The signal collector obtains current information in the circuit breaker coil L through the current transformer, and the signal collector sends the current information to the desktop computer through the wireless communication device. The manager can more conveniently acquire and manage the current information in the circuit breaker coil L through the management terminal so as to research the corresponding relation between the current information in the circuit breaker coil L and the quality of the circuit breaker coil L.
The signal collector sends current information to the all-in-one machine, and the all-in-one machine acquires the current information and displays the current information, so that field maintainers can conveniently check the current information in the coil L of the circuit breaker, and the use is more convenient.

The time relay is provided with two pairs of normally open nodes and two pairs of normally closed nodes. One pair of normally closed nodes is connected in series with the circuit breaker coil loop, and the rest is used as a standby. Meanwhile, the time relay has a signal output function.
The interface converter adopts a four-core aviation plug as an input interface and a POE (Power over Ethernet) interface as an output interface, the transmission rate can reach 2Gbps at most, and a built-in power supply device can provide direct current +12V, -12V, +5V, -5V and 5mA constant current sources.
The current transformer can detect the current in the main loop of the coil of the circuit breaker and can output a current signal to the interface converter.
The signal collector is provided with eight paths of synchronous sampling analog input channels, the AD conversion resolution is 24 bits, the sampling frequency is 100S/S-204.8kS/S, the minimum sampling resolution can reach 181.9uS/S, the dynamic range is 114dB, the input interface adopts a POE interface, and the output interface adopts a USB interface.
The wireless transmission device has the working frequency of 2400-2480 MHz, the serial port speed of 4800bps or more, the transmission distance of 1600m is the highest, the wireless transmission device is provided with a full-frequency rod antenna, and an SMA (shape memory alloy) female head base is adopted as an interface of the full-frequency rod antenna.
The screen display device is a liquid crystal touch screen, the resolution ratio is 800X480 and above, the touch mode is resistance type touch, the induction force is 75g, and the response time is 5 ms.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
as shown in fig. 6, the circuit breaker coil protection device is directly connected in series to the lower part of the circuit breaker coil in the circuit breaker control circuit by the staff, and the circuit is already in the device. When a circuit breaker coil is connected with an electric loop, a time relay starts timing, and a current transformer collects the current of a main loop of the circuit breaker coil; the time relay is connected with the current transformer through the interface converter, the signal collector processes the collected time information and the collected current information and then displays the time information and the current information through the screen display device, and the signal is transmitted to the computer of a worker through the wireless transmission device.
When the time relay reaches the setting time, a normally closed node connected in series with a main circuit of a circuit breaker coil in the device is disconnected, so that the circuit breaker coil loses power to play a role in protecting the coil, and meanwhile, the signal collector collects power-off information.
Description of the technical solution:
as shown in fig. 6, the present circuit breaker coil protection device includes: the device comprises a time relay, an interface converter, a current transformer, a power supply device, a POE (Power over Ethernet) interface, a signal collector, a USB (Universal Serial bus) interface, a wireless transmission device, a display and a device host. The connection mode is as follows: time relay, current transformer link to each other with the interface converter through four-core plug, and the interface converter passes through the POE interface and links to each other with signal collector, and signal collector passes through the USB interface and links to each other with wireless transmission device, and wireless transmission device passes through wireless receiving module and links to each other with the staff computer.
The time relay is 3RP-11015 in model number and has two pairs of normally open nodes and two pairs of normally closed nodes. One pair of normally closed nodes is connected in series with the circuit breaker coil loop, and the rest is used as a standby. And the time relay has a signal output to the interface converter.
The interface converter is GX16-669, the input interface adopts four-core aviation plug, the output interface adopts POE interface, the transmission rate can reach 2Gbps at most, and the built-in power supply device can provide DC +12V, -12V, +5V, -5V voltage and 5mA constant current source. The function of interface converter is that the POE interface that can insert signal collector is converted by four-core plug with time relay output interface, and built-in power supply unit can provide required working power supply for it simultaneously.
The current transformer is CT10P1, and can detect the current in the main loop of the circuit breaker coil and output the current signal to the interface converter.
The signal collector is NI-PXle4496 in model, eight synchronous sampling analog input channels are provided, the AD conversion resolution is 24 bits, the sampling frequency is 100S/S-204.8kS/S, the minimum sampling resolution can reach 181.9uS/S, the dynamic range is 114dB, the POE interface is adopted as the input interface, and the USB interface is adopted as the output interface. The signal collector is used for carrying out analog-to-digital conversion on the time and current signals, so that the time and current signals are transmitted to the wireless transmission device more effectively and quickly.
The wireless transmission device is YX12500 in model, the working frequency is 2400-2480 MHz, the serial port speed is more than 4800bps, the transmission distance is up to 1600m, the wireless transmission device is provided with a full-frequency rod-shaped antenna, and an SMA (shape memory alloy) negative head base is adopted as an interface of the full-frequency rod-shaped antenna. The wireless transmission device is used for transmitting signals to the staff host in a wireless mode.
After the application runs secretly for a period of time, the feedback of field technicians has the advantages that:
the circuit breaker coil is connected in series and used for knowing a timing circuit breaking device and the like for regularly breaking the circuit breaker coil according to circuit breaking after the circuit breaker coil conducts current, so that the circuit breaker coil is protected and is not easy to burn out.
The circuit breaker coil is protected through the steps of timed circuit breaking and the like, and the circuit breaker coil is not easy to burn out.

Claims (10)

An apparatus for protecting a coil of a circuit breaker, comprising: the circuit breaker comprises a timing circuit breaker device which is connected in series into a circuit breaker coil and is used for timely breaking the circuit breaker coil according to circuit breaking after the circuit breaker coil is informed of conducting current.
