The method, the system, the equipment and the storage medium for centralized control of the terminal content can be applied to the field of intelligent terminals, the intelligent terminals are centralized controlled, and the terminal work information is uploaded regularly through the intelligent terminals, so that the problem that the intelligent terminals cannot be centralized controlled in the prior art is solved, and the intelligent terminals are monitored.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for centralized control of terminal content according to an embodiment of the present invention, please refer to fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
step S102, a plurality of private keys are generated by a management background, wherein each private key corresponds to an intelligent terminal type;
step S104, a plurality of content lists are configured by the management background, wherein each content list corresponds to a private key, and the content list comprises content classification, content classification layer progression and specific content;
step S106, the intelligent terminal generates content request information, wherein the content request information comprises a private key;
step S108, when the cloud server receives the content request information and the private key verification is successful, the cloud server pushes a content list corresponding to the content request information to the intelligent terminal.
The private key is a unique encryption password and is used for distinguishing different intelligent terminal types and checking content request information of the intelligent terminal to the cloud server, and the cloud server pushes a content list corresponding to the content request information to the intelligent terminal under the condition that the checking is successful.
In some embodiments, where the smart terminal type is several, a private key may correspond to any smart terminal type. Specifically, in the case that the intelligent terminal is divided into a wish large screen, an intelligent large screen, a photographing large screen and a content large screen according to different contents displayed by the intelligent terminal, a private key can correspond to at most one intelligent terminal type of the wish large screen, the intelligent large screen, the photographing large screen and the content large screen.
In some embodiments, in the case that a content list corresponds to a private key, the private key may be made to select a smart terminal type to correspond to according to the content list, so that the content list can be presented on a suitable smart terminal. For example, in the case that the content list is of a wish type and corresponds to a private key, the private key may be made to correspond to a wish large screen in the smart terminal type according to the content list, so that the wish type content list is displayed on the wish large screen.
In some embodiments, in the case that a private key corresponds to a smart terminal type, a content list may be selected to correspond to the smart terminal type, so that the smart terminal may display the appropriate content list. For example, in the case that a private key corresponds to a wish large screen in the smart terminal type, the private key may be made to correspond to a wish type content list according to the wish large screen, so that the wish large screen displays the wish type content list.
Where the content list includes content classifications, content classification level numbers, and specific content, the content classifications may include news, politics, sports, etc., and the content classification level numbers may be secondary, tertiary, etc. For example, in the case where the content is classified as news, the content classification hierarchy may be divided into three levels, the first level may be news, the second level may be financial news and sports news, and the third level may be specific content of financial news and specific content of sports news.
Under the condition that a private key corresponds to an intelligent terminal type, the intelligent terminal included in each intelligent terminal type can inquire the private key corresponding to the intelligent terminal type, content request information can be generated according to the private key, and the content request information is sent to the cloud server, wherein the content request information comprises the private key, and under the condition that the cloud server receives the content request information, the cloud server pushes a content list corresponding to the private key to the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal can display the corresponding content list.
For example, in the case that the wish large screen in the intelligent terminal type corresponds to the first private key and the wish large screen includes the first wish large screen, the first wish large screen can query that the first wish large screen corresponds to the first private key, generate content request information according to the first private key, and send the content request information to the cloud server, and the cloud server pushes a content list corresponding to the first private key for the first wish large screen.
Under the condition that the cloud server receives the content request information, the private key needs to be checked, and if the cloud server checks the content request information successfully, the cloud server pushes a content list corresponding to the private key to the intelligent terminal. For example, when the private key corresponding to the intelligent terminal is the first private key, the intelligent terminal generates and sends content request information, and the content request information includes the first private key, at this time, the cloud server verifies the first private key, and if verification is successful, the cloud server pushes a content list corresponding to the first private key to the intelligent terminal.
In some embodiments, in the case that the cloud server receives the content request information, if verification is unsuccessful, the cloud server does not push the content list to the intelligent terminal, and may send out abnormal information according to a preset rule. For example, when a private key corresponding to an intelligent terminal is a first private key, the intelligent terminal generates and sends content request information, and the content request information includes the first private key, at this time, the cloud server checks the first private key, if the verification is unsuccessful, the cloud server does not push a content list corresponding to the first private key to the intelligent terminal, and sends abnormal information according to a preset rule.
In some embodiments, the cloud server may receive a plurality of content request information sent by a plurality of intelligent terminals at the same time, and push content lists corresponding to private keys included in the content request information to the plurality of intelligent terminals according to the plurality of content request information, so as to push the content lists to the plurality of intelligent terminals at the same time. For example, in the case where three intelligent terminals send content request information to the cloud server, if the intelligent terminals are the first intelligent terminal, the second intelligent terminal, and the third intelligent terminal, respectively, the content request information is the first content request information, the second content request information, and the third content request information, at this time, the cloud server may push the first content list corresponding to the first private key included in the first content request information to the first intelligent terminal, the second content list corresponding to the second private key included in the second content request information to the second intelligent terminal, and the third content list corresponding to the third private key included in the third content request information to the third intelligent terminal at the same time.
Through steps S102 to S108, the problem that the intelligent terminal cannot be managed in a centralized manner in the related art is solved.

step S208, the management background checks the working information of the intelligent terminal bound by the virtual space to know the operation condition of the intelligent terminal.
