the control center is also in communication connection with the positioning sensor, and after the control center controls starting and hoisting, the control center regularly inquires the positioning value of the positioning sensor, compares the positioning value with the three-dimensional positioning network data, and judges whether the hoisting device normally operates according to a preset path according to the comparison result.

the parking system comprises a control center, a plurality of parking plates and a plurality of lifting devices, wherein the control center is used for receiving parking signals, inquiring whether the parking states of the first parking plates and the second parking plates are idle in real time, starting the idle first parking plates or sequentially controlling the lifting devices to lift the idle second parking plates for parking vehicles according to the inquiry result, temporarily storing the number of the parked vehicles and the number of the used first parking plates or the number of the used second parking plates, and changing the parking states of the used first parking plates or the used second parking plates into the use state.
6. The intelligent stereo parking garage of claim 5, wherein the lifting device further comprises:
the plurality of groups of clamping cylinders are respectively arranged on the plurality of second parking plates in a one-to-one correspondence mode, each group of clamping cylinders comprises four clamping cylinders, and openings of the four clamping cylinders face upward;
the parking system comprises a parking system body, at least three layers of track nets, a plurality of longitudinal tracks I and a plurality of transverse tracks I, wherein the parking system body is provided with a plurality of parking platforms; the intercrossing areas I of any pair of longitudinal rails I and any pair of transverse rails I are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode and are provided with a plurality of second parking plates; the two groups of transition tracks are respectively arranged on the top surfaces of the two cars, any one group of transition track comprises a pair of longitudinal tracks II and a pair of transverse tracks II which are arranged in a mutually crossed manner, the pair of longitudinal tracks II of any one group of transition track and the pair of longitudinal tracks I extending to the cars can be continuously connected, and the pair of transverse tracks II and the pair of transverse tracks I extending to the cars can be continuously connected; the lifting frames are slidably arranged on at least three layers of track nets, each lifting frame comprises four lifting rods, the four lifting rods are telescopically arranged on the lifting frame, and the four lifting rods can be synchronously and rotatably arranged; the four magnetic suction discs are respectively arranged at the lower ends of the four hoisting rods, the suction hoisting surfaces of the four magnetic suction discs face downwards, and the four magnetic suction discs are detachably arranged in the four clamping cylinders in a one-to-one correspondence manner; wherein, the four magnetic suction discs are electromagnetic suction discs or permanent magnet suction discs.

The intelligent stereo parking garage according to claim 5, wherein the database of the control center stores three-dimensional stereo positioning network data in advance, wherein the three-dimensional positioning network data is stored in the database with an entry passage as a Y-axis, an exit passage as a Y' -axis, a plurality of pairs of longitudinal rails i corresponding to at least three layers of rail networks as an X-axis, a plurality of pairs of transverse rails i corresponding to at least three layers of rail networks as a Z-axis, and a plurality of coordinate point values at which the X-axis and the Z-axis intersect each other are stored in the database in correspondence with the numbers of a plurality of second parking plates correspondingly disposed therebelow;
a positioning sensor arranged on the lifting frame; the control center is in communication connection with the positioning sensor, and after the control center controls starting and hoisting, the control center regularly inquires the positioning value of the positioning sensor, compares the positioning value with the three-dimensional positioning network data, and judges whether the hoisting device normally operates according to a preset path according to the comparison result.
8. The intelligent stereo parking garage of claim 5, further comprising:
the intelligent voice recognition module is arranged at an inlet of the warehousing channel;
the infrared sensor is arranged at the entrance of the warehousing channel, and the sensing range of the infrared sensor is 2-5m in front of the warehousing channel2
The intelligent voice recognition module and the infrared sensor are in communication connection with the control center, when the control center obtains a detection signal of the infrared sensor, the intelligent voice recognition module is started to inquire parking time, when the intelligent voice recognition module obtains voice and decrypts the voice, the control center compares time information T 'in the obtained voice information with preset time T prestored in a database, if T' is less than T and T is less than or equal to 12h, whether the first parking plates are idle is firstly inquired, and if the first parking plates are idle, the idle first parking plates are controlled to be started to slide to adjacent roadways and then rotate to a horizontal standby state; if the parking system main body is not idle, whether a plurality of second parking plates of a second-layer parking platform of the parking system main body are idle is inquired, and the like; if T' is more than or equal to T, the control center firstly inquires whether a plurality of second parking plates of a second-layer parking platform of the parking system main body are idle, and if the plurality of second parking plates are idle, the control center controls the hoisting device to hoist the corresponding second parking plates to slide to the lift car; and if the parking system is not idle, inquiring whether a plurality of second parking plates of a third-layer parking platform of the parking system main body are idle, and the like.
9. The intelligent stereo parking garage of claim 5, further comprising:
the license plate scanner is arranged at an entrance of the warehousing channel and used for scanning license plate numbers and storing the license plate numbers obtained by scanning and the serial numbers of the first parking plate or the second parking plate parked in the database;
the two-dimensional code generator is used for generating a two-dimensional code by the serial number of the license plate number and the serial number of the first parking plate or the second parking plate where the license plate number is parked;
the printer is used for receiving the two-dimensional code generated by the two-dimensional code generator and printing the two-dimensional code into a paper two-dimensional code; and
the two-dimensional code scanner is provided with an outlet of the warehouse-out channel and used for a two-dimensional code, the control center is used for receiving scanning information of the two-dimensional code scanner in real time, after the scanned two-dimensional code is received, the control center analyzes the two-dimensional code, obtains the serial number of a license plate number corresponding to the two-dimensional code and a first parking plate or a second parking plate parked by the license plate number, and then controls to start the first parking plate or the lifting device corresponding to the code.
10. The intelligent stereo parking garage of claim 5, further comprising:
the multiple pairs of slope plates are correspondingly pivoted at two ends of the multiple first parking plates and two ends of the multiple second parking plates in pairs; the free end of any pair of slope plates can rotate upwards relative to the first parking plate or the second parking plate pivoted with any pair of slope plates;
the limiting groove is formed in the second parking platform layer, and the shape and the size of the limiting groove are matched with those of a second parking plate correspondingly arranged on the limiting groove; the depth of the limiting groove is smaller than the thickness of the second parking plate.
