Claims (10)

1. A violation processing method based on a block chain is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining a pre-created blockchain platform;
receiving an image which is sent by an acquisition equipment node and contains a violation vehicle;
analyzing the image through a data storage node, determining vehicle information of the violation vehicle, and writing the vehicle information into the block chain platform;
determining violation information corresponding to the vehicle information through a violation processing node, and writing the violation information into the block chain platform, wherein the violation information comprises a ticket and vehicle owner information;
and determining that the vehicle owner node pays the fine corresponding to the fine bill, and writing the paid information into the block chain platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that the vehicle owner node has paid the fine corresponding to the ticket comprises:
and determining that the vehicle owner node pays the fine corresponding to the fine bill through a payment fine platform node corresponding to the vehicle owner node.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining that the vehicle owner node has paid the fine corresponding to the ticket comprises:
receiving a payment request initiated by the vehicle owner node, wherein the payment request represents payment of a fine corresponding to the ticket;
and completing the payment service corresponding to the payment request through the financial node, and writing corresponding payment information into the block chain platform.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving an inquiry request sent by the owner node, wherein the inquiry request comprises the violation information;
and sending the image corresponding to the violation information to the owner node.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein when creating the blockchain platform, the method further comprises:
setting the violation processing node as an access node; and are

generating and deploying corresponding intelligent contracts in the blockchain platform, wherein the intelligent contracts comprise: at least one of the image, the vehicle information, the violation information, and the paid information.

analyzing the image, determining vehicle information of the violation vehicle, and writing the vehicle information into the block chain platform; or

And determining that the vehicle owner node pays the fine corresponding to the fine bill, and writing the paid information into the block chain platform.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein when creating the blockchain platform, the method further comprises:
executing the intelligent contract through a verification node;
if the verification node fails to execute in the executing process, the intelligent contract is terminated, and the executing state is updated after an executing failure notice is sent;
and if the verification node is successfully executed in the execution process, updating the execution state.

10. A non-transitory computer storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for blockchain based violation processing, the computer-executable instructions configured to:
determining a pre-created blockchain platform;
receiving an image which is sent by an acquisition equipment node and contains a violation vehicle;
analyzing the image through a data storage node, determining vehicle information of the violation vehicle, and writing the vehicle information into the block chain platform;
determining violation information corresponding to the vehicle information through a violation processing node, and writing the violation information into the block chain platform, wherein the violation information comprises a ticket and vehicle owner information;
and determining that the vehicle owner node pays the fine corresponding to the fine bill, and writing the paid information into the block chain platform.
