Further, when there is repeated reported information, for example, three alarm information occur backward in a certain place, then the traffic police has already processed based on the alarm information; when a vehicle passes by, the information of smooth road is sent; however, there are three alert messages on the temporary map, and it is necessary to cancel one of the three alert messages at this time.
In one aspect, when the current traffic status type is a traffic accident, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle updates the traffic information of the target road section in the map according to the road section identification information and the current traffic status type of the target road section to obtain an updated temporary map, and simultaneously comprises the following steps: and generating alarm information, and sending the alarm information to the first preset terminal to prompt a user of the first preset terminal to perform preset processing on the alarm information.

In another aspect, when the current traffic status type is a temporary activity, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle updates the traffic status information of the target road section in the map according to the road section identification information and the current traffic status type of the target road section to obtain an updated temporary map, and meanwhile, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle further includes: and timing by taking the time when the first vehicle reports the road condition information as a starting point to obtain the duration of the temporary activity.
For example, when the vehicle passes through the target road segment, if a temporary activity occurs in the target road segment, the current road condition type of the target road segment is determined to be the temporary activity, and the information is uploaded to the server. After receiving the information reported by the vehicle, the server updates the road condition information of the target road section, namely, updates the current road condition type of the target road section into the map.
In another aspect, when the current traffic status type is a failure of a road device, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle updates the traffic information of the target road section in the map according to the road section identification information and the current traffic status type of the target road section to obtain an updated temporary map, and meanwhile, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle further includes: and generating maintenance prompt information, and sending the maintenance prompt information to the second preset terminal to prompt a user of the second preset terminal to respond to the prompt information to maintain the road equipment with the fault.
When the vehicle passes through the target road section, if faults such as traffic instructions and the like, street lamp faults and the like occur in the target road section, the current road condition type of the target road section is determined to be the road equipment fault, and the information is uploaded to the server. After receiving the information reported by the vehicle, the server updates the road condition information of the target road section, namely, updates the current road condition type of the target road section into the map.
In addition, in order to timely handle the traffic equipment fault, the server generates prompt information while updating the road condition information of the target road section in the map, and pushes the prompt information to the maintenance personnel closest to the target road section so as to remind the maintenance personnel to timely handle the traffic equipment fault.
That is, the second predetermined terminal may be a terminal device carried by a serviceman closest to the target link.
In an optional embodiment, after updating the road condition information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current road condition type of the target road segment to obtain an updated temporary map, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle further includes: acquiring first prompt information returned by a first preset terminal, wherein the first prompt information is used for indicating that the traffic accident of a target road section is processed; and updating the map again according to the first prompt information to obtain a temporary map which is updated again, and sending the temporary map which is updated again to the preset vehicle.
For example, when the traffic police finishes processing the traffic accident of the target road segment, the first prompt message may be returned to the server through the portable terminal device to notify the server that the traffic accident of the target road segment is finished, and at this time, the server may update the road condition type of the target road segment in the map again, that is, modify the current road condition information of the target road segment from the traffic accident to normal.
In an optional embodiment, after updating the road condition information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current road condition type of the target road segment to obtain an updated temporary map, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle further includes: judging whether the duration of the temporary activity reaches a preset duration or not to obtain a judgment result; under the condition that the duration of the temporary activity reaches the preset duration as a judgment result, updating the map again to prompt the end of the temporary activity of the target road section; and continuing timing under the condition that the duration of the temporary activity does not reach the preset duration as a result of the judgment.
For example, when the current traffic status type is a temporary activity, the server may count the duration of the temporary activity, and when the duration reaches a predetermined duration, it may be determined that the temporary activity has ended, and the map may be updated to cancel the temporary activity status of the target road segment in the map.
