Description

Data right determining method and device, storage medium and electronic device
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of the internet, and in particular, to a data authorization method and apparatus, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus.
Background
Currently, there are some data/digital assets. Data/digital assets are non-monetary assets that are owned or controlled by asset owners (e.g., internet users, internet platforms, etc.), exist in electronic data form, are held in daily activities for sale or are in the process of production.
For data/digital assets, rights validation is a vital act, and rights validation is not followed until the rights are validated. Currently, data/digital assets are typically validated in a manner that is validated by a regulatory agency. For example, for digital asset A, the authority for digital asset A is authority B, and the validation for digital asset A may be performed by authority B. The manner of validation of digital certificates, etc. is similar to the manner of validation of data/digital assets.
However, the above-described data authentication method is only suitable for a scenario where authentication is performed by a centralized organization (for example, authentication is performed on data/digital assets, digital certificates, etc.), and has problems that applicability is poor and authentication errors are likely to occur, for example, authentication cannot be performed on data/digital assets, digital certificates, etc. that are not approved by the centralized organization.
Therefore, the data right-determining method in the related art has a problem of poor applicability of the scheme due to being applied only to a scene where right determination is performed by the centralizing organization.

The terminal 101 may perform the data authorization method according to the embodiment of the present application by a client installed thereon.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of an alternative data validation method according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in FIG. 2, which may include the steps of:
step S202, a first right confirming request initiated by a client is received, wherein the first right confirming request is used for requesting right confirming of data to be confirmed;
step S204, responding to the first right-confirming request, obtaining a plurality of reference right-confirming results of a plurality of right-confirming parties, wherein each reference object in the plurality of right-confirming parties is used for confirming the right data to be confirmed, and the plurality of right-confirming parties are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of reference right-confirming results;
step S206, sending target indication information to the client, wherein the target indication information is used for indicating the right confirmation result of the to-be-confirmed data, which is determined according to the multiple reference right confirmation results.
Through the steps S202 to S206, a first request for determining the right of the data to be determined is received, wherein the request is initiated by the client; responding to the first right-confirming request, and acquiring a plurality of reference right-confirming results of a plurality of right-confirming parties, wherein each reference object in the plurality of right-confirming parties is used for confirming the right data to be confirmed, and the plurality of right-confirming parties are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of reference right-confirming results; and sending target indication information to the client, wherein the target indication information is used for indicating the right-confirming result of the data to be confirmed, which is confirmed according to a plurality of reference right-confirming results, so that the problem that the scheme applicability is poor due to the fact that the data right-confirming mode in the related technology is only suitable for a scene of confirming the right by a centralization mechanism is solved, the applicability of a data right-confirming scheme is improved, and the right-confirming success rate is ensured.
In the technical solution provided in step S202, a first request for confirming the right of the data to be confirmed is received, where the first request for confirming the right is initiated by the client.
In the related art, the data right can be confirmed in a unilateral right confirmation mode. Taking the resource to be determined as a digital asset as an example, as shown in fig. 3, the unilateral right determining method comprises the following steps:
step S302, an acknowledgement request is initiated.
A client or other device may initiate an authorization request for a digital asset requesting a determination of whether object a has authorization for the digital asset.
In step S304, the rights system/supervisor/administrative/other third party of the digital asset receives the request for rights.
The rights system person, supervisor, authority, or other third party (e.g., system operator) of the digital asset may receive the request for rights as a rights-determining party.
Step S306, judging whether the right exists.
The party to be determined can determine whether the object a has rights to the digital asset, if so, step S308 is performed, otherwise step S310 is performed.
Step S308, the right confirmation is successful.
The rights-determining party determines that the object A has rights to the digital asset, and returns a rights-determining success indication to the client.
Step S310, reject.
The rights-determining party determines that the object A has no rights to the digital asset, fails to determine rights, rejects the rights-determining request and returns a rights-determining failure indication to the client.
