According to the scheme, the application running state of the mobile terminal is determined in response to the incoming call request of the mobile terminal; when the mobile terminal is in an application running state, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal; and responding to the answering refusing instruction of the incoming call, and not initiating a request for receiving the incoming call at the mobile terminal. Therefore, the concurrent processing of the telephone and the network data service of the intelligent mobile terminal is realized, the use performance of the intelligent mobile terminal is improved, for example, when a user uses a mobile phone, some scenes are not expected to be disturbed by external factors.
Based on the above terminal device architecture but not limited to the above architecture, embodiments of the method of the present application are provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an exemplary embodiment of an incoming call processing method according to the present application. The incoming call processing method comprises the following steps:
step S101, responding to an incoming call request of a mobile terminal, and determining an application running state of the mobile terminal;
the execution main body of the method can be an incoming call processing device which can be integrated on intelligent mobile terminals such as intelligent mobile phones and the like to realize incoming call processing and control of the intelligent mobile terminals; in addition, the execution main body of the method can also be directly an intelligent mobile terminal such as a smart phone with the functions of making a call and surfing the internet.
Specifically, when an incoming call request for calling the mobile terminal is detected, the application running state of the mobile terminal is determined in response to the incoming call request of the mobile terminal.
The application running state of the mobile terminal is determined, that is, whether the mobile terminal is in a certain application running state is determined, so that when the mobile terminal is in an incoming call, whether a current incoming call request is received or not is judged according to whether the mobile terminal is in the application running state or not, or whether a user is reminded to select to receive the incoming call is judged.
Step S102, when the mobile terminal is in an application running state, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal;
taking a mobile phone as an example, in this embodiment, when an incoming call of the mobile phone is detected, the bottom layer of the mobile phone does not confirm to receive the incoming call at the first time, but confirms whether the mobile phone is currently running a certain application (such as WeChat audio, video, or game), and if the mobile phone is currently running a certain application (such as WeChat audio, video, or game), notifies the user of the incoming call message.
Alternatively, as a variant, when it is determined that the mobile phone is currently running an application (such as WeChat audio, video, or game), if an incoming call of the mobile phone is detected, the bottom layer of the mobile phone does not confirm to receive the incoming call at the first time, but notifies the user of the incoming call message.
The incoming call message notification can provide selection options, wherein the selection options can comprise answering refusing and answering, and the incoming call number can also be displayed in the incoming call message notification so as to enable a user to select whether to answer the incoming call.
As an implementation manner, white list maintenance can be performed on hot applications, white list setting is performed on the hot applications or applications selected by a user in advance, then, whether the current applications are the preset white list applications or not can be judged through application scene identification, if the current applications are the preset white list applications, the user can select to answer or not answer the incoming call, the current network scene is not influenced at the moment of the incoming call, and therefore the application scene which the user does not want to be interrupted is prevented from being interrupted by the incoming call.
Specifically, when an incoming call request of a mobile terminal is monitored, responding to the incoming call request of the mobile terminal, and determining whether the mobile terminal is currently in an application running state of a preset white list; and when the mobile terminal is in an application running state of a preset white list, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal.
Taking a mobile phone as an example, a mobile phone terminal can maintain a hot application white list, such as WeChat/King glory/plain Elite and other hot applications, and when the current application of the mobile phone is judged to be in a WeChat video or a game, the call request mobile phone bottom layer is not confirmed at the first time, but the call message is firstly notified to a user, so that the user can select to answer or not answer the call, the current network scene is not influenced at the moment of the call, and the application scene which the user does not want to be interrupted is prevented from being interrupted by the call.
Step S103, responding to the answering refusing instruction of the incoming call, and not initiating an incoming call receiving request at the mobile terminal.
The user can know that a call enters through the incoming call message notification pushed by the mobile terminal interface, and at the moment, the user can select to answer the call or refuse to answer the call according to the current actual situation of the user.
