The touch panel can collect touch operations of a user on or near the touch panel (for example, operations of the user on or near the touch panel by using any suitable object or accessory such as a finger, a stylus and the like) and drive the corresponding connecting device according to a preset program; other input devices may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., play control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like. The display unit 305 may be used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user and various menus of the terminal device. The display unit 305 may take the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The processor 302 is a control center of the terminal device, connects various parts of the entire device using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 302 and calling data stored in the memory.
As an embodiment, the server includes: one or more processors 302, a memory 303, one or more applications 301, wherein the one or more applications 301 are stored in the memory 303 and configured to be executed by the one or more processors 302, the one or more applications 301 configured to perform the translation management method of any of the above embodiments.
Moreover, the server can be a cloud server or a device in a local area network or an independent device; the server is provided with a general software entry management system which can execute or realize the translation management method; when the system is deployed on a cloud server, all vocabulary management of a public network is supported, and all engineers and translators can establish translation requirements and perform translation through the public network; when the equipment is deployed in a local area network, an engineer creates a translation requirement, a translator performs translation in the local area network or the engineer exports excel, the translated excel is provided for the translator offline, after the excel is translated, the engineer uploads the translated excel to a vocabulary entry management system, a vocabulary entry configuration file required by the engineer is exported, and the configuration file is imported into software of the engineer; when the system is deployed in a network-free device, an engineer creates a translation requirement, exports excel, provides the excel for a translator offline, uploads the excel to a vocabulary entry management system after translating, exports a vocabulary entry configuration file required by the engineer, and then imports the vocabulary entry configuration file into software of the engineer.
In the embodiment of the invention, by creating the translation requirement and importing the entry file, the time of the part needing translation of the independent arrangement software of the corresponding technical personnel can be effectively reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the problems of mistakes and omissions in the arrangement process are reduced; configuration files such as excel or xml and the like which are not required to be translated are converted into various configuration files which can be identified by codes, so that the workload of technicians is greatly reduced, the problem of abnormal display caused by overlong translation length is solved, the wireless technicians and the translators are communicated and butted repeatedly, the repeated testing quantity is reduced, and the labor cost is reduced.
In addition, the method, the apparatus, the storage medium, and the server for translation management of a generic software entry provided in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail above, and a specific example should be used herein to explain the principle and the implementation of the present invention, and the description of the above embodiments is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present invention; meanwhile, for a person skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present invention, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present invention.

Claims (8)

1. A translation management method for universal software entries is characterized by comprising the following steps:
creating a translation requirement based on a translation requirement list interface and importing a vocabulary entry file to form a vocabulary entry file to be translated;
classifying and storing the entry files to be translated into a database according to a software entry template;
generating a translation access link based on a storage path of the entry file to be translated in the database, and pushing the translation access link to a corresponding translator;
entering a page to be translated based on the translation access link to obtain information to be translated, wherein the information to be translated comprises each entry in an entry file to be translated, a historical entry, a translation requirement and a translation length limit;
generating a translation completion request after completing translation based on the information to be translated, and updating the translation state of the translation completion request into a translation completion state;
the method for creating translation requirements and importing the entry files based on the translation requirement list interface to form the entry files to be translated comprises the following steps:
receiving software information and translation language establishing translation requirements based on a translation requirement list interface;
importing the entry file based on the translation requirement to obtain an imported entry file;
splitting all the entries in the entry file into single entries to form an entry file to be translated;
the software information comprises a software name, a software version and a language needing translation; the language needing to be translated is one or more languages needing to be translated; the default length of the single entry does not exceed the length of the entry in the original template, and if the default length of the single entry exceeds the length of the entry in the original template, warning prompt is carried out;
the step of storing the entry files to be translated into a database in a classified manner according to the software entry templates comprises the following steps:
matching a corresponding software entry template in a software entry template database based on the entry file to be translated;
classifying and storing the entry files to be translated into a database according to corresponding software entry templates;
when the entry file to be translated matches a corresponding software entry template in a software entry template database, various configuration files in the forms of xml and key vlaue are supported, the value in the template is automatically replaced, and the entry file required by an engineer is generated.
2. The translation management method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the user locally downloads or exports the entry file with the translation state being the translation completion state based on the translation requirement list interface.
3. The translation management method according to claim 1, wherein an ID parameter required for translation is spliced in the translation access link.
4. The translation management method according to claim 3, wherein said obtaining information to be translated based on said translation access link entering a page to be translated comprises
Obtaining access calculation based on the translation access link, and obtaining an ID parameter spliced with a translation requirement in the translation access link;
and inquiring a database and cache data based on the access request and the ID parameter of the translation requirement to obtain the information to be translated.
5. The translation management method according to claim 1, wherein the generating a translation completion request after completing translation based on the information to be translated comprises:
generating a translation completion request after completing translation on the translation page based on the information to be translated; or the like, or, alternatively,
exporting the information to be translated in an Excel table form, and completing translation in the exported Excel table;
importing the Excel form which completes the translation and generating a translation completion request.
6. An apparatus for managing translation of a generic software entry, the apparatus comprising:
a creating and importing module: the translation request list interface is used for establishing translation requests and importing entry files to form entry files to be translated;
a data saving module: the system is used for storing the entry files to be translated into a database in a classified manner according to the software entry template;
a link generation and push module: the translation access link is generated based on the storage path of the entry file to be translated in the database, and is pushed to the corresponding translator;
a link access module: the translation access link is used for entering a page to be translated to obtain information to be translated, wherein the information to be translated comprises each entry in an entry file to be translated, a historical entry, a translation requirement and a translation length limit;
the translation updating module: the translation completion module is used for generating a translation completion request after completing translation based on the information to be translated and updating the translation state of the translation completion request into a translation completion state;
the creation and import module: the translation request list interface is used for receiving software information and translation language creation translation requests; importing the entry file based on the translation requirement to obtain an imported entry file; splitting all the entries in the entry file into single entries to form an entry file to be translated; the software information comprises a software name, a software version and a language needing translation; the language needing to be translated is one or more languages needing to be translated; the default length of the single entry does not exceed the length of the entry in the original template, and if the default length of the single entry exceeds the length of the entry in the original template, warning prompt is carried out;
the data storage module: the translation module is also used for matching a corresponding software entry template in a software entry template database based on the entry file to be translated; classifying and storing the entry files to be translated into a database according to corresponding software entry templates; when the entry file to be translated matches a corresponding software entry template in a software entry template database, various configuration files in the forms of xml and key vlaue are supported, the value in the template is automatically replaced, and the entry file required by an engineer is generated.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a translation management method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
8. A server, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory;
one or more applications, wherein the one or more applications are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the one or more applications configured to: executing the translation management method according to any of claims 1 to 5.