The data right confirming method in the embodiment can be applied to the scenario of multi-party joint right confirming on digital resources (data/digital assets, digital certificates and digital certificates). For example, the joint right confirming mechanism/scheme can be configured on the basis of the unilateral right confirming mechanism/scheme in the digital asset right confirming scene so as to meet the application scene of joint right confirming.
The data to be authenticated may be data/digital assets, digital certificates, etc., or other types of digital resources. For example, the pending rights data may be: identity cards, travel cards, deposit certificates, prescriptions, graduation cards, academic cards, real estate cards, network transaction records and the like.
The user may use the client to authenticate the data to be authenticated. On the interface of the client, the user can input the related information of the data to be determined so as to determine the right of the data to be determined. The related information can be input through an input box or can be obtained by identifying an uploaded image of the data to be determined. The entered relevant information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: target data identification of the right to be determined data, target data name of the right to be determined data, generation date (for example, rights generation date) of the right to be determined data, and the like.
After acquiring the related information of the input data to be authenticated, the client may generate a first authentication request, where the first authentication request is used to request to authenticate the data to be authenticated, and send the first authentication request to the server or other control device for performing authentication control. In this embodiment, a server is taken as an example for explanation, and the data right determining method in this embodiment is also applicable to other similar devices.
In the technical solution provided in step S204, in response to the first request for determining rights, a plurality of reference determining rights results of a plurality of determining rights sides are obtained, where each reference object in the plurality of determining rights sides is used to determine rights of data to be determined, and the plurality of determining rights sides are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of reference determining rights results.
After receiving the first acknowledgement request, the server may obtain a plurality of reference acknowledgement results for a plurality of acknowledgement parties. Each of the plurality of claimants is configured to claiming the data to be claiming, that is, a plurality of joint claimants, the claimants including, but not limited to, at least one of: the rights of the data to be verified belong to a human, a supervisor, a management mechanism, a system operator and the like.
The multiparty joint acknowledgement scenario may be varied and may include, but is not limited to, one of the following:
1) When the rights of data/digital assets, digital certificates and the like are multi-party, the rights of all parties of the rights are needed to be combined and confirmed;
2) When the rights and ties of the data/digital asset, digital certificate, etc. are unilateral, a scene of combined rights confirmation of the rights-bearing family and the third party;
3) When the rights of data/digital assets, digital certificates and the like are multi-party, the rights of all parties of the rights are required to be jointly confirmed by the rights of all parties of the rights and the third party.
The third party may be single or multiple and may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: a supervisor, a management entity, a system operator, etc. Different digital resources (e.g., data/digital assets, digital certificates, etc.), their corresponding third parties may be the same or different. The multiple rights-determining parties in the joint rights-determining scenario may be configured as needed, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The multiple rights-determining parties are in one-to-one correspondence with the multiple reference rights-determining results, i.e. each rights-determining party returns a reference rights-determining result. The reference validation result of each validation party may be the validation result of the validation party to the validation data. Different certainty scenarios may differ in their corresponding certainty results.
For example, a first validation request may be used to request a determination of a rights object for the data to be validated, with the corresponding validation result being used to represent the rights object for the data to be validated.
For another example, the first rights request may be used to request a determination of whether the rights data to be determined has a rights relation with the specific object, and the corresponding rights result is used to indicate that the rights pass (have a rights relation), or that the rights are successful; or, it is used to indicate that the right is not passed (has no ownership), or that the right fails.
For another example, the first request for rights may be used to determine whether the resource information of the data to be weighed is correct (e.g., whether the resource information is correct, whether the rights relationship in the resource information is correct, etc.). The corresponding right-determining result is used for indicating that the right-determining is successful (the resource information is correct); or to indicate that the validation fails (the resource information is incorrect).
