Moreover, one or more other operations may be added to the flow diagrams and one or more operations may be removed from the flow diagrams as directed by those skilled in the art.
The implementation method of the voice call can be applied to the three-way call involving a plurality of voice devices for realizing the three-way call, wherein each voice device can be a device supporting the voice call function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a network phone and other devices with any call function. It should be noted that the first voice device of the three-way call may be a controlled voice device, for example, a voice device held by a "customer service/secretary"; the second voice device may be a management voice device of the first voice device, so as to manage the conversation of the first voice device, for example, a voice device held by a "boss"; the third voice device may be a third party voice device in voice communication with the first voice device, such as a voice device held by a "customer". It should be noted that "customer service/secretary", "boss" and "client" are merely examples of roles of holders of the voice devices, and in practical applications, roles of the first voice device, the second voice device and the third voice device corresponding to the holders may not be limited to the above examples, but may be other roles having similar functions.
It should also be noted that the voice call function mentioned above may be, for example, a voice over network function, such as a voice over network protocol (Voice over Internet Protocol, VOIP) function, but may also be other forms of voice function.
The following explains a method for implementing a voice call provided in the embodiment of the present application in conjunction with a plurality of specific application examples. Fig. 1 is a flow chart of a method for implementing a voice call according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a first voice device, where the first voice device may be the above-mentioned controlled voice device. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s101: and analyzing the received first subscription signaling.
The first subscription (subscription) signaling may be used to Subscribe the call state of the first voice device, and after the subscription is successful, the device that sends the first subscription signaling is the monitoring device. The monitoring device can be used for monitoring the call state of the first voice device. The monitoring mode may be, for example: the monitoring equipment monitors the first voice equipment in real time; or after the call state of the first voice equipment is changed, sending a state change instruction to the monitoring equipment, and selecting whether the current call needs to be monitored by the monitoring equipment; the specific monitoring manner may be set according to the needs of the user, and is not limited to the above embodiments. In addition, the first voice device may be monitored by one or more other devices, and the specific setting mode may be flexibly adjusted according to the user requirement, which is not limited in this application.
S102: and determining whether the first subscription signaling is call voice forwarding signaling from the second voice equipment according to the analysis result of the first subscription signaling.
The second voice device is a management device of the first voice device. In one embodiment of the present application, the second voice device may be, for example, a voice device used by a "Boss (Boss)", and the first voice device may be, for example, a voice device used by a "Secretary" (secret). Only after the first subscription signaling is determined to be sent by the second voice equipment, the subsequent processing is performed, otherwise, the first voice equipment does not process the first subscription information, and the first subscription information can be directly ignored; or sending out a reminder to prompt that the first voice device has other voice devices to attempt to monitor the call.
If the first subscription signaling is call voice forwarding signaling, S103 is executed.
S103: and carrying out voice communication among the first voice device, the second voice device and the third voice device through the pre-established communication channels of the first voice device and the second voice device and the communication channels of the first voice device and the third voice device.
The third voice device is a voice device which communicates with the first voice device.
In one embodiment of the present application, the third voice device may be, for example, a voice device corresponding to "client". In an embodiment, the first voice device and the third voice device may use Real-time transport protocol (Real-time Transport Protocol, RTP) to conduct a voice call. The voice call can be initiated from the first voice device to the third voice device, or initiated from the third voice device to the first voice device, and the specific voice call initiation mode can be flexibly adjusted according to the needs of the user, which is not limited in this application.
The call channels to the first voice device and the third voice device can be established at the beginning of the voice call between the first voice device and the third voice device. The call channels of the first voice device and the second voice device may be established at any stage of the voice call between the first voice device and the third voice device, and the specific time and specific mode of establishing the call channel may be limited asymmetrically.
By the arrangement mode, the second voice equipment can be added into the voice call between the first voice equipment and the second voice equipment in real time after the second voice equipment passes the analysis and the verification of the first voice equipment, and in the three-party call process, for example, the holder of the second voice equipment such as a boss can conduct guidance on the content of the current voice call, and the like, so that the three-party simultaneous voice call among the three voice equipment can be realized.
