determining the updated duration according to the target updating time and the current time;
determining second updating time with the updated time length smaller than the preset updating time length;
and taking the target updater corresponding to the second updating time as the current user of the equipment to be inquired.

according to the corresponding relation among the pre-stored project identification, the update time of the project progress state and the updater of the project progress state, determining the target update time of the project progress state corresponding to the target project identification and the target updater of the project progress state;
determining the current user of the equipment to be inquired according to the target updating time and the target updater;
and displaying the personnel identification of the current user on a preset page.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the current user of the device to be queried based on the target update time and the target updater comprises:
determining a first update time closest to a current time among the target update times;
and taking the target updater corresponding to the first updating time as the current user of the equipment to be inquired.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the current user of the device to be queried based on the target update time and the target updater comprises:
determining the updated duration according to the target updating time and the current time;
determining second updating time with the updated time length smaller than the preset updating time length;
and taking the target updater corresponding to the second updating time as the current user of the equipment to be inquired.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a recording request of the project progress state is received, taking the current time as the updating time of the project progress state, wherein the recording request carries the personnel identification of the project progress state to be recorded and the project identification of the project progress state to be recorded;
and correspondingly storing the project identification, the update time of the project progress state and the personnel identification.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
setting a link identifier for the equipment identifier in a state of displaying a page containing the equipment identifier;
and when receiving a search request corresponding to the link identifier, executing a step of acquiring the target device identifier of the device to be queried carried by the search request.
6. An apparatus for managing devices, the apparatus being applied to an electronic device, the apparatus comprising:

a third determining module, configured to determine, according to the target update time and the target updater, a current user of the device to be queried;
and the display module is used for displaying the personnel identification of the current user on a preset page.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the third determining module comprises:
a first determining submodule for determining a first update time closest to a current time among the target update times;
and the second determining submodule is used for taking the target updater corresponding to the first updating time as the current user of the equipment to be inquired.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the third determining module comprises:
the third determining submodule is used for determining the updated duration according to the target updating time and the current time;
the fourth determining submodule is used for determining second updating time of which the updated time length is less than the preset updating time length;
and the fifth determining submodule is used for taking the target updater corresponding to the second updating time as the current user of the equipment to be inquired.
9. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a fourth determining module, configured to, when a recording request of the project progress state is received, use the current time as an update time of the project progress state, where the recording request carries a person identifier of the project progress state to be recorded and a project identifier of the project progress state to be recorded;
and the storage module is used for correspondingly storing the project identification, the update time of the project progress state and the personnel identification.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the setting module is used for setting a link identifier for the equipment identifier in a state of displaying a page containing the equipment identifier;
and the execution module is used for executing the step of acquiring the target equipment identifier of the equipment to be inquired carried by the search request when receiving the search request corresponding to the link identifier.
