In this step, the terminal a corresponding to the product providing user stores at least one product identification information and product information corresponding to each product identification information, which are input by the product providing user through the product information adjustment page, into the database, so that the server can query and obtain target product information corresponding to at least one target product identification information (e.g., target product identification information 1: electronic shelf scene-electronic mall 1, and target product identification information 2: electronic shelf scene-electronic mall 2) from the database when receiving a product information obtaining instruction sent by a second terminal (e.g., terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf in fig. 1), and send at least one target product information (e.g., target product information 1: product information 1 corresponding to target product identification information 1, and target product information 2: product information 3 corresponding to target product identification information 2) to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays through the electronic shelf according to the at least one target product information.
In the embodiment of the application, the first terminal displays a product information adjusting page to a user by responding to a product information adjusting instruction input by the user, so that the user can input product identification information needing to be adjusted and corresponding product information. Further, when receiving product identification information and corresponding product information input by a user through the product information adjustment page, the first terminal stores the product identification information and the corresponding product information into the database, so that the server can query and acquire target product information corresponding to the target product identification information from the database when receiving a product information acquisition instruction sent by the second terminal, and send the target product information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays the target product information according to the target product information. Therefore, compared with a mode that operation and maintenance personnel modify the bottom layer code according to the product information needing to be adjusted in the related technology, a user can directly modify the product information through the first terminal without modifying the bottom layer code, and therefore the product information adjusting mode provided by the embodiment of the application is high in efficiency and greatly saves research and development cost and time cost.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for processing product information based on an electronic shelf according to another embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, the present application describes an implementation manner of a server side. The execution subject of the embodiment of the present application may be a server, or may be a product information processing apparatus provided in the server (in the following embodiment of the present application, the execution subject is described as an example of the server). As shown in fig. 3, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include:
and S301, receiving a product information acquisition instruction sent by the second terminal.
In this step, the server receives a product information acquisition instruction transmitted from a second terminal (for example, a terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf in fig. 1). Illustratively, the product information acquisition instruction may include, but is not limited to, at least one target product identification information to be acquired, for example, the target product identification information 1 may include a business scenario identifier (for indicating an electronic shelf scenario) and a business object identifier (for indicating the electronic mall 1), and the target product identification information 2 may include a business scenario identifier (for indicating an electronic shelf scenario) and a business object identifier (for indicating the electronic mall 2).
Illustratively, the product information acquisition instruction may further include authentication information, so that the server determines whether the second terminal (e.g., the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf in fig. 1) belongs to a legal call according to the authentication information.
For example, the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf may send the product information acquisition instruction to the server through the SKU interface every preset time period, or the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf may also send the product information acquisition instruction to the server through the SKU interface when receiving the trigger instruction.
For example, a terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf may send a product information acquisition instruction to the server through the SKU interface, where the product information acquisition instruction may carry a Universal Unique Identifier (UUID) of the terminal B, a service scene identifier, and authentication information; further, the server may determine the service object identifier and the identifier of the terminal B according to the UUID of the terminal B, so that the server may send each target product information to the terminal B according to the identifier of the terminal B after obtaining the target product information corresponding to each target product identifier information.
Step S302, obtaining target product information corresponding to at least one target product identification information from a database according to preset storage association information.
The database related in the embodiment of the present application may store at least one piece of product identification information stored by each first terminal (for example, the terminal a corresponding to the product providing user in fig. 1) and product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information. For example, the database stores an electronic shelf scene-electronic mall 1 and corresponding product information 1, a billboard scene-electronic mall 1 and corresponding product information 2, an electronic shelf scene-electronic mall 2 and corresponding product information 3, and a billboard scene-electronic mall 2 and corresponding product information 4.
