When the target tool is not taken away, the object detector sends a detection signal to the target tool, the detection signal is reflected back to be received by the object detector, therefore, the target tool is determined to be taken away when the detection signal reflected back by the target tool is not received, the alarm 103 is controlled to give an alarm, and therefore a supervisor can be prompted that the target tool is in an abnormal state.

The tool state detection module 102 includes three detection subunits, where the three detection subunits are respectively used to detect whether the scissors, the screwdriver, and the awl are in an abnormal state, when the detection subunit that detects the screwdriver determines that the screwdriver is in the abnormal state, the ID information is uploaded to the server 202, the server 202 can detect that the tool name corresponding to the ID information is the screwdriver according to the pre-stored mapping relation table, and can display the information that the screwdriver is in the abnormal state on the display terminal 203, so as to clearly prompt the supervisor that the target tool is in the abnormal state.
In this embodiment, the alarm 103 may be, but is not limited to, an audible and visual alarm or a buzzer alarm.
