The disclosure provides a processing method of conference reservation. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a reservation request; determining at least one candidate meeting room matching the reservation request; displaying at least one candidate meeting room in a selectable state; acquiring a selection instruction, wherein the selection instruction is generated when a reservation person selects a target conference room from at least one candidate conference room; determining a combinable meeting room associated with the target meeting room; and displaying the combinable meeting room in a selectable state for the subscriber to select the combinable meeting room. The disclosure also provides a processing device for conference reservation, an electronic device and a computer readable storage medium.

Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of information technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for processing a conference reservation.
Background
With the continuous promotion of enterprise digitalization, people have higher and higher requirements for realizing intelligent office work. The key to realizing intelligent office work is to realize the intelligence of office processes, and meeting room appointments are one of important contents of the office processes.
In the course of implementing the inventive concept, the inventor finds that in the conference room reservation of the related art, a conference organizer needs to arrive at a conference room site, determine whether the conference room is free, and then perform a conference by reserving the free conference room. This method has the disadvantages of inefficient conference reservation and long reservation time, and there may be cross reservation or repeated reservation for the same conference room, which may cause a problem that the conference is disturbed.
Disclosure of Invention
One aspect of the present disclosure provides a method for processing a conference reservation. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a reservation request, determining at least one candidate meeting room matched with the reservation request, displaying the at least one candidate meeting room in a selectable state, and obtaining a selection instruction, wherein the selection instruction is generated when a reservation person selects a target meeting room from the at least one candidate meeting room, and displaying the combinable meeting room in the selectable state by determining the combinable meeting room associated with the target meeting room so that the reservation person can select the combinable meeting room.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a system architecture of a processing method and apparatus for baseline detection according to an embodiment of the disclosure. It should be noted that fig. 1 is only an example of a system architecture to which the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to help those skilled in the art understand the technical content of the present disclosure, and does not mean that the embodiments of the present disclosure may not be applied to other devices, systems, environments or scenarios.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture includes at least one terminal (a plurality of terminals 101, 102, 103 are shown) and a server 104 (which may also be a server cluster, not shown). In operation S210, a reservation request is acquired.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, specifically, a reservation request is obtained, where the reservation request is used to request that a target conference room is reserved for a conference within a reservation time period, and the reservation request includes identity information of a reservation party and the reservation time period. The identity information of the subscriber may include information on department to which the subscriber belongs and name information. The reservation time period is determined by the conference start time and the conference end time, and may be characterized by using a preset time length as a unit, and exemplarily, the reservation time period is characterized by using a half hour as a unit.
Next, at least one candidate conference room matching the reservation request is determined in operation S220.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, specifically, after acquiring a conference room reservation request of a reservation provider, conference room data is acquired from a database, and the conference room data includes reservation recording data of each conference room. The conference room data is associated with each conference room through a conference room identifier, and the conference room identifier is used for uniquely representing the conference room and specifically can be a conference room ID, a conference room number and the like. And determining the reservation record of each conference room according to the acquired conference room data, specifically determining the reservation record of each conference room in the current day. Then, conference rooms without reserved recording in the reserved time period are determined as candidate conference rooms according to the reserved recording of each conference room and the reserved time period indicated by the reservation request.

According to the embodiment, in response to the acquired reservation request, at least one candidate conference room matched with the reservation request is determined, the at least one candidate conference room is displayed in a selectable state, and then, in response to the acquisition of the selection instruction, the selection instruction is generated when the reservation person selects the target conference room from the at least one candidate conference room, the combinable conference room associated with the target conference room is determined, and the combinable conference room is displayed in the selectable state, so that the reservation person can select the combinable conference room. The embodiment of the disclosure displays the display field of at least one candidate conference room to the reservation user in the selectable state, and displays the display field of the combinable conference room associated with the target conference room to the reservation user in the selectable state, so that the reservation efficiency of the conference room in the conference reservation process can be effectively improved, the multiplexing effect of the conference room is improved, the problem of cross reservation or repeated reservation of the same conference room is solved, and the communication efficiency of enterprises is improved effectively.
Fig. 3A schematically shows a flowchart of a processing method of a conference reservation according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
In addition to operations S210 to S260, as shown in fig. 3A, the method may further include operations S310 to S340. Specifically, after the execution of operation S260 is completed, operations S310 to S340 are sequentially performed, respectively.
