and the background server compares the character string received from the vehicle factory APP with the character string generated by the background server based on the received second vehicle inherent data, and binds the account reported by the vehicle APP with the corresponding vehicle information in the database under the condition of consistent comparison.
10. The system as claimed in claim 9, wherein the first vehicle-specific data includes at least a VIN number and a vehicle terminal identification number; and/or the second vehicle-specific data includes at least a VIN number, a vehicle-mounted terminal identification number, and a vehicle local time stamp.