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned sending and receiving of the request for rights to be determined, and each party for rights to be determined may be a node in the distributed identity system, for example, a member node on a federation chain of the same federation, a member node on a federation chain in a group of the same group, or a member node on an open federation chain, and the architecture of the distributed identity system may be configured according to needs, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In the technical solution provided in step S206, target indication information is sent to the client, where the target indication information is used to indicate the right result of the to-be-determined data determined according to the multiple reference right determination results.
The validation result of the data to be validated may be determined based on the multiple reference validation results. That is, multiple rights-determining parties treat the joint rights result of the rights-determining data. Different certainty scenarios may differ in their corresponding joint certainty results.
For example, a first request for rights may be used to request a determination of a rights object for the data to be determined, and the federated rights result is used to represent the rights object for the data to be determined.
For another example, the first validation request may be used to request a determination of whether the data to be validated has a equity relationship with the particular object, the federated validation result being used to indicate that the validation was successful (has an equity relationship); or to indicate that the rights failed (have no equity).
For another example, the first request for rights may be used to determine whether the resource information of the data to be weighed is correct (e.g., whether the resource information is correct, whether the rights relationship in the resource information is correct, etc.). The joint right result is used for indicating that the right is successful (the resource information is correct) or for indicating that the right is failed (the resource information is incorrect).
The server may generate target indication information based on the joint acknowledgement result, where the target indication information is used to indicate the joint acknowledgement result, and return the target indication information to the client, so as to display the target indication information through the client.
Optionally, in this embodiment, after receiving the first right confirmation request initiated by the client, the validity of the data to be confirmed may be checked, and a result of checking the data to be confirmed may be checked; and sending indication information to the client under the condition that the verification result is used for indicating that the to-be-verified data is not verified, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the to-be-verified data is not verified.
After receiving the first request for validation, the server may first perform validation check on the data to be validated, determine whether the first request for validation is legal, for example, whether the first request for validation accords with a data rule of a data type of the data to be validated, whether an object applying for validation is an object allowing the data to be validated to initiate the request for validation, and the like, and obtain a check result of the validation data.
If the check result is used for indicating that the to-be-determined data check is not passed, the to-be-determined data is not legal, and the server can send indication information to the client, wherein the indication information is used for indicating that the to-be-determined data check is not passed. After receiving the indication information, the client can display prompt information on a display interface so as to prompt that the data to be determined is not checked.
If the verification result is used for indicating that the data to be verified passes, a plurality of reference verification results of a plurality of verification parties can be further obtained. In addition, the data to be authenticated may be directly sent to a plurality of rights-authenticating parties to perform rights-authenticating determination, and validity check and the like may be determined by each rights-authenticating party.
It should be noted that, a data identifier and an acknowledgement party may be a pair of multiple relationships (each data identifier corresponds to a specific multiple acknowledgement party), and a process of determining a corresponding acknowledgement party may be considered as a process of verifying validity; or a many-to-many relationship (multiple data identifications corresponding to multiple rights-determining parties) may be subjected to a validity check prior to determining the corresponding rights-determining party.
As an alternative embodiment, before obtaining the multiple reference rights-determining results of the multiple rights-determining parties, the method further includes:
s11 (it should be noted that step reference numerals S11 herein, and S12, S21, S31, S32, S41, S42, S51, S52, S53, S54, S55, S61, S62, S63, S64, S65, and S66 appearing hereinafter are not shown in the drawings of the specification), the target data name of the right-to-be-validated data and the target data identification of the right-to-be-validated data are extracted from the first right-to-be-validated request;
S12, determining a plurality of right determining parties according to the target data name and the target data identification.
The first right request may carry a target data name of the right data to be determined and a target data identifier of the right data to be determined, and may also carry a generation date, an authorization date, an issuing date, etc. of the right data to be determined, and different information may be written into different fields of the first right request.
The server may extract a target data name and a target data identifier in the first rights request, and determine a plurality of rights-determining parties of the data to be determined according to the target data name and the target data identifier.