The preset storage association information related in the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to: and the association information between each product identification information stored in the database and the product information corresponding to the product identification information. For example, the preset storage association information may include: the system comprises electronic shelf scenes, association information between the electronic mall 1 and corresponding product information 1, billboard scenes, association information between the electronic mall 1 and corresponding product information 2, association information between the electronic shelf scenes and the electronic mall 2 and corresponding product information 3, and association information between the billboard scenes and the electronic mall 2 and corresponding product information 4.
In this step, the server obtains, from the database, target product information 1 (e.g., product information 1) corresponding to target product identification information 1 (e.g., electronic shelf scene-electronic mall 1) and target product information 2 (e.g., product information 3) corresponding to target product identification information 2 (e.g., electronic shelf scene-electronic mall 2) according to preset storage association information.
For example, if the product information obtaining instruction further includes authentication information, the server may further determine, according to the authentication information, whether the second terminal (e.g., the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf in fig. 1) belongs to a legal call; if the second terminal is determined to be legally called, the target product information corresponding to the at least one target product identification information is obtained from the database according to the preset storage association information, so that the safety of the product information in the database can be guaranteed.
And step S303, sending the at least one piece of target product information to the second terminal so that the second terminal displays the at least one piece of target product information.
In this step, the server sends the at least one piece of target product information obtained by querying from the database in step S302 to a second terminal (for example, a terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf in fig. 1), so that the second terminal displays the at least one piece of target product information through the electronic shelf, so that the user can view each piece of target product information on the electronic shelf through the second terminal.
Exemplarily, the server may further pre-process at least one target product information obtained from the database query to obtain at least one processed target product information; wherein the preprocessing comprises removing duplicate product information, removing off-shelf product information, and/or removing deleted product information. Further, the server sends the at least one processed target product information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays the at least one processed target product information through the electronic shelf. Therefore, the repeated product information, the off-shelf product information and/or the deleted product information are filtered, so that the transmission efficiency of the product information can be improved, and transmission resources can be saved.
Illustratively, the server may further determine whether the at least one target product information can generate a JS object notation (JSON) string; if the JSON string can be generated, sending at least one piece of target product information to a second terminal in a JSON string mode; otherwise, the reason why the JSON string cannot be generated is checked.
In the embodiment of the application, when a product information acquisition instruction sent by a terminal corresponding to an electronic shelf is received, a server acquires target product information corresponding to at least one target product identification information from a database according to preset storage association information, so that the at least one target product information is sent to the terminal corresponding to the electronic shelf, and the terminal corresponding to the electronic shelf displays according to the at least one target product information. In the embodiment of the application, each piece of product identification information which is stored in the terminal corresponding to the product providing user and needs to be adjusted and the corresponding product information are stored in the database, and the server can acquire the adjusted target product information corresponding to each piece of target product identification information from the database in a query mode, so that when the product providing user adjusts the product information, the terminal corresponding to the electronic shelf can acquire the adjusted target product information.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a method for processing product information based on an electronic shelf according to another embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the above embodiments, the present application embodiment describes an implementation manner of the terminal side corresponding to the electronic shelf. The execution subject in the embodiment of the present application may be a second terminal (for example, a terminal B corresponding to an electronic shelf in fig. 1), or may be a product information processing apparatus provided in the second terminal (in the following embodiment of the present application, the execution subject is described as an example of the second terminal). As shown in fig. 4, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include:
and S401, the second terminal sends a product information acquisition instruction to the server.
For example, in this step, the second terminal (for example, the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf in fig. 1) may send the product information acquisition instruction to the server through the SKU interface every preset time period, or may also send the product information acquisition instruction to the server through the SKU interface when receiving the trigger instruction.

