Detailed Description
As background art, the existing collection schemes of personalized information of users in the prior art are inefficient.
In addition, when collecting the personalized information of the user, the collection of the full amount of information is taken as the main part, which is not in accordance with the collected data minimization principle required by law, and the safety of the user information may not be ensured; the invention aims to minimize the collection of user information and ensure the safety of the user information as much as possible.
To solve the problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for acquiring operation information of an Application program (APP for short) on a terminal, where the method includes: if an instruction for starting acquisition is received, identifying a current active program; acquiring a preset scene, wherein the preset scene is used for identifying the current state of the terminal; and when the current active program is matched with the preset scene, acquiring the operation information of the current active program.
Through the scheme, the personalized information of the user can be efficiently collected.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for acquiring operation information of an application program on a terminal, where the terminal may be an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone and a computer, and the method includes:
step S101, if receiving an instruction for starting acquisition, identifying a current active program;
the acquisition start instruction is used for starting a process of acquiring the application program operation information on the terminal, and the instruction may be input by a user on the terminal or generated by triggering a preset trigger condition, for example, when an application program (for short, an executing application program) executing the method for acquiring the application program operation information on the terminal is started, the acquisition start instruction is triggered and generated.
The operation information may be interaction information generated by a user operating a current active program, and may further include operation information generated by interaction of the current active program and a network.
An active program on the current terminal is identified. An active program refers to an application program running on a current terminal, and a plurality of application programs can be simultaneously run on the terminal, so that the active program can refer to one or more application programs. The currently active programs may also include applications that run in the background, among other things.
In step S102, a preset scene is obtained, where the preset scene is used to identify a current state of the terminal;
the scene is set based on the program running condition on the terminal, the system interface calling condition of the terminal or external factors (such as region, temperature, altitude and the like) acquired by the terminal. The preset scene is one or more scenes set based on the operation information acquisition requirement.
Optionally, the preset scene is set according to one or more factors of whether an input interface (such as a keyboard and other interfaces) is called, whether a camera is called, a program running on the terminal, and current position information of the terminal.
Further, the preset scene may be that an input interface of the terminal is called, or the input interface of the terminal is not called, a camera of the terminal is called, or the camera of the terminal is not called, a preset program that requires to acquire operation information is called, and the current position information of the terminal meets a preset condition, or the current position information of the terminal does not meet the preset condition.
The preset program requiring operation information acquisition is stored in the terminal through an information table, where the information table includes information (e.g., a program name or an Identity (ID)) of an application program requiring operation information acquisition, and the terminal determines whether operation information acquisition of a certain program is required by looking up the information table.
The preset condition may be that the current position of the terminal is an out-of-office place or a resident place, and whether the out-of-office place or the resident place is obtained through user investigation or a position change rule of the terminal within a period of time.
Step S103, when the current active program is matched with the preset scene, acquiring the operation information of the current active program.
If the current active program matches with the preset scene, it is detected whether the current active program and the preset scene satisfy a set relationship, and for the preset scene, the matching of the current active program and the preset scene may refer to: and if the current active program is executed, calling an input interface of the terminal, if the current active program is executed, calling a camera of the terminal, and if the current active program is a preset program needing to acquire operation information.
Detecting whether the obtained current active program is matched with a preset scene; if the current active process is matched with the active process, the operation information acquisition condition is met, and the operation information generated in the current active process is acquired; if not, the operation information acquisition condition is not met, the operation information acquisition method can be directly ended, an error prompt can also be generated, and the error prompt is displayed on a display page of the terminal so as to inform an operation user of the terminal.
By the method for acquiring the operation information of the application program on the terminal shown in fig. 1, the operation information of the application program on the terminal by the user can be acquired so as to collect the operation condition of the user on the operation terminal for part or all of the application programs, thereby realizing the purpose of efficiently collecting the personalized information of the user.
In a specific embodiment, the step of determining that the current active program matches the preset scenario in the step S103 of fig. 1 may include: and acquiring a preset program list, and judging whether the current active program is contained in the preset program list, wherein if yes, the current active program is matched with the preset scene.
The preset program list is used for determining the application programs needing to acquire the program information, and the list can comprise program IDs, program names or keywords and the like.
The terminal can acquire the preset program list, only perform operation information acquisition operations such as screen recording and screen capturing on the application programs contained in the preset program list, and not acquire the operation information of the application programs outside the preset program list. When the terminal switches to an application program outside the preset program list, the operation of acquiring the operation information of the application program will be affected.
In this embodiment, the application program that needs to be acquired is specified and determined by the preset program list, and if the acquired program information needs to be adjusted, only the preset program list needs to be updated.
In one embodiment, the preset scenario is multiple, and the matching of the current active program and the preset scenario includes: the current active program is matched with the plurality of preset scenes.
That is, for the preset scenes listed in the previous embodiment, the collection of the operation information may be limited in a manner of combining multiple scenes, and the operation information of the current active program may be acquired only when multiple preset scenes are satisfied simultaneously.
