Description

Disposable puncture outfit with double-layer tube structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a disposable puncture outfit with a double-layer tube structure.
Background
In the prior art, a disposable puncture outfit is a surgical instrument matched with a minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, and needs to be used for puncturing the abdomen of a patient in the laparoscopic surgery process, so that a working channel is established for the surgery. In order to avoid the hydrops in the abdominal cavity to influence the operation, at first need clear up the hydrops in the abdominal cavity, when the gauze area that will adsorb the hydrops leaves the puncture ware, the gauze often can receive the extrusion of the sealing washer of port on the sleeve pipe, leads to absorptive hydrops to flow back to the abdominal cavity. The existing disposable puncture outfit has the technical defects that: inefficient cleaning and significant waste of surgical time. How to avoid the hydrops to flow back to the abdominal cavity is a technical problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defect that accumulated liquid flows back into the abdominal cavity of a patient when the existing disposable puncture outfit is used for clearing the accumulated liquid, the invention provides the disposable puncture outfit with the double-layer tube structure, which avoids the defect that the body fluid flows back into the abdominal cavity when a gauze belt absorbing the body fluid leaves the puncture outfit, improves the clearing efficiency and saves the operation time.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
a disposable puncture outfit with a double-layer tube structure comprises a sleeve, a puncture needle, a connecting piece, a sealing membrane and a water pumping device, wherein the puncture needle is matched with the sleeve into a whole through the connecting piece, the sleeve is arranged into an inner layer and an outer layer, and a cavity formed between the two tubes is used for storing backflow effusion; the sealing membrane is embedded at the upper port of the sleeve, and an opening for the puncture needle and the surgical instrument to pass through is arranged in the middle of the sealing membrane; the water pumping device comprises a thin guide pipe, a rubber hose and a miniature water pump, wherein one end of the thin guide pipe is arranged at the bottom of the inner pipe of the sleeve, and the other end of the thin guide pipe is matched with the through pipe on the wall of the sleeve; one end of the rubber hose is connected with the through pipe on the wall of the sleeve, and the other end of the rubber hose is connected with the miniature water pump.
Under normal conditions, the thin seam in the middle of the sealing film has little influence on the sealing effect. By starting the water suction pump, the accumulated liquid stored in the inner tube is pumped out of the puncture outfit, and the overflow caused by the excessive accumulated liquid is avoided.
Further, drainage device includes flexible separation blade and adjustment handle, flexible baffle sets up at sheathed tube funnel mouth of pipe inboard, adjustment handle sets up in the funnel mouth of pipe outside, adjustment handle with flexible baffle interference fit realizes the regulation to flexible baffle position through rotating adjustment handle position.
The flexible baffle has certain elasticity, and when the baffle is rotated to the vertical position by the adjusting handle, the outer side of the flexible baffle is elastically deformed due to stress, so that the flexible baffle is attached to the inner pipe wall of the casing pipe.
Furthermore, the sleeve is designed into a funnel shape, and the wall of the sleeve is provided with threads with set length, so that the puncture outfit can be conveniently and stably punctured.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: when the hydrops in the abdominal cavity is cleaned, the invention can effectively avoid the defect that the hydrops flows back to the abdominal cavity when the gauze belt adsorbing the hydrops is separated from the puncture outfit, thereby improving the efficiency of cleaning the hydrops and saving the operation time.
Drawings

Fig. 3 is a partial sectional view of the flexible flap in an open state, wherein the flexible flap is not sectioned.
Fig. 4 is an isometric view of fig. 3.
The device comprises a puncture needle 1, a connecting piece 2, a sleeve 3, a drainage device 4, a water pumping device 5, a sealing membrane 6, a flexible baffle 7, an inner tube 8, a slender suction tube 9, a handle 10, a miniature water pump 11 and a rubber leather hose 12.
Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a disposable puncture outfit with a double-layer tube structure comprises a puncture needle 1, a connecting piece 2, a sleeve 3, a drainage device 4 and a water pumping device 5.
The puncture needle 1 is matched with a sleeve 3 through a connecting piece 2 to form the main body of the puncture outfit for surgical operation. The sealing membrane 6 is arranged at the funnel opening of the sleeve 3, and a slender opening is arranged in the middle of the sealing membrane, so that a puncture needle and a scalpel can conveniently pass through the sealing membrane.
The drainage device 4 comprises a handle 10 and a flexible flap 7. When the puncture operation is performed, the position of the flexible flap 7 is adjusted by operating the handle 10. When the baffle rotates to the vertical position, the outer side of the flexible baffle generates elastic deformation due to stress. The flexible flap 7 in the deformed state conforms to the inner pipe wall of the cannula 3 so as not to interfere with the operation of the puncture needle or scalpel. And after the puncture is finished, the gauze full of the effusion is taken out through a surgical instrument. Then the gauze is taken out of the front operation handle 10 of the sealing film, and the position of the flexible baffle 7 is adjusted, so that the front end of the flexible baffle 7 which is restored to the original state is arranged above the pipe wall of the inner pipe 8. When the surgical instrument is added with gauze which is full of effusion and penetrates the sealing film 6, the effusion which overflows flows into the cavity between the inner tube 8 and the sleeve 3 naturally through the flexible baffle 7, thereby avoiding the effusion from directly flowing back to the body of a patient.
The water pumping device 5 comprises an elongated suction pipe 9, a rubber hose 12 and a miniature water pump 11. One end of the slender suction pipe 9 is arranged at the bottom of the inner pipe of the sleeve 3, and the other end of the slender suction pipe is matched with the through pipe on the wall of the sleeve 3; one end of a rubber leather hose 12 is connected with a through pipe on the wall of the sleeve 3, and the other end of the rubber leather hose is connected with a micro water pump 11; by starting the micro water pump 11, the accumulated liquid stored in the cavity between the inner tube 8 and the sleeve 3 is pumped out of the puncture outfit, so that the accumulated liquid is prevented from overflowing the inner tube 8 too much.
The cavity is formed by arranging the sleeve structure, and the flexible baffle plate for drainage is matched, so that the overflowing accumulated liquid flows into the cavity instead of directly flowing back to the body of a patient when gauze passes through the sealing film, the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the operation time is saved.
