The in-vehicle information pushing device provided in the embodiment of the present description may establish an association relationship between a vehicle and a user through a vehicle-mounted device, identify a vehicle entering a specified area by using a vehicle identification device, acquire user information bound to the vehicle, and push information for a user in the vehicle based on push information configured by a first user terminal. The vehicle entering the designated area is subjected to information pushing through the external vehicle identification equipment, the position of the vehicle identification equipment is fixed, the positioned vehicle position is more accurate, and a scene needing information pushing can be triggered more aggressively. And the vehicle is pushed by the vehicle-mounted equipment, so that the pushed information can be accurately pushed into the running vehicle and pushed to the owner of the vehicle, the reaching rate of the pushed information can be improved, and the function of accurately pushing the information outside the vehicle into the vehicle is realized. Meanwhile, the vehicle-mounted equipment is possessed by the vehicle, complex improvement on the vehicle is not needed, and the applicability is wider.
In some embodiments of the present specification, the apparatus further includes an information binding module configured to:
before vehicle entering information sent after a vehicle identification device identifies that a vehicle enters a designated area is received, a vehicle device binding request sent by a second user terminal through scanning an identification code in vehicle-mounted equipment is received, and vehicle device binding information is returned to the second user terminal, wherein the vehicle device binding request comprises a vehicle-mounted equipment identifier and user information of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
receiving a vehicle identifier sent by the second user terminal according to the vehicle equipment binding information;
and establishing an association relation among the user information, the vehicle identification and the vehicle-mounted equipment identification of the vehicle-mounted equipment.
According to the in-vehicle information pushing device provided by the embodiment of the specification, the vehicle-mounted equipment, the vehicle and the user can be bound by directly scanning the identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment without logging in by the user, so that the required pushing information can be automatically pushed to the vehicle and the vehicle user through the vehicle-mounted equipment, and the in-vehicle information pushing device is simple and flexible to operate and wide in applicability.
In some embodiments of this specification, a development kit for a specific application program is installed in the vehicle-mounted device, and the information binding module is specifically configured to:
receiving a vehicle equipment binding request sent by the second user terminal by scanning an identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment by using the specified application program, wherein the vehicle equipment binding request comprises account information of a user in the specified application program, and the account information and the user information of the user in the specified application program are subjected to real-name authentication;
and acquiring user information corresponding to the account information according to the account information.
The in-vehicle information pushing device provided in the embodiment of the present specification can enable the vehicle-mounted device to open the service of the specified application program only by installing the development kit of the specified application program in the vehicle-mounted device, and the user can perform binding of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted device and the user by scanning the identification code in the vehicle-mounted device through the mobile terminal, so that a data base is laid for accurately pushing subsequent pushing information to the vehicle. Meanwhile, real-name authentication is carried out between the user and the account in the appointed application program, and the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted equipment and the user are bound through the appointed application program, so that the reliability of the relation between the vehicle and the user can be ensured, and the accuracy of information push is improved.
In some embodiments of the present specification, the apparatus further includes a push information configuration module, configured to:
before receiving vehicle entrance information transmitted after the vehicle recognition device recognizes that the vehicle enters the designated area,
each sent push information configuration request comprises user information of a user corresponding to the first user terminal;
determining information configuration authority of a user corresponding to each first user terminal according to user information of the user corresponding to each first user terminal, so that the user corresponding to the first user terminal configures push information according to the information configuration authority, wherein the information configuration authority comprises: an information push place;
and receiving and storing the configured push information sent by each first user terminal.
Different authorities are configured for users who carry out information push for official institutions, merchants and the like, after the fact that the vehicles enter a specified place is recognized, proper push information is screened out from push information configured by the users who carry out information push in the place and pushed to the vehicles, and therefore the situation that the users are disturbed too much and user experience is affected is avoided.
The in-vehicle information pushing device provided in the embodiment of the present specification can enable the vehicle-mounted device to open the service of the specified application program only by installing the development kit of the specified application program in the vehicle-mounted device, and the user can perform binding of the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted device and the user by scanning the identification code in the vehicle-mounted device through the mobile terminal, so that a data base is laid for accurately pushing subsequent pushing information to the vehicle. Meanwhile, real-name authentication is carried out between the user and the account in the appointed application program, and the vehicle, the vehicle-mounted equipment and the user are bound through the appointed application program, so that the reliability of the relation between the vehicle and the user can be ensured, and the accuracy of information push is improved.