In operation S210, a reservation request is acquired.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in particular, the reservation request may indicate, in addition to the identity information of the reservation and the reservation time period, a conference type for which the reservation is requested by the reservation, and the conference type may include, for example, an important conference and a general conference. The conference objects corresponding to different conference types may be different, the conference objects corresponding to the important conference include the conference objects with the importance levels higher than the preset threshold, and the conference objects corresponding to the ordinary conference may not include the conference objects with the importance levels higher than the preset threshold.
Next, at least one candidate conference room matching the reservation request is determined in operation S220.
Next, at least one candidate conference room is displayed in a selectable state in operation S230.
Next, in operation S240, a selection instruction is obtained, wherein the selection instruction is generated when the subscriber selects a target conference room from at least one candidate conference room.
Next, in operation S250, a combinable conference room associated with the target conference room is determined.
Next, in operation S260, the combinable conference room is displayed in a selectable state for the subscriber to select the combinable conference room.
It should be noted that operations S220 to S260 in the embodiment of the present disclosure are the same as or similar to operations S220 to S260 in the foregoing embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Next, in operation S310, in a case where the reservation request indicates a preset conference type, a target participant associated with the preset conference type is determined.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, specifically, in the case that the reservation request indicates the preset conference type, the user right of the reservation user is checked according to the identity information of the reservation user. Specifically, whether the user permission of the reservation person meets the priority of the preset conference type is checked, and the target participant object is determined according to the identity information of the reservation person and the preset conference type under the condition that the user permission passes the check. Illustratively, the server checks the subscriber rights of the subscriber through a token, which is a token generated by the server and used as a terminal for requesting. After the reservation person successfully logs in the conference room reservation system for the first time through the terminal, the server generates a token in a character string form and returns the token to the terminal, wherein the token comprises identity information, login information, authority information and the like of the reservation person. When the reservation person makes a conference room reservation again through the terminal, the server checks the token in the acquired reservation request, specifically checks whether the identity information of the reservation person is legal and whether the authority of the reservation person meets the priority of the preset conference type, and determines the target conference object associated with the preset conference type according to the preset association relationship between the preset conference type and the target conference object after the identity information of the reservation person passes the verification.
Next, conference reservation data of each target participant is acquired in operation S320.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, specifically, conference reservation data of each target participant is obtained from the database, and the conference reservation data may be associated with the target participant through name information, position information, and the like. The conference reservation data comprises conference reservation records of the target participant, and whether other conference reservations exist in the reservation time period requested by the reservation person or not can be determined according to the conference reservation data.
Next, in operation S330, a target participant object having no reservation recording within the reservation time period is determined as an optional target participant object according to the conference reservation data and the reservation time period indicated by the reservation request.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, specifically, according to the acquired conference reservation data, a target participant without any other conference reservation record in the reservation time period indicated by the reservation request is determined to be a selectable target participant. The target participant object is a preset participant object for a preset conference type, for example, the target participant object may be a participant leader for an important conference. The data base of the server stores conference room data and conference reservation data of the target conference object, and the candidate conference rooms without conference reservation records in the reservation time period indicated by the reservation request are determined by utilizing the conference room data, so that the condition that each candidate conference room displayed at the front end has no cross reservation or repeated reservation in the reservation time period can be effectively ensured, the reservation efficiency of conference room reservation can be improved, and the conference effect can be ensured. And determining the selectable target participant object without the conference reservation record in the reservation time period indicated by the reservation request by using the conference reservation data, thereby effectively ensuring that the selectable target participant object has no cross reservation or repeated reservation in the reservation time period, and being beneficial to realizing more convenient conference reservation and realizing a more optimized information interaction mode.
Next, in operation S340, the information of the selectable target participant is displayed in a selectable state for the subscriber to select the selectable target participant.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, specifically, the information of the selectable target participant object is displayed in a selectable state through the front end, and the selectable state may include a highlighted and checkable state of the selection frame. Meanwhile, the information of the non-selectable target participant object is displayed in a non-selectable state, wherein the non-selectable state can comprise a selection frame gray setting and non-checkable state. The information of the target participant to be displayed may be, for example, information such as the name, position, and code of the target participant.
Fig. 3B is a schematic diagram of another conference reservation interface according to an embodiment of the disclosure, where as shown in fig. 3B, the conference type selected by the reservation is an important conference, and the target conference objects determined to be associated with the important conference include person 00, person 01, person 02 and person 03. Wherein, the person 00, the person 02 and the person 03 in the target participating objects are selectable target participating objects, the information of the selectable target participating objects (the person 00 is the information of the selectable target participating objects) is displayed in a highlight selectable state, and the information of the non-selectable target participating objects is displayed in a gray-out non-selectable state.
