The extraction needles 6 are arranged at the lower part of the needle base 5 and are fixedly connected or detachably connected with the needle base 5. The purpose of the detachable connection is to enable maintenance or replacement of the extraction needle 6 in order to prolong the service life of the extraction device of the coffee machine.
As shown in fig. 3, the extraction needle 6 includes a tube 17, a needle 18, a plurality of discharge holes 19, a plurality of filter screens 20, and a plurality of guide channels 21.
The tube 17 is a hollow structure, and a first end of the tube is connected to the needle base 5 for allowing the liquid inside the cavity 15 of the needle base 5 to enter the tube 17.
The needle 18 is a cone of solid construction, and has a first end connected to the second end of the tube 17, and a second end aligned with the drain hole 14 of the extraction chamber 4.
A plurality of discharge holes 19 are provided in the wall of the tubular body 17 in the axial direction of the tubular body 17 for allowing the liquid inside the tubular body 17 to enter the inside of the extraction chamber 4 through the discharge holes 19. Further, the inner diameter of the discharge hole 19 is larger than that of the pipe body 17.
The plurality of filter screens 20 correspond to the plurality of discharge holes 19 one by one, and a filter screen 20 is disposed outside each discharge hole 19 for preventing the coffee powder inside the extracting chamber 4 from entering the inside of the tube body 17 through the discharge hole 19.
The plurality of flow guide channels 21 are arranged on the outer wall of the needle 18, a first end of each flow guide channel 21 is positioned at the joint of the needle 18 and the tube body 17, and a second end of each flow guide channel 21 is positioned at the second end of the needle 18, so that the coffee extract in the extraction chamber 4 flows out to the outer side of the liquid discharge hole 14 along the flow guide channels 21.
Further, the length of the extraction needle 6 is greater than or equal to the height of the extraction chamber 4. During the extraction process, the second end of the extraction needle 6 is allowed to pass through the drain hole 14 of the extraction chamber 4.
The transmission unit 7 is rotatably connected with the support 2 and fixedly connected with the needle base 5, and is used for enabling the needle base 5 to reciprocate along the slide rail 3. The transmission unit 7 comprises a working rod 22 and a connecting rod 23, the first end of the working rod 22 is rotatably connected with the top of the bracket 2, the first end of the connecting rod 23 is rotatably connected with the middle part of the working rod 22, and the second end of the connecting rod 23 is fixedly connected with the top of the needle base 5. When the working rod 22 rotates at the joint with the support 2, the working rod 22 drives the connecting rod 23 to perform a vertical linear reciprocating motion, so that the needle base 5 performs a vertical reciprocating motion on the slide rail 3. In the case of extraction, a number of extraction needles 6 move downwards into the interior of the extraction chamber 4; in the case of extraction completion, several extraction needles 6 are moved upwards out of the extraction chamber 4.
Further, an anti-slip grip is arranged at the second end of the working rod 22 for improving the friction force of the working rod 22 and avoiding the hand of the worker from being separated from the working rod in the operation process.
The water tank 8 is fixedly connected with the bracket 2 and is used for providing liquid for extraction for the needle base 5.
A first end of the conduit 9 is connected to the water reservoir 8 and a second end of the conduit 9 is connected to an access hole 16 of the needle base 5 for allowing liquid inside the water reservoir 8 to pass through the conduit 9 into the cavity 15 of the needle base 5.
A temperature control unit 10 is provided inside the water tank 8 for controlling the temperature of the liquid inside the water tank 8, including heating and cooling. Specifically, the temperature control unit 10 is a semiconductor heating structure, and can perform heating operation or cooling operation on the liquid inside the water tank 8 according to a control signal, so as to meet the requirements of hot extraction and cold extraction.
Furthermore, a pressure control valve 11 is further arranged at the first end of the conduit 9 and used for conveying the liquid in the water tank 8 outwards after the liquid reaches a certain pressure, so that the requirement of high-pressure extraction in the extraction process is met, the extraction efficiency is improved, and the uniform quality of the extraction liquid is ensured.
Further, a first sealing washer 12 is disposed at the lower portion of the needle base 5, and the outer diameter of the first sealing washer 12 is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the bottom of the needle base 5. During the extraction process, the bottom of the needle base 5 is pressed against the top of the extraction chamber 4, and the gap between the needle base 5 and the extraction chamber 4 is filled with the first sealing gasket 12, so that the extraction chamber 4 is better sealed, and the pressure requirement during the extraction process is met.
Further, a second sealing gasket 13 is disposed at the first end of each extraction needle 6 for sealing the through hole of the extraction needle 6 left at the top of the extraction chamber 4 during the extraction process, so as to prevent the liquid inside the extraction chamber 4 from overflowing from the through hole under the action of pressure.
The using method of the invention is as follows: placing the coffee to be extracted into the extraction chamber 4; the operating lever 22 is operated to rotate clockwise, so that the needle base 5 moves downwards on the slide rail 3; the extraction needle 6 enters the extraction chamber 4 and is inserted between the coffee substances to be extracted; according to the extraction requirement, the liquid in the water tank 8 is heated or refrigerated by using the temperature control unit 10; then the heated or cooled liquid enters the cavity 15 through the inlet hole 16 along the conduit 9 and is injected into the coffee to be extracted from the outlet hole 19 of the extraction needle 6 to perform extraction operation to obtain extraction liquid; the extraction liquid flows out from the liquid discharge hole 14 along a plurality of flow guide channels 21 to finish the extraction operation.
Compared with the prior art, the extraction device of the coffee machine has the advantages that the extraction needle is inserted into the coffee to be extracted, so that the liquid with a certain temperature is fully fused with the coffee to be extracted, the extraction operation is carried out at a certain temperature and under a certain pressure, the extraction efficiency is improved, and the quality uniformity of the extraction liquid is ensured.