In an optional embodiment, after updating the road condition information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current road condition type of the target road segment to obtain an updated temporary map, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle further includes: acquiring second prompt information returned by a second preset terminal, wherein the second prompt information is used for indicating that the road equipment with the fault is repaired; and updating the map again according to the second prompt information to obtain a temporary map which is updated again, and sending the temporary map which is updated again to the preset vehicle.
For example, when the maintenance personnel finishes processing the road equipment fault of the target road section, the first prompt message can be returned to the server through the portable terminal equipment to inform the server that the road equipment with the fault of the target road section is completely maintained, and at this time, the server can update the road condition type of the target road section in the map again, namely, the current road condition information of the target road section is modified to be normal from the road equipment fault.
In an optional embodiment, after updating the road condition information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current road condition type of the target road segment to obtain an updated temporary map, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle further includes: acquiring road condition information of a target road section reported by a second vehicle; and updating the map again according to the road condition information reported by the second vehicle to obtain a temporary map which is updated again, and sending the temporary map which is updated again to the preset vehicle.
For example, when the second vehicle passes through the target road segment, and finds that the special condition of the target road segment in the map is recovered, the information may be reported to the server, and the server may update the map to modify the mark of the target road segment into a normal state.
In an optional embodiment, after the server receives the special traffic information of the target road section reported by the vehicle, and analyzes the current traffic type of the target road section, the preset cancellation time for recovering the current traffic type can be estimated, and after the server determines that the preset cancellation time is reached, the special traffic identification of the target road section in the map can be automatically removed.
In addition, after obtaining the current road condition type of the target road section, the server can also set information such as cancellation probability value, attenuation rate and the like of the current road condition type. When the cancellation probability value for indicating that the current road condition type is restored to be normal exceeds the predetermined probability value at a certain time point, the special road condition identification of the target road section in the map can be cancelled.
In addition, when the current road condition type is determined to be recovered to be normal according to the attenuation rate of the current road condition type, the special road condition identification of the target road section in the map can be removed.
The map updating method of the intelligent carrier provided by the embodiment of the invention is mainly applied to updating the map based on the content of temporary road conditions so as to realize real-time online map updating. For example, in the driving process of the vehicle, when a road section is collected to be closed, the vehicle can capture the content of the temporary road condition change through the camera, and can obtain the coordinate information of the starting point and the ending point preset by the vehicle, so as to determine the content of the updated map.
When the vehicle collects the temporary information, the road section needing to be updated in the map is determined by combining the planned starting point and the planned end point of the vehicle, and the map is updated based on the updating information. In addition, when other vehicles pass by, if the temporary information is identified to be recovered, the temporary information can be reported to the server so as to inform the server to update the map.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, when the target road section is a multi-lane road, the special condition of the lane can be accurately determined, and the accuracy of updating the map is improved.
By the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle, provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the special road condition appears on the road section can be detected in the driving process of the vehicle, if the special road condition appears on the road section, the special road condition is reported to the server for judging the road condition, and if the special road condition needs to be stored in the temporary area, the information of the temporary area can be released within a certain time, namely, when the special road condition is determined to be recovered, the special road condition information stored in the temporary area can be released to update the map, so that the road section in the map is recovered to be normal. When another vehicle passes through the area, the new traffic information is stored in the temporary area of the server. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, other vehicles all take all the temporary information and enter an area (for example, 5km), and detect whether the temporary information in the area is updated or not, and if so, report the temporary information again.
Due to the fact that the temporary information is combined with the basic information, the map is updated by the aid of the temporary information, real-time performance and accuracy of updating the map are improved, good basis is provided for route planning of vehicles, and travel experience of users is greatly improved.

There is also provided, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a method embodiment of a map updating method for an intelligent vehicle, to be noted that the map updating method for an intelligent vehicle is applied to a vehicle, the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than that herein.