By adopting the method for realizing the voice call, the received first subscription signaling can be analyzed through the first voice device, if the first subscription signaling is determined to be the call voice forwarding signaling from the second voice device, the voice call among the first voice device, the second voice device and the third voice device is realized through the pre-established call channels of the first voice device and the second voice device and the call channels of the first voice device and the third voice device, wherein the second voice device is the management device of the first voice device, and the third voice device is the call voice device of the first voice device, and the setting mode enables the second voice device to be added in the voice call process of the first voice device and the third voice device, so that the three-way call is realized, the information interaction among the voice devices is realized through the signaling mode without depending on a server, and the application is more flexible.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present application may further provide a method for implementing a voice call, and an implementation procedure of parsing the first subscription signaling in the method is illustrated below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method for implementing a voice call according to another embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 2, before S101, the method further includes:
S104: invite signaling is received from a second voice device.
Wherein in one implementation of the present application, an INVITE is used to INVITE a first voice device to establish a voice channel therewith. The voice channel may be used for forwarding voice between the second voice device and the first voice device, where the forwarding may be, for example: the first voice device and the second voice device, and the bidirectional voice forwarding between the two voice devices may also be unidirectional voice forwarding, and the specific forwarding rule may be set according to the user's needs, which is not limited in this application.
Illustratively, in one embodiment of the present application, prior to S104, a second subscription signaling from a second voice device needs to be received; analyzing the second subscription signaling, and determining whether the second subscription signaling is a subscription instruction of a call state according to an analysis result of the second subscription signaling; and if the second subscription signaling is a subscription instruction of the call state, sending a notification signaling to the second voice equipment so as to indicate the call state of the first voice equipment.
In some possible embodiments, the second subscription signaling is used to subscribe to the call state of the first voice device, where the second subscription signaling initiates a call subscription request to the first voice device, for example, by carrying preset call listening event information. The call monitoring Event information is carried in, for example, header field information of the second subscription signaling, for example, event may be carried in header field information of the second subscription signaling: call monitor to indicate call monitoring. After the first voice device receives the second subscription signaling, the header domain information of the first voice device can be analyzed to determine whether the current subscription signaling is call state subscription signaling.
The second subscription information sent by the second voice device is analyzed and judged, whether the current second voice device is a monitoring device corresponding to the first voice device or not can be determined, namely, whether the second voice device has the authority of monitoring the call of the first voice device or not, and the second voice device can monitor the call of the first voice device only under the condition of having the monitoring authority, so that the call safety in the call process is ensured. Preventing the current call from being monitored by other devices; if the subscription information of the second voice device is the monitoring device of the first voice device after verification and determination, the first voice device sends a notification signaling to the second voice device in real time to notify the current call state of the first voice device, so that the second voice device determines whether to monitor the current call of the first device.
In one embodiment of the present application, the manner of sending the notification signaling to the second voice device may be, for example: receiving a second subscription signaling, judging whether the second subscription signaling is a subscription signaling in a call state, and if the second subscription signaling is a subscription instruction in the call state, determining whether the second voice equipment is in a management subscription list of the first voice equipment; the management subscription list includes: at least one of the first voice devices manages the voice devices; and if the second voice equipment is in the management subscription list, sending a notification signaling to the second voice equipment.
The management subscription list may be a preset list, and is used for storing the device information with the current monitoring authority, and only the second voice device in the management subscription list has the authority of subscribing and monitoring the call state of the first voice device; in one embodiment of the present application, only authenticated second voice devices may be added to the management subscription list, and the manner of authenticating the second voice devices may be, for example: after receiving second subscription information sent by second voice equipment, the first voice equipment sends an authentication request to the second voice equipment; then receiving an authentication message returned by the second voice equipment; authenticating the second voice equipment according to the authentication message; and if the second voice equipment passes the authentication, adding the second voice equipment into the management subscription list.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the authentication manner may perform authentication, for example, by a preset password, that is, determining whether the control password for constructing the authentication message is the password corresponding to the first voice device; if yes, determining that the second voice equipment passes authentication; if not, determining that the second voice equipment is not authenticated.
