The second threshold value is used to indicate a maximum temperature of the article during storage, and the first threshold value is used to indicate a minimum temperature of the article during storage. The above-mentioned goods state value is used for representing the rough estimated value of freshness of the above-mentioned goods, the value range is [1,10 ].
As an example, the above item circulation information may be [12 yuan, 20 pieces, 0.98, 5 days, 15 days, 10 yuan ]. The article shelf loading time period included in the article circulation information is 5 days. The article circulation information comprises article shelf life of 15 days. The first threshold may be 2. The second threshold may be 16. The item status value may be 9. The temperature information may be 12. The humidity information may be 44%. The article freshness information corresponding to the article circulation information obtained by the above formula is 20% (the calculation process is as follows, wherein two decimal places are reserved in the calculation result).
Figure 99673DEST_PATH_IMAGE034
The above formula is used as an invention point of the embodiment of the present disclosure, and solves the second technical problem mentioned in the background art that the factors affecting the freshness of the articles are not comprehensively considered, so that the generated freshness information of the articles cannot well represent the freshness of the articles, and the replenishment information generated by using the freshness information of the articles is inconsistent with the actual situation, so that the articles are pressed into the warehouse, and further, the articles are often rotten and deteriorated. Factors that result in the failure of item freshness information to better characterize the freshness of an item tend to be as follows: the prior art only considers the shelf life of the goods and the shelf life of the goods, but does not consider the influence of temperature and humidity on the freshness of the goods. So that the generated item freshness information does not better characterize the freshness of the item. If the factors are solved, the generated freshness information of the articles can better represent the freshness of the articles. To achieve this, first, the present disclosure introduces an item status value, thereby enabling a rough estimate of the freshness of the item. Secondly, the present disclosure introduces humidity information, which improves the capability of characterizing the freshness of an item by the generated item freshness information by considering the effect of the humidity information on the freshness of the item. Then, the temperature information is introduced in the present disclosure, and since the temperature information is often different from other parameters in magnitude, the first threshold and the second threshold are introduced to normalize the temperature information, so as to better balance the influence of each parameter on the generated freshness information of the articles. And finally, multiplying the parameters to obtain the item freshness information corresponding to the items. The influence of each parameter on the freshness of the articles is comprehensively considered and balanced, so that the generated information on the freshness of the articles can well represent the freshness of the articles. Further, the generation of replenishment information using the article freshness information is made to coincide with the actual situation. Finally, the situation that the goods are pressed into the bin and the problems of rotting and deteriorating of the goods are reduced.
And 304, generating estimated article circulation information of the articles based on the article circulation information set and the article freshness information set.
In some embodiments, the execution agent may generate estimated item circulation information of the item based on the item circulation information set and the item freshness information set by the following formula:

As an example, the above-mentioned item circulation information set may be [ [12 yuan, 20 yuan, 0.98, 5 days, 15 days, 10 yuan ], [12 yuan, 100 yuan, 0.9, 7 days, 15 days, 10 yuan ], [12 yuan, 120 yuan, 0.88, 8 days, 15 days, 10 yuan ] ]. The article state value corresponding to each article circulation information in the article circulation information set may be 9, 8.5, 8.4. The above-mentioned item freshness information set may be [20%, 16%, 14% ]. The estimated article circulation information calculated by the above formula is 246 (the calculation process is as follows, wherein two decimal places are reserved in the calculation result).
Figure 641689DEST_PATH_IMAGE036
The formula is used as an invention point of the embodiment of the disclosure, and solves the technical problems mentioned in the background technology that the factors influencing the generation of the replenishment information are not comprehensively considered, so that the generated replenishment information is not high in accuracy, and further, the replenishment is not timely and accurate enough, the turnover rate of the articles is reduced, and the utilization rate of the storage space resources is low. Factors that cause low accuracy in the generation of replenishment information tend to be as follows: in the prior art, only the stock quantity and the circulation quantity of the articles are usually considered, but the influence of the freshness information, the value transfer value, the value transfer ratio and the value of the articles on the replenishment information is not comprehensively considered, so that the generated replenishment information is not accurate enough, the replenishment is not timely and accurate enough, the circulation rate of the articles is reduced, and the utilization rate of storage space resources is low. If the above-described factors are solved, the accuracy of the generated replenishment information can be improved. To achieve this effect, first, the present disclosure considers the influence of the freshness of the item on the replenishment information, and therefore, the item freshness information is introduced. Meanwhile, the discount of the article often influences the generation of the replenishment information, so that the value transfer value ratio of the article is introduced into the disclosure. Further, the lower the profit of the article is often in practice, the better the sales volume. Accordingly, the present disclosure highlights the impact of profit on restocking information by introducing an item value transfer value, an item value generation value, and an item value transfer value ratio. By comprehensively considering the factors influencing the display of the relevant inventory information, the accuracy of the generated replenishment information is improved, and further, the commodity circulation rate and the use efficiency of storage space resources are improved.
And 305, generating replenishment information based on the estimated article circulation information and the article inventory information.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation manner and technical effects of step 305 may refer to step 204 in those embodiments corresponding to fig. 2, and are not described herein again.
Step 306, sending the replenishment information to the display terminal and the management terminal of the storage area where the article is located.
Optionally, the executing body may further control the mechanical arm to obtain the article corresponding to the article information, and control the boxing device to box the article corresponding to the replenishment information.
The above embodiments of the present disclosure have the following advantages: first, the present disclosure introduces an item status value, thereby enabling a rough estimate of the freshness of the item. Then, the parameters are multiplied, so that the article freshness information corresponding to the article is obtained. The influence of each parameter on the freshness of the articles is comprehensively considered and balanced, so that the generated information on the freshness of the articles can well represent the freshness of the articles. Further, the generation of replenishment information using the article freshness information is made to coincide with the actual situation. Thereby, the situation that the goods are pressed into the bin and the problems of rotting and deteriorating of the goods are reduced. Second, the present disclosure considers the influence of item freshness on replenishment information, and therefore, introduces item freshness information. By comprehensively considering the factors influencing the display of the relevant inventory information, the accuracy of the generated replenishment information is improved, and further, the commodity circulation rate, the use efficiency of storage space resources and the accuracy of the display of the relevant inventory information are improved.
