The invention also provides a device integrating drilling and measuring of the overburden fracture, as shown in fig. 7, which comprises the double-end water plugging detection rod; the drilling machine also comprises a drill bit 4 and a plurality of sections of drill rods 5; as shown in fig. 8, each section of drill rod 5 is provided with an axial plugging channel 101 and a water injection channel 102; the double-end water plugging detection rod and the multi-section drill rod 5 are connected end to end through threads; the plugging channel 101 of the double-end water plugging detection rod is correspondingly communicated with the plugging channel 101 of the plurality of sections of drill rods 5; the water injection channel 102 of the double-end water plugging detection rod is correspondingly communicated with the water injection channel 102 of the multi-section drill rod 5. The double-end water plugging detection rod is positioned between the sections of drill rods 5 and the drill bit 4.
As shown in fig. 9, a sealing ring 106 is embedded in the periphery of the port of the blocking channel 101 at one end of the double-ended water-blocking detection rod and the multi-section drill rod 5; and a sealing ring 106 is embedded in the periphery of the port of the water injection channel 102 at one end of the double-end water plugging detection rod and the multi-section drill rod 5, so that water leakage at the joint of the plugging channel 101 and the joint of the water injection channel 102 is prevented.
The overburden fracture drilling and measuring integrated device further comprises a water supply unit; as shown in fig. 10, the water supply unit comprises a main pipeline 6, and a plugging branch pipe 7 and a water injection branch pipe 8 which are connected with the main pipeline 6 in parallel; the plugging branch pipe 7 is communicated with a plugging channel 101 of the drill rod 5; the water injection branch pipe 8 is communicated with a water injection channel 102 of the drill rod 5; a water inlet valve 601, a pressure gauge 602 and a flow meter 603 are arranged on the main pipeline 6 in series; a first pressure retaining valve 701 and a first water drain valve 702 are arranged on the blocking branch pipe 7; and a second pressure retaining valve 801 and a second water drain valve 802 are arranged on the water injection branch pipe 8.
A method for drilling and measuring a overburden fracture uses the integrated device for drilling and measuring the overburden fracture, and comprises the following steps:
drilling; at the moment, the pressure control valve is in an open state, and water is supplied to the water injection channel 102 and is used for cooling and removing powder at the drill bit 4;
sealing holes; when the drilling is carried out to the testing position, the drilling is stopped, and the water supply to the water injection channel 102 is stopped; opening the water inlet valve 601 and the first pressure retaining valve 701, closing the second pressure retaining valve 801, supplying water to the blocking channel 101, and pressurizing the closed cavity to enable the pressure gauge 602 to reach a set value; in the closed cavity boosting process, the two plugging shell layers 2 respectively expand to be in sealing connection with the inner wall of the drill hole, and the pressure control valve is closed; when the flow meter 603 does not change any more, closing the water inlet valve 601 and the first pressure retaining valve 701 to complete hole sealing;
detecting; opening the water inlet valve 601 and the second pressure retaining valve 801 to supply water to the water injection channel 102, so that the pressure gauge 602 reaches a set value; the water flow flows into the drilling area between the two plugging shell layers 2 from the water outlet 103; recording the change of water flow in unit time, and finishing the crack detection at the position, wherein the time is preferably 1-2 minutes; judging the fracture development condition according to the recorded flow data and the test position;
resetting; opening a first water drain valve 702 and a second water drain valve 802, and relieving pressure of the two closed cavities and the water filling channel 102; drilling is continued to the next test position, and hole sealing and detection are repeated to complete all detection work; the pressure control valve is opened and reset under the water flow of the water filling channel 102.

Claims (9)

1. A double-end water plugging detection rod is characterized in that: comprises a rod body (1); the rod body (1) is provided with an axial plugging channel (101) and a water injection channel (102); a water outlet (103) is also arranged on the side wall of the rod body (1); the water outlet (103) is communicated with the water injection channel (102);
two blocking shell layers (2) made of annular elastic materials; the two plugging shell layers (2) are sleeved on the periphery of the rod body (1) and are respectively positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the water outlet (103); the upper end edge of each plugging shell layer (2) is hermetically connected with the periphery of the rod body (1);
the lower end edge of each plugging shell layer (2) is hermetically connected with the periphery of the rod body (1); each plugging shell layer (2) and the outer wall of the rod body (1) form a closed cavity; the closed cavity at the lower part is communicated with the plugging channel (101); the two closed cavities are communicated through a constant pressure channel (104); after water is injected into the two closed cavities through the plugging channel (101) and pressurized, the two plugging shell layers (2) are respectively expanded and are in sealed connection with the inner wall of the drill hole;
a pressure control valve; the pressure control valve is arranged on a water injection channel (102) at the upper part of the water outlet (103); when water is injected into the two closed cavities for pressurizing, the pressure control valve is closed; when the pressure in the two closed cavities is relieved, the pressure control valve is opened;
the pressure control valve comprises a valve plate (301); the hinged end of the valve plate (301) is hinged to the inner wall of the water injection channel (102); when the pressure control valve is in an open state, the hinged end of the valve plate (301) is positioned at the lowest part of the valve plate (301), and the valve plate (301) is adsorbed on the inner wall of the water filling channel (102); when the pressure control valve is in a closed state, the valve plate (301) rotates along the hinged end to be perpendicular to the medium flow direction of the water injection channel (102), and the end face, facing the water inflow direction, of the valve plate (301) is connected with the inner wall of the water injection channel (102) to form a sealing pair;
a first pressure introduction channel (302); the first pressure guide channel (302) is communicated with the plugging channel (101) and the water injection channel (102);
a first elastic diaphragm (3021) is arranged in the first pressure guide channel (302); when the valve plate (301) is in an open position, after the blocking channel (101) is filled with water and pressurized, the first elastic diaphragm (3021) extends towards one side of the water filling channel (102), so that the valve plate (301) is separated from the inner wall of the water filling channel (102), rotates to be perpendicular to the medium flow direction of the water filling channel (102) through self weight, and is converted into a closed state;
a second pressure introduction channel (303); the second pressure guide channel (303) is communicated with the plugging channel (101) and the water injection channel (102);
a second elastic diaphragm (3031) is arranged in the first pressure guide channel (302); when the valve plate (301) is at the closed position, after the blocking channel (101) is filled with water and pressurized, the second elastic diaphragm (3031) extends towards one side of the water filling channel (102) and applies acting force towards the incoming water direction to the valve plate (301).
2. The double-ended water shutoff probe rod of claim 1, wherein: the pressure control valve also comprises a second push rod (3032) arranged in the second pressure guide channel (303) and a second compression spring (3033) sleeved outside the second push rod (3032); one end of the second compression spring (3033) facing the plugging channel (101) is connected with a second push rod (3032), and the other end of the second compression spring facing the water injection channel (102) is connected with the inner wall of the second pressure guide channel (303); one end of the second push rod (3032) facing the blocking channel (101) is connected with the second elastic diaphragm (3031); when the valve plate (301) is in a closed position, after the blocking channel (101) is filled with water and pressurized, the second elastic diaphragm (3031) overcomes the compression force of the second compression spring (3033) to push the other end of the second push rod (3032) facing the water filling channel (102) to extend out to one side of the water filling channel (102), the other end of the second push rod (3032) is connected with the valve plate (301) through a conical connection pair, and the other end of the second push rod (3032) applies acting force facing the incoming water direction to the valve plate (301); when the pressure in the blocking channel (101) is relieved, the second compression spring (3033) extends to push the second push rod (3032) to retract into the second pressure guide channel (303).

The double-ended water shutoff probe rod of claim 2, wherein: the pressure control valve also comprises a first push rod (3022) arranged in the first pressure guide channel (302) and a first compression spring (3023) sleeved outside the first push rod (3022); one end of the first compression spring (3023) facing the blocking channel (101) is connected with a first push rod (3022), and the other end facing the water filling channel (102) is connected with the inner wall of the first pressure guide channel (302); one end of the first push rod (3022) facing the blocking channel (101) is connected with a first elastic diaphragm (3021); when the valve plate (301) is in an open position, after the blocking channel (101) is filled with water and pressurized, the first elastic diaphragm (3021) overcomes the compression force of the first compression spring (3023) to push the other end of the first push rod (3022) facing the water filling channel (102) to extend towards one side of the water filling channel (102), so that the valve plate (301) is separated from the inner wall of the water filling channel (102), rotates to be vertical to the medium flow direction of the water filling channel (102) through self weight, and is switched to a closed state; when the pressure in the blocking channel (101) is relieved, the first compression spring (3023) extends to push the first push rod (3022) to retract into the first pressure guide channel (302).

A double ended water shutoff probe rod according to claim 3, wherein: in the sealing pair formed by connecting the end surface of the valve plate (301) facing the incoming water direction with the inner wall of the water filling channel (102), the end surface of the valve plate (301) facing the incoming water direction is a tapered side wall of the valve plate (301), and the tapered valve plate (301) is embedded in the water filling channel (102).
