With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of an information generation method according to the present application is shown. The information generation method comprises the following steps:
step 201, selecting an answer meeting a preset first condition from an answer set of the target question, and determining the selected answer as the target answer.
In this embodiment, an executing entity (for example, the server shown in fig. 1) of the information generating method may select an answer satisfying a preset first condition from an answer set of the target question, and determine the selected answer as the target answer.
Here, the preset first condition is used to determine whether the answer matches the target question.
Here, the specific content of the preset first condition may be set according to actual situations, and is not limited herein.
Here, the target question may be any question posed by the user. The answers in the answer set may be answers given by any user to the target question.
Here, the answers in the answer set correspond to user identifications. The user identifier corresponding to the answer may indicate the user who gave the answer.
Optionally, the target question corresponds to a target item identifier. The target problem may be a problem raised for the target item identification. The answers in the answer set are given by the user who purchased the target item.
Step 202, determining the user identifier corresponding to the target answer as a target user identifier, and sending a first notification to a target terminal corresponding to the target user identifier.
In this embodiment, the execution main body may determine the user identifier corresponding to the target answer as a target user identifier, and send a first notification to a target terminal corresponding to the target user identifier.
Here, the target subscriber identity may correspond to one or at least two target terminals.
Here, the target terminal may generate and present a first notification presentation interface in response to receiving the first notification.
Here, the first notification may indicate that the target answer satisfies a preset first condition.
Here, the first notification presentation interface may be used to present the first notification. The presentation of the first notification may be the original content of the presentation of the first notification, may be the similar content of the presentation of the first notification, or may be information indicating the content of the first notification.
As an example, the first notification presentation interface may dynamically present a balloon image indicating the content of the first notification (the answer is scored as a valid answer).
As an example, the target terminal may generate a first notification presentation interface in response to receiving the first notification. The first notification presentation interface may provide the user with information that the target answer satisfies a preset first condition, for example, the target terminal may present a word of "your answer is evaluated as the best answer", and feedback the user about the relevant condition of the target answer.
Continuing to refer to fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the information generation method according to the present embodiment. The method comprises the following specific steps:
first, a first user may use the first terminal 301 to send a target question 305 "is this shampoo good? ".
Then, the server 302 may transmit the target question 305 "is this shampoo good? ".
The second terminal may then return a second answer 306 "good" to the server given by the second user. The third terminal may return a third answer 307 "not used, not known" given by the third user.
Then, the server can determine the second answer and the third answer as an answer set of the target question; then, selecting an answer meeting a preset first condition from the answer set, for example, selecting a second answer "good for use"; then, the server may determine the second answer as the target answer.
The server may then send a first notification 308, such as a "valid answer," to a second terminal used by a second user who presented the target answer.
Finally, the terminal may generate and present a first notification presentation interface "your answer is rated as a valid answer" in response to receiving the first notification. As an example, please refer to fig. 3B, which shows an interface of the terminal presenting the first notification presentation interface, in which a typeface of "your answer is evaluated as a valid answer" may be included. The first notification presentation interface may further include the above-mentioned goal question "is this shampoo good? ", the second answer" good "and the third answer" not yet used, unknown ".
In the method shown in this embodiment, an answer meeting a preset first condition is selected from an answer set of a target question, and the selected answer is determined as a target answer; then, sending a first notice to a terminal corresponding to a user giving a target answer; finally, the terminal can respond to the received first notice to generate and display a first notice display interface; thus, technical effects may include at least:
first, new presentation information is provided.
Second, information can be fed back to the user in time. For a user giving a target answer, if the answer given by the user meets a first preset condition, the relevant condition of the target answer can be fed back to the user in time through the first notification and the first notification display interface. Furthermore, positive influence can be generated on the answers given by the participation of the user, and the participation degree of the user on the question and answer activities is improved.
In some embodiments, the method may further include: adjusting the authority value of the predefined authority corresponding to the target user identification; and sending a second notification to the target terminal.
Here, the second notification is for indicating an adjustment of the authority value of the predefined authority.
In this embodiment, the privilege (privilege) may refer to that the user has a specific system resource usage right.
Optionally, the system resources may include at least one of, but are not limited to: bandwidth, traffic, storage space, or transaction amount.
In general, different permissions can be set for different users according to the usage of a specific resource, and the system software automatically executes the permissions corresponding to the users.
In this embodiment, the authority value may be used to characterize the authority range.
As an example, a user may use a predetermined number range of bandwidth, traffic, storage space, or transaction amounts, with non-compliance being limited. Different ranges of numbers may be represented by different values of authority.