For example, the to-be-determined data may be a number of degrees of skill issued by a plurality of schools in a combined culture, and the first determination request may carry an identifier of the number of degrees of skill (for identifying that the request for determining the right is a number of degrees of skill). According to the identification of the academic or vocational study and the number of the academic or vocational study, a plurality of rights-determining parties of the academic or vocational study can be determined, and the plurality of rights-determining parties can comprise: a plurality of schools, a academic center, etc.
According to the embodiment, the plurality of right-determining parties are determined based on the data names and the data identifiers, so that the accuracy of determining the right-determining parties can be ensured, and the efficiency of determining the right-determining parties is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, determining the plurality of rights-determining parties based on the destination data name and the destination data identification comprises:
s21, matching a plurality of rights-determining parties from a target relation library by using the target data name and the target data identifier, wherein the target relation library stores the corresponding relation among the data name, the data identifier and the rights-determining parties.
In order to improve the efficiency of determining the rights-determining party, a target relation library can be preconfigured, and the target relation library can store the data names, the data identifications and the corresponding relation among the rights-determining parties of different resources. The target relation library can store a plurality of target relation tables, each target relation table corresponds to a resource type and is used for storing the corresponding relation between the data identification of the resource type and the right-confirming party.
For example, for the academic or real estate certificate, different target relationship tables may be used to respectively store the correspondence between the academic or real estate certificate number and the right-confirming party, and the correspondence between the real estate certificate number and the right-confirming party.
The server may use the target data name and target data identification to match a plurality of rights-determining parties from a target relational library. The target relational database may be a database local to the server or may be a database communicatively connected to the server via a network.
The server may first determine a target relationship table in a target relationship library that matches the target data name using the target data name; the plurality of rights-determining parties are then matched from the target relationship table using the target data identification.
According to the embodiment, the efficiency of determining the right-determining party can be improved by matching the right-determining party of the data to be determined from the target relation library.
As an alternative embodiment, obtaining the plurality of reference validation results for the plurality of validation parties includes:
s31, respectively sending a second right-confirming request to each right-confirming party in the plurality of right-confirming parties, wherein the second right-confirming request is used for requesting to confirm the data to be confirmed;
s32, respectively receiving reference right-confirming results returned by each right-confirming party in the plurality of right-confirming parties.
Each of the rights-determining parties may correspond to a rights-determining node, which may be a network node, e.g., a server, a terminal device, or other device, etc. After receiving the first acknowledgement request, the server may send a second acknowledgement request to each of the plurality of acknowledgement parties, e.g., to the acknowledgement node with each of the acknowledgements Fang Duiying.
The second request for confirming the right of the data to be confirmed is a forwarded first request for confirming the right, or a request for confirming the right regenerated according to the information carried in the first request for confirming the right. The generation manner of the second request for right determination may be set as needed, and this is not limited in this embodiment.
For one rights-determining party, after receiving the second rights-determining request, the rights-determining party may determine the right of the data to be determined, for example, determine the right of the data to be determined according to the target data identifier carried in the second rights-determining request, so as to obtain the reference rights-determining result. After obtaining the reference validation request, the validation party may return the reference validation result to the server. The server may receive the reference right-confirming results returned by the right-confirming parties respectively.
According to the embodiment, a plurality of right Fang Deque right results are obtained by sending right-confirming requests to all right-confirming parties, so that the method and the device can be applied to a distributed network architecture, data right confirmation under scenes such as cross-platform and the like is realized, and meanwhile, the accuracy of the right-confirming results can be ensured.
As an optional embodiment, before sending the target indication information to the client, the method further includes:
s41, determining a right determining result of the data to be determined according to the multiple reference right determining results;
s42, generating target indication information according to the right confirming result of the right waiting data.
To obtain the target indication information, a joint acknowledgement result of a plurality of acknowledgement parties may be first determined. If there are multiple rights-determining parties, the server may obtain a reference rights-determining result of each rights-determining party, determine the rights-determining result of the data to be determined according to the multiple reference rights-determining results, e.g. integrate the multiple reference rights-determining results to obtain a joint rights-determining result.
