The back plate, the top plate, the two side plates and the bottom plate form a cavity. Through the use of the sensor 570, the flexible cleaning piece can be fully utilized and can be replaced in time, the cost can be saved, the cleaning effect can be guaranteed, and the film pasting automation can be conveniently realized. The transmission mechanism between the material receiving motor and the material receiving assembly 540 may be a belt transmission mechanism as shown in fig. 7, or may be other transmission mechanisms in the art, such as a gear transmission mechanism, a chain transmission mechanism, etc.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the container for cleaning solution may be a barrel 580 as shown in fig. 6, the barrel 580 being mounted on the mounting frame 530 through a bracket; it will be appreciated that the container for cleaning fluid may also be an external container. In order to spray the cleaning liquid from the bucket 580 onto the dust-free cloth, a liquid injection hole communicated with the cavity is provided on the profiling cleaning head 510, and the cleaning liquid is sprayed onto the flexible cleaning member through the liquid injection hole. In order to uniformly spray the cleaning liquid on the flexible cleaning member, a plurality of liquid injection holes are provided on the profiling cleaning head 510, and the plurality of holes are arranged along the length direction of the profiling cleaning head 510. In this embodiment, the cleaning solution specifically is alcohol, and alcohol can effectually get rid of filth such as the fingerprint on curved surface screen surface, and to the cell-phone curved surface screen in this embodiment, the injection amount control of alcohol is 0 ~ 5ml/s, can effectually get rid of the surperficial filth of curved surface screen and be difficult for remaining. In some embodiments of the present invention, the profiling cleaning head 510 is made of a flexible material, and when the profiling cleaning head 510 acts on the curved screen, the profiling cleaning head can not only reduce the scratch on the curved screen, but also further adapt to the shape of the curved screen through the deformation of the profiling cleaning head, so that the flexible cleaning member can be fully contacted with the curved screen, and the cleaning effect is improved. It will be appreciated that the contoured cleaning head 510 may be made entirely of a flexible material, or the surface of the contoured cleaning head 510 may be made of a flexible material, such as rubber or super rubber.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a second drive 590 is mounted to the mounting frame 530, the second drive 590 being capable of driving the contoured cleaning head 510 toward and away from the curved screen 001. The second driving device 590 drives the profiling cleaning head to move towards the direction close to the curved screen until the profiling cleaning head 510 contacts the flexible cleaning part with the part to be cleaned of the curved screen 001, so that the flexible cleaning part is tightly attached to the curved screen 001, and the cleaning effect is improved. After cleaning, the second driving device 590 drives the profiling cleaning head 510 to move in a direction away from the curved screen 001, so as to prevent the profiling cleaning head 510 from obstructing the operation of the curved screen 001. As shown in FIG. 7, the second driving device 590 is fixedly disposed on the mounting frame 530, specifically on the back plate of the mounting frame 530, the second driving device 590 includes a driving member 591, a second sliding block 592, and a second sliding rail 593, the mounting plate 560 is fixedly mounted with the second sliding block 592, and the driving member 591 drives the second sliding block 592 to move up and down, so as to drive the contoured cleaning head 510 to approach or move away from the curved screen 001.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the laminator further includes a film peeling device 600 as shown in fig. 1, 9 to 12, the film peeling device 600 is disposed on the lower frame 100 and can peel an outer film of the protective film 680 from a base layer by an adhesive tape 660, and includes a first film pressing part 610 and a second film pressing part 620, as shown in fig. 10, the protective film 680 is placed on the adhesive tape 660 and moves in a front-back direction along with the adhesive tape 660. A gap through which the adhesive tape 660 and the protective film 680 pass is formed between the first and second film pressing parts 610 and 620, and the first and second film pressing parts 610 and 620 can move relative to each other to press the adhesive tape 660 and the protective film 680, thereby improving adhesiveness between the protective film 680 and the adhesive tape 660. In the present embodiment, the first film pressing part 610 and the second film pressing part 620 are moved relative to each other, and the gap between the first film pressing part 610 and the second film pressing part 620 is adjusted, thereby adjusting the roll pressure between the first film pressing part 610 and the second film pressing part 620. It is understood that the mutual movement between the first pressing film portion 610 and the second pressing film portion 620 may be: the first film pressing part 610 is fixed, and the second film pressing part 620 moves towards the first film pressing part 610; or the second film pressing part 620 is fixed, and the first film pressing part 610 moves towards the second film pressing part 620; or the first and second pressing film portions 610 and 620 move toward each other.