In the scheme of the embodiment, in the process of selection by the user, the network data services such as audio, video or games currently performed by the user cannot be interrupted, that is, the scene of the network application currently performed by the user is not influenced at the moment of incoming call, so that the machine playing experience of the user is improved.
In this embodiment, if the user selects to reject answering, at the bottom layer of the mobile terminal, in response to the call rejection instruction on the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal does not initiate a request for receiving a call, so that the network application currently being performed by the user is not interrupted. If the user selects to answer the call or does not answer the call for a long time (such as within a preset time), the bottom layer of the mobile terminal can be processed through a conventional call answering process, a call receiving request is initiated at the mobile terminal, in such a scene, the network application currently in progress of the user can be interrupted, and a subsequent user can answer the call according to the conventional call answering process.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call processing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, in step S102: when the mobile terminal is in an application running state, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal further comprises:
step S104: and responding to the answering instruction of the incoming call, and initiating a request for receiving the incoming call at the mobile terminal.
Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment further includes a processing scheme for the user to answer the call.
Specifically, the user knows that a call enters through the incoming call message notification pushed by the mobile terminal interface, and at this time, the user can select to answer the call according to the current actual situation of the user.
If the user selects to answer the call, the bottom layer of the mobile terminal can be processed through a conventional call answering process, a call receiving request is initiated at the mobile terminal in response to an answer instruction of the call, in such a scene, the network application currently performed by the user can be interrupted, and the subsequent user can answer the call according to the conventional call answering process.
According to the scheme, the application running state of the mobile terminal is determined in response to the incoming call request of the mobile terminal; when the mobile terminal is in an application running state, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal; responding to the answering refusing instruction of the incoming call, and not initiating an incoming call receiving request at the mobile terminal; and responding to the answering instruction of the incoming call, and initiating a request for receiving the incoming call at the mobile terminal. Therefore, the concurrent processing of the telephone and the network data service of the intelligent mobile terminal is realized, the use performance of the intelligent mobile terminal is improved, for example, when a user uses a mobile phone, some scenes are not expected to be disturbed by external factors.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an incoming call processing method according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present application. Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, in step S102: when the mobile terminal is in an application running state, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal further comprises:
step S1021, judging whether an operation instruction for the incoming call is received or not within a preset time; if an operation instruction for the incoming call is received and the operation instruction is an answer rejection instruction, executing step S103; if an operation instruction for the incoming call is received and the operation instruction is an answering instruction, executing step S104;
step S103, responding to the answering refusing instruction of the incoming call, and not initiating an incoming call receiving request at the mobile terminal.
Step S104, responding to the answering instruction of the incoming call, and initiating a request for receiving the incoming call at the mobile terminal.
Step S1022, if the operation instruction for the incoming call is not received, initiating a request for receiving the incoming call at the mobile terminal.
Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 3, in the scheme of the embodiment, whether the user selects to answer the incoming call is time-limited, that is, whether the user responds to the incoming call message notification within the preset time is monitored, so that excessive resources of the mobile terminal are prevented from being occupied by the incoming call processing operation, and the use experience of the mobile terminal is improved.
Specifically, within a preset time (for example, within 5 seconds), it is determined whether an operation instruction for the incoming call is received, that is, whether a user responds to an incoming call message notification within the preset time is monitored, where the response includes refusing to answer or answering.
In concrete implementation, if an operation instruction for the incoming call is received and the operation instruction is an answering refusing instruction, responding to the answering refusing instruction for the incoming call, and not initiating an incoming call receiving request at the mobile terminal.
And if an operation instruction for the incoming call is received and the operation instruction is an answering instruction, responding to the answering instruction for the incoming call, and initiating a request for receiving the incoming call at the mobile terminal.
And if the operation instruction of the incoming call is not received within the preset time, initiating a request for receiving the incoming call at the mobile terminal.
