Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
The communication equipment connection method provided by the application can be applied to an application environment shown in fig. 1. The application environment includes a target terminal 102, the target terminal 102 including a target communication device therein. The target communication device may connect and communicate with the target terminal through a device access interface provided by the target terminal, where the device access interface is, for example, a device interface corresponding to a bus, and the device interface corresponding to the bus may be, for example, an interface corresponding to a PCIe (peripheral component interconnect express, high speed serial computer expansion bus standard) bus. Wherein the target terminal may also be referred to as HOST.
Specifically, the target terminal 102 acquires a device reset trigger event corresponding to the target communication device, and resets the target communication device according to the device reset trigger event. The target terminal 102 scans the target communication device after resetting the target communication device according to the device reset trigger event. When the target terminal 102 determines that the target communication device is scanned, the target terminal 102 acquires a target driving file corresponding to the target communication device, configures the target communication device by using the target driving file, and obtains the configured target communication device, so that the target terminal and the configured target communication device establish communication connection.
The target terminal 102 may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, a communication device connection method is provided, and the method is applied to the target terminal 102 in fig. 1, for illustration, and includes the following steps:
s202, acquiring a device reset trigger event corresponding to the target communication device, and resetting the target communication device according to the device reset trigger event.
Specifically, the target communication device is a communication device installed in the target terminal. The communication device may include at least one of a network card, a graphics card, or a hard disk. The communication device may be connected to the terminal through an interface that does not support hot plug. The hot plug refers to the process of inserting and extracting the equipment under the condition that the power supply of the terminal is not turned off, namely, the equipment is inserted and extracted in a live mode. The interface which does not support hot plug is not used, when the equipment is plugged after being unplugged from the terminal or the equipment is reset, the terminal and the equipment cannot perform normal data communication, for example, the equipment cannot be driven to perform normal work. And the interface supporting hot plug can perform normal data communication between the terminal and the equipment after the equipment is plugged after being unplugged from the terminal or after the equipment is reset.
A device reset trigger event refers to an event that triggers a reset of a target communication device. The device reset trigger event may include at least one of a device failure event or a device upgrade event. The device failure event may be an event in which an abnormality occurs in the operation state of the communication device. Device upgrade events refer to events that upgrade files in a communication device, and may be, for example, events that upgrade firmware in a communication device. Firmware refers to a device "driver" stored inside the device, through which the firmware operating system can implement the running actions of a specific machine according to standard device drivers.
In some embodiments, the terminal monitors a device reset trigger event of the communication device, resets the communication device according to the device reset trigger event, and scans the communication device after the reset operation is performed on the communication device, as shown in fig. 3.
In some embodiments, when the communication device needs to be reset, the communication device may actively send a reset scan instruction to the terminal, and the terminal may perform a reset operation and a scan operation on the communication device according to the reset scan instruction. The reset scan instruction is used to instruct the target terminal to perform a reset operation and a scan operation on the target communication device, as shown in fig. 4. For example, when the PCIe device needs to reset by itself, a message that needs to be reset may be sent to the HOST, after receiving the message that needs to be reset by the PCIe device, a driver corresponding to the PCIe device in the HOST may notify a device monitoring daemon (daemon) of the user space, and after receiving the message that needs to be reset, the device monitoring daemon may call a control method interface corresponding to the PCIe device to reset the PCIe device, and then rescan the PCIe device through Sysfs. Therefore, rescanning of PCIe devices can be realized under the condition that the PCIe bus does not support hot plug.
S204, after the target communication device is reset according to the device reset triggering event, the target communication device is scanned.
Specifically, resetting refers to restoring the communication device to an original state, which may include a state when the communication device leaves the factory. Scanning the communication device refers to acquiring information of the communication device, and determining whether the communication device exists according to the acquired information of the communication device. The presence of the communication device means that the communication device can perform basic data communication with the target terminal, and the absence of the communication device may mean that the communication device is physically disconnected from the terminal. Wherein the basic data communication may include the terminal acquiring device information of the communication device.
In some embodiments, when scanning the target communication device, the target terminal may scan the interface of the target communication device according to the information of the device interface corresponding to the target communication device. The target terminal may also perform a scanning operation on the devices on each device interface. Specifically, after the target communication device is reset according to the device reset triggering event, the target terminal scans the devices on the device interfaces on the target terminal after the reset operation is performed.
In some embodiments, after the target terminal resets the target communication device, the target communication device may send a device scan instruction to the target terminal in an interrupt manner, so that the target terminal scans the target communication device. For example, after a PCIe device is reset, the HOST may be notified to re-scan the PCIe bus by a GPIO (General purpose input/output) interrupt to re-enumerate the PCIe device.