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, the first squeeze film part 610 includes a first squeeze film roller 611, a first driving member 612, a first mounting plate 616, a second mounting plate 614 and a guide rod 615, the first driving member 612 is fixedly mounted on the first mounting plate 616, the first mounting plate 616 is provided with a hole for the output end of the first driving member 612 to protrude, the output end of the first driving member 612 is fixedly connected to the second mounting plate 614, the first squeeze film roller 611 is rotatably mounted on the second mounting plate 614, and the first squeeze film roller 611 can be driven to move up and down by the extension and retraction of the first driving member 612, so that the first squeeze film roller 611 is close to or far from the second squeeze film part 620. When the adhesive tape 660 carrying the protective film 680 moves to the position corresponding to the first film pressing part 610, the first driving component 612 drives the first film pressing roller 611 to move downwards, so that the first film pressing roller 611 moves towards the adhesive tape 660 to press the protective film 680 and the adhesive tape 660, the adhesive tape 660 carries the protective film 680 to move backwards continuously, after the protective film 680 leaves the action area of the first film pressing part 610, the first driving component 612 drives the first film pressing roller 611 to move upwards, and the first film pressing part 610 does not act on the adhesive tape 660 any more. In this embodiment, the first film pressing portion 610 is movable, so that the first film pressing portion 610 can be prevented from continuously acting on the adhesive tape 660, the protective film 680 is placed on the adhesive tape 660 at a certain position interval, and if the first film pressing portion 610 continuously acts on the adhesive tape 660, the adhesive tape 660 not covered by the protective film 680 is adhered to the first film pressing portion 610, so that the conveying reliability of the adhesive tape 660 is affected, and the reliability of the film peeling device 600 is affected. The first driving part 612 may be a cylinder as shown in fig. 12, and it is understood that the first driving part 612 may be other driving parts, such as a lead screw motor.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the adhesive tape dispenser further comprises a loading assembly 670, the loading assembly 670 is used for placing the protective film 680 on the adhesive tape 660, and the loading assembly 670 comprises a bin 673, a protective film buffer plate 674, a first material-taking manipulator 671 and a second material-taking manipulator 672. Specifically describing the working process of the feeding assembly with reference to fig. 9, the first material taking robot 671 sucks the protective film 680 and locates above the protective film buffer plate 674, the first material taking robot 671 moves downward to place the protective film 680 on the protective film buffer plate 674, then the first material taking robot 671 and the second material taking robot 672 move rightward in synchronization, the first material taking robot 671 moves above the magazine 673, the second material taking robot 672 moves above the protective film buffer plate 674, the first material taking robot 671 and the second material taking robot 672 move downward respectively, the first material taking robot 671 takes out the protective film 680 from the magazine 673, the second material taking robot 672 sucks 680 the protective film from the protective film buffer plate 674, then the first material taking robot 671 and the second material taking robot 672 both move upward, the first material taking robot 671 and the second material taking robot 672 move leftward in synchronization, the first material taking manipulator 671 moves above the protective film buffer plate 674, the second material taking manipulator 672 moves above the adhesive tape 660, then the first material taking manipulator 671 and the second material taking manipulator 672 move downwards, the protective film 680 is placed on the protective film buffer plate 674 by the first material taking manipulator 671, the protective film 680 is placed on the adhesive tape 660 by the second material taking manipulator 672, and continuous feeding is achieved through the circulating action. Through setting up the material loading subassembly, be convenient for realize the protection film material loading automation, improve the work efficiency of shelling the membrane device.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, with reference to fig. 1, 12 to 15, the film laminator further includes a film laminating assembly 800, the film laminating assembly 800 includes a film laminating portion 810, a moving module, a positioning member 700, and the like, the positioning member 700 includes a first positioning portion 710 and a second positioning portion 720, and the moving module includes a first moving unit 820, a rotating unit 830, a second moving unit 840, and a third moving unit 850. The film sticking portion 810 is connected to the first moving unit 820, the first moving unit 820 is connected to the rotating unit 830, the rotating unit 830 is connected to the second moving unit 840, and the second moving unit 840 is connected to the third moving unit 850. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first moving unit 820 includes a first driving member 821, and the first driving member 821 drives the film sticking portion to move in a vertical direction through a lead screw assembly. Referring to fig. 15, a film sticking portion 810 includes a suction plate 811, a platen roller 812, a platen roller driver 813, a fixing frame 814, a suction plate driver 815, a rotating block 816, and the like. The adsorption plate 811 may fix the protective film to the bottom thereof by vacuum adsorption, and the protective film has a portion protruding out of the adsorption plate 811 and the protruding portion is located below the pressure roller 812. When the film is attached, the suction plate 811 is inclined with respect to the horizontal plane, and the press roller 812 is positioned on the side of the lowest end of the suction plate 811.