In a specific embodiment, the preset scenarios are two: and the preset program needing to acquire the operation information and the current active program are executed without calling an input interface or a camera of the terminal. When the terminal detects that the current active program is a preset program requiring operation information acquisition and the current terminal does not call an input interface or a camera, the terminal can acquire the operation information of the current active program. If the condition is not met, the operation information is not acquired.
Further, in the actual operation of the terminal, the current state of the terminal is changed in real time, so that after the operation information is obtained, whether the current active program is matched with the preset scene or not can be detected in real time, and when the mismatch is found, the obtaining is finished or the obtaining is suspended. Continuing with the embodiment, when operation information of a certain program is acquired, if it is detected that a camera or an input interface of the terminal is called, it is determined that the current active program is not matched with the preset scene, and acquisition may be suspended or ended.
Still further, a preset scene that the current position of the terminal is a non-office place or a resident place can be combined. Before the operation information is obtained, the current position of the terminal is detected, and if the position meets the preset condition, the operation information can be obtained continuously.
It should be noted that the combination manner of the multiple preset scenes may be various combinations of the multiple preset scenes listed in fig. 1, or may also be a combination of the preset scenes, and the specific combination manner may refer to the above example or be different from the above example, and is not described herein again.
In one embodiment, the manner of operation information acquisition includes screen recording and/or screen capturing.
Optionally, the screen recording and/or the screen capturing may be continuous, that is, as long as it is determined that the current active program matches the preset scene, the screen recording and/or the screen capturing may be continuously performed on the current active program.
In addition, the screen recording and/or the screen capturing can be selective, and the targeted operation information acquisition can be performed on the current active program according to the interface characteristics of the application program, the user operation behavior, the firmware called by the application program, the operation time and the positioning of the application program and other information. Specifically, if the current active program is matched with the preset scene, the running interface of the active program is monitored, if preset interesting information (for example, character identification information such as a specific brand name and the like, graphic image identification information such as a specific article type and the like) appears in the running interface, screen recording and/or screen capturing operation is triggered, and otherwise, screen recording and/or screen capturing is not carried out. Therefore, the size of the file obtained by screen recording and/or screen capturing operation can be effectively controlled.
It should be noted that the operation information of the currently active program may be any scheme that can obtain operation information, including but not limited to the screen recording and screen capturing (also referred to as screen capturing) described above.
In an embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 1, when the program information obtaining mode is screen recording, the step S103 obtains operation information of the current active program, which includes:
s201, screen recording is carried out on the current active program, and recorded data are obtained operation information;
the screen recording is also called a recording screen, that is, the content on the screen of the terminal such as a mobile phone or a computer and the like and the user operation are recorded.
Optionally, a screen recording module carried by the terminal can be called to record a screen of the current active program.
Optionally, a screen recording function may be integrated in an application program implementing the method for acquiring the operation information of the application program on the terminal, so as to perform screen recording on a current active program on the terminal.
Step S202, continuously detecting whether the current active program is matched with the preset scene;
when the terminal is operated, the switching of the active program or the calling of the interface and the switching of the place often occur, so that whether the current active program needs to be recorded on the screen or not is continuously detected all the time after the recording is started, and the screen of the application program needing to be recorded is ensured to be recorded all the time.
Step S203, when the current active program is detected not to be matched with the preset scene, suspending screen recording; further, step S202 may be continuously performed to continuously detect whether the current active program matches the preset scenario;
when it is detected again that the current active program matches the preset scene, step S204 is executed to resume screen recording (the dashed line part in fig. 2 represents the process of suspending screen recording and resuming).
It should be noted that, it is detected whether the current active program is continuously matched with the preset scene during the period from the start to the end of screen recording, so as to continuously monitor the screen recording process and ensure that the content obtained by screen recording always meets the recording requirement.
Optionally, if the recording is not resumed after the time for pausing the recording exceeds the preset time, the operation information obtaining method may be ended.
Optionally, the user may also input an instruction to suspend recording, and the device terminal suspends screen recording after receiving the instruction.
Optionally, program switching occurs during the recording process, and operation information obtained by recording screens of different application programs can be separately stored according to the identifiers of the application programs.
In the embodiment, the program information of the current active program of the terminal is acquired in a screen recording mode, and through continuous detection, the screen recording of the application program to be recorded is ensured all the time, the specified operation information is acquired, the acquisition of unnecessary information is avoided, and the information safety of a user is protected.
In an embodiment, please continue to refer to fig. 2, after the screen recording the current active program in step S201, the method may further include: the recorded data is saved.
In an embodiment, with continuing reference to fig. 2, after resuming screen recording in step S204, the method may further include:
step S205, judging whether the current active program is the same as the active program before recording is suspended;
if the data recorded after the screen recording is resumed is the same as the data recorded before the recording is suspended, step S206 is executed to merge and store the data recorded after the screen recording is resumed and the data recorded before the recording is suspended.
If not, step S207 is executed to separately store the data recorded after resuming the screen recording and the data recorded before suspending the recording.
That is, the screen recording contents of the same program are continuously stored before and after the pause, and the screen recording contents of different programs are separately stored.
Alternatively, the time point of the screen recording may be recorded at each screen recording.
