executed on the target account only if the first withdrawal amount input by the user does not exceed 5000 yuan and the cumulative withdrawal amount of the current account on the cash dispenser on the current day does not reach 20000 yuan.
It should be noted that before the first withdrawal transaction is executed, it is further determined that the accumulated withdrawal amount of the current account on the cash machine on the same day does not exceed the daily withdrawal upper limit of the account corresponding to the cash machine after the first withdrawal transaction is completed. If the first withdrawal amount input by the user does not exceed the upper limit of single withdrawal of the account corresponding to the cash dispenser, and the accumulated withdrawal amount of the current account on the cash dispenser on the same day does not reach the upper limit of daily withdrawal of the account corresponding to the cash dispenser, but after the first withdrawal transaction is executed according to the first withdrawal amount, the withdrawal amount of the current account on the cash dispenser on the same day exceeds the upper limit of daily withdrawal of the account corresponding to the cash dispenser, the first withdrawal transaction cannot be executed. For example, if the first withdrawal transaction is a withdrawal of 4000 units, the upper limit of single withdrawal of an account corresponding to a cash dispenser is 5000 units, and the upper limit of daily withdrawal of the account is 20000 units, and before the first withdrawal transaction is executed, the withdrawal amount of the current account on the cash dispenser on the same day is 17000 units, then after the first withdrawal transaction is executed according to the first withdrawal amount, the withdrawal amount of the current account on the cash dispenser on the same day is 21000 units, and exceeds the upper limit of daily withdrawal of the account for 20000 units, at this time, the first withdrawal transaction cannot be executed.
S103: after the first withdrawal transaction is completed, if the withdrawal amount of the target account on the cash dispenser on the current day reaches the withdrawal upper limit of the account corresponding to the cash dispenser on the current day, outputting first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for indicating that the user has the permission to continue withdrawing cash.
In this embodiment, after a first withdrawal transaction of a user on a cash dispenser is completed, if the current accumulated withdrawal amount of the user reaches the upper withdrawal limit of an account corresponding to the cash dispenser, it is determined that the user may have a demand for continuing to withdraw cash beyond the upper withdrawal limit, and the cash dispenser may output first prompt information to prompt the user whether to select to continue to withdraw cash. The first prompt message may be output in various manners, such as voice playing, display through a display screen, and the like.
Through the steps, even if the withdrawal amount of the target account on the cash dispenser on the current day reaches the withdrawal upper limit of the account corresponding to the cash dispenser on the current day, the user can continue to use the target account to withdraw cash on the cash dispenser without replacing the withdrawal account or withdrawing cash in other modes.
It is easy to find that the method provided by the embodiment can not increase the operation and maintenance cost of the bank while improving the user money withdrawal experience, and therefore, in practical application, the method has good realizability.
In addition, after the cash dispenser acquires that the user may have a demand of continuously withdrawing cash beyond the upper withdrawal limit, in order to ensure that the user can continuously withdraw cash on the cash dispenser, after the cash dispenser executes a first cash withdrawal transaction, whether residual cash exists in the cash dispenser can be determined, and after the residual cash exists in the cash dispenser is determined, first prompt information is output, so that the situation that the cash dispenser cannot continuously withdraw cash due to lack of cash after prompting the user to have the authority of continuously withdrawing cash is avoided.
It can be understood that, since the amount of cash in the cash dispenser is limited, the bank staff needs to count the remaining amount of cash in the cash dispenser cash box periodically, check whether the amount of cash is consistent with the machine account, and replace the cash box with full cash for the cash dispenser, and this process is "cash clearing and adding", and the period that the bank staff regularly performs cash clearing and adding on the cash dispenser is "cash clearing and adding period". In this embodiment, the banknote adding period of the banknote counting machine is not necessarily 24 hours, and for example, the period may be a fixed period from the time of day 18 to the time of day 18, or from the time of day 17 to the time of day 17. The ending time of one counting and charging cycle is the counting and charging time, for example, when the counting and charging cycle is from the time of day 18 to the time of day 18, the counting and charging time is the time of day 18. The first time when the first withdrawal transaction of the user is completed is defined as a first time, and in consideration of the fact that other users may carry out withdrawal transactions from the first time to the time when the cash dispenser clears and adds cash, in order to ensure that other users can normally withdraw cash from the cash dispenser, the withdrawal upper limit of the current user can be improved on the premise of ensuring the normal withdrawal demands of other users. Optionally, in order to meet the normal withdrawal requirements of other users, it may be further determined that the remaining cash exists in the cash dispenser at the cash clearing and adding time in the current cash clearing and adding cycle.
Referring to fig. 2, the step of determining that cash remains in the cash dispenser at the cash-out and cash-in time of the current cash-out and cash-in cycle may include the following steps:
s201, acquiring first remaining cash in the cash dispenser when the first cash withdrawal transaction is finished.
In this embodiment, the first remaining cash is cash remaining in a cash dispenser when the first withdrawal transaction is completed.
S202: and determining the expected withdrawal amount from the first moment in the current clearing and cash adding cycle to the clearing and cash adding moment in the current clearing and cash adding cycle, wherein the first moment is the moment when the first withdrawal transaction is completed.
S203: and when the first remaining cash is larger than the expected withdrawal amount, determining that the remaining cash exists in the cash dispenser at the cash clearing and adding moment in the current cash clearing and adding cycle.
In order to determine that the cash is left in the cash dispenser at the cash clearing and adding time in the current cash clearing and adding cycle, the expected withdrawal amount from the time when the first withdrawal transaction is completed to the time when the cash is added in the current cash clearing and adding cycle can be determined at first, and the cash is left only at the cash clearing and adding time in the current cash clearing and adding cycle when the expected withdrawal amount is smaller than the first cash.
