Therefore, the learning type television remote controller 3 provided by the invention realizes the purpose that the intelligent television 1 and the set top box are uniformly controlled by one learning type television remote controller 3, and solves the problem that the old people cannot use two remote controllers conveniently when watching network video and audio contents through the intelligent television in the prior art, thereby improving the convenience degree of the old people for operating the remote controllers; and the learning and memory cost of the old people when using the remote controller is reduced to a greater extent, and the key pressing efficiency of the remote controller is improved.
In order to facilitate the elderly to quickly know whether the elderly have switched to a required television mode, the learning-type television remote controller 3 provided by the embodiment further comprises one or more working indicator lamps; different work indicator lamps indicate that the currently loaded interface is a network television interface or a cable television interface. Therefore, the connection control of the learning type television remote controller 3, the set top box remote controller 4 and the smart television is faster and more convenient, more intelligent experience is brought to users, and the market competitiveness of products is improved.

the preparation method comprises the following steps: the learning type television remote controller transmits a control signal, and the intelligent television displays a grid menu and corresponding virtual function keys on a display screen after receiving the control signal; triggering a function learning key of a learning type television remote controller, running learning function software on the intelligent television, and waiting for receiving an external signal;
a display step: triggering a signal generator on a set top box remote controller to transmit a signal, aiming at a signal receiver of a learning type television remote controller, receiving the signal by the learning type television remote controller and transmitting the signal to an intelligent television, and displaying a virtual key interface of the set top box remote controller on the intelligent television according to the instruction of learning function software;
a defining step: triggering a definition key of the learning type television remote controller, wherein a virtual key interface of the set top box remote controller displayed on the intelligent television is highlighted, selecting and determining a function on the virtual key interface of the set top box remote controller to be learned through a direction key of the learning type television remote controller, and repeating the operation until the functions of the set top box remote controller to be learned are all learned;
a storage step: and triggering a storage key of the learning type television remote controller to form and store a key value table which is learned and corresponds to the key of the set top box remote controller.
2. The remote control learning method of learning type tv remote controller according to claim 1, wherein in the storing step: the key value table may be stored in a memory of the learning-type television remote control or in a remote server.

The remote control learning method of the learning-type television remote controller according to claim 2, wherein the displaying step specifically comprises: triggering a signal generator on a set top box remote controller to transmit a signal, aiming at a signal receiver of the learning type television remote controller, and receiving the signal by the learning type television remote controller; a user can select a virtual set-top box remote controller which is stored in a memory or a remote server in advance and has the same configuration with the set-top box remote controller through the calling of the learning type television remote controller; and the signal processor determines a corresponding virtual key interface of the set top box remote controller according to the selection of the user.

The remote control learning method of the learning-type television remote controller according to claim 2, wherein the displaying step specifically comprises: triggering a signal generator on a set top box remote controller to transmit a signal, aiming at a signal receiver of the learning type television remote controller, and receiving the signal by the learning type television remote controller; a user can input configuration information of a set top box remote controller through a learning type television remote controller; the signal processor inquires whether the same configuration information exists from the memory or the remote server according to the information input by the user, and the signal processor determines the corresponding virtual key interface of the set top box remote controller according to the inquiry result.

The remote control learning method of the learning-type television remote controller according to claim 4, wherein the displaying step specifically comprises: triggering a signal generator on a set top box remote controller to transmit a signal, aiming at a signal receiver of the learning type television remote controller, and receiving the signal by the learning type television remote controller; a user can input configuration information of a set top box remote controller through a learning type television remote controller; the signal processor inquires whether the same configuration information exists in the memory or the remote server according to the information input by the user, or requests the remote server to directly download the configuration information of the set top box remote controllers of the same model through the network, and the signal processor determines the corresponding virtual key interface of the set top box remote controller according to the inquiry result or the download result.

The remote control learning method of learning type tv remote controller according to claim 1, wherein in the defining step: the key distribution, arrangement and relative position relation of the virtual key interface of the set-top box remote controller are consistent with the key area of the set-top box remote controller.

A learning-type television remote controller comprises a remote controller body and a key area, and is characterized by also comprising a signal generator, a signal receiver, a memory, a signal processor, a calling module, a learning module and a forwarding module; the key area comprises a mode switching key and a function learning key;
the signal generator is used for transmitting signals; the signal receiver is used for receiving signals;
the memory is used for nonvolatile storage of a configured remote control instruction set and a function learning instruction set;
the signal processor is configured to perform the following operations:
receiving one or more groups of configured remote control instruction sets from a set top box remote controller and an intelligent television;
responding to the mode switching key, and switching and loading the cable television or the network television;
responding to the function learning keys, respectively mapping a virtual key interface of the set top box remote controller and corresponding remote control signals to the intelligent television, and copying and storing a remote control instruction set of the functions of the set top box remote controller to be learned into the memory;
respectively mapping virtual key functions and corresponding remote control signals corresponding to one or more currently loaded remote control instruction sets to keys set in the key area;
the signal generator, the signal receiver, the memory, the calling module, the learning module and the forwarding module are all electrically connected with the signal processor;
the calling module is used for calling a configuration file of keys of a set top box remote controller;
the learning module is used for receiving a remote control instruction set sent by a remote controller of the set-top box and triggering the forwarding module; the forwarding module is used for receiving a remote control instruction set of the set top box remote controller and forwarding the remote control instruction set to the intelligent television;
the mode switching key is used for switching a remote control instruction set of the cable television or the network television; the function learning key is used for loading and mapping a remote control instruction set of the set top box remote controller to the intelligent television.
8. The learning-oriented television remote control of claim 6, further comprising one or more work lights; and different working indicator lamps indicate that the currently loaded interface is a network television interface or a cable television interface.
9. The learning-oriented television remote control of claim 6, further comprising a communication module operable to communicate with a smart device.
10. The learning-oriented television remote control of claim 6, further comprising a remote server; the remote server may be configured to store a remote control instruction set, a function learning instruction set, and a virtual key interface of a set-top box remote control.
