The above-mentioned critical early warning cloud server transmission information's mode can be based on thing networking or local area network. Such as: information transmission between the emergency early warning cloud server and the first user terminal device is based on internet of things transmission, and the AI intelligent server and the artificial expert platform can transmit information by means of the internet of things or transmit data by means of a local area network. The AI intelligence server has a database as support. determining an emergency scheme according to the alarm information; pushing the emergency plan to a second user terminal.

The campus overlord warning method of claim 5, wherein: the alarm form is divided into active alarm and automatic alarm; the active alarm comprises that the first user gives an alarm through a key and voice; the automatic alarm is that when the vital sign value exceeds a preset threshold range, the first user terminal is violently removed, the first user terminal is violently damaged, and the action amplitude of the first user body is abnormal.
