The preset intelligent contract for the settlement bill is a section of code in the logistics block chain, can provide interfaces for uploading various service charge settlement bills, settlement data and other data, and can call the preset intelligent contract for account information to carry out service charge allocation operation on a logistics headquarter settlement account and a logistics website settlement account.

The server obtains an updated service charge settlement bill after executing the service charge allocation operation, an operating system corresponding to the monitoring mechanism obtains a corresponding preset intelligent contract from a monitoring node in the logistics block chain, extracts the service charge settlement bill, the updated service charge settlement bill and each operation log from an open source block chain distributed bill hyper-bridge fabric of the logistics block chain through a preset intelligent contract calling interface, and a client or a supervisor of the monitoring mechanism monitors and manages the service charge settlement bill, the updated service charge settlement bill and each operation log.

Through the identity recognition, the private transaction and the secret contract, the common identification module and the characteristics of the preset intelligent contract of the open source blockchain distributed account book hyper-ridger fabric, the function of checking the data and the operation information of the whole logistics blockchain is provided for the operating system corresponding to the monitoring mechanism. The operating system corresponding to the monitoring mechanism can inquire the detailed information of each operation in the logistics block chain through the monitoring node, so that the transparency of the processing flow of the settlement of the service cost is improved, and the reliability of the whole settlement service is improved.

calling a preset account information intelligent contract based on a preset settlement bill intelligent contract in the logistics block chain, calling a preset account access interface through the preset account information intelligent contract, and accessing a preset logistics headquarter settlement account and a logistics network point settlement account through the account access interface;
and executing the operation of allocating the business cost between the settlement account of the logistics headquarter and the settlement account of the logistics network points through the preset settlement bill intelligent contract and the business cost settlement bill.
2. The method for settling business charge based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the uploading the bill for settling business charge to a predetermined logistic block chain comprises:
the method comprises the steps that an uploading request is sent to a logistics head office node in a preset logistics block chain, endorsement information based on the uploading request sent by the logistics head office node is received, the uploading request comprises a service cost settlement bill, a certificate and a signature, and the logistics block chain comprises the logistics head office node, a sequencing node, a logistics network node and a monitoring node;
calling the sequencing node, and sequentially performing sequencing verification and block file generation on the endorsement information through the sequencing node to obtain a service cost settlement bill block file;
and respectively sending the service charge settlement bill block file to the logistics headquarter node, the logistics branch node and the monitoring node through the sequencing node.

The method for settling service charges based on the blockchain according to claim 2, wherein the step of calling the sorting node, sequentially performing sorting verification and block file generation on the endorsement information through the sorting node to obtain a service charge settlement bill block file comprises the steps of:
calling the sequencing node and acquiring transfer transaction information in the endorsement information;
judging whether the generation time of the transfer transaction information is within a preset time period or not through the sequencing node;
if the generation time of the transfer transaction information is within a preset time period, judging whether the quantity of the transfer transaction information is smaller than or equal to a preset quantity threshold value;
if the number of the transfer transaction information is smaller than or equal to a preset number threshold, judging whether the data size of each piece of transfer transaction information is smaller than or equal to a preset target threshold;
and if the data size of each piece of transfer transaction information is smaller than or equal to a preset target threshold value, generating a block file of the transfer transaction information, and determining the block file as a business cost settlement bill block file.

acquiring a settlement list to be processed between a logistics headquarter and a logistics network managed by the logistics headquarter, and acquiring a data storage type of a preset logistics block chain;
converting the data type of the settlement list to be processed into the data storage type to obtain a converted settlement list;
classifying the converted settlement lists to obtain a network settlement bill corresponding to each logistics network;
and encrypting the website settlement bill to obtain a service cost settlement bill.
6. The method for settling business charge based on block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the uploading the bill for settling business charge to a predetermined logistic block chain comprises:
encrypting the service charge settlement bill to obtain an encrypted service charge settlement bill;
and generating a hash table of the encrypted service cost settlement bill, and uploading the hash table to a preset logistics block chain.
7. A block chain-based service charge settlement apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a business cost settlement bill between a logistics headquarter and a logistics network managed by the logistics headquarter;
the uploading module is used for uploading the service charge settlement bill to a preset logistics block chain;
the calling access module is used for calling a preset account information intelligent contract based on a preset settlement bill intelligent contract in the logistics block chain, calling a preset account access interface through the preset account information intelligent contract, and accessing a preset logistics headquarter settlement account and a logistics network settlement account through the account access interface;
and the execution module is used for executing the business cost transfer operation between the logistics headquarter settlement account and the logistics network point settlement account through the preset settlement bill intelligent contract and the business cost settlement bill.
8. The block chain based service charge settlement apparatus of claim 7, wherein the upload module comprises:
the system comprises a sending and receiving unit, a monitoring unit and a processing unit, wherein the sending and receiving unit is used for sending an uploading request to a logistics head office node in a preset logistics block chain and receiving endorsement information based on the uploading request sent by the logistics head office node, the uploading request comprises a service cost settlement bill, a certificate and a signature, and the logistics block chain comprises the logistics head office node, a sequencing node, a logistics network node and a monitoring node;
the calling unit is used for calling the sorting nodes, sequentially performing sorting verification and block file generation on the endorsement information through the sorting nodes to obtain a business cost settlement bill block file;
and the sending unit is used for sending the service cost settlement bill block file to the logistics headquarter node, the logistics branch node and the monitoring node respectively through the sequencing node.
9. A block chain-based service charge settlement apparatus, comprising: a memory and at least one processor, the memory having instructions stored therein;
the at least one processor invokes the instructions in the memory to cause the blockchain-based service charge settlement apparatus to perform the blockchain-based service charge settlement method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the block chain based service charge settlement method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