The joint acknowledgement result may be obtained by integrating a plurality of reference acknowledgement results based on a consensus or rules agreed in advance. From the joint right result, indication information of the joint right result, that is, target indication information, may be generated.
According to the embodiment, the combined right-confirming result is obtained by fusing a plurality of right-confirming Fang Deque right results, and the indication information of the combined right-confirming result is generated, so that the method and the device are applicable to various right-confirming scenes, and the accuracy of combined right-confirming is improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the first rights request may be used to request determination of a rights object of the data to be determined, that is, request determination of which object the data to be determined belongs to, and correspondingly, each reference rights result is used to indicate the rights object of the data to be determined by each rights party.
As an alternative embodiment, determining the validation result of the to-be-validated data based on the plurality of reference validation results includes:
s51, determining a first right-confirming result of the data to be confirmed under the condition that the right objects of the data to be confirmed, which are represented by the multiple reference right-confirming results, are all first objects, wherein the first right-confirming result is used for representing that the right objects of the data to be confirmed are the first objects.
If the rights objects of the to-be-determined data represented by the reference rights results are the same and are all the first objects, it can be determined that the to-be-determined data and the first objects have a rights relationship. The server may determine a first right result of the to-be-determined data, where the first right result is used to indicate that a rights object of the to-be-determined data is a first object.
For example, there are a plurality of rights-determining parties for the rights data to be determined: the rights object of the data to be determined is the rights object if the rights Fang Deque rights result is the same rights object.
As another alternative embodiment, determining the validation result of the to-be-validated data based on the plurality of reference validation results includes:
and S52, determining a second right-confirming result of the data to be confirmed under the condition that the rights objects of the data to be confirmed, represented by the multiple reference right-confirming results, are not the same object, wherein the second right-confirming result is used for representing that the right of the data to be confirmed fails.
The joint validation rule may be: each party must be authorized to pass the authorization. If the rights objects of the data to be determined, which are represented by the reference rights determining results, are not the same object, it can be determined that the rights relationship of the data to be determined is abnormal, the rights of the data to be determined fail, and a second rights determining result of the data to be determined, which is used for representing that the rights of the data to be determined fail.
The scenario in which the rights object of the to-be-determined data represented by the multiple reference rights-determining results is not the same object may be various, for example, each reference rights-determining result is used to indicate that the rights object of the to-be-determined data is a certain object, but the rights object represented by the multiple reference rights-determining results is not the same object, for example, a part of the reference rights-determining results is used to represent that the rights object of the to-be-determined data is a certain object, another part of the reference rights-determining results is used to represent that the to-be-determined data cannot be determined, that is, the rights object of the to-be-determined data cannot be determined, or other similar scenarios are also possible.
For example, there are a plurality of rights-determining parties for the rights data to be determined: the rights and the system operation party of the data to be authenticated are as follows: the right result of the authority is that: the other right belongs to the person. The joint validation result is used to indicate that validation of the data to be validated fails.
As yet another alternative embodiment, determining the validation result of the to-be-validated data based on the plurality of reference validation results includes:
s53, under the condition that the rights object of the data to be determined represented by the multiple reference rights results is the multiple reference objects, calculating the right probability corresponding to each reference object in the multiple reference objects according to the weight corresponding to each right determining party in the multiple right determining parties, wherein the right probability corresponding to each reference object is the probability that the rights object of the data to be determined is each reference object;
S54, selecting a second object from the plurality of reference objects, wherein the second object is the reference object corresponding to the maximum right-determining probability;
s55, determining a third right confirming result of the right to be confirmed data, wherein the third right confirming result is used for indicating that the right object of the right to be confirmed data is a second object.
