the receiving module 601 is configured to receive comment information of a user on a target content, where the comment information includes user identity information, a user credit rating, a content identifier corresponding to the target content, and comment description information, and the comment information is sent by a terminal;
a determining module 602, configured to determine whether the review information satisfies a preset credit rule through an intelligent contract;
the storage module 603 is configured to store the comment information in a block chain node when it is determined that the comment information satisfies a preset credit rule.
A determining module 602, configured to obtain, according to the content identifier, a credit level corresponding to a provider of the target content; judging whether the credit rating of the user is greater than or equal to the credit rating corresponding to the provider or not through the intelligent contract; if yes, the comment information is determined to meet the preset credit rule through the intelligent contract.
The device also includes: the credit point increasing module is used for acquiring user account information of the user according to the user identity information; the credit points included in the user account information are increased by a first preset score. Acquiring merchant account information of a provider of the target content according to the content identifier; and determining a second preset score according to the comment description information, and increasing the credit point included in the merchant account information by the second preset score.
Further comprising: the system comprises a settlement module, a dispute module and a dispute resolution module, wherein the settlement module is used for receiving a dispute resolution request sent by a terminal, and the dispute resolution request comprises user identity information, dispute description information and evidence information of a user; acquiring the activity of the user and the credit level of the user according to the identity information of the user; selecting a public settlement member according to the activity, the credit level and the dispute description information; sending a dispute resolution request to each public resolving member, and receiving voting information returned by each public resolving member; determining a dispute resolution result according to the voting information, and sending the dispute resolution result to the terminal; the dispute resolution request, the voting information, and the dispute resolution result are stored in block link points.
Further comprising: the registration module is used for receiving a registration request of a user sent by the terminal, if the registration request is determined to include expert authentication data, generating expert identity information for the user after the expert authentication data is approved, and sending the expert identity information to the terminal; and if the registration request does not contain the expert authentication data, generating common user identity information for the user, and sending the common user identity information to the terminal.
Further comprising: the identity upgrading module is used for counting the quality scores of each piece of comment information generated by the user corresponding to the identity information of the common user; if the number of the comment information with the quality score larger than the preset threshold is larger than or equal to the preset expert level number, upgrading the common user identity of the user to the expert identity; and generating expert identity information for the user, and sending the expert identity information to the terminal.
Further comprising: the identity degradation module is used for acquiring all comment information generated by the user in the preset unit time length according to the expert identity information every other preset unit time length; determining the number of the comment information with the quality score larger than a preset threshold in all the comment information; and if the number of the comment information with the quality score larger than the preset threshold value in a certain number of continuous preset unit time lengths is smaller than the preset number, canceling the expert identity of the user, generating the identity information of the common user for the user, and sending the identity information of the common user to the terminal.

Claims (10)

1. A comment method based on a block chain is characterized in that the comment method is applied to a block chain node and comprises the following steps:
receiving comment information of a user on target content, which is sent by a terminal, wherein the comment information comprises user identity information, a user credit level, a content identifier corresponding to the target content and comment description information;
determining whether the comment information meets a preset credit rule or not through an intelligent contract;
storing the comment information in the block chain node when it is determined that the comment information satisfies the preset credit rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether the review information satisfies a predetermined credit rule by a smart contract comprises:
acquiring a credit level corresponding to a provider of the target content according to the content identifier;
judging whether the credit rating of the user is greater than or equal to the credit rating corresponding to the provider through an intelligent contract;
if yes, the comment information is determined to meet a preset credit rule through the intelligent contract.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the criticizing information in the blockchain node, further comprising:
acquiring user account information of the user according to the user identity information;
and increasing the credit points included in the user account information by a first preset score.
Acquiring merchant account information of a provider of the target content according to the content identifier;
and determining a second preset score according to the comment description information, and increasing the credit point included in the merchant account information by the second preset score.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after storing the criticizing information in the blockchain node, the method further comprises:
receiving a dispute resolution request sent by the terminal, wherein the dispute resolution request comprises user identity information, dispute description information and evidence information of the user;
acquiring the activity of the user and the credit level of the user according to the identity information of the user;
selecting a public settlement member according to the activity, the credit level and the dispute description information;
sending the dispute resolution request to each public resolving member, and receiving voting information returned by each public resolving member;
determining a dispute resolution result according to the voting information, and sending the dispute resolution result to the terminal;
storing the dispute resolution request, the voting information, and the dispute resolution result in the blockchain node.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the comment information of the user on the target content sent by the terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a registration request of a user sent by a terminal, if the registration request is determined to include expert authentication data, generating expert identity information for the user after the expert authentication data passes, and sending the expert identity information to the terminal;
and if the registration request does not contain expert authentication data, generating general user identity information for the user, and sending the general user identity information to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
counting the quality score of each piece of comment information generated by the user corresponding to the identity information of the common user;
if the number of the comment information with the quality score larger than the preset threshold is larger than or equal to the preset expert level number, upgrading the common user identity of the user to an expert identity;
and generating expert identity information for the user, and sending the expert identity information to the terminal.
7. The method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein after sending the expert identity information to the terminal, further comprising:
every other preset unit time length, acquiring all comment information generated by the user in the preset unit time length according to the expert identity information;
determining the number of the comment information with the quality score larger than a preset threshold value in all the comment information;
and if the number of the comment information of which the quality score is larger than the preset threshold value in a certain number of continuous preset unit time lengths is smaller than the preset number, canceling the expert identity of the user, generating common user identity information for the user, and sending the common user identity information to the terminal.
8. A comment device based on a block chain is characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a judging module and a display module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving comment information of a user on target content, which is sent by a terminal, and the comment information comprises user identity information, a user credit level, a content identifier corresponding to the target content and comment description information;
the determining module is used for determining whether the comment information meets a preset credit rule or not through an intelligent contract;
and the storage module is used for storing the comment information in the block chain node when the comment information is determined to meet the preset credit rule.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method according to any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the program.
