Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a technical scheme of an industrial comprehensive supervision system. The technical scheme comprises the following steps: the data management subsystem is used for realizing the collection and sharing of industrial data; the service function subsystem is used for providing an industry service function; and the supervision function subsystem is used for realizing an industry supervision function. The industry information stored in the data management subsystem is all from each business system in the industry, and the industry information is shared by each business system, so that the information of each business system is consistent, and the information is correlated. Through the technical scheme, the input operation of an industry unit during transaction can be effectively simplified, the industry service efficiency is improved, the industry data logic is clear, complete and reliable, and powerful support is provided for industry supervision.

Technical Field

Background
The general electronic government affair system is only used for item approval and inquiry, has simple structure and is less related to interaction among systems. In recent years, the innovation of 'putting in charge of service' is deepened continuously, the gravity center of government affairs work is gradually shifted to post-affairs supervision and service, the requirement on a government affairs information system is continuously improved, and a simple approval and inquiry system cannot meet the requirement of industry supervision. Along with the construction of an internet and government affair service system, information interaction between the systems is tighter and tighter, and by applying an information sharing concept and technology, the efficiency and level of industry supervision and service can be effectively improved. In order to better meet the requirements of industry supervision work on the information system, the technical design of the information system needs to be carried out aiming at the industry supervision work.

And the theme analysis function is used for inquiring theme related data from the industry information database, obtaining result data through calculation and analysis and displaying the result data according to a mode selected by a user. Optionally, the user selectable theme is controlled by user permission settings.
And the abnormity analysis function is used for inquiring the related data of the target object from the industry information database, carrying out analysis and judgment according to a preset series of rules and displaying the abnormal information.
The supervision work module realizes the functions of distribution, recording, inquiry, management, disclosure, complaint and the like of supervision work.
The solution is that the information of each business system in the industry is sorted and stored by the data management subsystem and then provided to each relevant system and subsystem for use, thereby avoiding repeated entry of information and establishing a connection among the business systems, so that the service efficiency and the service level are improved; by centralized management and analysis of industry data, a powerful support is provided for industry supervision.

As shown in fig. 1, the embodiment of the present disclosure is composed of a data management subsystem, a service function subsystem and a supervision function subsystem, wherein the data management subsystem and the service function subsystem are associated with each business system in the industry.
The data management subsystem includes: the industry information database is used for storing industry data; the data collection interfaces receive relevant data of each business system in the industry, and store the relevant data in the industry information database after the relevant data is sorted; the data sharing interfaces face other subsystems and various business systems in the industry to share data in the industry information database; and the data sharing management module is used for managing and controlling data sharing.
The service function subsystem includes: the transaction module is used for butting each business system in the industry and providing transaction service in the industry; the information publishing module is used for realizing information publishing and management of an industry administration department facing the social public; and the information feedback module is used for realizing the communication and interaction between the industry administrative department and the social public.
The supervisory function subsystem includes: the information query module is used for querying and displaying information which meets the screening condition set by the user in the industry information database; the data analysis module is used for analyzing the related data of the industry information database and displaying an analysis result; and the supervision work module is used for realizing related functions of supervision work.
Each business system in the industry of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes: the industry qualification management system is used for managing industry qualification, and an industry unit fills and maintains the relevant information of the unit in the system; the project filing system is used for filing before the engineering project is implemented, and the industry unit fills basic information of the project in the project filing system; the result exchange system is used for exchanging the project results for recycling, and the industry units fill the relevant information of the project results in the system; the result quality inspection system is used for supervising and checking the results by a competent department so as to ensure the quality of the results; the achievement use application system is used for recycling the industry achievements, and an industry unit inquires the available achievements and submits trial applications in the system; the credit information management system is used for managing the industry credit information, and the industry administrative department inputs the credit information of an industry unit in the system.
As shown in fig. 2, the industry information database stores a series of industry information tables, each of which includes a field indicating a time for marking an update time of each record. The project information table is derived from a project filing system and records information of names, types, sources, scales, positions, construction units, responsible persons, participants, states, starting time, finishing conditions, acceptance agencies and the like of engineering projects in the industry.
The result information table is derived from a result converging system and records information of names, types, standards, grades, custody units, contact ways, current results and the like of research, development and production processing results in the industry.
The credit information table is derived from a credit information management system and records information such as industry units, information types, levels, contents, generation time, information sources and the like related to the credit information.
The employment information table is derived from an industry qualification management system and records information of employees, past employment units, time of employment, time of departure, duties and the like.
The project personnel table is derived from a project filing system and records information of projects, participants, roles played, participation time and the like.
The result use table is derived from the result use application system and records information such as the use time, the use units, the use condition and the like of each result.
The office information table is derived from each business system and records the name, type, related units, staff, starting time, finishing time, transaction results and other information of transaction of each item in the industry.
The data flow of the embodiment of the present disclosure is as shown in fig. 3, service information of each service system in the industry is collated into industry information through the data collection interface and stored in the industry information database, the industry information in the industry information database is processed through the sharing management module and provided to the service function subsystem and each service system in the industry through the sharing interface for use, and the supervision function subsystem extracts data from the industry information database for analysis.
The item transaction module of the service subsystem integrates the entries of all the service systems, realizes unified login, and enables a user to enter all the service systems to transact items after logging in the system without logging in again. The item transaction module realizes information inquiry and display in the item transaction process, and a user can check the progress condition of item transaction without entering a service system.
Information interaction in the business handling process of the embodiment of the disclosure is shown in fig. 4, an industry unit inputs information of the unit and personnel when handling the industry qualification, and the information is automatically pushed to the data management subsystem; when an industry unit carries out project filing, the system automatically calls unit and personnel information from the data management subsystem, the industry unit does not need to repeatedly input, only needs to input project information, and the information is automatically pushed to the data management subsystem; when an industry unit submits results, the system automatically calls project information from the data management subsystem, the industry unit does not need to repeatedly input, only needs to input the result information, and the information is automatically pushed to the data management subsystem; when an industry unit applies for using the achievements, the system automatically calls achievement information from the data management subsystem for the industry unit to check and select, manual input in advance is not needed, the industry unit performs achievement use related registration, and the information is automatically pushed to the data management subsystem; when the management mechanism carries out result quality inspection, the system automatically calls project information and result information from the data management subsystem without requiring repeated filling of industry units, and after the inspection is finished, the management mechanism inputs quality inspection information which is automatically pushed to the data management subsystem; when the management organization manages the credit information, the recorded unit credit information is automatically pushed to the data management subsystem.
And the supervision subsystem carries out industry supervision work by utilizing the data in the industry information database. The data in the industry information database originates from each service system and is mutually linked among the service systems, so that the service logic is clear, the data is complete and reliable, the whole process of the change of the data is saved, and a powerful basis for industry supervision is formed. By utilizing the time fields in each table, the change processes of a certain industry unit, a certain practitioner, a certain engineering project, a certain achievement and the like can be inquired, and the state at a certain moment can be checked; the data which are mutually associated are organized and analyzed according to the time change, so that the change trend of the data can be predicted, and a basis is provided for industry management decision; by comparing and analyzing the same-class data, possible abnormal conditions in the data can be found out, and the important supervision of industry managers is reminded.
