4. the POS consumption terminal uploads the transaction to a acquirer/clearing network in real time/in a delayed mode;
5. the transaction processing module can perform posting processing according to uploaded messages such as a transaction calculator ATC, card amount, consumption finance and the like;
6. the mobile terminal application can carry out loading/unloading transaction on the digital electronic cash;
7/8, when the batch processing is carried out every day, the batch processing unit processes the data of the certificate management unit and the transaction processing unit, checks the transaction of the day according to the ATC, the transaction amount and the like, and generates a transaction report;
9. business staff can check the report and process abnormal transactions.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a computer device for executing a digital electronic cash management method implemented by the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to implement the above-mentioned digital electronic cash management method.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program for implementing the above-mentioned digital electronic cash management method is stored in the computer-readable storage medium.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a digital electronic cash management device, which is described in the following embodiment. Because the principle of solving the problems of the device is similar to that of a digital electronic cash management method, the implementation of the device can be referred to the implementation of the digital electronic cash management method, and repeated details are not repeated.

the electronic cash deduction module 503 is configured to deduct the balance of the electronic cash from the electronic cash voucher of the mobile terminal according to the offline consumption transaction information, and upload the electronic cash voucher subjected to deduction of the balance of the electronic cash and the offline consumption transaction information to the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture;
and the transaction report generation module 504 is configured to perform verification and entry processing on the electronic cash voucher, the offline consumption transaction information, and the transaction detail message after deducting the electronic cash balance in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture, and generate a transaction report.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the digital electronic cash management apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented specifically, the electronic cash voucher obtaining module is specifically configured to:
logging in the mobile terminal, initiating an application to a voucher management unit in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture, and generating an electronic cash voucher to be issued to the SE unit of the mobile terminal after the voucher management unit checks the user information.
In an embodiment of the invention, when the digital electronic cash management apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented, the offline consumption module is specifically configured to:
the mobile terminal is connected with the consumption terminal in an NFC mode, the consumption terminal and the electronic cash voucher in the SE unit of the mobile terminal are verified in a composite dynamic data authentication mode, and offline consumption is initiated after verification is passed.
In an embodiment of the digital electronic cash management apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, the offline consumption module is further configured to:

acquiring a network state of the mobile terminal;
and uploading the electronic cash voucher and the off-line consumption transaction information after deducting the balance of the electronic cash in real time or uploading the electronic cash voucher and the off-line consumption transaction information to a transaction processing unit of the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture in a delayed manner according to the network state of the mobile terminal.
In an embodiment of the invention, when the digital electronic cash management apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented specifically, the transaction report generation module is specifically configured to:
in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture, a batch processing unit extracts an electronic cash voucher, offline consumption transaction information and a transaction detail message after deducting the balance of the electronic cash from a transaction processing unit, and performs batch processing of checking and posting by combining the electronic cash voucher in a voucher management unit to generate a transaction report; the transaction statement comprises: normal transaction records and abnormal transaction records.
To sum up, the digital electronic cash management method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention initiate an application to a cloud-architecture-based digital electronic cash system by logging in a mobile terminal, obtain an electronic cash voucher, and write the function of electronic cash into an SE module of the mobile terminal, so that the problem of carrying a bank entity chip card is avoided, and the portability is improved; then connecting the mobile terminal with a consumption terminal, verifying the electronic cash voucher in a composite dynamic data authentication mode, initiating an off-line consumption transaction after the verification is passed, generating and storing off-line consumption transaction information at the mobile terminal, generating a transaction detail message at a consumption end and uploading the transaction detail message to a digital electronic cash system based on a cloud architecture; deducting the balance of electronic cash from the electronic cash voucher of the mobile terminal according to the off-line consumption transaction information, and uploading the electronic cash voucher subjected to deduction of the balance of the electronic cash and the off-line consumption transaction information to a digital electronic cash system based on a cloud architecture; and verifying and entering account processing are carried out on the electronic cash voucher, the off-line consumption transaction information and the transaction detail message after deducting the electronic cash balance in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture, so as to generate a transaction report. The electronic cash voucher is verified in a composite dynamic data authentication mode, the off-line consumption transaction is initiated after the verification is passed, a password does not need to be manually input, the off-line consumption transaction does not need to be connected with a real-time network, a card writing script is verified and generated in the composite dynamic data authentication mode, the fast off-line consumption is realized, and the connection with the network and the carrying of an entity card are not needed; after the terminal transaction is successful, the real-time/delayed uploading transaction to the background cloud architecture system can be realized according to the network condition of the terminal, the offline consumption without secret is realized quickly, the dependence on the network is reduced, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (14)