The joint validation rule may be: and determining whether the right is successful according to the weight. If the rights object of the data to be determined, which is represented by the multiple reference rights determining results, is not the same object, that is, the multiple reference objects, the server may calculate the rights probability of each reference object according to the weight corresponding to each rights determining party, where the rights probability is the probability that the rights object of the data to be determined is each reference object.
The probabilities corresponding to different certainty weights can be the same (for example, the same weight as a share, 1 person 1 ticket, and each ticket weight is the same), or can be different (for example, the weights are different from one share, and the number of tickets is calculated according to the weight size). In obtaining the reference right-determining results of the right-determining parties, voting can be carried out on the reference objects indicated by the reference right-determining results, and the vote number (right-determining probability) of each reference object is calculated according to the weight size. The number of votes may be normalized or non-normalized, and the method of calculating the right probability according to the weight of the right party may be set as needed, which is not limited in this embodiment.
After the right probability of each reference object is obtained, a reference object (second object) with the maximum right probability is selected from the plurality of reference objects as a right object of the data to be determined, and a third right determination result is generated, wherein the third right determination result is used for indicating that the right object of the data to be determined is the second object.
For example, there are a plurality of rights-determining parties for the rights data to be determined: the rights and the owners of the data to be determined (weight 0.1), the supervision party (weight 0.4), the management mechanism (weight 0.4), the system operation party (weight 0.1), and the results of the rights and the owners of the data to be determined, the supervision party and the management mechanism are as follows: the first authority is the person, and the result of the authority determination of the system operator is: the second authority is the person. And the right probability of the first right person is 0.9 and the right probability of the second right person is 0.1 through calculation, and then the right object used for representing the data to be determined by the combined right result is the first right person.
According to the embodiment, the rights object of the data to be determined is determined by configuring different right determining rules, so that the applicability and flexibility of a data right determining mode can be improved.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the first rights request is used to request to determine whether the to-be-determined data has a rights relationship with the third object, that is, request to determine whether the third object is a rights object of the to-be-determined data, and correspondingly, each reference rights determining result is used to indicate whether the to-be-determined data has a rights relationship with the third object, which is determined by each rights determining party.
As an alternative embodiment, determining the validation result of the to-be-validated data based on the plurality of reference validation results includes:
and S61, determining a fourth right-determining result of the to-be-determined data under the condition that the multiple reference right-determining results all indicate that the to-be-determined data has a right relationship with the third object, wherein the fourth right-determining result is used for indicating that the to-be-determined data is successfully determined.
If the plurality of reference validation results each indicate that the to-be-validated data has a equity relationship with the third object, then it may be determined that the to-be-validated data has an equity relationship with the third object. The server may determine a fourth right-determining result of the to-be-determined data, where the fourth right-determining result is used to indicate that the to-be-determined data has a right relationship with the third object.
For example, a first rights request is used to request a determination of whether rights to be determined data has a rights relationship with a target rights holder. The right-determining party of the right-to-be-determined data has a plurality of: the rights to be granted data are the rights system person, the supervisor, the management mechanism and the system operation party, if each right Fang Deque results are: and if the right is successfully confirmed, the combined right confirming result is used for indicating that the right is successfully confirmed, and the right to be confirmed and the target right owner have a right relationship.
As another alternative embodiment, determining the validation result of the to-be-validated data based on the plurality of reference validation results includes:
s62, determining a fifth right-determining result of the to-be-determined data under the condition that at least one reference right-determining result in the plurality of reference right-determining results indicates that the to-be-determined data has a right relationship with the third object, wherein the fifth right-determining result is used for indicating that the to-be-determined data is successfully determined.
The joint validation rule may be: any 1 party may be authenticated as a pass or any multiple party (less than the total number of parties) may be authenticated as a pass. If at least one of the plurality of reference validation results indicates that the to-be-validated data has a equity relationship with the third object, validation pass (validation success) may be determined. The server may determine a fifth right result of the data to be determined, where the fifth right result is used to indicate that the data to be determined is successfully determined.
