In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides a staple cartridge assembly for a medical stapler and the medical stapler comprising the staple cartridge assembly. The staple cartridge assembly comprises: the medical stapler comprises at least one nail belt, wherein the nail belt comprises a nail belt body extending along the axial direction of the medical stapler, and one side of the nail belt body is provided with at least one row of anastomotic nails sequentially arranged along the extending direction of the nail belt body; the limiting parts are located on two side edges of the nail belt and extend along the extending direction of the nail belt body, and the limiting parts and the nail belt body limit the accommodating space of the anastomosis nail.
The staple cartridge component is characterized in that the staple cartridge component is provided with a plurality of staple strips, and the staple strips are arranged on the staple strips. In existing single staple configurations, each staple is defined in a staple cavity. In the structure adopting the nail belt, a structure of nail holes is not arranged, in order to limit the positions of the anastomotic nails of the nail belt, limiting parts are further arranged on two sides of the nail belt to limit the accommodating space of the anastomotic nails, and the condition that the anastomotic nails are staggered in the nail bin assembly is avoided. When the anastomat is fired, the anastomosis nails are pushed out towards the nail anvil assembly in the limited space, the nails are guaranteed to be discharged along the set direction when the anastomosis nails are anastomosed, and the condition that the staple nail or the anastomosis position of the nails deviates when the anastomat is fired is avoided.
The structure of the staple cartridge assembly and the stapler according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 11.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the stapler includes a stapler body 9, a cartridge rack 1 and a nail anvil assembly 2 are disposed at a distal end side of the stapler body 9, and the cartridge rack 1 is provided with the cartridge assembly. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the staple cartridge assembly includes two staple strips 4, each staple strip 4 includes a staple strip body 42 extending along an axial direction of the medical stapler, and each staple strip body 42 is provided with two rows of staples 41 sequentially arranged along an extending direction of the staple strip body 42. Thus, in this embodiment, a plurality of staples 41 are formed on a staple strip 4 for more convenient use. The number of strips 4 and the number of rows of staples 41 per strip 4 are exemplary, and in other alternative embodiments, the number of strips 4 may be increased or decreased, and the number of rows of staples 41 on strips 4 may be increased or decreased as desired, all falling within the scope of the present invention.
In order to define the positions of the staples 41 in the cartridge assembly and the staple discharging direction of the staples 41, the stoppers 51 to 54 are located on both sides of the staple belt 4, the stoppers 51 to 54 extend along the extending direction of the staple belt body 42, and the stoppers 51 to 54 and the staple belt body 42 define the receiving space 43 of the staples 41. Staple receiving space 43 is a space defined in the axial direction of the stapler, i.e., it is mainly defined that staples 41 do not deviate in a direction toward or away from the axial center of the stapler. The upper surface of the cartridge unit is a cartridge surface, and when the staples 41 move from the cartridge surface toward the anvil when the stapler is fired, the restriction of the staple accommodating space 43 is limited, and no deviation to the outside or the inside is found.
In the present invention, the distal side and the proximal side are relative to the operator, wherein the distal side refers to the end farther from the operator and the proximal side refers to the end closer to the operator. For example, in the perspective of FIG. 1, the distal side of the cartridge frame 1 is referred to as the left end of the figure, the proximal side is referred to as the right end of the figure, and the distal side of the anvil assembly 2 is referred to as the left end of the figure, and the proximal side is referred to as the right end of the figure. The axial direction of the medical stapler refers to a direction from the proximal side to the distal side of the medical stapler, i.e., a direction in which the staple band body 42 extends in fig. 2. For a component, the inner side thereof refers to a side closer to the axial center of the stapler than the outer side thereof.
In this embodiment, the cartridge assembly further comprises a fixing member 3, and the distal end sides of the retaining members 51 to 54 are fixed to the fixing member 3. Similarly, the distal ends of the stoppers 51 to 54 may be non-detachably connected to the fixing member 3, or detachably connected to the fixing member 3.