In some embodiments of this specification, the push information determining module is specifically configured to:
determining a target user of which the information push place is matched with the position information according to the position information and the information configuration authority of the user corresponding to each first user terminal;
and determining the target push information from the push information matched with the position information from the information push place configured by the target user according to the vehicle information.
In some embodiments of the present description, the vehicle information obtaining module is further configured to obtain an information receiving permission of the vehicle when obtaining the vehicle information of the vehicle, where the information receiving permission includes: at least one of an information category of the received push information, a time of receiving the push information, and a location category of receiving the push information;
the push information determining module is specifically configured to screen, according to the vehicle information, the location information, and the current time, push information that meets the information receiving authority and meets corresponding information push conditions from push information that matches the location information in an information push place configured by the target user, as the target push information.
According to the information pushing device in the vehicle, the user of the vehicle can define the condition for receiving information, and whether different pieces of pushed information can be pushed to the vehicle or not is limited, so that the user of the vehicle can receive the pushed information required by the user, the user is prevented from being disturbed by the information of people not required by the user, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments of the present specification, the vehicle-mounted device is a vehicle factory vehicle-mounted device or a vehicle afterloading vehicle-mounted device.
The mobile terminal of this specification embodiment can be the equipment that the vehicle just possessed that dispatches from the factory, also can be through the equipment of later stage legal additional installation, only need possess networking and show and/or voice broadcast propelling movement information the function can, the equipment in use or the vehicle need not do other transformation to the vehicle, no matter be new money vehicle or old money vehicle all be suitable for, be applicable to most vehicles promptly, extensive applicability has reduced the cost of information propelling movement.
Fig. 6 is a schematic block structure diagram of an embodiment of an in-vehicle information pushing apparatus provided in this specification, which may be immediately used as a vehicle information pushing management platform in the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the in-vehicle information pushing apparatus provided in this specification may include:
the vehicle identification unit 61 is used for receiving vehicle entering information sent by the vehicle identification device after identifying that the vehicle enters a specified area, and the vehicle entering information comprises a vehicle identifier;
a vehicle information obtaining unit 62, configured to obtain vehicle information of the vehicle according to the vehicle identifier and a pre-stored association relationship between vehicle devices, where the vehicle information includes: the user information bound by the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted equipment identification of the vehicle-mounted equipment installed in the vehicle; the vehicle equipment association relationship comprises an association relationship among a vehicle identifier, a vehicle-mounted equipment identifier and user information;

An embodiment of the present specification further provides an in-vehicle information push apparatus, including: at least one processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions, the processor implementing the information recommendation data processing method of the above embodiment when executing the instructions, such as:
receiving vehicle entering information which is sent after a vehicle identification device identifies that a vehicle enters a specified area, wherein the vehicle entering information comprises a vehicle identifier;

An embodiment of the present specification further provides an in-vehicle information push system, including: the system comprises a vehicle information pushing management platform, vehicle-mounted equipment and vehicle identification equipment; the vehicle-mounted equipment is installed in a vehicle, the vehicle-mounted equipment binds user information and a vehicle identifier of a second user terminal, the incidence relation among the vehicle-mounted equipment identifier, the user information and the vehicle identifier of the vehicle-mounted equipment is stored in the vehicle information push management platform, and a user of the vehicle-mounted equipment displays and/or broadcasts push information sent by the vehicle information push management platform in a voice mode;
the vehicle identification device is arranged in a designated area and used for identifying a vehicle entering the designated area and sending vehicle entering information to the vehicle information pushing management platform after the vehicle entering the designated area is identified, wherein the vehicle entering information comprises a vehicle identifier;
the vehicle information pushing management platform is used for storing and managing pushing information configured by the first user terminal, determining target pushing information after receiving vehicle entering information, and pushing the target pushing information to the vehicle through the vehicle-mounted equipment.
It should be noted that the above description of the apparatus and system according to the method embodiments may also include other embodiments. The specific implementation manner may refer to the description of the related method embodiment, and is not described in detail herein.
The in-vehicle information pushing device provided by the specification can also be applied to various data analysis processing systems. The system or server or terminal or device may be a single server, or may include a server cluster, a system (including a distributed system), software (applications), actual operating devices, logical gate devices, quantum computers, etc. using one or more of the methods described herein or one or more embodiments of the system or server or terminal or device, in combination with necessary end devices implementing hardware. The system for checking for discrepancies may comprise at least one processor and a memory storing computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the method of any one or more of the embodiments described above.
