Abstract
The invention provides an industrial scanning device and a method with target detection, wherein the industrial scanning device comprises: a conveying line conveying articles in a first direction; the scanner is fixedly arranged corresponding to the conveying pipeline and comprises a scanning module and a control module, the scanning module is connected with the control module, and the scanning module is used for scanning the articles entering the scanning range of the scanning module to acquire the bar code information of the articles; and the sensor is integrated on the scanner and connected with the control module, the sensor and the scanning module are sequentially arranged along the first direction, and the sensor is used for detecting whether articles pass through. When the sensor detects that an article passes through, a first sensing signal is output, and the control module receives the first sensing signal and controls the scanning module to start scanning. The invention can solve the problem of high deployment complexity caused by the external sensor of the scanning device in the prior art.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of industrial bar code scanning and counting, in particular to industrial scanning equipment with target detection and a method thereof.
Background
With the development of informatization technology, a reliable means is provided for the modern manufacturing enterprises to carry out fine management. The method takes a product as a main line and a bar code technology as a means, automatically identifies, records and monitors materials, production processes, semi-finished products and finished products of the product from plan, implements completely transparent management, prevents, discovers and corrects errors in production in time, can trace the product afterwards, clearly inquires information such as authenticity, heading, storage, process records, producers, quality inspectors, production date and the like of the product, analyzes reasons for producing defective products, and needs to add a code scanning function in the existing production line to improve traceability of the product.
At present, the commonly used industrial code scanning equipment needs external IO (input/output) signals to externally connect a sensor, so that the external sensor senses the arrival of articles on a production line, and then a scanner is started to perform scanning and identification, but the difficulty and the complexity of the arrangement of lines and instruments on the production line can be increased.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides industrial scanning equipment with target detection and a method thereof, which aim to solve the problem of high deployment complexity caused by an external sensor of a scanning device in the prior art.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides an industrial scanning device with object detection, comprising: a conveying line conveying articles in a first direction; the scanner is fixedly arranged corresponding to the conveying pipeline and comprises a scanning module and a control module, the scanning module is in communication connection with the control module, and the scanning module is used for scanning the articles entering the scanning range of the scanning module to acquire the bar code information of the articles; and the sensor is integrated on the scanner and is in communication connection with the control module, the sensor and the scanning module are sequentially arranged along the first direction, and the sensor is used for detecting whether articles pass through. When the sensor detects that an article passes through, a first sensing signal is output, and the control module receives the first sensing signal and controls the scanning module to start scanning.
As an optional technical solution, if the control module does not receive the first sensing signal within a predetermined time, the control module controls the scanning module to close.
As an optional technical scheme, the scanning module is positioned right above the conveying flow line and is arranged downwards.
As an optional technical solution, the sensor is located at a frontmost end of the scanner, and the article enters the scanning range of the scanning module via the frontmost end of the scanner.
As an optional technical solution, the sensor is an infrared sensor.
As an alternative solution, the sensor is a laser sensor.
As an optional technical solution, the conveying line includes a conveying belt and a motor, and the motor is used for driving the conveying belt to move.
As an optional technical solution, the communicative connection between the scanning module and the control module and the communicative connection between the sensor and the control module are both communicatively connected by a standardized interface.
As an optional technical solution, the standardized interface is a serial bus interface or a parallel bus interface.
The invention also provides an industrial scanning method with target detection, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, providing an industrial scanning device, wherein the industrial scanning device comprises a conveying pipeline, a scanner and a sensor, the scanner is fixedly arranged corresponding to the conveying pipeline, the scanner comprises a scanning module and a control module, and the scanning module is in communication connection with the control module; the sensor is integrated on the scanner, the sensor is in communication connection with the control module, and the sensor and the scanning module are sequentially arranged along the first direction;
a step S2 of conveying the article in a first direction using the conveying line;
step S3, when sensing that the article enters the sensing range of the sensor, outputting a first sensing signal;
step S4, starting the scanning module according to the first sensing signal, and scanning the bar code information of the article when the article enters the scanning range of the scanning module; and
in step S5, the first sensing signal is not received in a predetermined time, and the scanning module is controlled to be turned off.
Compared with the prior art, the industrial barcode scanning equipment disclosed by the invention does not need to start the scanner in advance, and only needs to start the scanner to execute scanning operation according to the sensing signal after the object to be scanned enters the sensing range of the sensor. And when the scanner does not receive the sensing signal within the preset time, the scanner can be controlled to enter a sleep state or be closed. Therefore, the industrial scanning equipment provided by the invention has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, does not cause complexity in line and instrument deployment of a production line, and can prolong the service life of the scanner.