As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present invention, the information acquisition device may be controlled to perform information acquisition on the current target road segment to obtain the road information of the target road segment; analyzing the road information to obtain road condition information of a target road section; the road condition information is reported to the server, so that the server is controlled to update the road condition information of the target road section in the map based on the road condition information, and the purpose of updating the map in real time based on the road condition information reported by the vehicle is achieved.
It is worth noting that in the embodiment of the present invention, in the process of vehicle driving, the image acquisition device may be started to acquire an image of a current target road section, and analyze the image of the target road section to obtain road condition information of the target road section, and upload the road condition information to the server, so that the server may update the road condition information of the target road section in the map based on the road condition information, thereby achieving the purpose of updating the map in real time based on the road condition information reported by the vehicle, and achieving the technical effect of improving the efficiency of vehicle traveling.
Therefore, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle in the embodiment of the invention solves the technical problem that the special road section cannot be effectively bypassed in the driving process of the vehicle due to the fact that the information of the special road section cannot be updated to the map in time in the related technology.
In an optional embodiment, after the control information collecting device collects information of a current target road segment to obtain road information of the target road segment, the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle further includes: and identifying the road information of the current road section acquired by the information acquisition equipment to obtain road section identification information used for representing the target road section in the road information.

It should be noted that the first acquiring unit 31, the analyzing unit 33, and the updating unit 35 correspond to steps S102 to S106 in embodiment 1, and the units are the same as the examples and application scenarios realized by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure in embodiment 1. It should be noted that the above-described elements as part of an apparatus may be implemented in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions.
As can be seen from the above, in the above embodiment of the present application, the first obtaining unit may be used to obtain the road condition information of the target road segment reported by the first vehicle; analyzing the road condition information by using an analyzing unit to obtain road section identification information of the target road section and the current road condition type of the target road section; and updating the road condition information of the target road section in the map by using the updating unit according to the road section identification information and the current road condition type of the target road section to obtain an updated temporary map, and sending the temporary map to a predetermined vehicle, wherein the predetermined vehicle is a vehicle served by the server. By the map updating device of the intelligent carrier, the purpose of updating the map in real time based on the road condition information reported by the vehicle is achieved, the technical effect of improving the traveling efficiency of the vehicle is achieved, and the technical problem that the special road section cannot be effectively bypassed in the driving process of the vehicle easily because the information of the special road section cannot be updated into the map in time in the related technology is solved.
In an alternative embodiment, the current road condition type is at least one of the following: traffic accidents, temporary activities, road equipment failures, road construction and road congestion.
In an optional embodiment, the map updating apparatus of the intelligent vehicle further includes: a first judging unit, configured to judge whether the current road condition type of the target road segment is stored before updating the road condition information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current road condition type of the target road segment; a first determining unit, configured to not update the road condition information of the target road segment if the current road condition type of the target road segment has been stored; and the second determining unit is used for updating the road condition information of the target road section under the condition that the current road condition type of the target road section is not stored.

Claims (20)

1. A map updating method of an intelligent vehicle is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
acquiring road condition information of a target road section reported by a first vehicle;
analyzing the road condition information to obtain road section identification information of the target road section and the current road condition type of the target road section;
and updating the road condition information of the target road section in a map according to the road section identification information and the current road condition type of the target road section to obtain an updated temporary map, and sending the temporary map to a preset vehicle, wherein the preset vehicle is a vehicle served by the server.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the current road condition type is at least one of: traffic accidents, temporary activities, road equipment failures, road construction and road congestion.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein before the updating the traffic information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current traffic type of the target road segment, the method further comprises:
Judging whether the current road condition type of the target road section is stored or not;
if yes, not updating the road condition information of the target road section;
and if not, updating the road condition information of the target road section.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein when the current traffic status type is a traffic accident, the method further comprises, while updating the traffic information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current traffic status type of the target road segment to obtain an updated temporary map:
and generating alarm information, and sending the alarm information to a first preset terminal to prompt a user of the first preset terminal to perform preset processing on the alarm information.

The method according to claim 2, wherein when the current traffic status type is a temporary activity, the method further comprises, while updating the traffic status information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current traffic status type of the target road segment to obtain an updated temporary map:
and timing by taking the time when the first vehicle reports the road condition information as a starting point to obtain the duration of the temporary activity.