The preset password may be preset, for example, the second voice device may preset account information of the first voice device, where the account information may be, for example, a registered account and a control password of the first voice device, the first voice device may also preset account information of the second voice device, and a registered account and a control password of the second voice device, and a specific manner of preset password may be flexibly adjusted according to a user need, and is not limited by the foregoing embodiments; the specific manner of authentication may be, for example, that the second voice device constructs an authentication header field (authentication header field) through a preset control password, and sends the authentication header field to the first voice device, where the first voice device verifies the control password in the authentication header field, and if the control password is the preset control password, determines that the second voice device passes authentication.
S105: and resolving the invitation signaling.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the manner of parsing the invitation signaling may be, for example: and analyzing the header field information of the invitation signaling, and determining whether the invitation signaling is a monitoring device corresponding to the first voice device according to the analysis result of the header field information of the invitation signaling. The header field information carried in the invite signaling may be, for example, carrying Event: call monitor, stands for call interception.
S106: and establishing a voice channel of the first voice device and the second voice device according to the analysis result of the invitation signaling.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, it may be determined, according to a result of parsing the invite signaling, whether the invite signaling is a call listening signaling from the second voice device; if the invitation signaling is a call monitoring signaling, establishing a voice channel of the first voice device and the second voice device, and forwarding call voice of the first voice device and the third voice device to the second voice device without forwarding call voice of the second voice device, wherein the forwarding mode enables the second voice device to monitor the current call of the first voice device, but does not join the call between the first voice device and the third voice device; the first voice device may be monitored by a plurality of second voice devices at the same time, or the second voice device may monitor calls of the plurality of first voice devices at the same time, in an embodiment of the present application, different first voice devices or second voice devices are distinguished from each other by unique identity identifiers, where the unique identity identifiers may be, for example: the account number, the unique number information corresponding to the device, etc., and the specific monitoring rule and the unique identity can be designed according to the user's needs, which is not limited in this application.
The method for judging whether the invitation signaling is the call monitoring signaling from the second voice equipment may be: determining whether the invitation signaling has preset call monitoring indication information according to the analysis result of the invitation signaling; if the invitation signaling has the call monitoring indication information, determining that the invitation signaling is the call monitoring signaling; if the invitation signaling does not have the call monitoring indication information, the invitation signaling is determined not to be the call monitoring signaling.
For example, before establishing the call channel and the voice call, the call voice of the second voice device may be obtained through the call channels of the first voice device and the second voice device; and synchronously forwarding the call voice of the second voice device to the third voice device through the call channels of the first voice device and the third voice device, so that the first voice device serves as a call voice relay between the second voice device and the third voice device.
The monitoring mode not only ensures the safety of the voice call between the first voice device and the third voice device, but also can realize that the second voice device after analysis can monitor the voice call between the first voice device and the third voice device.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the embodiment of the present application may further provide a method for implementing a voice call, and an example of how to determine that the first subscription signaling is an implementation process of call voice forwarding signaling in the foregoing method is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 3 is a flow chart of a method for implementing a voice call according to another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, S102 may include:
s107: and determining whether the first subscription signaling has preset relay indication information of the call voice according to the analysis result of the first subscription signaling.
The relay indication information is used for indicating whether the second voice equipment is to be added into the voice call between the current first voice equipment and the third voice equipment; in an embodiment of the present application, the first subscription signaling may carry call relay indication information, where the call relay indication information may be carried in header field information of the first subscription signaling, for example, the header field information carries an Event: the call media relay header field information may be analyzed to determine whether the relay instruction information is included in the first subscription signaling.
If the first subscription signaling has the relay indication information, S108a is performed, and S103 is performed.
S108a: and determining the first subscription signaling as call voice forwarding signaling.
If the first subscription signaling does not have the relay indication information, S108b is executed.
S108b: it is determined that the first subscription signaling is not call voice forwarding signaling.
The method enables the second voice equipment to be added into the voice call between the first voice equipment and the third voice equipment through the first subscription signaling with the relay indication information in real time in the monitoring process, so that the call is guided or the second voice equipment is directly communicated with the third voice equipment.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a method for implementing a voice call according to another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, where the method further includes:
s109: if an end of call (Bye) signaling is received from the second voice device, the telephony channels of the first voice device and the second voice device are disconnected.
