Various service indexes and navigation provided by the IPTV set-top box are accomplished through an EPG (Electrical Program Guide) system. The tension of terminal memory allocation and scheduling often directly causes the user to pause the remote key operation. Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above drawbacks or needs for improvement in the prior art, the present invention provides a method and system for controlling EPG page playing. Based on the high-definition and ultra-high-definition video decoding capability of the set top box terminal, the method for displaying the EPG interface content through video playing is realized. The embodiment of the invention provides an EPG page playing control method, which comprises the following steps:

After the set-top box passes the platform authentication, the authentication platform issues the streaming media address of the EPG home page.
The set-top box attempts video playing using the streaming media address and parses the component element description information in the navigation information table in the TS stream.
And after the set top box successfully plays the streaming media video, drawing a highlight focus icon of a default component on an OSD layer according to the first component element description information in the analyzed navigation information table.
When the set top box receives that a user carries out focus movement on the current EPG interface through a remote controller key, the set top box firstly destroys a highlighted focus icon currently displayed on an OSD layer. Then the current component current _ index is obtained according to the shift number of the focus movement of the abscissa and the ordinate.
The set top box describes and matches the focus _ index according to the information obtained from the navigation information table by the current _ index, so that the coordinate position and the area size (component width and height pixels) of the highlight focus to be drawn can be obtained, and the highlight focus icon is drawn on the OSD layer by self.
When a user determines that the key needs to perform EPG interface skip or full screen switching through a remote controller, the set top box matches a new streaming media URL described in a link _ URL _ descriptor according to the focus _ index, and tries video playing by using a new streaming media address. And because the set top box switches the TS code stream, the default drawing of the highlight focus is repeated at the moment.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for displaying a broadcast from start-up to an EPG home page, including:
s101, the set-top box is powered on and started to carry out IPTV platform authentication;
s102, after the set-top box is successfully authenticated, the set-top box does not actively request the EPG home page any more, and the authentication platform issues the streaming media address of the EPG home page;

And respectively obtaining the description information of each component, and storing the description information into a structure memory structMap [ m × n ]. Wherein m and n respectively represent the row number and the column number of the components in the two-dimensional web page presented by the current EPG interface.
If the player fails to play the streaming media address, the player continues to retry playing. Until the video playing is successful to display the video frame picture.
S106: if the playing is successful, the player reports the StructMap structure memory data in step S104 to the browser by way of the virtual event.
S107: the browser draws a highlight focus icon at the OSD layer according to the value of the first member parameter of the structMap [0 ].
And S108, the set-top box normally finishes the display from the startup to the EPG home page playing.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for a user to perform focus movement navigation switching on an EPG interface through a remote controller, when the user performs focus movement navigation on the EPG interface through a direction key of the remote controller, playing of a video stream is not affected by any key, and a set-top box browser module re-acquires coordinate values and a display area, where a highlight focus needs to be drawn, according to a horizontal and vertical coordinate offset of a two-dimensional table corresponding to the EPG interface. When a user determines that the EPG interface skip occurs when a key is selected by a user through a remote controller or the EPG interface is switched on a full screen, the set top box player module needs to play the corresponding TS streaming media again, and informs the browser module to redraw the default highlight focus icon.
The specific processing steps are illustrated as follows:
s201, a user presses a key to trigger the highlight focus of an EPG interface to move, and a browser module automatically destroys a highlight icon displayed on an OSD layer at first;
s202, the browser recalculates the subscript number current _ index of the component needing to display the highlight focus according to the information of the up, down, left and right direction keys. For example, when the user presses the right key h times and the lower key j times in succession, for the initial state of the first component element of the current EPG interface with the default highlight focus at the upper left corner, current _ index is 0+ j (m-1) + h (n-1);
s203, the browser describes the information matched with the corresponding lower label according to the information obtained from the navigation information table by the current _ index value of the current component lower label (specifically, finding the matched focus _ index in the structMap structure);
s204, the browser redraws the highlight focus icon on the OSD layer according to the member parameter of the structMap [ current _ index ].
If the user presses the decision key to perform jumping or full-screen switching of the EPG page, the set-top box immediately executes the step S201 first, and destroys the highlight focus icon of the OSD layer. And then re-executes steps S103-S108 in the flow of fig. 1. The difference with the EPG home page displayed by the set-top box starting process is that: and the streaming media address of the EPG page required to be displayed in the starting process is automatically issued by the authentication platform. The browser module does not make any comparison. The address causing EPG page jump selected by the user service is obtained by the set-top box browser module from the link _ url _ descriptor field in the structMap structure information according to the current _ index of the current component.

