The outlet of the hollow round table of the shell 2 close to the filter screen 1 is an inlet for air in the vehicle and outside air, and the inlets for the air in the vehicle and the outside air are separately independent from the port connection of the shell 2; the hollow truncated cone port of the shell 2 close to the filter 3 is communicated with the interior of the vehicle through an air pipeline 11, a fan 4 and a cooling device 5 are arranged in the middle of the air pipeline 11, and the fan 4 is closer to the filter 3 than the cooling device 5.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the present invention is further provided with a steam generator 7 connected with the filter 3 through a steam pipe 12, a plurality of branch pipes are arranged at the inlet of the steam pipe 12 intersected with the filter 3, and a pressure relief valve 6 is arranged on the steam pipe 12. The inlet end of the steam generator 7 is connected with the tail end of the three-way catalyst, the outlet end of the steam generator 7 is connected with the silencer, the steam generator 7 is close to the three-way catalyst, and a flow dividing pipe is arranged in the steam generator 7, namely between the inlet end and the outlet end, to divide the flow.
The steam in the steam generator 7 is transmitted to the filter 3 through a steam pipe 12, after condensation, the steam is transmitted to the water tank 9 through a pipe connected with the filter 3, and a throttle valve 10 is arranged on the pipe between the filter 3 and the water tank 9; the water tank 9 is connected to the steam generator 7 through a water supply pipe 13 to supply water to the steam generator 7, and the water supply pipe 13 is provided with a pressure valve 8.
The specific implementation manner of this embodiment: in the working process, high-temperature tail gas flows through the steam generator 7, part of heat absorbed by cooling water in the tail gas is vaporized in the steam generator 7, the pressure release valve 6 is opened along with the temperature rise and the pressure increase of steam in the steam generator 7, the high-temperature and high-pressure steam flows through the transverse plate structure in the filter 3 to release heat, the high-temperature and high-pressure steam is finally liquefied into condensed water and flows back to the water tank 9, and the pressure rise valve 8 in the water tank is opened to supply water to the steam generator 7; air inside and outside the vehicle flows through the filter 3 to be heated under the traction of the fan 4, and the heated air enters the cooling device 5 through the fan 4 and enters the vehicle after being cooled.
The invention utilizes the combination of the waste heat in the automobile exhaust and the air-conditioning filter, changes the traditional air-conditioning filter, reduces the heat loss of the exhaust, plays a certain role in slowing down the global average temperature rise to a certain extent, can play a role in degerming and sterilizing after the air is heated to a certain temperature, and has important significance for the current epidemic prevention work.