Here, the target terminal may generate and display a second notification display interface in response to receiving the second notification. The second notification display interface is used for displaying a second notification.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of the terminal displaying the second notification display interface is shown. The permissions may be that the user may use 500 mega (M) of traffic per month. The permission adjustment mode can be to increase the flow rate which can be used by the user every month by 100M. The authority adjustment information as the second notification may include "monthly traffic increase 100M". Thus, the second notification presentation interface may include the wording "monthly flow increase 100M". As an example, the second notification display interface may also include the above-mentioned goal question "is this shampoo good? ", the second answer" good use ", the third answer" not yet used, not known ", and a first notice" your answer is evaluated as a valid answer ".
In some embodiments, depending on the adjusted authority value, the performing may perform at least one of, but is not limited to: pushing information and controlling the access of a user to preset resources.
It should be noted that the permission value of the predefined permission can be used in various scenarios for serving the user, for example, pushing information to the user, limiting the user's access, and the like. The re-determined authority value refers to more comprehensive reference information, so that the safety and the accuracy of the system can be improved in the process of serving the user by using the re-determined authority value.
In some embodiments, the target issue corresponds to a target item identification, which corresponds to a set of issues.
In some embodiments, the method may further include: generating a user identification set by taking the user identification of the user who proposes the problem in the problem set as a set element; and establishing an online communication group according to the user identification set.
It should be noted that, a user who presents a problem with the same item may have a requirement for communicating with the item, and therefore, an online communication group is established for the user who presents a problem with the target item, a communication platform is provided, and information interaction can be conveniently performed by the user.
In some embodiments, the interface on the terminal that presents the above-described on-line communication group includes a spelling control. And the order-splicing control piece is used for triggering the terminal to send an order-splicing request. The order request can include an online communication group identification.
It can be understood that the control may be an interface element, and is used to detect a user operation and obtain operation information of the user, so that the terminal may obtain the operation information.
Typically, a user in an online communication group may trigger a tile control. The terminal can send a order-sharing request to the execution main body in response to detecting that the order-sharing control is triggered.
In some embodiments, the method may further include: responding to the received order-splicing request, and determining whether the order-splicing initiated by the order-splicing request is established or not; in response to determining the above-mentioned spelling singles are established, sending a spelling singles establishment notification.
In some embodiments, the execution subject may determine whether the order form initiated by the flat request is established by using a preset second condition. The specific content of the preset second condition may be set according to an actual situation, and is not limited herein.
As an example, the preset second condition may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the number of people sending the order-combining request is larger than a preset number threshold; the stock of the sent target article identifier is larger than a preset stock threshold; the proportion of the number of people sending the order-sharing request in the online communication group is larger than a preset proportion threshold value.
Here, the execution agent may send a spelling single establishment notification to a terminal used by a user in the on-line communication group.
It should be noted that, the order-making control is arranged in the interface of the on-line conclusion group, so that the user can be provided with a choice for initiating an order-making. Therefore, on one hand, the on-line communication group established on the basis of the target object has the requirement of initiating the order splicing for the target object, so that a user can conveniently and quickly find the on-line organization to splice the order; on the other hand, a plurality of users can initiate the order spelling aiming at the target object and check whether the order spelling is successful or not, so that the users can conveniently realize the order spelling.
In some embodiments, the preset first condition may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: predefining feedback information greater than a preset number threshold; the answer is output by the judgment model.
Here, the predefined feedback information may be feedback information of any user with respect to the answer.
As an example, a like control may be presented in association with the answer, and any user-triggered like control may generate predefined feedback information. The terminal may send predefined feedback information to the server.
It should be noted that, the answer is selected by using the predefined feedback information, and the judgment of the user on the answer can be fully utilized to select the answer by collecting the opinions of the user.
Here, the above judgment model output includes a question and answer set. The output of the judgment model is the answer selected from the answer set.
It is understood that the judgment model may select an answer from the answer set and output the selected answer for the question.
It should be noted that, the answer selection using the judgment model may provide for the answer selection without the help of user feedback.
In some embodiments, the above judgment model may be obtained by: acquiring a first sample set; and training the first initial model by using the first sample set to obtain a judgment model.
Here, the first initial model may be of various structures, and by way of example, the first initial model may include, but is not limited to: convolutional neural networks, cyclic neural networks, and the like.
In some embodiments, the first initial model may include a feature extraction layer, an output layer, and at least one of: a Factorization Machine (FM) and a convolutional neural network. Here, the output of the feature extraction layer is connected with the input of the factorization machine and/or the input of the convolutional neural network; the output of the factorizer and/or the output of the convolutional neural network is connected to the input of the output layer.
