The invention discloses an integrated ward lighting device and a ward comprising the same, wherein the integrated ward lighting device comprises a frame body with a triangular section; at least one first light emitter irradiating to the upper area of the bevel edge is arranged on the bevel edge of the triangular frame body; the bottom edge of the triangular frame body is provided with at least one second luminous body irradiating the lower area of the bottom edge; an emergency warning lamp and/or an ultraviolet disinfection lamp are/is arranged at the joint of the bevel edge and the bottom edge of the triangular frame body; a first rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the first light emitter, and the included angle of the first light emitter in the horizontal direction and/or the vertical direction can be adjusted by adjusting the first rotating shaft; and a second rotating shaft is arranged in the middle of the second luminous body, and the included angle of the second luminous body in the horizontal direction and/or the vertical direction can be adjusted by adjusting the second rotating shaft. Background
Modern wards have various lighting devices, which provide convenience for patients to treat and live in hospitals. Existing room lighting is typically provided by a number of light fixtures located on the ceiling, walls, floor, and room furniture. Although the design can ensure the illumination of the whole ward, each lamp needs to be controlled independently, the maintenance is inconvenient, and the illumination effect of each lamp cannot meet the requirements of life and diagnosis and treatment at the same time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an integrated ward lighting device. The device can satisfy various demands of life and diagnosis and treatment on illumination.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a ward comprising an integrated ward lighting device.
In order to solve the first technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an integrated ward lighting device comprises a frame body with a triangular section;

In one embodiment, the junction of the hypotenuse and the bottom edge of the triangular frame body is provided with an emergency warning lamp and/or an ultraviolet disinfection lamp.
In one embodiment, a telescopic fixing frame is transversely arranged on the side surface of the triangular frame body, one end of the fixing frame is fixed on the frame body, and the other end of the fixing frame can be fixed on a wall body of a ward.
In one embodiment, a telescopic infusion support is transversely arranged on the side surface of the triangular frame body; is convenient for the transfusion patient to use.
In one embodiment, the triangular frame body is further provided with a safety monitoring camera and an AI system application; preferably, the security monitoring camera is an infrared camera.

In some embodiments, a first rotating shaft 113 is disposed in the middle of the first light emitter 112, and the angle between the first light emitter 112 in the horizontal direction and/or the vertical direction can be adjusted by adjusting the first rotating shaft 113.
In some embodiments, a second rotating shaft 123 is disposed in the middle of the second light emitter 122, and the angle between the second rotating shaft 123 and the second light emitter 122 in the horizontal direction and/or the vertical direction can be adjusted by adjusting the second rotating shaft 123.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the first light emitter 112 is provided with two, one of which provides an illumination color temperature of less than 3300K illumination intensity 1-5lx, which can be used in a sleep environment mode; the other provides an illumination color temperature of less than 3300K illumination intensity of 75-300lx (or the geriatric room provides an illumination color temperature of less than 3300K illumination intensity of 150-300lx), which can be used in the normal ambient lighting mode.
In the sleep environment mode, only one of the first light emitters 112 is turned on, and the light emitter irradiates the hypotenuse upper region 111 of the triangular frame body, and provides illumination with the color temperature less than 3300K and the illumination intensity of 1-5 lx.
In the normal ambient lighting mode, only one of the first light emitters 112 is turned on, and the light emitter irradiates the hypotenuse upper area 111 of the triangular frame body and provides illumination color temperature of 75-150lx smaller than 3300K; the color temperature of the ordinary ambient illumination in the geriatric ward is less than 3300K illuminance 150-.
Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, two second light emitters 122 are provided, one of which provides an illumination color temperature of less than 3300K illumination 150-; the other provides illumination color temperature 3300-.
In the bedside ambient lighting mode, only one of the second light emitters 122 is turned on, and the light emitter irradiates the lower area 121 of the bottom edge of the triangular frame 100, and provides the illumination color temperature of less than 3300K and the illumination intensity of 150-. The bedside ambient lighting in the geriatric ward provides illumination with a color temperature less than 3300K and an illuminance of 300-.
In the illumination mode for general medical operation, only one of the second light emitters 122 is turned on, and the light emitter irradiates the lower region 121 of the bottom side of the triangular frame body, so that the illumination color temperature 3300-.
In some embodiments, the junction of the hypotenuse 110 and the base 120 of the triangular frame 100 is provided with an emergency warning light 131 and/or an ultraviolet disinfection light 132.
Referring to fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, a telescopic fixing frame 140 is transversely arranged on the side surface of the triangular frame body 100, and one end of the fixing frame is fixed on the frame body 100, and the other end of the fixing frame is fixed on the ward wall body 200. The distance between the integrated ward lighting device and the wall body can be adjusted, so that the integrated ward lighting device is installed at the optimized position in the ward, and direct glare can be avoided.
Preferably, the fixing frame 140 is adjustable up and down, and one end of the fixing frame is fixed on the frame 100, and the other end is fixed on the ward wall 200. The ground clearance of the integrated ward lighting device can be adjusted, so that the integrated ward lighting device is installed at the optimized position in the ward, and direct glare can be avoided.
Referring to fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment, a telescopic infusion support 150 is transversely arranged on the side surface of the triangular frame body 100; the transfusion operation is convenient.
Referring to fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment, the triangular frame 100 is further provided with a security monitoring camera 160 and an AI system application (e.g., image, voice, etc.) that can determine that the patient is not in bed for a period of time longer than a certain length (e.g., 15 minutes, general attention; 30 minutes, 3-level attention; 60 minutes 2-level attention; 90 minutes 1-level attention), and then activate an alarm light in conjunction with a nurse station to monitor the failure of the patient to return to the bed because the patient may fall over or run down in the bathroom. Preferably, the safety monitoring camera and the AI system are applied to judge that the patient is in bed but the continuous time exceeds a certain length (such as 30 minutes, 3-level attention; 60 minutes, 2-level attention; 90 minutes, 1-level attention) and does not have normal vital signs such as turning over, displacement and the like, the alarm lamp is started and alarms in linkage with the nurse station; preferably, the security monitoring camera is an infrared camera.