Wherein the work information includes running state information and screen image information. The running state information is used for indicating whether the intelligent terminal can normally display the content list and whether the intelligent terminal can normally run, and the screen image information is used for indicating the display content displayed by the intelligent terminal.
The binding of the intelligent terminal and the virtual space comprises binding of a device code of the intelligent device and the virtual space.
In some embodiments, binding each intelligent terminal with at most one virtual space includes the intelligent terminal not binding the virtual space and binding one virtual space. For example, the intelligent terminal may not bind the virtual space under the condition that the intelligent terminal does not need to be monitored, so that the management background cannot view the working information of the intelligent terminal, and further cannot monitor the intelligent terminal.
In some embodiments, in the case where an intelligent terminal is bound to a virtual space, the intelligent terminal may send the working information to the virtual space, and the management background may view the working information of the intelligent terminal through the virtual space to learn the working information of the intelligent terminal.
In some embodiments, a virtual space may bind a plurality of intelligent terminals of the same intelligent terminal type, and the plurality of intelligent terminals all send working information to the virtual space, and the management background may check in real time whether the plurality of intelligent terminals of the same intelligent terminal type are abnormal through the virtual space. For example, in the case where a virtual space is bound to a plurality of wish large screens, the plurality of wish large screens simultaneously transmit work information to the virtual space, and then maintenance personnel can view the work information in real time through a management background to check whether or not abnormality occurs in the plurality of wish large screens.
In some embodiments, a virtual space may also bind a plurality of intelligent terminals of different intelligent terminal types, where the plurality of intelligent terminals all send working information to the virtual space, and the management background may check in real time through the virtual space whether the plurality of intelligent terminals of different intelligent terminal types are abnormal. For example, under the condition that a virtual space is respectively connected with a plurality of wish large screens and a plurality of intelligent large screens, the virtual space acquires the working information of the wish large screens and the working information of the intelligent large screens, and then maintenance personnel can check the working information in the virtual space in real time through a management background so as to check whether the wish large screens and the intelligent large screens are abnormal or not.
In some embodiments, the intelligent terminal may send the working information to the virtual space at regular time. For example, in the case where an intelligent terminal binds with a virtual space, the intelligent terminal may send work information to the virtual space every 30 minutes.

step S304, the intelligent terminal sends the working information to the cloud server;
in step S306, the cloud server generates early warning information when the working information is abnormal information, where the abnormal information includes operation state abnormal information and/or screen image abnormal information.
The running state information comprises equipment heartbeat information, the equipment heartbeat information is used for indicating the intelligent terminal and the cloud server to periodically send information so as to judge the health condition of the intelligent terminal, if the running state information exceeds 30 minutes under the condition that the cloud server and the intelligent terminal send the information once every 30 minutes, the intelligent terminal does not send the information to the cloud server, the intelligent terminal is indicated to be possibly abnormal, and therefore the intelligent terminal is used for uploading the equipment heartbeat information at regular time so as to monitor the intelligent terminal.
The screen image information comprises a screenshot of the intelligent terminal.
In some embodiments, in the case that the intelligent terminal periodically uploads the working information to the cloud server, if the cloud server detects that the working information is normal information, the cloud server does not perform any operation. For example, under the condition that the intelligent terminal normally operates, the intelligent terminal regularly transmits working information to the cloud server, and if the cloud server detects that the working information is normal information, the cloud server does not execute any operation.
In some embodiments, the cloud server sends out the early warning information in case the working information is the operation state abnormality information. For example, under the condition that the intelligent terminal is abnormal in operation, the intelligent terminal detects the intelligent terminal and then generates operation state abnormal information, the operation state abnormal information is sent to the cloud server, and the cloud server sends early warning information under the condition that the operation state abnormal information is received, so that maintenance personnel can be informed of maintenance of the intelligent terminal.
In some embodiments, under the condition that the intelligent terminal sends the working information to the cloud server at regular time, if the cloud server cannot receive the working information sent by the intelligent terminal within a preset time, the cloud server sends out early warning information. For example, in the case that the intelligent terminal transmits the working information to the cloud server every 20 minutes, if the working information is not transmitted to the cloud server by the intelligent terminal for more than 20 minutes, the cloud server transmits the early warning information.
In some embodiments, the cloud server sends out the early warning information in case the work information is screen image abnormality information. For example, in the case that the content list that the intelligent terminal should display is a wish type content list, if the cloud server detects that the work information is not a wish type content list, the cloud server sends out early warning information to inform maintenance personnel to maintain the intelligent terminal.
In some embodiments, the cloud server sends out the early warning information in case the working information is the operation state abnormality information. For example, under the condition that the occurrence equipment of the intelligent terminal is abnormal, the intelligent terminal generates and sends operation state abnormal information to the cloud server, and the cloud server sends early warning information according to the operation state abnormal information.
In some embodiments, the cloud server sends out the early warning information in case that the work information is the operation state abnormality information and the screen image abnormality information. For example, when the intelligent terminal generates and sends the operation state abnormality information and the screen image abnormality information to the cloud server, the cloud server detects that the intelligent terminal generates the operation state abnormality information and generates the screen image abnormality information, and the cloud server sends out early warning information to inform maintenance personnel to maintain the intelligent terminal.
Through steps S302 to S306, the problems that the intelligent terminal cannot be managed in a centralized manner and cannot be monitored in the related art are solved.