In this embodiment, the expected withdrawal amount may be obtained according to historical withdrawal data of the cash dispenser. Here, the historical withdrawal data is an average withdrawal amount per hour per day calculated according to the withdrawal amount per hour per day in the past time period of the teller machine, where the time period is usually 3 months, and the average withdrawal amount per hour from the first time in the current clearing and cash adding period to the clearing and cash adding time in the current clearing and cash adding period in the past 3 months is summed to obtain an expected withdrawal amount in the time period from the first time in the current clearing and cash adding period to the clearing and cash adding time in the current clearing and cash adding period. For example, if the first time is 15:00 and the cash-clearing and cash-adding time is 19:00 every day, 4 hours of 15: 00-19: 00 are counted, and the average amount of money withdrawn per hour in the last 3 months is added to the 4 values, so that the expected amount of money to be withdrawn from the first time in the current cash-clearing and cash-adding period to the time of the cash-clearing and cash-adding time in the current cash-clearing and cash-adding period can be obtained.
In consideration of the fact that users except for the user who performs the first withdrawal transaction may have a need for raising the withdrawal authority and other users may also have a need for continuing withdrawal beyond the withdrawal upper limit, on the basis of determining that remaining cash exists in the cash dispenser at the cash clearing and charging time in the current cash clearing and charging cycle, the withdrawal upper limit that the current user continues to withdraw can be determined according to the expected number of withdrawal accounts from the first time in the current cash clearing and charging cycle to the cash clearing and charging time in the current cash clearing and charging cycle.
Therefore, before determining that the current user continues to draw the upper limit, the expected number of the drawing accounts in the time period from the first moment in the current clearing and cash adding cycle to the clearing and cash adding moment in the current clearing and cash adding cycle can also be determined. The expected withdrawal account number may be: and anticipating the number of the withdrawals from the first moment in the current cash-clearing and cash-adding period to the cash-clearing and cash-adding moment in the current cash-clearing and cash-adding period. If the remaining cash in the cash dispenser is the second remaining cash at the time of clearing and adding cash in the current clearing and adding period, determining a continuous withdrawal upper limit according to the second remaining cash and the number of the expected withdrawal accounts, wherein the continuous withdrawal upper limit is the withdrawal upper limit when the user continues to withdraw cash.
In some embodiments, the upper limit for continued withdrawal is a quotient of the second remaining cash and the expected withdrawal account amount. And the second remaining cash and the expected withdrawal account number are subjected to quotient calculation, the second remaining cash can be evenly distributed to the expected withdrawal accounts from the first moment in the current cash clearing and adding period to the cash clearing and adding moment in the current cash clearing and adding period, and the average withdrawal upper limit which can be improved by each expected withdrawal account from the first moment in the current cash clearing and adding period to the cash clearing and adding moment in the current cash clearing and adding period is obtained. For example, when the second remaining cash is 10 ten thousand yuan and the expected withdrawal account is 10 people, the quotient of the second remaining cash and the expected withdrawal account is 1 ten thousand yuan, so that the average withdrawal upper limit that each expected withdrawal account can lift from the first moment in the current cash cleaning and adding cycle to the cash cleaning and adding moment in the current cash cleaning and adding cycle is 1 ten thousand yuan.
In this embodiment, the expected number of withdrawal accounts may be obtained according to historical withdrawal data of the cash dispenser. Here, the historical withdrawal data is an average withdrawal account number per hour per day calculated according to the withdrawal account number per hour per day in a past time period of the teller machine, where the period of time is usually 3 months, and the average withdrawal account number per hour from a first time in a current clearing and cash adding period to a clearing and cash adding time in the current clearing and cash adding period in the past three months is summed to obtain an expected withdrawal account total amount in the time period from the first time in the current clearing and cash adding period to the clearing and cash adding time in the current clearing and cash adding period. For example, if the first time is 15:00 and the cash-clearing and cash-adding time is 19:00 every day, 4 hours of 15: 00-19: 00 are counted, and the average number of the cash-withdrawing accounts per hour in the last 3 months is added, so that the total expected amount of the cash-withdrawing accounts in the time period from the first time in the current cash-clearing and cash-adding period to the cash-clearing and cash-adding time in the current cash-clearing and cash-adding period can be obtained.
After the upper limit for continuous withdrawal is obtained, in order to enable the user to know that the user has a specific value of the upper limit for continuous withdrawal, in one example, the cash dispenser may output second prompt information, where the second prompt information includes the upper limit for continuous withdrawal. In addition, in order to facilitate the user to trigger the withdrawal transaction based on the continuous withdrawal upper limit, the second prompt message may also prompt the user to trigger a second withdrawal transaction based on the continuous withdrawal upper limit. The output mode of the second prompt message can be various, such as voice playing, display through a display screen, and the like. If the output mode is voice playing, the user can respond to the second prompt message through voice to trigger a second withdrawal transaction; if the output mode is display through the display screen, the user can trigger the second withdrawal transaction by clicking a button on the display screen. The upper limit of continuous withdrawal is the maximum amount of money which can be continuously withdrawn by the user, if the user triggers the second withdrawal transaction based on the second prompt message, the user does not need to manually input the withdrawal amount, and the cash dispenser can automatically determine the upper limit of continuous withdrawal as the withdrawal amount of the user and execute the second withdrawal transaction.
In some embodiments, if the withdrawal amount actually required by the user is smaller than the upper limit of the continuous withdrawal, the user may not trigger the second withdrawal transaction based on the second prompt information, but manually input the withdrawal amount on the cash machine.