The disconnection of the call channels of the first voice device and the second voice device does not affect the call channels of the first voice device and the third voice device, the first voice device and the third voice device can still perform normal voice call, and only the second voice device exits the three-way call and does not monitor the current call.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the signaling is sent through a session initiation protocol (Session Initiation Protocol, SIP), and a specific signaling sending manner may be flexibly adjusted according to a user requirement, which is not limited in this application.
By adopting the method for realizing the voice call, the second voice equipment can monitor the call of the first voice equipment in real time, and can be added in real time in the call process of the first voice equipment and the third voice equipment, so that the guidance of the voice call of the first voice equipment and the third voice equipment is realized.
The following explains a method for implementing a voice call provided in the embodiment of the present application in conjunction with a plurality of specific application examples. Fig. 5 is a flow chart of a method for implementing a voice call according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to a second voice device, as shown in fig. 5, and the method includes:
s201: and receiving notification signaling sent by the first voice equipment.
In an embodiment of the present application, the first voice device may send a notification signaling to the second voice device once every preset time interval, or may send the notification signaling to the second voice device only after the current call state changes (for example, a call is established or a call is hung up), where a sending manner of the specific notification signaling may be flexibly adjusted according to a user requirement.
S202: and if the notification signaling indicates that the first voice equipment is in a call, sending a first subscription signaling to the first voice equipment.
The first subscription signaling is used for enabling the first voice device to conduct voice calls among the first voice device, the second voice device and the third voice device through a pre-established call channel of the first voice device and the second voice device and a pre-established call channel of the first voice device and the third voice device when the first voice device determines that the first subscription signaling is call voice forwarding signaling; the third voice device is a talking voice device of the first voice device.
The implementation process of the above method is the same as that of the method described in fig. 1 to fig. 4, and is only applied to different voice equipment sides, so the beneficial effects are not described herein.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application may further provide a method for implementing a voice call, where a further example of an implementation procedure in the foregoing method is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 6 is a flowchart of a method for implementing a voice call according to another embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 6, before S202, the method may further include:
s203: an invitation signaling is sent to a first voice device.
The invitation signaling is used for enabling the second voice equipment to analyze the invitation signaling, and establishing a voice channel of the first voice equipment and the second voice equipment according to the analysis result of the invitation signaling.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application may further provide a method for implementing a voice call, where a further example of an implementation procedure in the foregoing method is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 7 is a flowchart of a method for implementing a voice call according to another embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 7, before S203, the method may further include:
s204: and sending second subscription signaling to the first voice device.
The second subscription signaling is used for enabling the second voice equipment to analyze the second subscription signaling, and determining whether the second subscription signaling is a subscription instruction of a call state according to an analysis result of the second subscription signaling.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, after receiving the second subscription signaling sent by the first voice device, an authentication operation needs to be performed on the first voice device, where a flow of the authentication operation may be, for example: receiving an authentication request sent by first voice equipment; sending an authentication message to a first voice device; the authentication message is used for enabling the first voice device to authenticate the second voice device according to the authentication message, and if the second voice device passes the authentication, the second voice device is added into the management subscription list.
The authentication request may be, for example, a 401 response, and authentication is requested by the 401 response.
The authentication message may be, for example, a message that is structured using a control password of the second voice device. The notification signaling is a subscription instruction of the second voice equipment for determining that the second subscription signaling is in a call state, and the notification signaling sent by the second voice equipment in a management subscription list of the first voice equipment; in one embodiment of the present application, managing the subscription list may include: at least one of the first voice devices manages the voice devices.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application may further provide a method for implementing a voice call, where a further example of an implementation procedure in the foregoing method is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Fig. 8 is a flow chart of a method for implementing a voice call according to another embodiment of the present application, where, as shown in fig. 8, the method may further include:
s206: and sending ending signaling to the first voice equipment.
The ending signaling is used for enabling the first voice device to disconnect a communication channel of the first voice device and the second voice device.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the signaling is sent through a session initiation protocol (Session Initiation Protocol, SIP), and a specific signaling sending manner may be flexibly adjusted according to a user requirement, which is not limited in this application.
Fig. 9 is a schematic architecture diagram of a method for implementing a voice call according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 10 is an interaction schematic diagram of a method for implementing a voice call according to an embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 9 and fig. 10, taking the first voice device as a secret, the second voice device as a Boss, the third voice device as a client, each signaling is sent through SIP, each voice call is illustrated by RTP transmission as an example, and the interaction flow between the voice devices is as follows:
f1: the second voice device prefabricates account information of the first voice device.