The method embodiments provided by the embodiments of the present specification can be executed in a mobile terminal, a computer terminal, a server or a similar computing device. Taking the example of the operation on a server, fig. 7 is a block diagram of a hardware structure of an in-vehicle information push server in an embodiment of the present specification, and the computer terminal may be the in-vehicle information push server or the in-vehicle information push device in the foregoing embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, the server 10 may include one or more (only one shown) processors 100 (the processors 100 may include, but are not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA, etc.), a non-volatile memory 200 for storing data, and a transmission module 300 for communication functions. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 7 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the electronic device. For example, the server 10 may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 7, and may also include other processing hardware, such as a database or multi-level cache, a GPU, or have a different configuration than shown in FIG. 7, for example.
The non-volatile memory 200 may be used to store software programs and modules of application software, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the in-vehicle information pushing method in the embodiment of the present specification, and the processor 100 executes various functional applications and resource data updates by running the software programs and modules stored in the non-volatile memory 200. The non-volatile memory 200 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the non-volatile memory 200 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 100, which may be connected to a computer terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, office-to-network, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission module 300 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the computer terminal. In one example, the transmission module 300 includes a Network adapter (NIC) that can be connected to other Network devices through a base station so as to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission module 300 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used to communicate with the internet in a wireless manner.

The storage medium may include a physical device for storing information, and typically, the information is digitized and then stored using an electrical, magnetic, or optical media. The storage medium may include: devices that store information using electrical energy, such as various types of memory, e.g., RAM, ROM, etc.; devices that store information using magnetic energy, such as hard disks, floppy disks, tapes, core memories, bubble memories, and usb disks; devices that store information optically, such as CDs or DVDs. Of course, there are other ways of storing media that can be read, such as quantum memory, graphene memory, and so forth.
The method or the apparatus for pushing information in a vehicle provided in the embodiments of the present specification may be implemented in a computer by a processor executing corresponding program instructions, for example, implemented in a PC end using a c + + language of a windows operating system, implemented in a linux system, or implemented in an intelligent terminal using android, iOS system programming languages, implemented in processing logic based on a quantum computer, or the like.
It should be noted that descriptions of the apparatus, the computer storage medium, and the system described above according to the related method embodiments may also include other embodiments, and specific implementations may refer to descriptions of corresponding method embodiments, which are not described in detail herein.

In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate application-specific integrated circuit chips. One typical implementation device is a computer. Claims (19)

1. An in-vehicle information pushing method, the method comprising:
receiving vehicle entering information which is sent after a vehicle identification device identifies that a vehicle enters a specified area, wherein the vehicle entering information comprises a vehicle identifier;
acquiring vehicle information of the vehicle according to the vehicle identifier and a pre-stored association relationship of vehicle equipment, wherein the vehicle information comprises: the user information bound by the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted equipment identification of the vehicle-mounted equipment installed in the vehicle; the vehicle equipment association relationship comprises an association relationship among a vehicle identifier, a vehicle-mounted equipment identifier and user information;
determining target push information to be pushed to the vehicle in push information configured by a first user terminal according to the vehicle information and the position information of the designated area;
pushing the target push information to the vehicle through vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle-mounted equipment has the function of displaying and/or broadcasting the push information in voice;
the vehicle-mounted equipment is provided with a development tool kit of a specified application program, the vehicle-mounted equipment displays the identification code by using the development tool kit, and before receiving vehicle entering information sent by the vehicle identification equipment after identifying that a vehicle enters a specified area, the method further comprises the following steps:
and receiving a vehicle equipment binding request sent by a second user terminal by scanning the identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment by using the specified application program so as to bind the vehicle-mounted equipment, the vehicle and the user.
2. The method of claim 1, prior to receiving vehicle entry information transmitted after the vehicle identification device identifies that the vehicle entered the designated area, the method further comprising:
receiving a vehicle equipment binding request sent by a second user terminal through scanning an identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment, and returning vehicle equipment binding information to the second user terminal, wherein the vehicle equipment binding request comprises a vehicle-mounted equipment identifier and user information of the vehicle-mounted equipment;
receiving a vehicle identifier sent by the second user terminal according to the vehicle equipment binding information;
and establishing an association relation among the user information, the vehicle identification and the vehicle-mounted equipment identification of the vehicle-mounted equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein a development kit for a specific application program is installed in the vehicle-mounted device, and the receiving of the vehicle device binding request sent by the second user terminal by scanning the identification code in the vehicle-mounted device comprises:
receiving a vehicle equipment binding request sent by the second user terminal by scanning an identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment by using the specified application program, wherein the vehicle equipment binding request comprises account information of a user in the specified application program, and the account information and the user information of the user in the specified application program are subjected to real-name authentication;
and acquiring user information corresponding to the account information according to the account information.