the TS stream playing module is used for playing TS streams, displaying the EPG interface, analyzing a navigation information table contained in the TS streams to obtain coordinate values of all components in the EPG interface, sizes of the components and playing addresses of the components needing to be subjected to link jumping; the TS stream is manufactured according to the component typesetting layout of each EPG page, each EPG page displayed on a screen needs to correspond to a single TS stream, and each TS stream contains a navigation information table;
the focus icon drawing module is used for drawing the highlight focus icon of the default component on the OSD layer according to the parameter information obtained by analyzing the navigation information table;
the dynamic focus drawing module is used for receiving control operation of a user and realizing dynamic drawing of the focus icon of the EPG interface according to parameter information obtained by analyzing the navigation information table;
and the page jump module is used for receiving the page switching operation of the user to jump the EPG page.
Further, the navigation information table at least comprises:
component element X coordinate: marking the offset pixel of the abscissa of the component in the EPG interface, and corresponding to the offset value of the vertex at the upper left corner of the current EPG interface;
component element Y coordinate: marking the offset pixel of the vertical coordinate of the component in the EPG interface, and corresponding to the offset value of the vertex at the upper left corner of the EPG interface;
width of the assembly: marking the width pixel values that the component needs to display to occupy;
height of the assembly: marking the height pixel value that the component needs to display to occupy;
labeling of each component of the EPG interface: marking the serial number of the current component;
EPG interface jump descriptor: and marking the streaming media address which needs to be switched when the set top box carries out full-screen skipping of the EPG page.
Further, the dynamic focus drawing module receives a control operation of a user, and dynamically draws the focus icon of the EPG interface according to the parameter information obtained by analyzing the navigation information table, including:
when the set top box receives that a user carries out focus movement on a current EPG interface through a remote controller key, the focus dynamic drawing module firstly destroys a highlighted focus icon currently displayed on an OSD layer; then obtaining the current component lower label according to the offset number of the focal point movement of the abscissa and the ordinate;
the dynamic focus drawing module is used for describing and matching information corresponding to a lower label according to the information obtained by the lower label of the current component from the navigation information table, so that the coordinate position and the area size of the highlight focus to be drawn can be obtained, and the highlight focus icon is drawn on the OSD layer.
Further, the page jump module receives a page switching operation of a user to jump an EPG page, including:
when the set-top box receives the jump instruction, jumping and refreshing display of the EPG interface are needed, video playing switching is carried out by using the playing address of the link jump in the navigation information table section, and the other path of TS code stream is played to display the content of the jumped EPG interface.

As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a set top box, including:
at least one processor 21; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory 22 communicatively coupled to the at least one processor 21; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

Claims (8)

1. An EPG page play control method, comprising:
making TS (transport stream) according to the component typesetting layout of each EPG page, wherein each EPG page displayed on a screen needs to correspond to a single TS, and each TS contains a navigation information table; the navigation information table at least comprises:
component element X coordinate: marking the offset pixel of the abscissa of the component in the EPG interface, and corresponding to the offset value of the vertex at the upper left corner of the current EPG interface;
component element Y coordinate: marking the offset pixel of the vertical coordinate of the component in the EPG interface, and corresponding to the offset value of the vertex at the upper left corner of the EPG interface;
width of the assembly: marking the width pixel values that the component needs to display to occupy;
height of the assembly: marking the height pixel value that the component needs to display to occupy;
labeling of each component of the EPG interface: marking the serial number of the current component;
EPG interface jump descriptor: marking a streaming media address which needs to be switched when the set top box carries out full-screen skipping of an EPG page;
the set top box plays the TS stream and displays the EPG interface, and analyzes a navigation information table contained in the TS stream to obtain coordinate values of each component in the EPG interface, the size of the component and a playing address of the component needing to be subjected to link jumping;
the set top box draws a highlight focus icon of a default component on an OSD layer according to parameter information obtained by analyzing the navigation information table;
the set top box receives control operation of a user, and dynamic drawing of an EPG interface focus icon is realized according to parameter information obtained by analyzing a navigation information table;
and the set top box receives the page switching operation of the user to jump the EPG page.
2. The EPG page play control method of claim 1, wherein the set top box draws the highlight focus icon of the default component on the OSD layer according to the parameter information obtained by parsing the navigation information table, comprising:
and after the set top box successfully plays the streaming media video, drawing a highlight focus icon of a default component on an OSD layer according to the first component element description information in the analyzed navigation information table.
3. The EPG page play control method of claim 1, wherein the set-top box receives a control operation of a user and dynamically draws the EPG interface focus icon according to the parameter information obtained by parsing the navigation information table, comprising:
when the set-top box receives that a user carries out focus movement on the current EPG interface through a remote controller key, the set-top box firstly destroys a highlighted focus icon currently displayed on an OSD layer, then obtains a current component lower label according to the offset number of the focus movement of the abscissa and the ordinate,
the set top box matches the information of the corresponding lower label according to the information description of the lower label of the current component obtained from the navigation information table, so that the coordinate position and the area size of the highlight focus to be drawn can be obtained, and the highlight focus icon is drawn on the OSD layer.
4. The EPG page play control method of claim 1, wherein the set top box receiving a page switch operation of a user to jump the EPG page comprises:
when the set-top box receives the jump instruction, jumping and refreshing display of the EPG interface are needed, video playing switching is carried out by using the playing address of the link jump in the navigation information table section, and the other path of TS code stream is played to display the content of the jumped EPG interface.
5. The set top box is characterized by comprising a TS stream playing module, a focus icon drawing module, a focus dynamic drawing module and a page skipping module, wherein:
the TS stream playing module is used for playing TS streams, displaying the EPG interface, analyzing a navigation information table contained in the TS streams to obtain coordinate values of all components in the EPG interface, sizes of the components and playing addresses of the components needing to be subjected to link jumping; the TS stream is manufactured according to the component typesetting layout of each EPG page, each EPG page displayed on a screen needs to correspond to a single TS stream, and each TS stream contains a navigation information table; the navigation information table at least comprises:

and the page jump module is used for receiving the page switching operation of the user to jump the EPG page.

The set-top box of claim 5, wherein the dynamic focus drawing module receives a control operation of a user, and dynamically draws the focus icon of the EPG interface according to the parameter information obtained by parsing the navigation information table, and the dynamic focus drawing module comprises:
when the set top box receives that a user carries out focus movement on a current EPG interface through a remote controller key, the focus dynamic drawing module firstly destroys a highlighted focus icon currently displayed on an OSD layer; then obtaining the current component lower label according to the offset number of the focal point movement of the abscissa and the ordinate;
the dynamic focus drawing module is used for describing and matching information corresponding to a lower label according to the information obtained by the lower label of the current component from the navigation information table, so that the coordinate position and the area size of the highlight focus to be drawn can be obtained, and the highlight focus icon is drawn on the OSD layer.
