As shown in table 2, the body temperature of the user b is abnormal, the server queries the transaction time and the vehicle information of the user b according to the user ID of the user b, and the user who takes the vehicle a in the preset similar time period can be queried according to the transaction time and the vehicle information of the user b. The server can send a notification to an APP (application) of a code scanning bus of a user through the user ID (identity) or send a notification to a mobile phone number bound by the user to inform the user that the user may have an infection risk, or track the user through identity card information of user real-name authentication in cooperation with an epidemic situation prevention and control platform. In table 2, the users who take the same vehicle a with the user b have a, c, and d, and it can be seen from the transaction time of the a, b, c, and d that if the preset close time period is 30 minutes, more strict prevention and control measures can be performed for the c and d, such as infection monitoring, and only general isolation observation can be performed for the a.
In some embodiments, there may be a case where the payment means does not correspond to the real passenger, and in order to find the real abnormal body temperature user in the subsequent tracking, the embodiment provides an epidemic situation prevention and control method in combination with face recognition. Specifically, the server can receive corresponding face data when receiving transaction data and body temperature data transmitted by the mobile payment machine. When a real riding user needs to be determined, the face data of the user ID can be inquired according to the user ID of the user with abnormal body temperature. When the user does not bind the mobile phone number and does not perform real-name authentication, the face data of the user ID can be inquired through the user ID, and the epidemic situation prevention and control platform is matched to trace the user and inform the user that the infection risk possibly exists.
In order to more efficiently find the user with abnormal body temperature during the epidemic situation prevention and control period, it is generally desirable that the user ID at the time of payment corresponds to the actual passenger one by one, and therefore, it is preferable that the user registers the real-name authentication information by entering the mobile phone, the identification card information, the face data, and the like. The server is further used for matching the face data in the real-name authentication information bound by the user ID with the face data of the trip acquired by the server, sending a command for allowing the user to take the bus to the mobile payment machine if the matching is successful, and sending a command for forbidding the user to take the bus to the mobile payment machine if the matching is failed. This facilitates subsequent tracking of the real ride user.
According to the mobile travel epidemic prevention and control method provided by the invention, the body temperature data and the transaction data are correlated through the user ID, the server inquires the transaction data of the user with the abnormal body temperature through the user ID, and if an epidemic occurs, the transaction data of the user with the abnormal body temperature can be tracked, so that the travel track of the user with the abnormal body temperature can be known, and the epidemic prevention and control platform can be effectively assisted in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a mobile payment device, as shown in fig. 3, including a code scanning module 301, a control module 302, and a transmission module 303, wherein:
the code scanning module 301 is configured to identify the car riding code, generate transaction data, and send the transaction data to the transmission module 303, where the transaction data at least includes the user ID.
The control module 302 is configured to send a user body temperature detection instruction to the body temperature detector, send body temperature data fed back by the body temperature detector to the transmission module 303, determine whether the body temperature data of the user is abnormal according to a preset threshold, and send a body temperature normality prompt if the body temperature data of the user is normal; and if the body temperature data of the user is abnormal, sending out a body temperature abnormal prompt and judging whether the user is allowed to take the bus according to a preset rule.
And the transmission module 303 is configured to receive the transaction data and the body temperature data, and send the transaction data and the body temperature data to the server. In practical application, the body temperature data and the transaction data can be packaged and sent to the server, and the body temperature data is associated with the user ID to determine the identity of the user. The transaction data and the body temperature data can also be respectively sent, but in order to facilitate the server to determine the user identity, the mobile payment machine generally needs to associate the user ID information with the body temperature data and then upload the associated information.
In some embodiments, there may be a case that the payment means does not correspond to the real vehicle occupant, and in order to find the real body temperature abnormal user in the subsequent tracking, the control module 302 further sends a user face recognition instruction to the face recognition device and receives face data transmitted from the face recognition device. The transmission module 303 further sends the face data, the transaction data, and the body temperature data to a server.
The working principle of the mobile payment machine and tool provided by the embodiment refers to the mobile trip epidemic situation prevention and control method of the embodiment one, and is not described herein again.
