When the sensor detects that an article passes through, a first sensing signal is output, and the control module receives the first sensing signal and controls the scanning module to start scanning. The invention can solve the problem of high deployment complexity caused by the external sensor of the scanning device in the prior art.

Background
With the development of informatization technology, a reliable means is provided for the modern manufacturing enterprises to carry out fine management. The method takes a product as a main line and a bar code technology as a means, automatically identifies, records and monitors materials, production processes, semi-finished products and finished products of the product from plan, implements completely transparent management, prevents, discovers and corrects errors in production in time, can trace the product afterwards, clearly inquires information such as authenticity, heading, storage, process records, producers, quality inspectors, production date and the like of the product, analyzes reasons for producing defective products, and needs to add a code scanning function in the existing production line to improve traceability of the product.
At present, the commonly used industrial code scanning equipment needs external IO (input/output) signals to externally connect a sensor, so that the external sensor senses the arrival of articles on a production line, and then a scanner is started to perform scanning and identification, but the difficulty and the complexity of the arrangement of lines and instruments on the production line can be increased.

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides industrial scanning equipment with target detection and a method thereof, which aim to solve the problem of high deployment complexity caused by an external sensor of a scanning device in the prior art.

When the sensor detects that an article passes through, a first sensing signal is output, and the control module receives the first sensing signal and controls the scanning module to start scanning.
As an optional technical solution, if the control module does not receive the first sensing signal within a predetermined time, the control module controls the scanning module to close.

In summary, the industrial barcode scanning device of the present invention does not need to start the scanner in advance, and only needs to start the scanner to execute the scanning operation according to the sensing signal after the object to be scanned enters the sensing range of the sensor. And when the scanner does not receive the sensing signal within the preset time, the scanner can be controlled to enter a sleep state. Therefore, the industrial bar code scanning equipment has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, does not cause the complexity of arrangement of a line and an instrument on a production line, and can prolong the service life of the scanner.

when the sensor detects that an article passes through, a first sensing signal is output, and the control module receives the first sensing signal and controls the scanning module to start scanning.
2. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control module controls the scanning module to turn off if the control module does not receive the first sensing signal within a predetermined time.
3. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scanning module is located directly above the conveying line and is arranged downward.
4. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sensor is located at the frontmost end of the scanner, through which the object enters the scanning range of the scanning module.

6. Industrial scanning device with object detection according to claim 1, characterized in that the sensor is a laser type sensor.
7. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transportation line comprises a transportation belt and a motor for driving the transportation belt to move.

The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the communication connection between the scanning module and the control module and the communication connection between the sensor and the control module are both connected by standardized interface communication.
9. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the standardized interface is a serial bus interface or a parallel bus interface.
10. An industrial scanning method with object detection, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