I.e. Boss pre-creates account information for secret. The account information may be, for example, a registered account of the secret and a control password, and in one embodiment of the present application, the control password is not a password corresponding to the registered account, but a password customized in advance by Boss and the secret, which is used for determining identities of each other. In addition, the secret may also be pre-created with Boss account information (Boss' registered account and control password).
F2: the second voice device initiates a talk state subscription to the first voice device using the second subscription signaling.
I.e. Boss initiates a talk state subscription to the secret using subscore signalling. In one embodiment of the present application, the subscore signaling in F2 corresponds to the second subscription signaling in the foregoing embodiment, where the subscore signaling may be, for example, a carrying Event: signaling of call monitor header information, the call monitor header information being used to represent call monitoring; after receiving the subscription signaling, the secret parses the header field of the subscription signaling, and if it is determined that the subscription signaling is a telephone interception request from Boss, the secret returns 401 a response (i.e. an authentication request) to Boss for requesting authentication from Boss. After receiving 401 the response, the Boss uses the pre-made control password to construct an authentication signaling message including an authentication header field (authentication header field) and returns to the secret, and after passing authentication, the Boss is added to its own management subscription list.
F3: the first voice device sends notification signaling to the second voice device.
I.e. the secret sends Notify signalling to Boss. The secret sends notification signaling (Notify signaling) to each Boss in the subscription list, notifies the current call state of the Boss, and the notification signaling is sent again to the Boss when the subsequent call state is changed (call setup/call hang-up).
F4: the first voice device establishes a call with an external third voice device.
I.e. the secret establishes a call with the external Clientle. In one embodiment of the present application, voice over IP (Voice over Internet Protocol, voIP) service occurs between the secret and the external client, and the call may be established after an incoming call or after dialing to another person, which is not limited in this application.
And F5: the first voice device announces itself in a call to the second voice device through the notification signaling.
Namely, the secret announces itself in call to the Boss through the Notify signaling.
F6: and after receiving the notification signaling, the second voice equipment selects whether to perform call monitoring or not.
I.e. after receiving the Notify signaling, the Boss selects whether to monitor the call. After receiving the Notify signaling, the Boss knows that the secret is currently in a call state, and at this time, the Boss can choose whether to monitor the current call. If monitoring is selected, an INVITE signaling (carrying Event: call monitor header field information, representing call monitoring) is sent to the secret, after receiving the INVITE signaling, the secret analyzes the header field in the signaling, if it is determined that the signaling is call monitoring sent by the Boss, a confirmation signaling (ACK signaling) is sent to the Boss and immediately received, the Boss and the secret establish a voice channel in the background, and the secret forwards the voice of the client and the voice of the user to the Boss through the voice channel, but does not transfer the voice of the Boss to the client, so that the effect that the Boss only monitors the voice and the client only can hear the voice of the secret is achieved.
F7: the second voice device sends the first subscription signaling.
I.e. the Boss sends the first subscription signalling via Subscibe signalling. If the instruction is needed, the Boss sends a first subscription signaling through a Subscibe signaling. The first subscription signaling carries Event: and (3) a guiding signaling of call media_relay header domain information, and after receiving the subscible signaling, the secret analyzes the header domain of the signaling, and then forwards the voice of the Boss to the client synchronously, wherein the Boss, secretary, clientele can hear each other voice at the moment, so that the effect that the Boss cuts in the voice call quickly is achieved.
F8: the second voice device hangs up the listening session by ending the signaling.
I.e. the Boss hangs up the listening session through Bye signaling. If the Boss cancels the monitoring of the current voice call, the monitored call can be hung up through an ending signaling (Bye signaling), but the hanging-up operation of the Boss does not affect the continuous call between the secret and the client.
By adopting the implementation method of the voice call provided by the embodiment, the second voice equipment can monitor the call of the first voice equipment in real time, and can be added in real time in the call process of the first voice equipment and the third voice equipment, so that the guidance of the voice call of the first voice equipment and the third voice equipment is realized.
