For the convenience of understanding of the present application, the technical solutions provided in the present application will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a message pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a method for pushing a message provided in an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s101: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a current running track of a target vehicle, and determining a destination to which the target vehicle goes based on the current running track.
In a specific implementation, an application, for example, a travel application, may be utilized to monitor a current travel track of a target user driving a target vehicle using the application, and further determine a destination to which the target vehicle travels according to the current travel track.
The target vehicle is not limited to a rental vehicle, a shared vehicle, or a cyber-reservation vehicle.
Here, the manner in which the target vehicle is determined to travel to the destination is different for a new user who uses the application for the first time and an old user who uses the application for a plurality of times, wherein, for the new user, there is no history of travel trajectory of the target vehicle driven by the target user in the history of the application; for the old user, the history of the application program has the history of the driving track of the target vehicle of the target user.
The first method is as follows: for the case where there is no history of the travel locus, determining the destination to which the target vehicle is heading based on the current travel locus in step S101 includes the steps of:
and determining the current parking place corresponding to the target vehicle as the destination according to the current running track and when the parking time of the target vehicle reaches the preset time.
In specific implementation, for a new user, namely a target user without a historical driving track, when the parking time of the target user meets a preset condition, namely the parking time of the target vehicle reaches the preset time, the current parking place corresponding to the target vehicle is determined as a destination, namely, after the target user reaches the destination, a push message of a target service matched with the destination is pushed to the target user, so that the user can know activity information of related services without consulting, and the efficiency of handling the services by the target user is improved.
The second method comprises the following steps: for the case where there is a history of travel locus, determining the destination to which the target vehicle is heading based on the current travel locus in step S101 includes the steps of:
and determining the destination to which the target vehicle goes according to the current running track, the departure time of the target vehicle and the historical running track.
In the specific implementation, for an old user, that is, a target user with a historical travel track, where the current travel track is a track traveled by a target vehicle from a departure time to a current time, and then, a destination to which the target user is going is predicted according to a comparison between the current travel track of the target vehicle and the departure time of the target vehicle and the historical travel track of the target vehicle, so that a push message of a target service matched with the destination is pushed to the target user before the target user reaches the destination, so that the user can know activity information of related services without consulting, and the efficiency of the target user in handling the services is improved.
S102: and determining a target service matched with the destination according to the first position coordinate of the destination.
In the specific implementation, after a destination to which a target vehicle goes is determined, a first position coordinate, namely a longitude and latitude coordinate, corresponding to the destination is obtained, and according to the first position coordinate of the destination, which services are provided in a range near the first position coordinate are determined, so that the target service matched with the destination is determined.
Here, the vicinity of the first position coordinate of the destination, such as a financial institution like a gas station, a charging station, a vehicle maintenance shop, a bank, a restaurant, etc., may determine a target service matching the destination, such as a fueling service, a charging service, a maintenance service, a loan service, a financial service, a designated driving service.
S103: and determining a service recommendation strategy corresponding to the target service according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the historical behavior data of the target user driving the target vehicle and the target service.
In a specific implementation, each target service corresponds to at least one service recommendation strategy, and after the target service matched with the destination is determined, the service recommendation strategy corresponding to the target service recommended to the target user can be determined according to vehicle information of the target vehicle, historical behavior data of a target user driving the target vehicle and the target service, wherein the vehicle information includes but is not limited to vehicle type, historical driving mileage, historical maintenance time and historical maintenance time, and the vehicle type includes electric vehicle type, gasoline vehicle type, diesel vehicle type and the like.
Further, if the target service is a charging service, that is, the determining the service recommendation policy corresponding to the target service according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the historical behavior data of the target user driving the target vehicle, and the target service in step S103 includes the following steps:
determining whether the target vehicle is an electric vehicle according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle; if the target vehicle is an electric vehicle, determining the user identity of the target user according to the historical behavior data of the target user; the historical behavior data comprises registration time length and use frequency, and the user identities comprise new user identities and old user identities; and determining a service recommendation strategy corresponding to the target service according to the user identity.
In the specific implementation, vehicle information of a target vehicle is obtained, whether the target vehicle is an electric vehicle is judged according to the vehicle information, when the target vehicle is determined to be the electric vehicle and the current electric quantity of the target vehicle is insufficient, it is determined that a target user needs charging service, further, according to historical behavior data of the target user, the historical behavior data comprises registration duration and use frequency, user identities of the target user are determined, the user identities comprise a new user identity and an old user identity, and according to the user identity of the target user, a service recommendation strategy corresponding to the charging service is determined.
Further, if the target service is a maintenance service, that is, the determining a service recommendation policy corresponding to the target service according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the historical behavior data of the target user driving the target vehicle, and the target service in step S103 includes the following steps:
determining whether the target vehicle needs maintenance or repair according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle; the vehicle information comprises historical driving mileage of the target vehicle, current latest maintenance time and current latest maintenance time; if the target vehicle is determined to need maintenance or repair, determining the user identity of the target user according to the historical behavior data of the target user; the historical behavior data comprises registration time length and use frequency, and the user identities comprise new user identities and old user identities; and determining a service recommendation strategy corresponding to the target service according to the user identity.
In the specific implementation, vehicle information of a target vehicle is obtained, whether the target vehicle needs to be maintained or repaired is judged according to the vehicle information, wherein the vehicle information comprises historical driving mileage of the target vehicle, current latest repair time and current latest repair time, when the target vehicle of the target vehicle needs to be maintained, a target user needs to be maintained, or when the target vehicle of the target vehicle needs to be maintained, the target user needs to be maintained, furthermore, according to historical behavior data of the target user, the historical behavior data comprises registration time length and use frequency, the user identity of the target user is determined, the user identity comprises a new user identity and an old user identity, and according to the user identity of the target user, a service recommendation strategy corresponding to the service and maintenance service is determined.