After the reservation party triggers selection operation on the candidate conference room, the combinable conference room and the selectable target participant object, the front end sends the acquired information of the object selected by the reservation party to the back end of the server, and the back end carries out cyclic query and verification on the information of the object selected by the reservation party. And when the back end verifies that the conflict reservation information of other subscribers exists, emptying the selected object of the subscriber and rolling back the conference room reservation transaction. The design can effectively avoid the situation that multiple persons reserve repeatedly at the same time aiming at the same meeting room or the same target meeting object.
And after checking that no conflict reservation information of other reservation persons exists, adding the meeting reservation records aiming at the target meeting room and the optional target meeting object into the database. Optionally, a meeting notification may also be pushed to the selected selectable target meeting object, for example, a meeting notification mail may be sent to a mailbox of the selected selectable target meeting, and the meeting notification mail may be stored in meeting appointment data associated with the selectable target meeting.
In a plurality of operations reserved in the conference room, if an operation return value is null, the server sends a mandatory check prompt to the terminal. Illustratively, for the operation of selecting the target conference room in at least one candidate conference room, if the return value of the operation acquired by the server is null, the server sends a mandatory check prompt to the terminal. Further, in a plurality of operations reserved in the conference room, if there is a failure of a certain operation, all the operations are reset. The case of operation failure includes a case where the server detects that there are a plurality of subscribers who make conference reservations for the same conference room or the same target participant at the same time.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, at least one candidate conference room and at least one selectable target participant matched with the reservation request are determined according to the acquired reservation request, and then the display field of the at least one candidate conference room and the information of the at least one selectable target participant are displayed in a selectable state. And determining and displaying the combinable conference room associated with the target conference room according to the target conference room selected by the user from the at least one candidate conference room. And finishing the conference appointment process according to the target conference room selected by the user, the combinable conference room and the selectable target conference object. On one hand, the meeting rooms can be combined and separated to accommodate different people, so that the applicability of different meeting scenes is realized; on the other hand, under the condition that the meeting time of the target meeting object is conflicted, a meeting manager is not needed to coordinate, and the method has higher reservation convenience and a more optimized information interaction mode. Therefore, the embodiment of the disclosure can effectively improve the reservation efficiency of the conference room reservation and the conference reservation efficiency of the target participant, thereby being beneficial to improving the conference reservation efficiency of enterprises, simplifying the conference reservation flow, saving the conference reservation cost and being beneficial to effectively improving the intelligent degree of the enterprise office.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a block diagram of a processing device of a conference reservation according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the processing apparatus 400 for conference reservation includes a first obtaining module 401, a first determining module 402, a first display module 403, a second obtaining module 404, a second determining module 405, and a second display module 406. The processing apparatus of the conference reservation can execute the method described above with reference to the method embodiment, and is not described herein again.
Specifically, the first obtaining module 401 is configured to obtain a detection request; a first determining module 402 for determining at least one candidate meeting room matching the reservation request; a first display module 403, configured to display at least one candidate conference room in a selectable state; a second obtaining module 404, configured to obtain a selection instruction, where the selection instruction is generated when the subscriber selects a target conference room from at least one candidate conference room; a second determining module 405 for determining a combinable conference room associated with the target conference room; and a second display module 406, configured to display the combinable meeting room in a selectable state for the subscriber to select the combinable meeting room.
By the embodiment, in response to the acquired reservation request, at least one candidate conference room matched with the reservation request is determined, and the at least one candidate conference room is displayed in a selectable state, and then in response to the acquisition of a selection instruction, wherein the selection instruction is generated when the reservation selects a target conference room from the at least one candidate conference room, a combinable conference room associated with the target conference room is determined, and the combinable conference room is displayed in the selectable state, so that the reservation selects the combinable conference room. The display field of at least one candidate conference room is displayed to the reservation person in the selectable state, and the display field of the combinable conference room associated with the target conference room is displayed to the reservation person in the selectable state, so that the reservation efficiency of the conference room in the conference reservation process can be effectively improved, the multiplexing effect of the conference room is improved, the problem of cross reservation or repeated reservation of the same conference room is solved, and the communication efficiency of enterprises is effectively improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the first determining module includes a first obtaining sub-module, configured to obtain meeting room data; the first determining submodule is used for determining reservation records of all meeting rooms according to the meeting room data; and the second determination submodule is used for determining the conference room without the reservation record in the reservation time period as a candidate conference room according to the reservation record and the reservation time period indicated by the reservation request.
