When the operation is started, the liquid filling pump 60 is operated, and the corresponding electromagnetic valve 90 is opened, so that the preset liquid is filled into the main bag body 10 and each of the convex bags 30 through the connecting pipe 80 and the liquid filling pipe 20, so that the main bag body 10 and each of the convex bags 30 are completely expanded, and the corresponding organ is padded up; after the operation is completed, the fluid pump 70 starts to operate, and the corresponding solenoid valve 90 is opened, so as to draw the predetermined fluid in the main bladder body 10 and each of the protruding bladders 30 back into the fluid reservoir 50, so that the main bladder body 10 and each of the protruding bladders 30 are restored to the contracted state, thereby facilitating the main bladder body 10 and each of the protruding bladders 30 to be taken out from the abdominal cavity through the operation incision.