The application scenarios are exemplified as follows:
for the MT call, in the related scheme, no matter what the user is doing, the user is forced to be interrupted, in this embodiment, a hotlist of applications can be maintained at the mobile phone terminal, such as hotlist applications of wechat/king/peace and elite, etc., when the mobile phone is judged to be in the wechat video or game currently, the call request mobile phone bottom layer is not confirmed at the first time, but the call message is notified to the user first, then a timer (timer) of 5 seconds is set, if the user chooses to answer, a normal answering flow is initiated, if the user chooses to refuse to answer, the mobile phone bottom layer does not initiate the signaling request of the MT, so the network service data of the user cannot be interrupted. If the user selects not to operate, after the 5-second timer is overtime, the mobile phone can normally initiate to receive the incoming call request.
According to the scheme, the application running state of the mobile terminal is determined in response to the incoming call request of the mobile terminal; when the mobile terminal is in an application running state, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal; responding to the answering refusing instruction of the incoming call within the preset time, and not initiating an incoming call receiving request at the mobile terminal; and responding to the answering instruction of the incoming call, and initiating a request for receiving the incoming call at the mobile terminal.
5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for processing an incoming call according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 4, in this embodiment, before the step S101, in response to an incoming call request of a mobile terminal, determining an application running state of the mobile terminal, the method further includes:
and S100, configuring an option switch in a setting menu of the mobile terminal and starting the option switch.
Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the present embodiment further includes a scheme of setting the function selection switch for incoming push message notification.
Specifically, an option switch may be configured for the incoming push message notification function in a setting menu of the mobile terminal, so as to provide the user with an option of autonomously selecting whether to turn on the function.
Compared with the prior art, the method and the device have the advantages that the user can select to answer or not answer the incoming call, the scene that the user needs the network is currently carried out is not influenced by the incoming call instantly, the function can be selected to be turned on or turned off by the user, and the user experience is further improved.
Further, when an incoming call is received, whether to push an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal can be determined according to whether the SIM card used by the current mobile terminal is a single card or a double card, whether the SIM card registers VOLTE, and the like.
As shown in fig. 6, as an embodiment, in step S102, when the mobile terminal is in the application running state, the pushing an incoming call message notification to the application interface of the mobile terminal may include:
step S10201, judging whether the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a single card or a double card;
step S10202, if the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a single card, judging whether the single card registers VOLTE;
step S10203, if the single card does not register VOLTE, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, when a mobile terminal receives an incoming call and the mobile terminal is in an application running state, whether an SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a single card or a double card is judged; and if the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a single card, judging whether the single card registers VOLTE.
In the related technical solution, if the mobile terminal is a single card and the single card is not registered with VOLTE, at this time, when a call comes, if a request for receiving the call is initiated at the bottom layer of the mobile terminal, CSFB is required to GSM or WCDMA, which results in that voice and data cannot be concurrent, the network data service of the mobile terminal is suspended, and the call is resumed only after the call is suspended for a while.
In the scheme of this embodiment, if the mobile terminal is a single card and the single card is not registered with VOLTE, the incoming call message is pushed to notify the application interface of the mobile terminal to notify the user that there is an incoming call currently, and an option is provided for the user to select whether to answer the incoming call, and in the selection process, the currently performed network data service is not interrupted, that is, the incoming call does not affect the currently performed network scene instantaneously, so that the application scene that the user does not want to be interrupted is prevented from being interrupted by the incoming call.
As shown in fig. 7, as another embodiment, in step S102, when the mobile terminal is in an application running state, the pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal may include:
step S10201, judging whether the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a single card or a double card;
step S10204, if the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a dual card, defining the card using the application as a main card and the other card as an auxiliary card;
step S10205, when the secondary card receives an incoming call, pushing an incoming call message to an application interface of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when a mobile terminal receives an incoming call and the mobile terminal is in an application running state, it is determined whether an SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a single card or a dual card; if the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a double card, the card using the application is defined as a main card, the other card is a secondary card, and when the secondary card calls, an incoming call message is pushed to notify an application interface of the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment, when a dual-card scene secondary-card VOLTE call is received, if a mobile terminal bottom layer initiates a request for receiving the call, RF (radio frequency) resources of the mobile terminal are preempted by the secondary card, and a network data service of the primary card is suspended, which may lead to poor user internet access and game experience. Therefore, the solution adopted in this embodiment is that, if the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a dual card, when the secondary card receives a call, the call message is pushed to the application interface of the mobile terminal to notify the user that there is a current call, and an option is provided for the user to select whether to answer the call, and in the selection process, the network data service performed by the current primary card is not interrupted, that is, the call does not affect the current network scene, so that the application scene that the user does not want to be interrupted is prevented from being interrupted by the call.