The adsorption plate 811 is driven by the moving module to reach above the curved screen 001, and the film starts to be attached after the protective film is aligned with the curved screen 001. The first moving unit 820 drives the adsorption plate 811 to move downward, and since the adsorption plate 811 is tilted, the lowest region of the protective film (i.e., the region of the protective film located below the pressure roller 812) first comes into contact with the curved panel. The pressure roller driver 813 drives the pressure roller 812 to move downwards, so that the protective film is pressed on the curved screen 001. The compression roller driving member 813 is an air cylinder, and the telescopic end of the air cylinder is fixedly connected with the compression roller 812. Then, the second moving unit 840 drives the entire film sticking portion 810 to move in the first horizontal direction, in which the protective film is gradually separated from the adsorption plate 811 and pressed against the curved screen by the pressing roller 812. Because adsorption plate 811 slopes to set up, when the pad pasting, the protection film is not laminated to the curved surface screen on in all regions simultaneously, but laminates gradually from one end to the other end, and the slope pad pasting can reduce the bubble between protection film and display screen, makes the two laminating degree higher, and the fastness is higher.
In addition, the adsorption plate 811 does not always keep an inclined state, and it keeps a horizontal state when the material taking region adsorbs and takes a material. After reaching the film pasting station, the adsorption plate 811 is driven to rotate by the adsorption plate driving member 815 so as to realize inclination. Specifically, the absorption plate 811 is rotatably connected to the fixing frame 814, and the absorption plate driving member 815 is fixedly connected to the fixing frame 814. The suction plate driving member 815 is a cylinder, the telescopic end of the cylinder is fixedly connected with the rotating block 816, and the rotating block 160 is rotatably connected with the suction plate 811. The suction plate driving unit 815 drives the rotating block 816 to move, so that the suction plate 811 can rotate relative to the rotating block 816.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the film sticking machine further includes a second cleaning device 900, the second cleaning device 900 is disposed at a central position of the conveying device 200, and is used for cleaning the surface of the curved screen 001 running to the third station, the second cleaning device 900 is a dust-sticking roller cleaning device commonly used in the art, and the detailed structure thereof is not described again. With reference to the foregoing embodiments, a film pasting method of a film pasting machine according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
(A) placing the curved screen at a first station of a conveying device through manual work or a feeding and discharging mechanical arm;
(B) the conveying device operates the curved screen from the first station to the second station, and the first cleaning device is used for cleaning the curved screen;
(C) the conveying device operates the curved screen from the second station to the third station, and the second cleaning device is used for cleaning the curved screen; the film sticking part moves to a discharging position of the film peeling device to absorb the protective film and then moves to the position above the curved screen of the third station, the first positioning part is used for positioning and photographing the protective film, the second positioning part is used for positioning and photographing the curved screen, the photographing positioning structures of the curved screen and the protective film are compared to obtain position deviation, the film sticking part is driven to move by the moving module to eliminate the position deviation, the protective film is aligned to the curved screen, and the moving module is used for driving the film sticking part to move to stick the protective film to the curved screen;
(D) the conveying device operates the curved screen attached with the protective film from the third station to the fourth station, and the film attaching and rolling device rolls the protective film on the curved screen to enable the protective film to be better attached to the curved screen.
(E) The conveying device operates the curved screen from the fourth station to the first station, and the curved screen subjected to film sticking is fed manually or by a feeding and discharging manipulator.