In this embodiment, staples 41 include piercing end 411 and attachment end 412, and staples 41 are attached to staple strip body 42 by attachment end 412. The positions of the two side edges of the nail belt body 42 corresponding to the piercing ends 411 are retracted inwards, as shown in fig. 7, so as to form retracted surfaces 422 of the two sides of the nail belt body 42. Each staple 41 is correspondingly provided with a retraction surface 422 at a position, and the retraction surface 422 and the adjacent stoppers 51 to 54 jointly define the staple outlet space 44 of the staple 41. The nail bin assembly further comprises a nail pushing block 7 located on the proximal end side of the limiting pieces 51-54. When the stapler is fired, the staples 41 are pushed to the distal side direction of the stapler by the staple pushing block 7 at the proximal side, the puncturing ends 411 of the staples 41 rotate towards the nail anvil direction of the stapler with the connecting ends 412 as the axis, the puncturing ends 411 penetrate through the staple discharging space 44 and extend out of the nail bin surface, and after penetrating through tissues, the tissues are molded on the nail anvil of the nail anvil assembly 2, so that the tissue anastomosis is realized. The limitation of the staple discharging space 44 can further ensure that the direction of the staples 41 during staple discharging does not deviate towards the outside or the inside, and the piercing ends 411 can smoothly pass through the staple discharging space 44 under the guidance of the side surfaces of the limiting pieces 51-54 during the staple discharging process of the staples 41, so that the phenomenon of staples is avoided.
In this embodiment, two side edges of the distal end side of the nail belt body 42 are respectively contacted with the limiting members 51 to 54 at two sides, and the upper surfaces of the limiting members 51 to 54 are flush with the upper surface of the nail belt body 42. Here, the upper surfaces of the stoppers 51-54, i.e., the stoppers 51-54, face the surface of the anvil assembly 2 in the view of FIG. 5, and the upper surface of the staple belt body 42, i.e., the staple cartridge surface in the view of FIG. 5, the staple belt body 42 faces the upper surface of the anvil assembly 2.
In this embodiment, two rows of staples 41 are disposed near both sides of the staple tape 4, respectively. In order to further define the receiving space 43 of the staples 41, a connecting rod 6 extending along the extending direction of the staple strip body 42 is further disposed between the two rows of staples 41 of each staple strip 4, and the receiving space 43 of the staples 41 is defined between the connecting rod 6 and the stopper. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the process of ejecting the staples 41, the staples 41 are guided by the side surfaces of the stoppers 51 to 54 and the side surface of the link 6 at the same time, so that the staple does not occur, and the staples 41 can be smoothly ejected from the cartridge surface through the predetermined staple ejection space 44.
In this embodiment, the cartridge module comprises two nail belts 4 and four stoppers 51-54 respectively arranged at two sides of the two nail belts 4: the first stopper 51 and the fourth stopper 54 are located on the outer side, and the second stopper 52 and the third stopper 53 are located on the inner side, and a cutting groove 83 is defined between the inner side surfaces of the second stopper 52 and the third stopper 53.
The proximal end side of the cartridge assembly is provided with a cutter 81, a pusher bar 82 and a staple pushing block 7, and the tip of the staple pushing block 7 is provided with a breaking part 71 corresponding to the connecting end 412 of the staple 41. The nail belt body 42 is further provided with a projection receiving opening 421 corresponding to the connecting end 412 of each staple 41, the connecting rod 6 is provided with a plurality of projections 61, and each projection 61 penetrates out of the corresponding projection receiving opening 421. When the stapler is fired, a doctor holds the operating handle, the pusher bar 82 pushes the cutter 81 and the staple pushing block 7 to move towards the distal side of the stapler, the connecting end 412 is pushed by the distal side of the breaking part 71 of the staple pushing block 7 to move towards the distal side to be in contact with the proximal side surface of the bump 61, and under the action of the reaction force of the bump 61 and the pushing force of the breaking part 71, the connecting end 412 of the staple 41 is broken, so that the staple 41 is conveniently separated from the staple belt body 42.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, in the proximal side view of the cartridge assembly, the central axes of the end surfaces of the first retaining member 51 and the fourth retaining member 54 form an included angle m. The angle of the included angle m can be selected to be 10-30 degrees, and is further preferably 18-22 degrees, so that the space in the anastomat assembly is fully utilized, the lip edge of the anastomotic tissue anastomotic stoma after anastomosis is enlarged, and the safety and the reliability of the anastomotic stoma are ensured. In a proximal side view of the staple cartridge assembly, the outer side surface 522 of the second limiting member 52 is parallel to the end surface central axis of the first limiting member 51, and the outer side surface 532 of the third limiting member 53 is parallel to the end surface central axis of the fourth limiting member 54, that is, an included angle n is also formed between the outer side surface 522 of the second limiting member 52 and the outer side surface 532 of the third limiting member 53, and the included angle n may be equal to the included angle m, and in other alternative embodiments, the included angle n may be different from the included angle m.