The mobile payment machine tool provided by the embodiment comprises a code scanning module 301, a control module 302 and a transmission module 303, wherein the code scanning module 301 generates transaction data after recognizing a riding code, and the control module 302 sends a body temperature detection instruction to a body temperature detector, so that the body temperature of a passenger can be automatically detected without arranging artificial body temperature measurement, the body temperature detection efficiency of the passenger is improved, the congestion during a riding peak period is relieved, and the riding experience of a user is improved; the transmission module 303 sends the body temperature data and the transaction data to the server, so that the server can analyze and process the transaction data and the body temperature data related to the trip of the user, and provide data support for epidemic prevention and control.
Example four
The present embodiment proposes a server, as shown in fig. 4, including a front unit 401 and a travel information unit 402, where:
the front-end unit 401 is configured to receive transaction data and body temperature data transmitted from the mobile payment instrument and transmit the transaction data and the body temperature data to the bank information unit 402, where the transaction data at least includes a user ID. Of course, in practical applications, the transaction data generally further includes transaction time, vehicle information (generally including vehicle ID, vehicle line, etc.), transaction order number, riding identification (forbidden or allowed), and the like.
In practical application, the front-end unit 401 is deployed in a separate machine room of a public transport company, a card company or other transportation mechanisms. In view of safety, the machine rooms are all private networks and cannot directly communicate with cloud services, so that the front-end unit 401 needs to be deployed to receive transaction data and body temperature data transmitted by a mobile payment machine, receive riding data and distribute the data to the travel information unit 402 through the front-end platform 401.
The travel information unit 402 is configured to receive the transaction data and the body temperature data transmitted by the front-end unit 401, receive an inquiry request sent by an external epidemic situation prevention and control platform for the user with the abnormal body temperature, and return the transaction data of the user with the abnormal body temperature inquired according to the user ID of the user with the abnormal body temperature to the external epidemic situation prevention and control platform.
Specifically, the travel information unit 402 may store the transaction data and the body temperature data in a combined manner (as shown in table 2 in the second embodiment), or store the transaction data and the body temperature data separately, where the body temperature data needs to be associated with the user ID and the transaction time (as shown in tables 3 and 4 in the fifth embodiment). The travel information unit 402 queries the transaction time and the vehicle information of the user with the abnormal body temperature according to the user ID of the user with the abnormal body temperature, and may also query the user IDs of other users in the same vehicle as the user with the abnormal body temperature according to the vehicle information of the user with the abnormal body temperature. In some embodiments, in order to rank users taking the same vehicle as the user with the abnormal body temperature, the travel information unit 402 may further query the user IDs of other users in the same vehicle as the user with the abnormal body temperature for a preset similar time period according to the vehicle information, the transaction time, and the transaction time of the other users of the user with the abnormal body temperature.
The working principle of the server provided in this embodiment refers to the method for preventing and controlling the trip epidemic situation in the second embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The server provided by the embodiment comprises a front unit 401 and a travel information unit 402, wherein the front unit 401 receives and stores body temperature data and transaction data transmitted by a mobile payment machine, the travel information unit 402 queries the transaction data of the user with the abnormal body temperature through a user ID, and if an epidemic occurs, the transaction data of the user with the abnormal body temperature can be tracked, so that a travel track of the user with the abnormal body temperature can be known, and an epidemic prevention and control platform can be effectively assisted in preventing and controlling infectious diseases.
If other users who are in the same row as the user are also tracked, the travel information unit 402 may also query the user IDs of other users in the same vehicle as the user with the abnormal body temperature according to the vehicle information of the user with the abnormal body temperature. And inquiring user IDs of other users in the same vehicle as the user with the abnormal body temperature, and informing the relevant users in a proper mode. Such as sending a notification to the APP of the user code-scanning ride via the user ID. In some implementations, the server further includes a real-name information unit 403 connected to the travel information unit 402, and the real-name information unit 402 is configured to record real-name information of the user and send the real-name information to the travel information unit 402. The real-name information comprises personal registration information of the electronic bus card, identity card information bound by the bus card, and even face identification data. The user can be informed of possible infection risk through the mobile phone number bound by the user, and even the identity card information of real-name authentication can be announced to find the co-passenger user.
