The invention relates to a balanced unpacking method for an intelligent delivery cabinet, a storage device and a processing device, wherein the balanced unpacking method for the intelligent delivery cabinet continuously counts the unpacking times of all grids of the intelligent delivery cabinet, obtains the unpacking counts of all the grids when unpacking is carried out according to an unpacking request, sorts the unpacking counts of all the current grids, selects one of the grids with the smallest unpacking count value as a to-be-unpacked grid, then controls to open the grid for storing articles, and increases the unpacking count of the current grid at one time. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of prolonging the service life of each cell, reducing the damage probability of the cell and the like.