If the inner side surface of the second limiting member 52 and the inner side surface of the third limiting member 53 have the same included angle n, a V-shaped open space is formed between the second limiting member 52 and the third limiting member 53, that is, the cutter groove 83 is a groove with a V-shaped end surface. When the cutter 82 is moved from the proximal side to the distal side of the stapler through the cutter groove 83 to cut tissue, when the tissue to be operated is thick, the tissue may enter the cutter groove 83 during the closing process, and the V-shaped cutter groove inevitably receives more tissue, so that the cutter 82 is hardly retracted from the distal side to the original position. Therefore, in this embodiment, the inner side surface 521 of the second limiting member 52 is arranged to be parallel to the inner side surface 531 of the third limiting member 53 and to be parallel to the side wall of the cutting knife. As shown in fig. 10, the inner side surface 521 of the second limiting member 52 and the inner side surface 531 of the third limiting member 53 are preferably perpendicular to the cartridge surface of the cartridge assembly, and the second limiting member 52 and the third limiting member 53 are configured like an inverted trapezoid.
In this embodiment, in a proximal side view of the staple cartridge assembly, an included angle y is formed between the outer side surface 522 of the second limiting member 52 and the inner side surface 521 of the second limiting member 52, the included angle is optionally y ═ n/2, an included angle x is formed between the outer side surface 532 of the third limiting member 53 and the inner side surface 532 of the third limiting member 53, the included angle is optionally x ═ n/2, and end surfaces of the second limiting member 52 and the third limiting member 53 are inverse trapezoidal surfaces. That is, by designing the shapes of the second stopper 52 and the third stopper 53, the cutter groove 82 having a rectangular end face is formed. When the cutting knife 82 cuts off the tissue, excessive tissue does not enter the cutting knife groove 83, and the cutting knife 82 is convenient to retract to the initial position again.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the staple pushing block 7 is a fan-shaped staple pushing block 7 adapted to the accommodating space of the staples 41, and the staple pushing block 7 includes four staple pushing strips axially aligned with a row of the staples 41, respectively, so as to push the staples 41 out of the cartridge assembly more conveniently when the stapler is fired.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the fitting structure of the staple pusher 7 and the stoppers 51 to 54 is shown. In this embodiment, a chamfer structure 72 is formed at the top end of the side of the nail pushing block 7 engaged with each of the limiting members 51 to 54, and an inclined surface 55 engaged with the chamfer structure is formed at the side of each of the limiting members 51 to 54 engaged with the nail pushing block 7.
The nail bin assembly and the medical anastomat comprising the same have the following advantages:
the invention provides a nail bin assembly for a medical anastomat, which is characterized in that anastomotic nails are formed on a nail belt, so that the installation and the replacement are more convenient, and the nail belt can be replaced only after one operation is finished; limiting parts are arranged on two sides of the nail belt to limit the accommodating space of the anastomosis nails, so that the situation that the anastomosis nails are staggered in the nail bin assembly is avoided; further, the limiting part and the nail belt body can jointly limit the nail outlet space of the anastomotic nail, so that the anastomotic nail can be discharged along the set direction during anastomosis, the condition that the staple or the nail anastomotic position is deviated when the anastomat is triggered is avoided, and the operation effect is improved.
The foregoing is a more detailed description of the invention in connection with specific preferred embodiments and it is not intended that the invention be limited to these specific details. For those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains, several simple deductions or substitutions can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, and all shall be considered as belonging to the protection scope of the invention.