It can be understood that, in the mobile trip, it is a very important function to deduct fees for transactions, in practical applications, the front-end unit 401 may be directly connected to a transaction information unit 404, the front-end unit 401 sends received transaction data to the transaction information unit 404 separately, and the transaction information unit 404 submits a fee deduction application to a third party payment platform according to a preset rule. If the transaction time is in the preset epidemic situation period, the user is prohibited from taking the car, and the transaction information unit 404 recognizes that the car taking identifier in the transaction data is prohibited, the transaction information unit 404 does not provide a fee deduction application to the third party payment platform.
Of course, since the transaction data and the body temperature data in the travel information unit 402 may be stored separately (see table 3 and table 4), the travel information unit 402 may also be used to issue a fee deduction application to the third party payment platform.
EXAMPLE five
The embodiment provides a mobile trip epidemic prevention and control system, as shown in fig. 5, including a mobile payment machine 51, a body temperature detector 52 and a server 53:
the mobile payment machine 51 is respectively connected with the body temperature detector 52 and the server 53, is used for identifying the riding code to generate transaction data, and the transaction data at least comprises a user ID (identity), sends a user body temperature detection instruction to the body temperature detector 52, receives body temperature data sent by the body temperature detector 52, and sends the body temperature data and the transaction data to the server 53; the body temperature data processing device is also used for judging whether the body temperature data of the user is abnormal or not according to a preset threshold value, and if the body temperature data of the user is normal, a body temperature normal prompt is sent; and if the body temperature data of the user is abnormal, sending out a body temperature abnormal prompt and judging whether the user is allowed to take the bus according to a preset rule.
After the user uses the riding code to swipe the code on the mobile payment machine, the mobile payment machine generates transaction data including user ID, transaction time, vehicle information (generally including vehicle ID, vehicle line and the like), a transaction order number, riding identification (forbidden or allowed) and the like, sends a user body temperature detection instruction to the body temperature detector, and the body temperature detector transmits the detected body temperature data to the mobile payment machine.
And the body temperature detector 52 is respectively connected with the mobile payment machine 51 and the server 53, and is used for receiving a user body temperature detection instruction sent by the mobile payment machine 51 and returning the detected body temperature data to the mobile payment machine 51.
The body temperature detector 52 may be an infrared thermometer or other device capable of detecting body temperature, such as a thermistor thermometer or a thermocouple thermometer.
The server 53 is connected with the mobile payment machine 51 and comprises a front unit 531 and a trip information unit 532, the front unit 531 is used for receiving transaction data and body temperature data transmitted by the mobile payment machine 51 and transmitting the transaction data and the body temperature data to the trip information unit 532, and the trip information unit 532 is used for receiving the transaction data and the body temperature data, receiving an inquiry request sent by an external epidemic situation prevention and control platform for the user with the abnormal body temperature and returning the transaction data of the user with the abnormal body temperature inquired according to the user ID of the user with the abnormal body temperature to the external epidemic situation prevention and control platform.
According to the mobile trip epidemic prevention and control system, the mobile payment machine 51 generates transaction data after recognizing a riding code, and sends a body temperature detection instruction to the body temperature detector 52, the body temperature detector 52 returns the detected body temperature data to the mobile payment machine 51, and the mobile payment machine 51 sends the transaction data and the body temperature data to the server 53, so that the automatic detection of the body temperature of a passenger can be realized, the efficiency of detecting the body temperature of the passenger is improved, the congestion of a riding peak period is relieved, and the riding experience of a user is improved; the body temperature data and the transaction data are correlated through the user ID, the travel information unit 532 receives the query request of the abnormal body temperature user sent by the external epidemic situation prevention and control platform and returns the transaction data of the abnormal body temperature user queried according to the user ID of the abnormal body temperature user to the external epidemic situation prevention and control platform, and if an epidemic situation occurs, the transaction data of the abnormal body temperature user can be tracked, so that the travel track of the abnormal body temperature user can be known, and the epidemic situation prevention and control platform can be effectively assisted in the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
The trip information unit 532 may store the transaction data and the body temperature data in a combined manner (as shown in table 2), or store the transaction data and the body temperature data separately, where the body temperature data needs to be associated with the user ID and the transaction time (as shown in tables 3 and 4), and the transaction data and the body temperature data are stored separately in this embodiment as an example for further detailed description. For the related contents of the transaction data and the body temperature data merged and stored, reference may be made to embodiment two, which is not described herein again.