For example, a first rights request is used to request a determination of whether rights to be determined data has a rights relationship with a target rights holder. The right-determining party of the right-to-be-determined data has a plurality of: the rights to be granted data are the owners, supervisory party, management mechanism and system operation party, if at least one right is granted Fang Deque, the result is: and if the right is confirmed, the combined right confirming result is used for indicating that the right is confirmed successfully, and the right to be confirmed and the target right owner have a right relationship.
As yet another alternative embodiment, determining the validation result of the to-be-validated data based on the plurality of reference validation results includes:
s63, determining a sixth right-determining result of the to-be-determined data under the condition that at least one reference right-determining result in the plurality of reference right-determining results indicates that the to-be-determined data does not have a right relationship with the third object, wherein the sixth right-determining result is used for indicating that the to-be-determined data fails to be determined.
The joint validation rule may be: must each party determine the right to pass. If at least one of the plurality of reference validation results indicates that the to-be-validated data does not have a ownership relationship with the third object, it may be determined that the validation fails (validation failure). The server may determine a sixth right result of the to-be-determined data, the sixth right result being used to indicate that the to-be-determined data fails to be determined.
For example, a first rights request is used to request a determination of whether rights to be determined data has a rights relationship with a target rights holder. The right-determining party of the right-to-be-determined data has a plurality of: the rights to be granted data are the owners, supervisory party, management mechanism and system operation party, if at least one right is granted Fang Deque, the result is: and if the right is not confirmed, the combined right confirming result is used for indicating that the right is not confirmed, and the right to be confirmed and the target right owner have no right relationship.
As yet another alternative embodiment, determining the validation result of the to-be-validated data based on the plurality of reference validation results includes:
s64, under the condition that at least one reference right-determining result in the plurality of reference right-determining results indicates that the data to be determined and the third object have no right relation, determining the reference probability that the data to be determined and the third object have right relation according to the weight corresponding to each right-determining party in the plurality of right-determining parties;
s65, determining a seventh right-confirming result of the data to be confirmed under the condition that the reference probability is larger than or equal to the target probability threshold, wherein the seventh right-confirming result is used for indicating that the right of the data to be confirmed is confirmed successfully;
and S66, determining an eighth right-confirming result of the data to be confirmed under the condition that the reference probability is smaller than the target probability threshold, wherein the eighth right-confirming result is used for indicating that the right-confirming of the data to be confirmed fails.
The joint validation rule may be: and determining whether the right is successful according to the weight. If at least one of the plurality of reference right results indicates that the to-be-determined data does not have a right relationship with the third object, the server may calculate a reference probability that the to-be-determined data has a right relationship with the third object, which is a probability that the to-be-determined data has a right relationship with the third object, according to the weight corresponding to each of the right-determining parties.
The probabilities corresponding to different certainty weights can be the same (for example, the same weight as a share, 1 person 1 ticket, and each ticket weight is the same), or can be different (for example, the weights are different from one share, and the number of tickets is calculated according to the weight size). In obtaining the reference right-determining results of each right-determining party, voting can be carried out on the right-determining results indicated by the reference right-determining results, and the number of votes (reference probability) with the right relationship between the right-to-be-determined data and the third object is calculated according to the weight size. The reference probability may be normalized probability or non-normalized probability, and the reference probability may be calculated according to the weight of the determining party, which is not limited in this embodiment.
After deriving the reference probability, the reference probability and the target probability threshold may be compared. If the reference probability is greater than or equal to the target probability threshold, it may be determined that the pending weight data has a ownership relationship with the third object. The server may determine a seventh right-determining result of the to-be-determined data, where the seventh right-determining result is used to indicate that the to-be-determined data is successfully determined. If the reference probability is less than the target probability threshold, it may be determined that there is no ownership between the to-be-determined data and the third object. The server may determine an eighth right-determining result of the to-be-determined data, where the eighth right-determining result is used to indicate that the to-be-determined data fails to be determined.