Here, the service recommendation policy is, for example, to a new user, send a short message or push a recommendation target user registration "charging" service through an application program, and is provided with a corresponding registration reward; and for the old user, checking the charging use frequency and the consumption amount of the old user, and carrying out corresponding opinion return visit and discount information push.
S104: and pushing a push message corresponding to the service recommendation strategy to the client of the target user.
In specific implementation, after a service recommendation strategy corresponding to a target service is determined, a push message corresponding to the service recommendation strategy is pushed to a client of a target user.
Further, the push message comprises at least one of the following messages: pushing discount messages, pushing registration reward messages, pushing level reminding messages and pushing opinion return visit messages.
In a specific implementation, each target service corresponds to a plurality of recommended service policies, each recommended policy includes one recommended message, and here, the recommended message may be a push discount message, a push registration reward message, a push level reminding message, or a push comment return message.
In the embodiment of the application, the destination to which the target vehicle goes can be determined through the obtained current running track of the target vehicle, further, the target service matched with the destination can be determined according to the first position coordinate of the destination, further, the service recommendation strategy corresponding to the target service can be determined according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the historical behavior data of the target user driving the target vehicle and the target service, and the push message corresponding to the service recommendation strategy is pushed to the client of the target user. Based on the mode, the driving track of the target user can be monitored, the destination where the user goes can be known, and then the pushing message corresponding to the target service matched with the destination is pushed to the target user, so that the user can know the activity information of the related service without consulting, and the efficiency of handling the service by the target user is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another message pushing method according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a method for pushing a message provided in an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s201: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a current running track of a target vehicle, and determining a destination to which the target vehicle goes based on the current running track.
S202: and determining a target interest site corresponding to the destination according to the first position coordinates.
In the specific implementation, after a destination to which a target vehicle goes is determined, a first position coordinate, namely a longitude and latitude coordinate, corresponding to the destination is obtained, and according to the first position coordinate of the destination, which points of interest, such as gas stations, charging stations, vehicle maintenance shops, financial institutions and the like, are determined within a range near the first position coordinate.
Here, the interested place is a place corresponding to each business service supported by the service platform, each business service is matched with at least one interested place, and specifically, each interested place may be labeled in the navigation map. In a geographic Information system, a Point of interest (POI) may be a house, a shop, a mailbox, a bus station, etc.
Further, since the second position coordinate (longitude and latitude coordinate) of each location of interest is an accurate decimal position, which can be understood as an infinitely accurate point on a map, and the first position coordinate of the destination of the target user is compared with the second position coordinate, and the possibility of complete matching is very low, it is necessary to extend the specific second position coordinate to a geographical range, and when the target user drives into the range of any one location of interest, the location of interest is determined as the target location of interest corresponding to the destination, where the target location of interest corresponding to the destination is determined in the following two ways:
the first method is as follows: acquiring second position coordinates of a plurality of interest places corresponding to each business service supported by the service platform; and selecting an interest point, of which the distance between the corresponding second position coordinate and the first position coordinate is smaller than or equal to a preset distance, from the plurality of interest points, and determining the interest point as the target interest point corresponding to the destination.
In a specific implementation, after a plurality of interest points corresponding to each business service supported by the service platform are obtained, the second position coordinate of each interest point is obtained according to the point identification of the interest point, and the interest point of which the distance between the corresponding second position coordinate and the first position coordinate is smaller than or equal to a preset distance is determined as a target interest point corresponding to a destination from the plurality of interest points. Here, the preset distance may be set according to actual needs.
The second method comprises the following steps: carrying out longitude and latitude coding on second position coordinates of a plurality of interest places corresponding to each business service supported by the service platform; and selecting an interest place with the same longitude and latitude code as the longitude and latitude code of the first position coordinate from the interest places, and determining the interest place as the target interest place corresponding to the destination.
In the specific implementation, after a plurality of interest points corresponding to each business service supported by the service platform are determined, according to the point identification of the interest points, the second position coordinate of each interest point is obtained, longitude and latitude coding is performed on the second position coordinate of each interest point, longitude and latitude coding is also performed on the first position coordinate of the destination, and the interest points with the same corresponding longitude and latitude coding as the longitude and latitude coding of the first position coordinate from the plurality of interest points are determined as the target interest points corresponding to the destination.
Here, the basic principle of the longitude and latitude coding (geohash) is to understand the earth as a two-dimensional plane, and to recursively decompose the plane into smaller sub-blocks, each of which has the same code within a certain longitude and latitude range. Different geohash accuracies can be set according to scene requirements, the more the accuracy digit is, the smaller the geographic range is, for example, 8-bit coding of the geohash is performed on the longitude and latitude of the charging station POI, namely, the coding in the rectangular geographic range of 19m × 19m around the longitude and latitude of the charging station is the same.
S203: and determining the target service matched with the destination according to the place name of the target interest place.
In a specific implementation, a corresponding target service may be matched for a destination according to a location name of a target location of interest, where the target location of interest is a gas station, a charging station, a vehicle maintenance shop, a financial institution such as a bank, a restaurant, or the like, and the target service corresponding to the target location of interest is a gas service, a charging service, a maintenance service, a loan service, a financial service, or a designated driving service, for example, if the target location of interest is a charging station, the target service matched with the destination is a charging service.
S204: and determining a service recommendation strategy corresponding to the target service according to the vehicle information of the target vehicle, the historical behavior data of the target user driving the target vehicle and the target service.
S205: and pushing a push message corresponding to the service recommendation strategy to the client of the target user.
Here, the descriptions of steps S201, S204, S205 refer to the descriptions of steps S101, S103, S104, and the same technical effect can be achieved, and no explanation is provided for this.