In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", etc., indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic view of an industrial scanning device with target detection according to an embodiment of the present invention; the invention provides an industrial scanning device with target detection, which comprises a conveying pipeline 1, a scanner 2 and a sensor 3. Wherein the conveyor line 1 conveys the articles 4 in a first direction D1. The conveyor line 1 comprises, for example, a conveyor belt and a motor for driving the conveyor belt to move in a first direction D1. The scanner 2 is fixedly arranged corresponding to the conveying pipeline 1, the scanner 1 comprises a scanning module and a control module, the scanning module is in communication connection with the control module, and the scanning module is used for scanning the articles entering the scanning range of the scanning module to obtain the bar code information of the articles. Also preferably, the scanning module is located directly above and below the conveyor line 1. The sensor 3 is integrally disposed on the scanner 2, the sensor 3 is communicatively connected to the control module, and the sensor 3 and the scanning module are sequentially arranged along the first direction D1, the sensor 3 is used to detect whether an article passes through. When the sensor 3 detects that the article 4 passes through, a first sensing signal is output, and the control module receives the first sensing signal and controls the scanning module to start scanning.
Moreover, preferably, if the control module does not receive the first sensing signal in the predetermined time, the control module controls the scanning module to be turned off or to enter the sleep state, so that machine damage caused by continuous opening of the scanning module can be avoided, and the service life of the scanner can be prolonged.
In addition, the sensor 3 is located at the foremost end of the scanner 2, and the object 4 enters the scanning range of the scanning module via the foremost end of the scanner 2. And preferably the emitting end of the sensor 3 is directed towards the front of the conveyor belt and obliquely downwards.
The sensor 1 is, for example, a photoelectric sensor, specifically, an infrared sensor, which has the advantages of high sensitivity, high accuracy and low cost, and the high brightness of the infrared sensor enables the barcode to be easily read in a dark environment. In another embodiment, the sensor can also adopt a laser type sensor with high identification speed, high precision and strong anti-interference capability.
Specifically, for example, the sensor is an infrared sensor for simplicity of description. The sensor comprises an infrared transmitting module, an infrared receiving module and a signal conversion module. The signal transmitting module and the signal receiving module are respectively connected with the signal conversion module. When the infrared ray that infrared ray emission module sent is kept off by other objects, infrared ray receiving module can receive the infrared ray, and signal conversion module can be according to the infrared ray condition generation sensing signal that infrared ray receiving module received. Therefore, when an object enters the sensing area of the sensor, for example, the distance between the object and the sensor is less than or equal to 10 cm, the sensor senses and forms a first sensing signal.
The communication connection between the scanning module and the control module and the communication connection between the sensor and the control module are both connected by a standardized interface, such as a serial bus interface or a parallel bus interface.

a step S2 of conveying the article in a first direction using the conveying line;
step S3, when sensing that the article enters the sensing range of the sensor, outputting a first sensing signal;
step S4, starting the scanning module according to the first sensing signal, and scanning the bar code information of the article when the article enters the scanning range of the scanning module; and
in step S5, the first sensing signal is not received in a predetermined time, and the scanning module is controlled to be turned off.
The predetermined time can be set according to actual needs, for example, 5 to 20 seconds, or other times.
In summary, the industrial barcode scanning device of the present invention does not need to start the scanner in advance, and only needs to start the scanner to execute the scanning operation according to the sensing signal after the object to be scanned enters the sensing range of the sensor. And when the scanner does not receive the sensing signal within the preset time, the scanner can be controlled to enter a sleep state. Therefore, the industrial bar code scanning equipment has a simple structure, is convenient to operate, does not cause the complexity of arrangement of a line and an instrument on a production line, and can prolong the service life of the scanner.

1. An industrial scanning device with object detection, characterized in that the industrial scanning device comprises:
a conveying line conveying articles in a first direction;
the scanner is fixedly arranged corresponding to the conveying pipeline and comprises a scanning module and a control module, the scanning module is in communication connection with the control module, and the scanning module is used for scanning the articles entering the scanning range of the scanning module to acquire the bar code information of the articles; and
the sensor is integrated on the scanner and is in communication connection with the control module, the sensor and the scanning module are sequentially arranged along the first direction, and the sensor is used for detecting whether articles pass through or not;
when the sensor detects that an article passes through, a first sensing signal is output, and the control module receives the first sensing signal and controls the scanning module to start scanning.
2. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control module controls the scanning module to turn off if the control module does not receive the first sensing signal within a predetermined time.
3. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the scanning module is located directly above the conveying line and is arranged downward.
4. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sensor is located at the frontmost end of the scanner, through which the object enters the scanning range of the scanning module.
5. An industrial scanning device with object detection as in claim 1 wherein the sensor is an infrared sensor.
6. Industrial scanning device with object detection according to claim 1, characterized in that the sensor is a laser type sensor.
7. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the transportation line comprises a transportation belt and a motor for driving the transportation belt to move.
8. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the communication connection between the scanning module and the control module and the communication connection between the sensor and the control module are both connected by standardized interface communication.
9. The industrial scanning device with object detection as claimed in claim 1, wherein the standardized interface is a serial bus interface or a parallel bus interface.
10. An industrial scanning method with object detection, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1, providing an industrial scanning device, wherein the industrial scanning device comprises a conveying pipeline, a scanner and a sensor, the scanner is fixedly arranged corresponding to the conveying pipeline, the scanner comprises a scanning module and a control module, and the scanning module is in communication connection with the control module; the sensor is integrated on the scanner, the sensor is in communication connection with the control module, and the sensor and the scanning module are sequentially arranged along the first direction;
a step S2 of conveying the article in a first direction using the conveying line;
step S3, when sensing that the article enters the sensing range of the sensor, outputting a first sensing signal;
step S4, starting the scanning module according to the first sensing signal, and scanning the bar code information of the article when the article enters the scanning range of the scanning module; and
in step S5, the first sensing signal is not received in a predetermined time, and the scanning module is controlled to be turned off.