For example, the database stores an electronic shelf scene-electronic mall 1 and corresponding product information 1, a billboard scene-electronic mall 1 and corresponding product information 2, an electronic shelf scene-electronic mall 2 and corresponding product information 3, and a billboard scene-electronic mall 2 and corresponding product information 4.
The preset storage association information related in the embodiment of the present application may include, but is not limited to: and the association information between each product identification information stored in the database and the product information corresponding to the product identification information. For example, the preset storage association information may include: the system comprises electronic shelf scenes, association information between the electronic mall 1 and corresponding product information 1, billboard scenes, association information between the electronic mall 1 and corresponding product information 2, association information between the electronic shelf scenes and the electronic mall 2 and corresponding product information 3, and association information between the billboard scenes and the electronic mall 2 and corresponding product information 4.
In this step, the second terminal (e.g., the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf in fig. 1) may receive at least one target product information sent by the server, for example, the target product information 1 (e.g., the product information 1) corresponding to the target product identification information 1 and the target product information 2 (e.g., the product information 3) corresponding to the target product identification information 2. The at least one target product information may be obtained by the server through querying from a database according to preset storage association information and at least one target product identification information (for example, target product identification information 1 and target product identification information 2).
Illustratively, if the product information obtaining instruction further includes identity verification information (used for the server to determine whether the second terminal belongs to a legal call), the at least one piece of target product information may be obtained by querying from the database according to preset storage association information and the at least one piece of target product identification information when the server determines that the second terminal belongs to a legal call according to the identity verification information.
And S403, displaying by the second terminal according to the at least one piece of target product information.
In this step, the second terminal (for example, the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf in fig. 1) displays the target product information through the electronic shelf according to the at least one target product information, so that the user can view each target product information on the electronic shelf through the second terminal.
For example, if any target product information may include a SKU identification and corresponding SKU information, the SKU information may include: the second terminal can display the target product picture on the electronic shelf according to the target product picture URL so that the user can jump to a website where the target product can be purchased according to the website URL when clicking the target product picture, and therefore the two-dimensional code for payment is displayed when the user clicks the purchasing picture in the website.
In the embodiment of the application, after a terminal corresponding to an electronic shelf sends a product information acquisition instruction to a server, at least one piece of target product information sent by the server is received, wherein the at least one piece of target product information can be obtained by the server through querying from a database according to preset storage association information and at least one piece of target product identification information; further, the terminal corresponding to the electronic shelf can display according to the at least one target product information. In the embodiment of the application, because the database stores the product identification information which is stored by the terminal corresponding to the product providing user and needs to be adjusted and the product information corresponding to the product identification information, the terminal corresponding to the electronic shelf can receive the adjusted target product information corresponding to the target product identification information which is obtained by the server from the database through inquiry, and therefore, when the product information is adjusted by the product providing user, the terminal corresponding to the electronic shelf can obtain the adjusted target product information.
Fig. 5A is a flowchart of a method for processing product information based on an electronic shelf according to another embodiment of the present application. On the basis of the above embodiments, the embodiments of the present application are described with reference to a terminal side corresponding to a product providing user, a server side, and a terminal side corresponding to an electronic shelf. As shown in fig. 5A, the method of the embodiment of the present application may include:
step S501, the terminal A corresponding to the product providing user responds to the product information adjusting instruction input by the product providing user, and displays a product information adjusting page to the user.
Step S502, the terminal A corresponding to the product providing user receives at least one piece of product identification information which is input by the product providing user through the product information adjusting page and needs to be adjusted and product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information.
Step S503, the terminal A corresponding to the product providing user stores at least one product identification information and the product information corresponding to each product identification information in the database.
And step S504, the server receives a product information acquisition instruction sent by the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf.
Illustratively, the product information acquisition instruction may include, but is not limited to, at least one target product identification information that needs to be acquired.
And step S505, the server acquires target product information corresponding to at least one target product identification information from the database according to preset storage association information.
Illustratively, the preset storage association information may include, but is not limited to: and the association information between each product identification information stored in the database and the product information corresponding to the product identification information.
And S506, the server sends the information of at least one target product to a terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf.
And step S507, displaying the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf according to the at least one target product information.
Fig. 5B is a schematic diagram comparing an electronic shelf provided in the related art with an electronic shelf provided in an embodiment of the present application. When a product providing user wants to modify some product information provided by the related art in the left electronic shelf in fig. 5B, the developer needs to modify the underlying code, so that the product name, the product picture, and the like in the left electronic shelf in fig. 5B are all in a fixed format. When a product providing user wants to modify certain product information in the right electronic shelf in fig. 5B provided in the embodiment of the present application, the product providing user directly modifies the product information adjustment page provided by the corresponding terminal a, and therefore, product names, product pictures, and the like in the right electronic shelf in fig. 5B can be adaptively displayed according to the information input by the product providing user, so that the display is flexible.
In the embodiment of the application, the product identification information needing to be adjusted and the corresponding product information which are input by the product providing user through the product information adjusting page are stored in the database through the terminal A corresponding to the product providing user, so that when the server receives a product information obtaining instruction sent by the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf, the adjusted target product information corresponding to each target product identification information can be obtained through inquiry from the database, and the adjusted target product information is sent to the terminal B corresponding to the electronic shelf to be displayed. Therefore, the efficiency of the product information adjusting mode is improved, and the fact that when the product provides the product information adjusted by the user, the terminal corresponding to the electronic shelf can acquire the adjusted target product information can be further guaranteed.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an embodiment of the present application. The terminal provided by the embodiment of the application can be a first terminal (for example, the product in fig. 1 provides a terminal a corresponding to a user). As shown in fig. 6, the first terminal 600 provided in the embodiment of the present application may include: a display module 601, a receiving module 602 and a storage module 603.
The display module 601 is configured to respond to a product information adjustment instruction input by a user and display a product information adjustment page to the user;
a receiving module 602, configured to receive at least one piece of product identification information and product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information, where the product identification information is input by the user through the product information adjustment page;
the storage module 603 is configured to store the at least one piece of product identification information and the product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information in a database, so that when receiving a product information acquisition instruction sent by a second terminal, a server acquires target product information corresponding to at least one piece of target product identification information from the database, and sends the at least one piece of target product information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays the target product information according to the at least one piece of target product information.
In one possible implementation, the product information adjustment page is any one of: a product information adding page, a product information modifying page and a product information deleting page; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