As an alternative embodiment, the first display module includes a first display sub-module for displaying the display field of at least one candidate conference room in a selectable state; the second determining module comprises a third determining submodule and is used for determining a conference room identifier associated with a display field according to the display field of the target conference room; and the fourth determining submodule is used for determining other conference room identifications having a combination relation with the conference room identifications according to the conference room identifications and the preset conference room combination relation so as to obtain the combinable conference room.
As an alternative embodiment, the second display module includes a first processing sub-module for establishing a display area associated with the display field of the target conference room; and the second display sub-module is used for displaying the display fields of the combinable conference rooms in a selectable state in the display area.
As an optional embodiment, the apparatus further includes a third determining module, configured to determine, when the reservation request indicates a preset conference type, a target participant associated with the preset conference type; the third acquisition module is used for acquiring conference reservation data of each target participant; the fourth determining module is used for determining a target participant object without reservation recording in the reservation time period according to the conference reservation data and the reservation time period indicated by the reservation request, and the target participant object is used as a selectable target participant object; and the third display module is used for displaying the information of the selectable target participant object in a selectable state so that the subscriber can select the selectable target participant object.
As an optional embodiment, the third determining module includes a fifth determining submodule, configured to determine a priority of the preset conference type; the second processing submodule is used for verifying whether the user authority of the subscriber meets the priority; and the sixth determining submodule is used for determining the target participant according to the identity information of the reservation person and the preset conference type under the condition of passing the verification.
As an optional embodiment, the method further includes a reservation recording processing module, configured to add the conference reservation recording for the target conference room and the optional target participant to the database.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, at least one candidate conference room and at least one selectable target conference object which are matched with the reservation request are determined according to the acquired reservation request, and then the display field of the at least one candidate conference room and the information of the at least one selectable target conference object are displayed in a selectable state. And determining and displaying the combinable conference room associated with the target conference room according to the target conference room selected by the user from the at least one candidate conference room. And finishing the conference appointment process according to the target conference room, the combinable conference room and the selectable target conference-participating object selected by the user. Any of the modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure, or at least part of the functionality of any of them, may be implemented in one module. Any one or more of the modules according to the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by being split into a plurality of modules. Any one or more of the modules according to embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented at least in part as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or in any other reasonable manner of hardware or firmware by which a circuit is integrated or packaged, or in any one of three implementations, or in any suitable combination of any of the several. Or one or more of the modules according to embodiments of the disclosure may be implemented at least partly as computer program modules which, when executed, may perform corresponding functions.
For example, any number of the first obtaining module 401, the first determining module 402, the first displaying module 403, the second obtaining module 404, the second determining module 405, and the second displaying module 406 may be combined into one module to be implemented, or any one of the modules may be split into a plurality of modules. Alternatively, at least part of the functionality of one or more of these modules may be combined with at least part of the functionality of the other modules and implemented in one module. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one of the first obtaining module 401, the first determining module 402, the first displaying module 403, the second obtaining module 404, the second determining module 405, and the second displaying module 406 may be at least partially implemented as a hardware circuit, such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a Programmable Logic Array (PLA), a system on a chip, a system on a substrate, a system on a package, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be implemented by hardware or firmware in any other reasonable manner of integrating or packaging a circuit, or implemented by any one of three implementations of software, hardware, and firmware, or in a suitable combination of any of them. Alternatively, at least one of the first obtaining module 401, the first determining module 402, the first displaying module 403, the second obtaining module 404, the second determining module 405, and the second displaying module 406 may be implemented at least in part as a computer program module, which when executed, may perform a corresponding function.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The electronic device shown in fig. 5 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 500 includes a processor 510, a computer-readable storage medium 520. The electronic device 500 may perform a method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In particular, processor 510 may include, for example, a general purpose microprocessor, an instruction set processor and/or related chip set and/or a special purpose microprocessor (e.g., an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), and/or the like. The processor 510 may also include on-board memory for caching purposes. Processor 510 may be a single processing module or a plurality of processing modules for performing different actions of a method flow according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
Computer-readable storage media 520, for example, may be non-volatile computer-readable storage media, specific examples including, but not limited to: magnetic storage devices such as magnetic tape or Hard Disk Drives (HDDs); optical storage devices, such as compact disks (CD-ROMs); a memory, such as a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a flash memory; and so on.