Optionally, if the current screen recording is in a suspended state, the application program executing the application program operation information obtaining method on the terminal directly releases the permission of the screen recording, and waits for other operations of the user; and after the recording is resumed, the screen recording authority is called.
By the embodiment, during screen recording, if the current operation information is detected not to meet the acquisition condition, recording is suspended; if the recording condition is detected to be met after the pause and the operation information acquisition method is not finished, the recording can be resumed. The screen recording contents of the same program are merged and stored, the screen recording contents of different programs are separately stored, recording can be flexibly suspended/resumed according to the running condition of the application program on the terminal, and cross-program screen recording is realized.
In one embodiment, with continued reference to fig. 1, the identifying a current active program in step S102 includes: calling an active program list, wherein the active program list comprises identifications of a plurality of active programs and active time; and taking the program with the latest final active time as the currently active program.
The active program list, which may also be referred to as an active APP list, is used to determine the application programs currently running on the terminal, including the application programs running in the background. The current active program list on the terminal can be called out, and the program with the latest active time is the application program which is operated currently, namely the current active program.
If the corresponding right to call the active program list is not obtained in advance, the user may be asked whether the right to call the active program list is granted. If the user authorizes the authority, the active program list can be normally called; if the user refuses authorization, the permission granting request is closed, and the application program operation information acquisition process on the terminal is finished.
Optionally, for the called active program list, the final active times of all the application programs in the list may be sorted (for example, sorted in a reverse order, that is, sorted earlier the later time), and the program with the latest final active time is obtained as the currently active program.
The active program list generally includes status identifiers of the programs, for example, identifiers of whether to call screen display or not, and accordingly, whether the program meets the requirements of screen recording or screen capturing can be determined. The current active program meeting the requirement can also be obtained according to other information in the active program list.
By the scheme of the embodiment, the current active program can be directly acquired according to the information in the active program list on the terminal without additional detection.
In an embodiment, with continuing reference to fig. 1, after acquiring the operation information of the current active program in step S103, the method further includes: and detecting the acquired operation information, and deleting the irrelevant information if the acquired operation information is detected to contain the irrelevant information which does not meet the preset condition.
The preset condition is used for filtering the acquired operation information to ensure that the stored operation information is all required information. The preset condition may be determined based on the content of the operation information (e.g., a keyword in a text, a shape in an image, such as a trademark, etc.), or may be determined based on factors such as the length of time for acquisition, for example, when the operation information of the application program is acquired in a screen-recording manner, screen-recording data acquired in a screen-recording time of less than 3 seconds is taken as irrelevant information, and the terminal may delete the irrelevant information.
Optionally, the content identification of the text in the operation information may be implemented based on a Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology; the image recognition can be realized based on a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model.
By the scheme of the embodiment, the acquired operation information can be re-detected to filter the irrelevant information, save the memory of the terminal and acquire the calculated amount when the operation information is analyzed.
In one embodiment, the operation information obtaining method further includes: and combining the operation information acquired for many times according to a preset rule.
The preset rule may be set based on subsequent processing of the operation information.
The preset rules may include: classifying the application programs, such as shopping (such as Taobao, Jingdong and the like), video (such as Tencent video, beep Li and the like) and social (such as QQ, WeChat, microblog and the like), and merging the operation information acquired by the application programs of the same type. The preset rule may also be to merge operation information whose acquisition time interval does not exceed a certain time.
Therefore, the file amount during storage can be reduced, the operation information is subjected to pre-operation such as classification, combination and time dimension analysis at the terminal, and the subsequent processing flow is simplified.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 1 again, if an instruction to start fetching is received in step S101, identifying a current active program may further include the steps in fig. 3:
step S1011, receiving an instruction to start acquisition;
step S1012, requesting to acquire the authority of the operation information, and if the authority is successfully requested, executing step S1013 to identify the current active program.
Optionally, after the step S1012 requests to acquire the authority of the operation information, the method may further include: if the request permission fails, step S1014 is executed to end the acquisition of the operation information.
Specifically, when receiving an instruction to start acquisition, the terminal requests the terminal for permission to acquire the operation information. Specifically, an operation frame requesting the authority may be generated on a display device (e.g., a display screen) of the terminal, and a user operating the terminal may select whether to grant the authority to acquire the operation information. When the right is requested, the operation information of all the application programs may be requested to be acquired, or the operation information of a part of the application programs (for example, a preset part) may be requested to be acquired. The result of requesting the permission may be that the user is authorized completely, that is, each application program requesting to acquire the operation information is permitted; alternatively, the user partial authorization may be, that is, only a part of the application programs requesting the obtaining operation is permitted by the user, and other application programs are rejected. Operation information of the licensed application may be acquired and operation information of the rejected application may not be acquired. If the permission request fails, the operation information acquisition method cannot be continuously executed, and the acquisition of the operation information is finished.
Further, when the terminal runs the operation information acquisition method for the first time, the right to acquire the operation information may be requested from the terminal. Or requesting the authority for acquiring the operation information from the terminal when the terminal operates the operation information acquisition method every time.