In some embodiments, the terminal may scan each communication device through a preset device scanning tool, and store the scanned hardware identification information and device address information of each communication device in a preset data structure. The preset data structure may be, for example, a linked list data structure. The hardware identification information may be, for example, device hardware identification ID information, and the device address information may be an interface address, such as a bus address, of a device interface to which the communication device corresponds. The preset device scanning tool may be, for example, a Sysfs file system, which is a special file system for organizing devices in the system of the terminal into a hierarchy and providing detailed kernel data structure information to the user mode program. For example, when the system of the terminal is powered on normally, the terminal may search for all device hardware identification ID information and device address information on the PCIe bus through the Sysfs file system after the PCIe device scanning is completed, and store the device hardware identification ID information and the device address information in a linked list data structure.
In some embodiments, the terminal may obtain a reset driving file corresponding to each communication device. The reset driver file may be, for example, a reset pin driver, which may provide a control method interface for resetting the device, and the terminal may utilize the control method interface to reset the device.
S206, when the target communication equipment is determined to be scanned, a target driving file corresponding to the target communication equipment is acquired, the target communication equipment is configured by utilizing the target driving file, and the configured target communication equipment is obtained, so that the communication connection between the target terminal and the configured target communication equipment is established.
Specifically, the Driver file may also be referred to as a Driver (Driver), which is a special program for causing a computer (terminal) to communicate with a device. The terminal may communicate data with the communication device via the drive file. The configured target communication device refers to a communication device after driving the target communication module through the target driving file. The configured target communication equipment can work normally and can perform complex data communication with the target terminal except basic data communication. The complex data communication may include the terminal acquiring operation data of a normal operation state from the communication device, and the like.
In some embodiments, the target terminal may store driving files corresponding to various communication devices respectively. A communication device may correspond to a drive file. The terminal can query and obtain the corresponding driving file from the stored driving files according to the information of the communication equipment. The information of the communication device may include a number of the communication device, and the code of the communication device may include at least one of a vendor number (VID) or a device number (di, device id).
In the communication equipment connection method, the equipment reset trigger event corresponding to the target communication equipment is acquired, the target communication equipment is reset according to the equipment reset trigger event, the target communication equipment is scanned after the target communication equipment is reset according to the equipment reset trigger event, the target driving file corresponding to the target communication equipment is acquired when the target communication equipment is determined to be scanned, the target communication equipment is configured by utilizing the target driving file, the configured target communication equipment is acquired, so that the communication connection between the target terminal and the configured target communication equipment is established, and the purpose that the target communication module and the target terminal are automatically connected after the target communication module is reset is achieved, and the efficiency of connecting the communication equipment is improved.
Currently, when a PCIe bus in a Linux system does not support hot plug, after a PCIe device is reset, HOST cannot rescan and enumerate the PCIe device. PCIe device drivers in HOST cannot normally drive PCIe devices into a normal state, resulting in interruption of HOST and PCIe device communications. By adopting the communication equipment connection, after the PCIe equipment is reset, HOST can automatically scan the PCIe equipment, so that the normal communication connection is established with the PCIe equipment quickly, and the efficiency of HOST connection with the communication equipment is improved. The driver of the PCIe device in the Linux system may communicate with the HOST through a form of emulating USB (Universal Serial Bus ), or may communicate with the HOST through a form of virtual network card configuration VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network ) of the PCIe device driver.
In some embodiments, acquiring the device reset trigger event corresponding to the target communication device includes: and monitoring the running state of the target communication equipment, and determining that the equipment reset triggering event is acquired when the running state of the target communication equipment is abnormal.
Specifically, the operating state of the communication device may be selected from normal and abnormal. An abnormal operating state of the communication device may include the communication device not being able to function properly. When the terminal monitors that the operation state of the communication equipment is abnormal, the monitored equipment reset triggering event can be determined.
In the above embodiment, when the running state of the device is abnormal, it is determined that the acquisition of the device reset trigger event may reset, scan, and configure the driving file for the device when the device is abnormal, so as to facilitate the device to recover to the normal running state.
In some embodiments, the device reset triggering event corresponding to the acquisition target communication device in step S202 includes: acquiring a file upgrading request for upgrading a target device file in target communication equipment; and when the corresponding upgrade file is written into the target communication equipment according to the file upgrade request, determining that the equipment reset trigger event is acquired.
Specifically, the device file refers to a file in a device (communication device), such as firmware of the communication device. The file upgrade request is for requesting an upgrade to a device file. The target device file refers to a device file in the target communication device.
In some embodiments, the terminal may obtain a file upgrade request corresponding to a device file in the communication device, obtain a corresponding upgrade file from the file server according to the file upgrade request, and write the upgrade file into the communication module. After the upgrade file is written into the communication module, the communication device can be reset and reacquired so that the upgrade file is normally used by the communication module. Therefore, the terminal can determine that the device reset trigger event is acquired when the upgrade file is written into the communication module.