As another embodiment, in step S102, when the mobile terminal is in the application running state, the pushing an incoming call message notification to the application interface of the mobile terminal may include:
step S10201, judging whether the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a single card or a double card;
step S10204, if the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a dual card, defining the card using the application as a main card and the other card as an auxiliary card;
step S10206, when the main card is in call, judging whether the main card registers VOLTE;
step S10207, if the main card does not register VOLTE, pushing an incoming call message notification to an application interface of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, in this embodiment, when a mobile terminal receives an incoming call and the mobile terminal is in an application running state, it is determined whether an SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a single card or a dual card; if the SIM card used by the mobile terminal is a double card, the card using the application is defined as a main card, the other card is an auxiliary card, when the main card calls, namely the card using network service data calls, whether the VOLTE is registered by the main card is judged, the scene is equivalent to the scene of VOLTE unregistered by a single card, and the processing mode is similar to the scene of VOLTE unregistered by the single card and calling.
At this time, if the bottom layer of the mobile terminal initiates a request for receiving an incoming call, the CSFB is required to be sent to the GSM or WCDMA, so that voice and data cannot be concurrent, the network data service of the mobile terminal is suspended, and the mobile terminal can be resumed after the call is disconnected.
In the scheme of this embodiment, if the VOLTE is not registered in the main card, an incoming call message is pushed to an application interface of the mobile terminal to notify a user that there is an incoming call currently, and an option is provided for the user to select whether to answer the incoming call, and in the selection process, the currently performed network data service is not interrupted, that is, the incoming call does not affect the currently performed network scene instantaneously, so that the application scene that the user does not want to be interrupted is prevented from being interrupted by the incoming call.
An example of a single card scenario is as follows:
when receiving an incoming call, a user is in a game or video stage, the mobile phone is in a CONNECTED MODE, the network can inform the mobile phone of an incoming call through a CS Notification (circuit domain Notification) message, the mobile phone can inform a UI (user interface) of the message, send a Pending request of extended service request, initiate a 5-second timer, and then allow the user to select. After answering or overtime selection, the mobile phone normally initiates an Extendservice request to answer the incoming call. If a Cancel call is selected, an extended service request is not initiated, and the call is not answered, so that the purpose of keeping the network uninterrupted when the call is incoming is achieved.
A dual-card scenario in which the main card uses network service data and the auxiliary card registers an IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem):
if the secondary card has a call on VOLTE, the network side will send a PS (packet switching, sometimes called packet service) paging message, and the handset replies paging response to the call under normal conditions, then the secondary card establishes RRC connection to seize RF resources, and the primary card is suspended and cannot perform internet access service. When receiving the PS Paging message, the mobile phone reports the PS Paging message to the user, then requests the Paging response to subscribe, and initiates a 5-second timer to enable the user to select answering or not answering, so as to avoid influencing the data service of the main card.
Therefore, the concurrent processing of the telephone and the network data service of the intelligent mobile terminal is realized, the use performance of the intelligent mobile terminal is improved, for example, the mobile phone is taken as an example, when a user uses the mobile phone, some scenes are not expected to be disturbed by external factors.
The method comprises the steps of carrying out white list maintenance on hot applications, judging scenes that a user does not want to be interrupted through application scene identification, enabling the user to select to answer or not answer incoming calls, enabling the incoming calls not to influence the current scenes needing networks, and enabling the function to be started or closed through the user.