In some embodiments, the determination of whether to take the vehicle for the user may be based on the transaction time in the transaction data. In some embodiments, if the transaction time of the user with abnormal body temperature is in the non-epidemic situation period, the user with abnormal body temperature is still allowed to take a car, but after the epidemic situation comes, the epidemic situation prevention and control platform still needs to track the travel track of the user with abnormal body temperature, and at this time, the travel information unit 532 queries the transaction time and the vehicle information of the user with abnormal body temperature according to the user ID of the user with abnormal body temperature.

Specifically, as shown in table 3, it is known that the body temperature data of the user b is abnormal, the vehicle information of the user b is found to be "a", the vehicle information with the input field being "a", and the user IDs of other users who sit in the vehicle a with the user b can be found to be: a, C and D. After the first, third and fourth parties are found, a notification that infection risks may exist is sent to the first, third and fourth parties through mobile phone numbers bound to the first, third and fourth parties or identity card information authenticated by real names.
In practical cases, in principle, the same processing measures are not performed on all users taking the same vehicle as the user with abnormal body temperature, so in order to rank the users taking the same vehicle as the user with abnormal body temperature, the travel information unit 532 is further configured to query the user ID of the user taking the same vehicle for a preset similar time period according to the vehicle information of the user with abnormal body temperature, the transaction time and the transaction time of other users.
Specifically, it is known that the body temperature data of the user b is abnormal, the transaction time of the user b is inquired to be 9:00, the vehicle information is a, and then the third party and the fourth party are in the preset similar time period according to the vehicle information a and the time difference between the transaction time and the transaction time of the user b (for example, the third party and the fourth party can be found out in the two conditions of 30 minutes when the user who takes a bus in the preset similar time period with the user b is present, and a stricter prevention and control measure can be performed on the third party and the fourth party, for example, infection monitoring can be performed.

Specifically, the epidemic situation prevention and control system further comprises a face recognition device 54 connected with the mobile payment machine 51, wherein the face recognition device 54 transmits the recognized face data of the user to the server 53 through the mobile payment machine 51, so that the server 53 can inquire the face data of the user with the abnormal body temperature according to the user ID of the user with the abnormal body temperature. The travel information unit 532 receives the face data transmitted from the mobile payment machine 51 and inquires the face data of the user ID according to the user ID of the user with abnormal body temperature. When the user does not bind the mobile phone number and does not perform real-name authentication, the face data of the user ID can be inquired through the user ID, and the epidemic situation prevention and control platform is matched to trace the user and inform the user that the infection risk possibly exists.
In the epidemic situation prevention and control period, in order to prevent the user with abnormal body temperature from using the riding code of other people, the travel information unit 532 is further configured to match the face data in the real-name authentication information bound to the user IDs of all the users with the face data acquired by the travel server, and if the matching is successful, send a command for allowing the user to ride a car to the mobile payment machine 51, and if the matching is unsuccessful, send a command for prohibiting the user from riding a car to the mobile payment machine. This facilitates subsequent tracking of the real ride user.
In some embodiments, it can be understood that, in a practical application, the server 53 further includes a transaction information unit 534 connected to the front-end unit 531, the front-end unit 531 sends the received transaction data to the transaction information unit 534 separately, and the transaction information unit 534 applies a deduction application to the third-party payment platform according to a preset rule. If the transaction time is in the preset epidemic situation period, the user is prohibited from taking the car, and the transaction information unit 534 recognizes that the car taking identifier in the transaction data is prohibited, the transaction information unit 534 cannot provide a fee deduction application to the third party payment platform.
Of course, since the transaction data and the body temperature data in the travel information unit 402 may be stored separately (see table 3 and table 4), the travel information unit 402 may also be used to issue a fee deduction application to the third party payment platform.

2. The mobile trip epidemic prevention and control method of claim 1, wherein the transaction data further comprises transaction time, and the determining whether to allow the user to take a car according to the preset rule comprises:
if the transaction time is in the preset epidemic situation period, judging that the user is not allowed to take the bus; and if the transaction time is in the non-epidemic situation period, judging that the user is allowed to take the bus, and sending a corresponding prompt to the user.