1. A digital electronic cash management method, comprising:
logging in a mobile terminal, initiating an application to a digital electronic cash system based on a cloud architecture, and acquiring an electronic cash voucher; the electronic cash voucher, comprising: electronic cash and its balance;
connecting a mobile terminal with a consumption terminal, verifying an electronic cash voucher in a composite dynamic data authentication mode, initiating an off-line consumption transaction after the verification is passed, generating and storing off-line consumption transaction information at the mobile terminal, generating a transaction detail message at a consumption end, and uploading the transaction detail message to a digital electronic cash system based on a cloud architecture;
deducting the balance of electronic cash from the electronic cash voucher of the mobile terminal according to the off-line consumption transaction information, and uploading the electronic cash voucher subjected to deduction of the balance of the electronic cash and the off-line consumption transaction information to a digital electronic cash system based on a cloud architecture;
and verifying and entering account processing are carried out on the electronic cash voucher, the off-line consumption transaction information and the transaction detail message after deducting the electronic cash balance in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture, so as to generate a transaction report.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein logging into a mobile terminal, initiating an application to a cloud-based digital electronic cash system, and obtaining an electronic cash voucher, comprises:
logging in the mobile terminal, initiating an application to a voucher management unit in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture, and generating an electronic cash voucher to be issued to the SE unit of the mobile terminal after the voucher management unit checks the user information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein connecting the mobile terminal to the consuming terminal, verifying the electronic cash voucher by means of composite dynamic data authentication, and initiating offline consumption after verification, comprises:
the mobile terminal is connected with the consumption terminal in an NFC mode, the consumption terminal and the electronic cash voucher in the SE unit of the mobile terminal are verified in a composite dynamic data authentication mode, and offline consumption is initiated after verification is passed.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein initiating an offline consumption transaction, generating a transaction detail message at a consuming end and uploading the transaction detail message to a cloud-based digital electronic cash system comprises:
and initiating an off-line consumption transaction, and generating a transaction detail message at a consumption end and uploading the transaction detail message to a transaction processing unit of the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture through a receiving mechanism and a clearing network.

The method of claim 4, wherein deducting the electronic cash balance from the electronic cash voucher of the mobile terminal according to the offline consumption transaction information, and uploading the electronic cash voucher deducted by the electronic cash balance and the offline consumption transaction information to the cloud-based digital electronic cash system, comprising:
triggering a card writing script according to the off-line consumption transaction information, and deducting the balance of the electronic cash from the electronic cash voucher of the mobile terminal;
acquiring a network state of the mobile terminal;
and uploading the electronic cash voucher and the off-line consumption transaction information after deducting the balance of the electronic cash in real time or uploading the electronic cash voucher and the off-line consumption transaction information to a transaction processing unit of the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture in a delayed manner according to the network state of the mobile terminal.

The method of claim 5, wherein the verifying and posting the electronic cash voucher deducted the electronic cash balance, the offline consumption transaction information and the transaction detail message in the cloud-based digital electronic cash system to generate a transaction statement comprises:
in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture, a batch processing unit extracts an electronic cash voucher, offline consumption transaction information and a transaction detail message after deducting the balance of the electronic cash from a transaction processing unit, and performs batch processing of checking and posting by combining the electronic cash voucher in a voucher management unit to generate a transaction report; the transaction statement comprises: normal transaction records and abnormal transaction records.
7. A digital electronic cash management device, comprising:
the electronic cash voucher acquisition module is used for logging in the mobile terminal, initiating an application to a digital electronic cash system based on a cloud architecture and acquiring an electronic cash voucher; the electronic cash voucher, comprising: electronic cash and its balance;
the off-line consumption module is used for connecting the mobile terminal with the consumption terminal, verifying the electronic cash voucher in a composite dynamic data authentication mode, initiating an off-line consumption transaction after the verification is passed, generating and storing off-line consumption transaction information at the mobile terminal, generating a transaction detail message at the consumption end and uploading the transaction detail message to a digital electronic cash system based on a cloud architecture;
the electronic cash deduction module is used for deducting the balance of the electronic cash from the electronic cash voucher of the mobile terminal according to the off-line consumption transaction information, and uploading the electronic cash voucher with the balance of the electronic cash deducted and the off-line consumption transaction information to a digital electronic cash system based on a cloud architecture;
and the transaction report generation module is used for verifying and entering account of the electronic cash voucher, the off-line consumption transaction information and the transaction detail message after deducting the electronic cash balance in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture to generate a transaction report.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the electronic cash voucher acquisition module is specifically configured to:
logging in the mobile terminal, initiating an application to a voucher management unit in the digital electronic cash system based on the cloud architecture, and generating an electronic cash voucher to be issued to the SE unit of the mobile terminal after the voucher management unit checks the user information.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the offline consumption module is specifically configured to:
the mobile terminal is connected with the consumption terminal in an NFC mode, the consumption terminal and the electronic cash voucher in the SE unit of the mobile terminal are verified in a composite dynamic data authentication mode, and offline consumption is initiated after verification is passed.
