As shown in figure 12, the safety syringe of the present invention is used by removing the needle cover 7 and retracting the needle cover retaining tab 23 inwardly to prevent the needle cover 7 from being inserted to shield the needle 6; the needle 6 is exposed to the outside, and injection operation can be carried out. At this time, the piston rod 5 is pushed to perform injection as in a conventional disposable syringe.
The outer wall of the needle cover retaining sheet 23 is also provided with a retaining projection 231, which further prevents the possibility of inserting the needle cover 7 back.
When the piston rod 5 is pushed to the bottom of the syringe barrel 4, as shown in fig. 13, the injection is completed; at this time, the force is continuously applied, the protective outer sleeve 1 and the piston rod 5 relatively move under the action of the finger driving the handle wing 13, the spring 3 is further compressed, and at this time, the guide pin 16 is also taken away from the bottom of the pre-excitation retention slot 261 and moves towards the spring excitation inclined slot 262; the spring biased chute 262 is a chute so that the guide pin 16 slides along the upper slope of the spring biased chute 262 from the pre-energized retention slot 261 to above the spring release channel 263.
Subsequently, the operator removes his hand, so that the protective outer sleeve 1 starts to be released under the action of the spring 3, at this time, the guide pin 16 starts to slide along the spring release guide groove 263, and the retaining elastic piece 15 slides out of the storage window 25 along the inclined plane at the bottom of the storage window 25; as shown in fig. 14.
When the guide pin 16 slides to the bottom of the spring release guide groove 263, the anti-return elastic sheet 15 is clamped in the anti-return window 24, as shown in fig. 15, the spring 3 is released, and the bottom of the protection sheet 14 of the protective outer sleeve 1 exceeds the bottom of the needle 6, so as to protect the needle 6; at this time, the retaining elastic sheet 15 is clamped into the retaining window 24, so that the protective outer sleeve 1 cannot move upwards and the needle 6 cannot be exposed, and a due protective effect is achieved.
The motion state of the guide pin 16 is schematically shown in fig. 9, 16-18.

Claims (13)

1. The safety syringe with the needle head protection device is characterized by comprising a syringe needle head protection device and a syringe;
the syringe comprises a syringe barrel, a piston rod, a needle head and a needle head sleeve; the top of the syringe barrel is provided with a fixed flange; a piston rod is inserted in the syringe barrel; the bottom of the syringe barrel is provided with a needle head; a removable needle cover is arranged outside the needle;
the syringe needle protecting device comprises an outer protecting sleeve, an inner mounting sleeve and a spring; the outer wall of the mounting inner sleeve is sleeved with the spring and is arranged in the protective outer sleeve to form the syringe needle protecting device; the syringe is arranged in the needle head protection device;
the protective outer sleeve is provided with an outer sleeve body, the inner part of the outer sleeve body is a hollow cavity, and the inner cavity is used for accommodating the mounting inner sleeve; the top of the outer sleeve body is provided with a spring mounting table; the spring is arranged on a spring mounting table above the outer sleeve body;
the upper part of the outer sleeve body is provided with a backstop elastic sheet, and the top of the backstop elastic sheet is a free end and inclines inwards; the inner side of the top of the backstop elastic sheet is positioned in the section of the inner wall of the outer sleeve barrel in a free state;
a raised guide pin is arranged on the inner side of the upper part of the outer sleeve body;
an inner sleeve body is sleeved in the mounting inner sleeve body, a hollow cavity is formed inside the inner sleeve body, and an injector is accommodated in the hollow cavity; the outer side of the inner sleeve body is sleeved in the outer sleeve body of the protective outer sleeve; the top of the mounting inner sleeve is provided with a syringe fixing barrel, a fixing claw is arranged in the syringe fixing barrel, and the outer side of the fixing claw is connected to the wall surface of the syringe fixing barrel; a fixing flange is arranged on the outer side of the top of the syringe barrel of the syringe, and the fixing flange is clamped in the syringe fixing barrel and is positioned below the fixing claw; when the fixing flange of the syringe barrel is clamped, the fixing claw is turned downwards around the fixing part on the outer side, so that the fixing flange is clamped; the bottom of the syringe fixing barrel is in contact with the top of the spring;
the lower part of the inner sleeve body for mounting the inner sleeve is provided with a backstop window; when the needle head protection device is in a starting state, the backstop elastic sheet is buckled into the backstop window;
the wall surface of the inner sleeve body of the mounting inner sleeve is also provided with a guide window, and the guide pin is clamped in the guide window, so that the protective outer sleeve can only move relative to the mounting inner sleeve along the guide window;
the spring is positioned on the outer wall of the inner sleeve body and positioned between the spring mounting platform and the syringe fixing barrel;
when the needle head protection device is in an unactivated state, the needle head of the injector extends out of the bottom of the protective sleeve;
after the needle head protection device is started, the needle head of the injector is completely positioned in the protection outer sleeve.

The safety syringe with needle head protection device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guiding window is composed of 3 parts of groove bodies, namely a pre-excitation retention groove, a spring excitation chute and a spring release guide groove, wherein the 3 parts of groove bodies are connected end to form a 7 shape;
when the needle head protection device is in an unactivated state, the spring is in a compressed state, and the guide pin is positioned at the bottom of the pre-excitation retention groove;
when the needle head protection device is started, the guide pin enters the spring release guide groove from the pre-excitation retention groove along the spring excitation inclined groove, the guide pin moves along the spring release guide groove under the action of the spring release elasticity, and the outer protection sleeve and the inner installation sleeve move relatively;
and after the needle head protection device is started, the guide pin is positioned at the bottom of the spring release guide groove.

when the needle head protection device is in an unactivated state, the needle head of the syringe extends out of the bottom of the protection sheet;
and after the needle head protection device is started, the needle head of the syringe is completely positioned above the bottom horizontal plane of the protection sheet.
6. The safety syringe with needle protector according to claim 1, characterized in that the number of the fixing claws is more than 2 along the inner wall of the syringe fixing barrel; the upper surface of the fixed claw is provided with a guide inclined plane.
7. The safety syringe with needle protector as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the upper part of the inner sleeve body of the mounting inner sleeve is provided with a storage window, and the bottom of the storage window is provided with an outward inclined plane;
when the needle head protection device is in an unactivated state, the retaining elastic sheet is buckled into the storage window, and the outer portion of the retaining elastic sheet is lower than the outer wall surface of the outer sleeve body of the protective sleeve.
8. A safety syringe with needle protector according to claim 7, characterized in that a storage barrier is arranged in the storage window, the outermost side of the storage barrier is lower than the outer diameter of the inner sleeve body;
when the syringe needle protection device is in an unactivated state, the backstop elastic sheet is propped against the outer surface of the storage barrier strip.

The safety syringe with needle protector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom of the installation inner sleeve is provided with needle cover anti-return sheets, the needle cover anti-return sheets are elastic pieces, and the number of the needle cover anti-return sheets is more than 2; the bottom of the needle head sleeve anti-return sheet is in a free state and gathers to the center to shrink;
the diameter of a concentric circle where the bottom of the needle head sleeve backstop sheet is located is smaller than the outer diameter of the top of the needle head sleeve.