4. The method of claim 1, prior to receiving vehicle entry information transmitted after the vehicle identification device identifies that the vehicle entered the designated area, the method further comprising:
receiving a push information configuration request sent by each first user terminal, wherein the configuration request comprises user information of a user corresponding to the first user terminal;
determining information configuration authority of a user corresponding to each first user terminal according to user information of the user corresponding to each first user terminal, so that the user corresponding to the first user terminal configures push information according to the information configuration authority, wherein the information configuration authority comprises: an information push place;
and receiving and storing the configured push information sent by each first user terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the determining the target push information to push to the vehicle from the push information configured by the first user terminal according to the vehicle information and the location information of the designated area comprises:
determining a target user of which the information pushing place is matched with the position information according to the position information and the information configuration authority of the user corresponding to each first user terminal;
and determining the target push information from the push information matched with the position information from the information push place configured by the target user according to the vehicle information.
6. The method of claim 5, in obtaining vehicle information for the vehicle, the method further comprising obtaining a receive information authority for the vehicle, the receive information authority comprising: at least one of an information category of the received push information, a time of receiving the push information, and a location category of receiving the push information;
the determining the target push information from the push information configured by the target user according to the vehicle information includes: and screening the push information meeting the received information authority from the push information matched with the position information in the information push place configured by the target user according to the vehicle information, the position information and the current time to serve as the target push information.
7. The method according to claim 4, wherein the push information configured by the first user terminal includes information content, information category, information content type;
the information category of the push information comprises: at least one of security information, warning information, service information and advertisement information; the information content type comprises message content and link content.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the onboard device is a factory onboard device or a aftermarket onboard device.
9. An in-vehicle information push method, comprising:
receiving a vehicle identification sent by a vehicle identification device after the vehicle identification device identifies that the vehicle enters a designated area;
acquiring vehicle information of the vehicle according to the vehicle identifier and a pre-stored association relationship of vehicle equipment, wherein the vehicle information comprises: the user information bound by the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted equipment identification of the vehicle-mounted equipment installed in the vehicle; the vehicle equipment association relationship comprises an association relationship among a vehicle identifier, a vehicle-mounted equipment identifier and user information;
sending the vehicle information and the position information of the designated area to a first user terminal, so that the first user terminal determines target push information to be pushed to the vehicle according to the vehicle information and the position information;
receiving target push information sent by the first user terminal, and pushing the target push information to the vehicle through vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle-mounted equipment has a function of displaying and/or broadcasting the push information in voice;
the vehicle-mounted equipment is provided with a development kit of a specified application program, the vehicle-mounted equipment displays the identification code by using the development kit, and before receiving vehicle entering information sent by the vehicle identification equipment after identifying that the vehicle enters a specified area, the method further comprises the following steps:
and receiving a vehicle equipment binding request sent by a second user terminal by scanning the identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment by using the specified application program so as to bind the vehicle-mounted equipment, the vehicle and the user.