The computer-readable storage medium 520 may include a computer program 521, which computer program 521 may include code/computer-executable instructions that, when executed by the processor 510, cause the processor 510 to perform a method according to an embodiment of the disclosure, or any variation thereof.
The computer program 521 may be configured with, for example, computer program code comprising computer program modules. For example, in an example embodiment, code in computer program 521 may include one or more program modules, including for example 521A, modules 521B, \8230. It should be noted that the division and number of modules are not fixed, and those skilled in the art may use suitable program modules or program module combinations according to actual situations, and when these program modules are executed by the processor 510, the processor 510 may execute the method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure or any variation thereof.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one of the first obtaining module 401, the first determining module 402, the first displaying module 403, the second obtaining module 404, the second determining module 405, and the second displaying module 406 may be implemented as a computer program module described with reference to fig. 5, which, when executed by the processor 510, may implement the respective operations described above.
The present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be contained in the apparatus/device/system described in the above embodiments; or may exist separately and not be assembled into the device/apparatus/system. The computer-readable storage medium carries one or more programs which, when executed, implement the method according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). Claims (9)

1. A conference reservation processing method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a reservation request;
determining at least one candidate meeting room matching the reservation request;
displaying the at least one candidate meeting room in a selectable state;
acquiring a selection instruction, wherein the selection instruction is generated when a reservation person selects a target conference room from the at least one candidate conference room;
determining a combinable meeting room associated with the target meeting room;
displaying the composable meeting room in a selectable state for the subscriber to select the composable meeting room,
in case the reservation request indicates a preset conference type,
determining a target conference object associated with the preset conference type;
acquiring conference reservation data of each target participant;
determining a target participant object without reservation recording in the reservation time period according to the conference reservation data and the reservation time period indicated by the reservation request, and taking the target participant object as a selectable target participant object; and
displaying the information of the selectable target participant object in a selectable state for the subscriber to select the selectable target participant object,
the conference reservation data is associated with the target conference object through name information or position information, and the conference reservation data specifically comprises the following steps: and recording the conference reservation of the target participant.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining at least one candidate meeting room matching the reservation request comprises:
acquiring meeting room data;
determining reservation records of all meeting rooms according to the meeting room data; and
and determining conference rooms without reserved records in the reserved time period as the candidate conference rooms according to the reserved records and the reserved time period indicated by the reserved request.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said displaying the at least one candidate meeting room in a selectable state comprises:
displaying a display field of the at least one candidate conference room in a selectable state;
the determining a composable conference room associated with the target conference room comprises:
determining a conference room identifier associated with the display field according to the display field of the target conference room; and
and determining other meeting room identifications having a combination relation with the meeting room identification according to the meeting room identification and a preset meeting room combination relation so as to obtain the combinable meeting room.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the displaying the composable meeting room in a selectable state comprises:
establishing a display area associated with a display field of the target conference room; and
in the display area, a display field of the composable conference room is displayed in a selectable state.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target meeting object associated with the preset meeting type comprises:
determining the priority of the preset conference type;
verifying whether the user authority of the subscriber meets the priority; and
and under the condition of passing the verification, determining the target participant according to the identity information of the reservation person and the preset conference type.
6. The method of claim 1 or 5, further comprising:
and adding the meeting reservation records aiming at the target meeting room and the selectable target meeting objects into a database.
7. A conference reservation processing apparatus comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a detection request;
a first determination module for determining at least one candidate meeting room matching the reservation request;
a first display module for displaying the at least one candidate meeting room in a selectable state;
a second obtaining module, configured to obtain a selection instruction, where the selection instruction is generated when a subscriber selects a target conference room from the at least one candidate conference room;
a second determining module for determining a combinable conference room associated with the target conference room;
the second display module is used for displaying the combinable conference room in a selectable state so that the subscriber can select the combinable conference room;
the third determining module is used for determining a target conference object associated with the preset conference type under the condition that the reservation request indicates the preset conference type;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring conference reservation data of each target conference object;
the fourth determining module is used for determining a target participant object without reservation recording in the reservation time period according to the conference reservation data and the reservation time period indicated by the reservation request, and the target participant object is used as a selectable target participant object; and
a third display module for displaying the information of the selectable target participant object in a selectable state for the subscriber to select the selectable target participant object,
the conference reservation data is associated with the target conference-participating object through name information or position information, and the conference reservation data specifically comprises the following components: and recording the conference reservation of the target participant.
8. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs,
wherein the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for implementing the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed.