As an example, the input of the feature extraction layer is a first question vector and a first answer vector, and the output of the feature extraction layer is a second question vector and a second answer vector; the second question vector and the second answer vector may be directed to a factorizer and/or a convolutional neural network; the output of the factoring machine is the second question vector and the third answer vector, and/or the output of the convolutional neural network is the second question vector and the fourth answer vector.
As an example, if the first initial model includes a factorization machine and a convolutional neural network, the third answer vector and the fourth answer vector may be spliced to be a fifth answer vector, and the fifth answer vector and the second question vector are input to the output layer, and the output layer outputs an answer identifier corresponding to one of the first answer vectors input to the feature input layer.
Here, the number of the first answer vectors may be one or at least two.
It can be understood that the factorization machine and the convolutional neural network can be trained jointly or separately; can be used in combination or separately.
Here, the first sample in the first sample set may include a first training question and a first training answer set, the first training question being associated with a first labeled answer, and the first training answer set including the first labeled answer.
As an example, the training process of the first initial model is briefly as follows: and importing the first training question and the first training answer set in the first sample into a first initial model, and outputting the answer by the first initial model. And comparing the answer output by the first initial model with the first labeled answer. If the comparison result indicates inconsistency, adjusting parameters in the first initial model; if the comparison result indicates agreement, the parameters in the first initial model are not adjusted.
In some embodiments, the feature extraction layer may include word segmentation, and when the word segmentation is performed, a specified word bank may be used, where the specified word bank may be a word bank provided by an online object interaction scenario. Therefore, word segmentation can be more accurate.
In some embodiments, the feature extraction layer may use a sliding window, and the length of the sliding window may be set according to actual conditions. Therefore, the context can be referred to, and the accuracy of feature extraction can be improved.
In some embodiments, please refer to fig. 5, which illustrates an exemplary generation flow 500 of the first sample. The process 500 may include:
step 501, a second sample set is obtained.
Here, the second sample may include a second training question and a second use answer set, the second training answer being associated with the second labeled answer.
Here, the second annotation answer is annotated by a human.
Step 502, training the second initial model by using the second sample set to obtain a sample classification model.
Here, the sample classification model is used to characterize the relationship between both the question and the answer and the degree of matching.
That is, the input of the sample classification model includes a question and an answer, and the output of the sample classification model is a degree of matching between the question and the answer.
Here, the second initial model may be of various structures, and by way of example, the second initial model may include, but is not limited to: convolutional neural networks, cyclic neural networks, and the like.
Step 503, obtaining a third sample set, and importing the third sample set into the sample classification model to generate matching degrees of the question and each answer.
Here, the third sample may include a third question and a third answer set. It is to be appreciated that the third question in the third sample, no associated answers, are associated. The third sample may be a sample that needs to be labeled.
Step 504, according to the matching degree, a third answer is selected from a third answer set of the third sample, and the selected third answer and the question in the third sample are determined as a fourth sample.
In some embodiments, a third answer greater than a preset first matching degree threshold may be selected to generate a positive sample; a third answer that is less than a preset second matching degree threshold may be selected to generate a negative sample. The first threshold of degree of match may be greater than the second threshold of degree of match.
And 505, generating a first sample set based on the fourth sample.
The sample classification model is trained according to the second sample labeled manually; and introducing the third sample which is not labeled into the sample classification model, selecting a third answer from a third answer set of the third sample according to the matching degree given by the sample classification model, and reducing the number of the selected third answers relative to the number of the answer sets, wherein the answers in each fourth sample are correspondingly reduced. Therefore, the invalid data volume of the fourth sample can be reduced, and the training speed and the training accuracy can be improved by adopting the first sample set generated based on the fourth sample for training.
In some embodiments, the determined one or more fourth samples may be determined as the first set of samples.
In some embodiments, step 505 may include: sending the fourth sample to a labeling terminal, wherein the labeling terminal is a terminal used by a labeling person, and the labeling terminal returns a fifth sample selected from the fourth sample by the labeling person; and determining the second sample set and the received fifth sample as the first sample set.
It should be noted that, the fourth sample screened by the sample classification model is sent to the labeling terminal, so that on one hand, a labeling person can select the fourth sample, and the accuracy of the selected sample is improved; on the other hand, the answers in the screened fourth sample are greatly reduced compared with those in the third sample, and the workload of the labeling personnel can be reduced. Thereby, a large number of labeled training samples can be obtained in a short time.