For example, a first rights request is used to request a determination of whether rights to be determined data has a rights relationship with a target rights holder. The right-determining party of the right-to-be-determined data has a plurality of: the rights and the owners of the data to be determined (weight 0.1), the supervision party (weight 0.4), the management mechanism (weight 0.4), the system operation party (weight 0.1), and the results of the rights and the owners of the data to be determined, the supervision party and the management mechanism are as follows: the right passing is confirmed, and the right confirming result of the system operation party is: the validation fails. The reference probability of passing the right through calculation is 0.9 and is larger than the probability threshold value 0.8 (the target probability threshold value can be configured according to the requirement), and then the joint right-determining result is used for indicating that the right determination of the data to be determined is successful.
According to the embodiment, whether the right data to be determined and the specific object have the right relationship or not is determined by configuring different right determining rules, so that the applicability and flexibility of a data right determining mode can be improved.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure the security and efficiency of information transmission, the information carried in the rights request may be encrypted, or the rights request may carry a characteristic value of the digital resource, etc. The type of the data to be determined and the right determining scene are all selectable examples, and the data right determining scheme in the embodiment is applicable to other types of resources, right determining scenes and the like.
The data right determining method in the embodiment of the present application is explained below with reference to an alternative example. The data validation scenario in this example applies to a digital asset validation scenario where the data to be validated is a digital asset (digital certificate, and the like), the validation request is for requesting a determination of whether a target rights issuer has a rights relationship with the digital asset, the validation issuer comprising: the rights-line person of the digital asset (rights-line person 1 of the digital asset, rights-line person 2, … of the digital asset, rights-line person N of the digital asset), the third party (supervisor, management structure, system operator), wherein the rights-line person refers to the person, organization, etc. having a line with the digital asset. The equity person may be an equity person of the digital asset, or may be other types of equity persons, for example, the digital voucher may be a transaction voucher, and the equity person may be both parties to the transaction.
As shown in fig. 4, the flow of the data right determining method in this example includes the following steps:
step S402, an acknowledgement request is initiated.
A client or other device may initiate an authorization request for a digital asset requesting a determination of whether object B has authorization for the digital asset.
In step S404, the plurality of rights-determining parties respectively receive the rights-determining request.
After receiving the validation request, the server may determine a plurality of validation parties for the digital asset, including: the rights system comprises a rights system person 1 of the digital asset, rights system persons 2 and … of the digital asset, rights system person N of the digital asset, a third party 1 (supervisor), a third party 2 (management structure), a third party 3 (system operator) and forwards the rights request to each rights-determining party.
Step S406, judge whether to have right.
Each of the rights-determining parties can determine whether the object B is entitled to the digital asset, and if each of the rights-determining parties determines that it is entitled, step S408 is performed, otherwise step S410 is performed.
Step S408, the right confirmation is successful.
Each rights-determining party determines that the object B has rights for the digital asset, and returns a rights-determining success indication to the client.
Step S410, reject.
If any one of the rights-confirming parties determines that the object B has no rights to the digital asset, the rights-confirming fails, the rights-confirming request is rejected, and a rights-confirming failure indication is returned to the client.
It should be noted that, based on the agreed-upon agreement in advance, the optional certainty rules may include, but are not limited to, the following:
1) Same share and weight (1 person 1 ticket, same weight of each ticket);
2) Different weights (counting the number of votes according to the weight size) of the same strand;
3) Each party must determine the right to pass;
4) Any 1 party confirms the right to pass;
5) Any number of parties (fewer than the total number of parties) is authorized to pass.
By means of the method, a joint right-confirming mechanism/scheme is created on the basis of the single right-confirming mechanism/scheme, so that the application scene of joint right-confirming can be met, the method can be applied to various joint right-confirming scenes, the applicability of the data right-confirming scheme is improved, and the accuracy of a right-confirming result is guaranteed.