an obtaining module 702, configured to obtain, from a database, target product information corresponding to the at least one target product identification information according to preset storage association information; the database stores at least one piece of product identification information stored by a first terminal and product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information; the preset storage association information comprises: the correlation information between each product identification information in the database and the product information corresponding to the product identification information;
a sending module 703, configured to send the at least one piece of target product information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays the at least one piece of target product information according to the at least one piece of target product information.
In a possible implementation manner, the sending module 703 includes:
the preprocessing unit is used for preprocessing the at least one piece of target product information to obtain at least one piece of processed target product information; wherein the preprocessing comprises removing duplicate product information, removing off-shelf product information, and/or removing deleted product information;

Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to another embodiment of the present application. The terminal provided by the embodiment of the application can provide a terminal A corresponding to a user or a terminal B corresponding to an electronic shelf for a product as shown in FIG. 1. As shown in fig. 9, a terminal 900 provided in this embodiment of the present application may include: a processor 901 and a memory 902.

Fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a server according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, a server 100 provided in this embodiment of the present application may include: a processor 101 and a memory 102.

It should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that, in the various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of the processes should be determined by their functions and inherent logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (25)

1. A product information processing method based on an electronic shelf is characterized in that the method is applied to a first terminal and comprises the following steps:
the first terminal responds to a product information adjusting instruction input by a user and displays a product information adjusting page to the user;
the first terminal receives at least one piece of product identification information and product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information, which are input by the user through the product information adjusting page;
the first terminal stores the at least one product identification information and the product information corresponding to each product identification information into a database, so that the server obtains target product information corresponding to at least one target product identification information from the database when receiving a product information obtaining instruction sent by a second terminal, and sends the at least one target product information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays according to the at least one target product information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the product information adjustment page is any one of: a product information adding page, a product information modifying page and a product information deleting page; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the product information is any one of: product adding information, product modifying information and product deleting information.

6. A product information processing method based on an electronic shelf is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a product information acquisition instruction sent by a second terminal; the product information acquisition instruction comprises at least one target product identification information;
acquiring target product information corresponding to the at least one target product identification information from a database according to preset storage association information; the database stores at least one piece of product identification information stored by a first terminal and product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information; the preset storage association information comprises: the correlation information between each product identification information in the database and the product information corresponding to the product identification information;
and sending the at least one piece of target product information to the second terminal so that the second terminal displays the at least one piece of target product information.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the sending the at least one target product information to the second terminal so that the second terminal displays the at least one target product information comprises:
preprocessing the at least one target product information to obtain at least one processed target product information; wherein the preprocessing comprises removing duplicate product information, removing off-shelf product information, and/or removing deleted product information;
and sending the at least one processed target product information to the second terminal so that the second terminal displays the at least one processed target product information.

The method according to claim 6, wherein if the product information obtaining instruction further includes authentication information, the obtaining target product information corresponding to the at least one target product identification information from the database according to the preset storage association information includes:
judging whether the second terminal is legally called according to the identity authentication information;
and if the second terminal is determined to belong to legal calling, acquiring target product information corresponding to the at least one target product identification information from a database according to preset storage associated information.
9. The method according to any one of claims 6-8, wherein said sending at least one of said target product information to said second terminal comprises:
and sending the at least one piece of target product information to the second terminal in the form of a JS object numbered musical notation JSON string.
10. An electronic shelf-based product information processing method, which is applied to a second terminal, comprises the following steps:
the second terminal sends a product information acquisition instruction to the server; the product information acquisition instruction comprises at least one target product identification information;
the second terminal receives at least one piece of target product information sent by the server; the server queries at least one target product from a database according to preset storage association information and at least one target product identification information; at least one piece of product identification information stored by a first terminal and product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information are stored in the database; the preset storage association information comprises: the correlation information between each product identification information stored in the database and the product information corresponding to the product identification information;
and the second terminal displays according to the at least one piece of target product information.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the product information acquisition instruction further includes authentication information, and the authentication information is used by the server to determine whether the second terminal belongs to a legitimate call.
12. A terminal, characterized in that the terminal is a first terminal, the first terminal comprising:
the display module is used for responding to a product information adjusting instruction input by a user and displaying a product information adjusting page to the user;
the receiving module is used for receiving at least one piece of product identification information input by the user through the product information adjusting page and product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information;
the storage module is used for storing the at least one piece of product identification information and the product information corresponding to each piece of product identification information into a database, so that the server obtains target product information corresponding to the at least one piece of target product identification information from the database when receiving a product information obtaining instruction sent by a second terminal, and sends the at least one piece of target product information to the second terminal, so that the second terminal displays the target product information according to the at least one piece of target product information.
13. The terminal of claim 12, wherein the product information adjustment page is any one of: a product information adding page, a product information modifying page and a product information deleting page; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the product information is any one of: product adding information, product modifying information and product deleting information.

and the sending module is used for sending the at least one piece of target product information to the second terminal so as to display the second terminal according to the at least one piece of target product information.

and the sending unit is used for sending the at least one piece of processed target product information to the second terminal so as to display the second terminal according to the at least one piece of processed target product information.

the judging unit is used for judging whether the second terminal belongs to legal calling or not according to the identity authentication information;
and the obtaining unit is used for obtaining the target product information respectively corresponding to the at least one target product identification information from a database according to preset storage associated information if the judging unit determines that the second terminal belongs to legal calling.