The method according to claim 2, wherein when the current traffic status type is a failure of a road device, the method further comprises, while updating the traffic status information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current traffic status type of the target road segment to obtain an updated temporary map:
and generating maintenance prompt information, and sending the maintenance prompt information to a second preset terminal to prompt a user of the second preset terminal to respond to the prompt information to maintain the road equipment with the fault.

The method according to claim 4, wherein after the updating the traffic information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current traffic type of the target road segment to obtain the updated temporary map, the method further comprises:
acquiring first prompt information returned by the first preset terminal, wherein the first prompt information is used for indicating that the traffic accident of the target road section is processed;
and updating the map again according to the first prompt message to obtain a temporary map which is updated again, and sending the temporary map which is updated again to the preset vehicle.

The method according to claim 5, wherein after the updating the traffic information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current traffic type of the target road segment to obtain the updated temporary map, the method further comprises:
judging whether the duration of the temporary activity reaches a preset duration to obtain a judgment result;
under the condition that the duration of the temporary activity reaches a preset duration as a result of the judgment, updating the map again to prompt the end of the temporary activity of the target road section;
and continuing timing under the condition that the duration of the temporary activity does not reach the preset duration as a result of the judgment.

The method according to claim 6, wherein after the updating the traffic information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current traffic type of the target road segment to obtain the updated temporary map, the method further comprises:
acquiring second prompt information returned by the second preset terminal, wherein the second prompt information is used for indicating that the road equipment with the fault is repaired;
And updating the map again according to the second prompt message to obtain a temporary map which is updated again, and sending the temporary map which is updated again to the preset vehicle.

The method according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein after the updating the road condition information of the target road segment in the map according to the road segment identification information and the current road condition type of the target road segment to obtain the updated temporary map, the method further comprises:
acquiring road condition information of the target road section reported by a second vehicle;
and updating the map again according to the road condition information reported by the second vehicle to obtain a temporary map updated again, and sending the temporary map updated again to the predetermined vehicle.
11. A map updating method of an intelligent vehicle is applied to a vehicle and comprises the following steps:
controlling information acquisition equipment to acquire information of a current target road section to obtain road information of the target road section;
analyzing the road information to obtain road condition information of the target road section;
and reporting the road condition information to a server to control the server to update the road condition information of the target road section in a map based on the road condition information.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein after the control information collecting device collects information of a current target road segment, the method further comprises:
and identifying the road information of the current road section acquired by the information acquisition equipment to obtain road section identification information which is used for representing the target road section in the road information.

The analysis unit is used for analyzing the road condition information to obtain road section identification information of the target road section and the current road condition type of the target road section;
and the updating unit is used for updating the road condition information of the target road section in a map according to the road section identification information and the current road condition type of the target road section to obtain an updated temporary map, and sending the temporary map to a preset vehicle, wherein the preset vehicle is a vehicle served by the server.
15. A map updating device of an intelligent vehicle is applied to a vehicle and comprises:
the control unit is used for controlling the information acquisition equipment to acquire information of a current target road section to obtain road information of the target road section;
the analysis unit is used for analyzing the road information to obtain the road condition information of the target road section;
and the reporting unit is used for reporting the road condition information to a server so as to control the server to update the road condition information of the target road section in a map based on the road condition information.

the memory is used for storing a program, wherein the program when executed by the processor controls the device in which the memory is located to execute the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle according to any one of claims 11 to 13;
the processor is configured to execute a program, wherein the program executes the map updating method for an intelligent vehicle according to any one of claims 11 to 13.
19. An in-vehicle display terminal, comprising:
a memory, a processor coupled with the memory, the memory and the processor communicating over a bus system;
the memory is used for storing a program, wherein the program when executed by the processor controls the device in which the memory is located to execute the map updating method of the intelligent vehicle according to any one of claims 11 to 13;
The processor is configured to execute a program, wherein the program executes the map updating method for an intelligent vehicle according to any one of claims 11 to 13.
20. An intelligent driving system, comprising:
