The active highway risk early warning system integrating sound collection, light collection and electricity integration as claimed in claim 6, wherein the laser emitter array and the variable information board array which are used for controlling the rear part of an accident to be matched with each other after the accident happens so as to realize early warning prompt for the rear vehicle comprise: controlling the laser emitter within a first preset range behind the primary accident, and forming laser light curtains in different driving roads to form a stop character; and controlling all the laser transmitters within a second preset range behind the primary accident to light red lamps, and matching with the electric information early warning module to carry out early warning prompt on rear vehicles, so that the rear vehicles can master the traffic information of the front road in time.
8. The active highway risk early warning system integrating sound collection, light collection and electricity integration according to claim 7, wherein the first preset range is 10-20 m, and the second preset range is 300-500 m.
9. The active highway risk early warning system integrating sound collection, light and electricity as claimed in claim 6, wherein the laser generators in the laser emitter array are arranged on two sides of the road at equal intervals.