10. An in-vehicle information pushing apparatus comprising:
the vehicle identification module is used for receiving vehicle entering information which is sent after the vehicle identification device identifies that a vehicle enters a specified area, and the vehicle entering information comprises a vehicle identifier;
a vehicle information obtaining module, configured to obtain vehicle information of the vehicle according to the vehicle identifier and a pre-stored association relationship between vehicle devices, where the vehicle information includes: the user information bound by the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted equipment identification of the vehicle-mounted equipment installed in the vehicle; the vehicle equipment incidence relation comprises a vehicle identifier, a vehicle-mounted equipment identifier and user information;
the push information determining module is used for determining target push information pushed to the vehicle in push information configured by the first user terminal according to the vehicle information and the position information of the specified area;
the information pushing module is used for pushing the target pushing information to the vehicle through vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle-mounted equipment has the function of displaying and/or broadcasting the pushing information in voice;
the vehicle-mounted equipment is provided with a development kit of a specified application program, the vehicle-mounted equipment displays the identification code by using the development kit, and before receiving vehicle entering information sent by the vehicle identification equipment after identifying that the vehicle enters a specified area, the device is further used for:
and receiving a vehicle equipment binding request sent by a second user terminal by scanning the identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment by using the specified application program so as to bind the vehicle-mounted equipment, the vehicle and the user.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, the apparatus further comprising an information binding module to:
before vehicle entering information sent after a vehicle identification device identifies that a vehicle enters a designated area is received, a vehicle device binding request sent by a second user terminal through scanning an identification code in the vehicle-mounted device is received, and vehicle device binding information is returned to the second user terminal, wherein the vehicle device binding request comprises a vehicle-mounted device identifier and user information of the vehicle-mounted device;
receiving a vehicle identifier sent by the second user terminal according to the vehicle equipment binding information;
and establishing an association relation among the user information, the vehicle identification and the vehicle-mounted equipment identification of the vehicle-mounted equipment.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein a development kit for specifying an application program is installed in the vehicle-mounted device, and the information binding module is specifically configured to:
receiving a vehicle equipment binding request sent by the second user terminal by scanning an identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment by using the specified application program, wherein the vehicle equipment binding request comprises account information of a user in the specified application program, and the account information and the user information of the user in the specified application program are subjected to real-name authentication;
and acquiring user information corresponding to the account information according to the account information.
13. The apparatus of claim 10, the apparatus further comprising a push information configuration module to:
before vehicle entering information sent after a vehicle identification device identifies that the vehicle enters a designated area is received, receiving each sent push information configuration request, wherein the configuration request comprises user information of a user corresponding to a first user terminal;
determining information configuration authority of a user corresponding to each first user terminal according to user information of the user corresponding to each first user terminal, so that the user corresponding to the first user terminal configures push information according to the information configuration authority, wherein the information configuration authority comprises: an information push place;
and receiving and storing the configured push information sent by each first user terminal.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the push information determining module is specifically configured to:
determining a target user of which the information pushing place is matched with the position information according to the position information and the information configuration authority of the user corresponding to each first user terminal;
and determining the target push information from the push information matched with the position information from the information push place configured by the target user according to the vehicle information.

The apparatus of claim 14, the vehicle information acquisition module further configured to acquire information reception rights of the vehicle when acquiring the vehicle information of the vehicle, the information reception rights including: at least one of an information category of the received push information, a time of receiving the push information, and a location category of receiving the push information;
the push information determining module is specifically configured to screen, according to the vehicle information, the location information, and the current time, push information that meets the information receiving authority and meets corresponding information push conditions from push information that matches the location information in an information push place configured by the target user, as the target push information.
16. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the onboard device is a factory onboard device or a aftermarket onboard device.

the vehicle identification unit is used for receiving vehicle entering information which is sent after the vehicle identification device identifies that a vehicle enters a specified area, and the vehicle entering information comprises a vehicle identifier;
a vehicle information obtaining unit, configured to obtain vehicle information of the vehicle according to the vehicle identifier and a pre-stored association relationship between vehicle devices, where the vehicle information includes: the user information bound by the vehicle and the vehicle-mounted equipment identification of the vehicle-mounted equipment installed in the vehicle; the vehicle equipment association relationship comprises an association relationship among a vehicle identifier, a vehicle-mounted equipment identifier and user information;
the vehicle arrival notification unit is used for sending the vehicle information and the position information of the designated area to a first user terminal so that the first user terminal determines target push information to be pushed to the vehicle according to the vehicle information and the position information;
the information pushing unit is used for receiving target pushing information sent by the first user terminal and pushing the target pushing information to the vehicle through vehicle-mounted equipment of the vehicle, wherein the vehicle-mounted equipment has the function of displaying and/or voice broadcasting the pushing information;
the vehicle-mounted equipment is provided with a development kit of a specified application program, the vehicle-mounted equipment displays the identification code by using the development kit, and before receiving vehicle entering information sent by the vehicle identification equipment after identifying that the vehicle enters a specified area, the device is further used for:
and receiving a vehicle equipment binding request sent by a second user terminal by scanning the identification code in the vehicle-mounted equipment by using the specified application program so as to bind the vehicle-mounted equipment, the vehicle and the user.
18. An in-vehicle information pushing apparatus comprising: at least one processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions, the processor implementing the method of any one of claims 1-9 when executing the instructions.
