Background
In order to improve the user conversion rate and the retention rate, an operation strategy of real-time adaptation is generally required to be specified for different users, and a specific mode is to add user tags to the users and then perform user layering and user grouping according to the user tags. However, during the development of a large marketing project, a part of users are often required to be temporarily delineated to push special information or configure a customized interactive interface to a designated user. Such scenarios often require a temporary fast delineation of the respective specific population, with high timeliness requirements and few multiplexing situations, but just because such needs are temporary and there are few multiplexing situations, i.e. may need to change from time to time, it is difficult to generate the respective lists by predefined static or dynamic rules. For example, in the process of developing a large promotion activity, it is found through real-time data analysis that a user who has given a special coupon for a boutique activity and is not used has a strong activity sharing willingness in the large promotion activity, and needs to adjust the sharing incentive of the user, but the system does not have a predefined rule to define the user, so that the user is difficult to accurately reach.
In view of the above, how to reach a specific user quickly and accurately is a problem that needs to be solved at present.

In this embodiment, the user can customize the corresponding tag rule through the front end, and then send the tag rule to the back end through the front end.
In one embodiment, for a large activity to be performed, user-defined tagging rules in the front end are defined according to user states, such as a new user tag, an active user tag, an inactive user tag, an attrition user tag, a reflow user tag, and a loyalty user tag.
S102, obtaining a specific crowd list from a database according to the label rule.
In this embodiment, the database includes user information of each consumer (i.e., user to be identified), such as basic attributes (account number, phone number, etc.), user status, consumption data, and resources held by the consumer, etc., so that, after receiving the tag rule sent by the front end, the back end identifies a specific user whose user status conforms to the tag rule from a plurality of users to be identified in the database according to the tag rule, then generates a corresponding specific crowd list according to all the identified specific users, and generates the specific crowd list in a specified format (such as Excel) to feed back to the front end. Specifically, the specific crowd list includes account information and a contact manner (such as a social account, e.g., a mobile phone, or a QQ number, or a micro-signal, or a micro-blog account, etc.) of each specific user, and resource information held by each specific user, such as resource types, quantity, and usage status, specifically, the resource includes various specific resources, such as a coupon or a cash packet, acquired by the specific user through other approaches, in an effective state (that is, not reaching effective time, or being in effective time).
In a specific embodiment, the backend screens out a plurality of target users from the database according to the customized label rules of the active users and the loyalty users, and generates a corresponding specific crowd list based on the user information of each screened target user, specifically, the specific crowd list includes account information and contact information of each target user, and the number and usage status (such as used or not used) of special coupons held by each target user.
S103, generating a user-defined tag crowd packet based on the specific crowd list and the crowd rule pre-defined by the user, and calling a corresponding reach channel based on the user state of each target user in the user-defined tag crowd packet to reach the target user.
In a specific embodiment, the crowd rule is a consumer who has drawn a special coupon issued by an end-of-day event and is not used, and accordingly, a target user meeting the crowd rule is screened from the specific crowd list according to the crowd rule to obtain a custom tag crowd packet, and then a corresponding reach channel is called according to the user state of each target user to trigger the target user.
In a specific embodiment, a corresponding access channel is set in advance according to the user state of the user, for example, for a loyalty user, when the loyalty user logs in a corresponding webpage or APP, a system message is sent to the loyalty user; for the active users, short messages can be sent through the reserved contact ways, such as telephone, or corresponding messages can be sent through WeChat public numbers.
Further, the crowd rule further includes an effective time of the crowd rule, and in a specific embodiment, the effective time of the crowd rule is defaulted to 30, that is, after 30 days, the crowd rule is automatically cleared, and accordingly, the custom tag crowd packet is also cleared.
Further, the information sending method of this embodiment further includes:
and receiving the crowd rule which is sent by the front end and updated by the user, and updating the user-defined label crowd packet according to the updated crowd rule.
Further, the user reaching method of the embodiment further includes:
