Referring to fig. 5 and 6, when the foam box 101 is connected to the foam holder 102, the water outlet channel 303 may be inserted into the water drainage groove 413, and the first valve core 409 may contact with the second valve core 414, so that the first valve 408 and the second valve core 412 are opened synchronously, the water outlet 601 is communicated with the water drainage port 402, at this time, the water in the foam box 101 may flow to the position of the water drainage valve 417, and the water drainage valve 417 may be opened for drainage after the water is completely drained.
Referring to fig. 5, in some embodiments, the liquid storage tank 103 includes a tank housing and a baffle 405, the tank housing is provided with an inlet 407, the baffle 405 is used for opening or closing the inlet 407, the baffle 405 is movably connected to the tank housing, and a reset mechanism 406 is disposed between the baffle 405 and the tank housing. The return mechanism 406 may be a resilient member such as a spring.
The drain valve 417 is connected to a second conduit 418, and the second conduit 418 enters the tank shell from the liquid inlet 407 for draining. In the installation process, when the liquid storage tank 103 is installed in the drawer cavity 201, the surrounding rib 503 pushes the baffle 405 open, so that the baffle 405 retracts, the liquid inlet 407 is opened, and the wastewater flowing out of the second pipeline 418 can flow into the liquid storage tank 103 through the liquid inlet 407.
In the process of taking out the liquid storage tank 103, the second pipeline 418 leaves the liquid inlet 407, the baffle 405 slides under the pushing of the reset mechanism 406 to cover the liquid inlet 407 again, so that the liquid inlet 407 is closed, and the waste water is prevented from splashing out of the liquid inlet 407 in the process of taking out the liquid storage tank 103.
In some embodiments, signal detection devices, such as a commonly used "magnet-reed switch" or a contact travel switch, are disposed between the foam box 101 and the foam holder 102, and between the foam holder 102 and the liquid storage tank 103, and when the foam box 101 or the liquid storage tank 103 is absent, the signal detection devices can detect relevant signals, and then can give out a prompt to prevent the foam device from working under the condition that the foam box is not fully installed.
In some embodiments, the foam generating apparatus further comprises a controller (not shown), which is connected to the drain valve 417 and the signal detection device, for automatically controlling the foam generating process, wherein the controller allows the start button of the foam generation to be activated only when the signal detection device detects that the foam generating tank 101 and the liquid storage tank 103 are both placed on the foam generating holder 102; for another example, when the preset foam time is reached, the controller sends a drainage signal to drain the drainage valve 417, and the foam is terminated in time.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the foam holder 102 is provided with a control panel 104, and the control panel 104 is provided with a DIY key and a food material type selection key, so that functions such as DIY and timing selection can be realized, a user can operate the foam holder conveniently, and automatic foam control is realized. The food material type selection key provides the functions of food materials commonly used by the user, for example, food material options such as bird's nest, peach gum, agaric, mushroom, dried bean and the like are displayed on the control panel 104. When the food material type selection key is pressed once, the food material options jump once corresponding to the lamp until the needed options are selected, and the food material can be foamed by pressing a start key. The function is selected to "DIY", is to get into DIY function expansion district promptly, and the user can adjust the bubble according to own experience and hobby and send out the time, through extension or shorten the bubble and send out the cycle, adjusts to eat material taste, to the main functional area other food material that does not have, also can be through the DIY function, by the user input bubble time by oneself, starts the bubble and sends out the procedure, satisfies the expansion needs that other food materials water send out the demand, and the operation process is: pressing the function key once, jumping once corresponding to the lamp of the food material option until jumping to the DIY function once, entering the DIY function at the moment, then pressing DIY plus and DIY to input the bubble foaming time required by the user, completing the input, and pressing the start key to start the bubble foaming device to enter the working state.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the foam holder 102 is provided with a limiting protrusion 204, the limiting protrusion 204 is located at the bottom of the drawer cavity 201, and referring to fig. 8, the bottom of the liquid storage tank 103 is provided with a recess 501 for accommodating the limiting protrusion 204. The depth of concave part 501 can completely accommodate the height of limiting protrusion 204, and under the action of gravity and friction force of liquid storage tank 103, concave part 501 and limiting protrusion 204 form a locking structure, so that the liquid storage tank 103 is prevented from being stressed and displaced, such as door-closing inertia, and the relative locking of the position of the liquid storage tank 103 is ensured, therefore, discharged wastewater can be accurately received by the liquid storage tank 103, and the system reliability is structurally ensured.
Referring to FIG. 2, in some embodiments, the stop tab 204 is located on a side of the foam holder 102 away from the mounting opening 202. Spacing arch 204 is located the rear side edge of liquid reserve tank 103 installation direction promptly, and like this at the installation in the parallel push-in drawer chamber 201 of liquid reserve tank 103, most stroke of liquid reserve tank 103 is not with the contact of spacing arch 204, and the process that parallel was pushed is smooth relatively, at the last small segment distance of installation, just need overcome spacing arch 204's resistance, improves maneuverability and work efficiency.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, in some embodiments, the height h1 of the stop tab 204 satisfies: h1 is more than or equal to 1mm and less than or equal to 3 mm. Height h1 of spacing arch 204 is higher than 3mm, increases the installation degree of difficulty, is unfavorable for the installation, and height h1 of spacing arch 204 is less than 1mm then can not guarantee the locking force.
In some embodiments, the gap between the top surface of the reservoir 103 and the foam holder 102 is h2, the height of the position-limiting protrusion 204 is h1, and the height of the position-limiting protrusion 204 is superposed on the height of the reservoir 103 just before the position-limiting protrusion 204 and the recess 501 are engaged and the recess 501 is not in place, which may affect normal installation if the gap between the top surface of the reservoir 103 and the foam holder 102 and the height of the position-limiting protrusion 204 are not properly designed. In order to meet the installation requirements, the designs h2 and h1 in the embodiment satisfy the relationship: h2-h1 is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 3 mm.
Referring to FIG. 2, in some embodiments, the side of the foam holder 102 remote from the mounting opening 202 is provided with a stop rib 205 that defines the travel of the reservoir 103. The stop rib 205 is located at the rear side edge of the installation direction of the liquid storage tank 103, and the stop rib 205 is a stop position at the moving tail end of the liquid storage tank 103, so that the accurate stop of the foaming tank 101 is ensured.
In some embodiments, the height a of the barrier rib 205 satisfies: a is larger than or equal to 2mm, the liquid storage tank 103 is prevented from crossing the blocking rib 205, and the limiting reliability is ensured.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, in some embodiments, the bottom of the reservoir 103 is provided with a catch position 404. The handle position 404 facilitates the user to find the acting point at the bottom of the liquid storage tank 103 to take out the liquid storage tank 103, thereby improving the convenience of operation.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8, in some embodiments, the bottom of the foam holder 102 is provided with an escape notch 502 corresponding to the clasp site 404. The refrigeration equipment of the second aspect embodiment of the invention comprises an inner container (not shown in the figure) and the foam device of the first aspect embodiment, wherein the foam device is arranged in the inner container. By utilizing the refrigeration environment of refrigeration equipment and combining with the foaming device, the food materials are automatically drained and drained after foaming, and enter a fresh-keeping state for later use.

Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the foam holder 102 is provided with a hanging lug 105, and the hanging lug 105 is used for hanging on a bottle frame (not shown) of the door body 802, so as to facilitate quick mounting and dismounting of the foam holder 102.

Claims (10)

1. A foam device, comprising:
the device comprises a foam bracket, wherein the top of the foam bracket is provided with an installation part, the bottom of the foam bracket is provided with a drawer cavity and an installation opening, and the installation opening is positioned on one side of the drawer cavity;
a foaming box arranged on the mounting part;
the liquid storage tank is arranged in the drawer cavity and can enter the drawer cavity from the mounting opening;
and the water drainage assembly is arranged between the foaming tank and the liquid storage tank and is used for draining water in the foaming tank into the liquid storage tank.
2. The foam generator of claim 1, wherein the mounting portion includes a ledge disposed on a peripheral side of the foam chamber, the ledge being configured to limit the foam chamber.
3. The foam device according to claim 1, wherein a water outlet is provided at the top of the foam holder, the foam box is provided with a water outlet channel corresponding to the water outlet, and a second sealing ring matched with the water outlet channel is provided at the water outlet.
4. The foam generator of claim 3 wherein the outlet channel is centrally located in the bottom of the foam chamber.
5. The foam device as claimed in claim 3, wherein a boss is provided on the top of the foam holder, the water outlet is located in the boss, and the foam box is provided with an annular limiting rib surrounding the boss.
6. The foam device according to claim 1, wherein the foam holder is provided with a limiting protrusion located at the bottom of the drawer cavity, and the bottom of the liquid storage tank is provided with a concave portion for accommodating the limiting protrusion.
7. The foam generating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a grip position is provided at the bottom of said reservoir.
8. The foam generating apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the bottom of the foam holder is provided with an escape notch corresponding to the clasping position.
9. The foam generator according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a control panel, wherein the control panel is provided with at least one of a DIY button and a food material type selection button.
10. Refrigeration apparatus, characterized in that it comprises:
the door body is rotationally connected with the box body;
the refrigeration equipment further comprises the foam device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the foam device is arranged on the door body or in the box body.
