3) controlling the hoisting positioner 505 to release D-C kg of the isolation balancing weight, and obtaining the weight of the training balancing weight when the training balancing weight is lowered to be C kg;
4) controlling the hoisting positioner 505 to further fix D-C kg of isolation balancing weight, and obtaining the weight of the training balancing weight when the training balancing weight is lowered to be C kg;
5) the total traction rope lifts C kg to participate in training the balancing weight for training.

An automatic counterweight device for fitness, characterized in that the counterweight device comprises: the device comprises a base (1), a top seat (2), a guide rail group (3), a balancing weight (4) and a traction rope mechanism; the guide rail group (3) is vertically arranged, the lower end of the guide rail group (3) is connected with the base (1), and the upper end of the guide rail group (3) is connected with the top seat (2); a plurality of balancing weight (4) range upon range of setting on guide rail group (3), the rope mechanism that pulls includes: a counterweight rotating shaft (501), a single group of traction ropes (502), a hoisting disc (503), a total traction rope (504) and a hoisting positioner (505); the counterweight rotating shaft (501) is horizontally arranged on the top seat (2), and the plurality of hoisting discs (503) are arranged on the counterweight rotating shaft (501); one end of one group of the single group of the traction ropes (502) is connected with only one counterweight block (4), and the other ends of all the single group of the traction ropes (502) are connected with a total traction rope (504) through the corresponding hoisting disc (503); the number of the hoisting locators (505) is multiple, and the hoisting locators (505) are arranged on one side corresponding to the hoisting disc (503) and used for limiting the rotation of the hoisting disc (503).

The exercise automatic weight device of claim 1, wherein the weight device further comprises: a driving device (6) and a hoisting clutch (7); the driving device (6) is arranged on the top seat (2), and the driving device (6) is used for driving the counterweight rotating shaft (501) to rotate; the hoisting clutch (7) is arranged between the hoisting disc (503) and the counterweight rotating shaft (501) and used for controlling the matching state of the hoisting disc (503) and the counterweight rotating shaft (501).