In the above embodiment, when the upgrade file is written into the communication module, it is determined that the device reset trigger event is acquired, and when the file in the device is upgraded, the device can be reset, scanned and the configuration of the drive file is performed, so that the device can use the upgrade file normally.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, resetting the target communication device according to the device reset trigger event in step S204 includes:
s502, according to the device reset trigger event, a target device reset interface corresponding to the target communication device is called.
Specifically, the device reset interface is used for performing a reset operation on the communication device. Different communication devices can correspond to different device reset interfaces, and the target terminal can store device reset interfaces respectively corresponding to various types of communication devices. The target device reset interface is a device reset interface corresponding to the target communication device and is used for resetting the target communication device. The device reset interface may be an interface in a reset pin driver, for example, a control method interface in the reset pin driver that resets the PCIe device. The system program or other program of the terminal may call the device reset interface to reset the device. For example, the target terminal device may control a reset pin of the PCIe device through a BIOS (Basic Input Output System ) or a GPIO, so as to implement resetting of the PCIe device.
S504, resetting the reset pin of the target communication device by using the target device reset interface to realize the resetting of the target communication device.
Specifically, the target terminal may utilize the target device reset interface to perform device on the level of the reset pin of the target communication device, for example, set the level of the reset pin to a reset level, where the reset level refers to a level corresponding to the reset state, so that the target communication device achieves reset.
In the above embodiment, according to the device reset trigger event, the target device reset interface corresponding to the target communication device is invoked, and the reset pin of the target communication device is reset by using the target device reset interface, so as to reset the target communication device, so that the terminal automatically resets the communication module, and the terminal can determine the reset time of the communication device, and therefore, under the condition that the device interface does not support hot plug, the terminal can scan again according to the reset time to obtain the communication device, so that the communication device and the terminal normally communicate, and the connection efficiency of the communication device is improved.
In some embodiments, when it is determined that the target communication device is scanned, acquiring the target drive file corresponding to the target communication device includes: obtaining a target provider number and a target equipment number corresponding to target communication equipment, and performing logic operation according to the target provider number and the target equipment number to obtain target equipment information; and comparing the target equipment information with the equipment information value range, and determining to scan the target communication equipment when the comparison is consistent, so as to obtain a target driving file corresponding to the target communication equipment.
In particular, the logical operations may include at least one of a bitwise AND operation or a bitwise OR operation, etc. The device information is obtained by performing a logical operation based on the vendor number and the device number of the communication device, and may be, for example, a result obtained by performing a bitwise AND operation between the vendor number and the device number. The target provider number and the target device number are numbers of the target communication device acquired in the process of scanning the target communication device. The device information value range may be set as required, and may be, for example, non-0 data. And when the target device information accords with the device information value range, determining that the target communication device is scanned, otherwise, not scanning the target communication device.
In some embodiments, the terminal may compare the target device information with the device information value range, and determine that the target communication device is scanned when the comparison is consistent, and obtain the target driving file corresponding to the target communication device. The consistency of comparison refers to that the target device information meets the device information value range, that is, the data corresponding to the target device information belongs to the data included in the device information value range.
In some embodiments, the target terminal sends a number acquisition instruction to the target communication device through a device interface corresponding to the target communication device, and when the target communication device exists, the target communication device may return the number to the terminal. When the target communication equipment does not exist, the target terminal acquires the preset number returned by the interface. The target terminal can determine that the target communication device does not exist according to the preset number and the device information value range, namely the target communication device is not scanned.
In the above embodiment, when the comparison is consistent, it is determined that the target communication device is scanned, and the target driving file corresponding to the target communication device is obtained, so that the configuration of the driving file can be performed for the scanned device, and the scanned device is restored to the normal working state.
In some embodiments, obtaining the target drive file corresponding to the target communication device includes: and searching and obtaining a target driving file corresponding to the target communication equipment from a candidate driving file set according to the target equipment number and the target provider number, wherein the candidate driving file set comprises driving files respectively corresponding to a plurality of communication equipment.
Specifically, a candidate driving file set may be stored in the terminal, where the candidate driving file set may include driving files corresponding to respective communication devices, and the driving files in the candidate driving file set may be stored in association with numbers of the corresponding communication devices, for example, may be stored in association with at least one of vendor numbers or device numbers of the communication devices.
In some embodiments, the driver files in the candidate driver file set may be stored in association with a vendor number and a device number of the communication device, and the target terminal may find, from the candidate driver file set, a target driver file corresponding to the target communication device according to the target device number and the target vendor number corresponding to the target communication device.
In the above embodiment, according to the target device number and the target provider number, the target driving file corresponding to the target communication device is searched from the candidate driving file set, so that the driving file corresponding to the communication device can be quickly and accurately obtained, and the connection efficiency of the communication device is improved.
